Is the dark really such a bad thing?
Pain. you'd think me being an immortal god I would not feel a thing but the truth was i was....am devastated. the fact that my own brother tried to murder me and destroyed earth was overwhelming. What hurt most of all though was that i killed him the only one i loved more than anything and i killed him. This is something that would and always will haunt me for eternity. i could feel my mind slowly shutting down something that me and my brother agreed on if one of us were to die the power they posses would go to the one that was living. the sensation was like having ten suns Chanel energy into you at once so the pain was straining my mind and i blacked out.
planet equis location: ponyville
Every stallion mare and foal looked at the sky with fear awe and excitement at the glowing purple orb rocketing at the ever free forest
at unbelievable speeds but as soon as it struck the ground a shock wave so thunderous that it reached canterlot.
(meanwhile at golden oaks library) a frantic unicorn and baby dragon scrabbled around in search of something stable to hold on to. As the tremors raged on for a good 5 minutes they finally stopped. "WHAT THE BUCK WAS THAT!?" screamed the dragon "I don't know spike but were going to find out!" she said as she magically lifted him onto her back." but shouldn't we contact the princess's and get the gang first?". "good idea spike!"
(At canterlot castle)
"sister sister did thou feel the earth quake"!? "yes i did Luna but that was no mere earth quake what was it then? i do not know bu-". she was interrupted as a scroll appeared before her it said. "Dear princess celestia a disaster has recently appeared at pony ville the problem is coming from the ever free forest and it is in need of you and princess Luna's attention your faithful student twilight sparkle" "well then let us be off Luna rally up the guards".
main 6 P.O.V
As the six adventurers entered the dark forest a flash of light appeared and there stood the princess and a small army of guards. "let us be off so that we may find what the problem is"(time skip one hour) as they kept searching they began to grow impatient especially the rainbow maned one "ugh guys were never going to find it" "oh rainbow darling you must have patients its ladylike" said rarity. "well i'm just so exited to find out what it is i wonder what it is maybe it likes cup ca-" pinky pie paused and looked down realizing she was standing on air and she calmly walked back and screamed "I FOUND IT!" every one gasped at what laid in the ground. it was a bipedal being that wore a black cloak
with purple flames on its chest and arms that moved and beaked hood witch hid it's face in shadows. most of the guards were unbelievably scared one even ran away screaming. "what dost thou think it is?" Luna asked. "i do not know Luna its a mystery to me too" she replied. hey guys.....were is pinky? rainbow asked. they all looked down in the crater to see pinky trying to wake it up. "no pinky don't!" the main six screamed but quickly covered there mussels and looked at the creature for its glowing purple eyes had opened.

it all starts here- chapter I
Author's note: so I am very new to this righting thing so please I need ways to improve this story but anyways enjoy the story
It began long ago before time itself existed two brothers that were deemed the creators beings so powerful they could breath and create billions of universes in a single second and they were completely different from one another there names were Arcavious and Kronus. There powers and abilitys where like I said the exact opposites light and dark magic. Arcavious lord of dark magic one day decided to create something so using his magic he created planet earth with every bit of detail as he molded the mountains, trees, animals the very essence of life itself and of course the human race he grew to love the humans and cherished them like a mother would her child. later on Kronus discovered that arcavious was stronger than him so he grew jealous and angered that arcavious would be worshiped and not him.
One day Kronus tried and faild to kill Arcavious but succeeded destroying earth in the process. arcavious was blinded by pure rage and sadness of the loss of the humans and all his work gone plus the fact his own brother tried to murder him in cold blood. Without a second thought or any hesitation whatsoever he raised a blade of pure dark magic but just before he brought it down his brother spoke. " thou may kill me now but I here by lay a curse on thee oh useless brother of mine that your subjects and all creations fear you and blame all evil on you for your crimes" with that he gave a fierce battle cry and plunged the blade directly into his heart instantly killing him.
As his corps faded away and turned to ash arcavious shed one single tear for his fallen brother little did he know that one tear would turn out to be his new home.
