Special containment procedures: The current chamber LTF-007-1 is a sealed concrete container with the dimensions of 2x2x2 m reinforced with steel ablative coating 5 cm thick and hung inside the Compartment 1. External inspection of the chamber and report about the damage must be performed weekly. Sheathing having structural damage must be repaired; there must be twenty square meters of steel sheet of corresponding mix in stock. In case of violation of the conditions, the chamber with LTF-007-2 must immediately be guarded.

The staff are allowed prohibited to ask the LTF-007-2 advice or ask questions relating to its main area of expertise. LTF-007-2 is not allowed to move inside the establishment premises freely.

Description: LTF-007-1 is a doll equal by size to a regular earth pony (122 cm tall). The doll is made of patch-worked linen cloths of different colors. The eyes are made of buttons. LTF-007-1’s mouth is stitched up. The object is sentient and carries about a 17 cm long knife by the company "KaiserHoof". LTF-007-1 constantly moves at a speed of about 55 kmph twenty hours a day on the average; most of the time the object attacks the walls of the chamber.

Attempts to establish verbal contact with the object with the aim to determine its degree of intelligence did not give unambiguous results. LTF-007-1 is mainly focused on the murder of LTF-007-2. Employees in contact with LTF-007-2 or preventing the object to reach LTF-007-2, may become the target of LTF-007-1’s aggression. Being irritated by the failed attempts the object repeatedly began to attack everyone indiscriminately.

LTF-007-2 is a blue-black Pegasus female 125 cm tall. Hair and eye color is light blue. On the right cheek she has a scar left after the attack by LTF-007-1. LTF-007-2 states that she learned about the location of the Zone-█ from [REDACTED], and came to the Zone-█ 7.07.████ seeking refuge from LTF-007-1, which she called "Dolly" (see. Interview 007-2-2).

Dr. Rolhoofs: How are you feeling today, LTF-007-2?

LTF-007-2: That's not my name.

Dr. Rolhoofs: As I understand it, you are saying that your name is Noble █████.

LTF-007-2: I am the Noble █████.

Dr. Rolhoofs: Okay, let's get started. What is the nature of your connection with the LTF-007-1?

LTF-007-2: That is what you call Dolly, isn’t it?

Dr. Rolhoofs: That’s what we call the entity that killed three ponies in an attempt to get to you today.

LTF-007-2: ... that ... that was I who created it.

Dr. Rolhoofs: You created LTF-007-1?

LTF-007-2: Yes. After ████, when there was [REDACTED] and my parents died.

Dr. Rolhoofs: So you are alone? Do you have any acquaintances or friends?

LTF-007-2: That’s the thing that I do.

Dr. Rolhoofs: And what result did you expect?

LTF-007-2: Well ... This doll, in theory, was supposed to be my friend ... my best friend. I sewed it from all tissues that there were in the house.

Dr. Rolhoofs: Okay, but why the doll is alive?

LTF-007-2: I just wanted to have a toy. I wanted her to be alive. I took the book of spells [DETAILS REMOVED] ...

Dr. Rolhoofs: (interrupts) You are Pegasus, not unicorn. How did you enliven it?

LTF-007-2: I was helped by T███.

Dr. Rolhoofs: T███?

LTF-007-2: Yes. She enlivened the doll with a spell. I was happy. I called her Dolly. At first Dolly did not do anything bad, but then ... something went wrong.

Dr. Rolhoofs: And what happened next?

LTF-007-2: One night I was awakened by the noise in the kitchen. So I decided to check out ...

Dr. Rolhoofs: Please continue.

LTF-007-2: She looked at me, her eyes ... buttonholes. Then she took a kitchen knife and started walking towards me ... She swung ... and ... I tried to dodge, but she touched me with a knife ...

Dr. Rolhoofs: Now that you have a scar on your face, don’t you?

LTF-007-2: Y-yes. I pushed her and ran away to call for help, but everyone was asleep... Dolly was running after me.

Dr. Rolhoofs: Did you tell the police about it?

LTF-007-2: They did not believe me, they called me a fool ... Then I had to contact you ...

Dr. Rolhoofs: We will keep you under close observation, Miss █████.

LTF-007-2: What? But I ... I want to stay free! You may not deter me!

Dr. Rolhoofs: You see, Miss █████, you're here because you are the entity’s target, and keeping the entity requires huge expenses. So we certainly have the right to do that. Tell me, what would happen if the LTF-007-1 kills you?

LTF-007-2: I do not want to hear it!

July 3 ████ was found dead T███. The eyes were replaced with the sewn-up buttons. The mouth was stitched up. The cause of death was a deep cut in the area of the throat.

July 5 ████ there were found the bodies of two policemen and Eytena █████ Vigilma ██████. Their eyes were replaced with the sewn-up buttons, too. Eytena █████’s left eye was completely sewn up. Victims’ mouths were stitched up as well. The cause of Vigilma ██████’s death was seven stab wounds in the stomach and the heart. The cause of Eytena █████’s death was stab wound in the left eye.

Note: Dr. Aero: Perhaps LTF-007-1 is trying to kill not only LTF-007-2, but also those who at least talked to her. Dr. Rolhoofs must be protected.
