Chapters We begin our story, as I said earlier, one year since the incident with Mother. His entire life he had heard my voice in his head saying "Just one quick neck snap and you could end it all" or "Just bash her in the head already". He was getting used to it now. I could sense his will begin to deteriorate. It could only keep fighting for so long. Evergreen was going for a delightful stroll around Ponyville. He then noticed his little friend Fluttershy show up, all the while my voice was aver present, the classic psychotic hiss you'd expect "Just snap her neck. c'mon. You can't fight me too much longer!"
"Hey there Fluttershy. How's it going?"
"Oh, it's going just fine, Evergreen. I was just in town to pick up some more feed for the animals."
"That's fine. Always nice to see a friend"
"C'mon Green! We've been through this!" I yelled from the back of his head. He grit his teeth, trying to keep me back. "Just one quick flick with your magic and it's done!" his rage of my annoyance allowed me just enough control to take control of his horn. a red aura of magic glowing
"Uh...E-e-evergreen?...W-w-what's going on?" oh you should've seen the look of fear and confusion on her face as she saw the same red aura envelop her head right before I snapped her neck. Evergreen regained control just long enough to see what 'he' had done. He teared up with fear and sadness as he fell to his knees
"No...no...Fluttershy..." he sobbed as he held her lifeless body close in a hug he then looked at his hooves and gently set her down "I'm so sorry Fluttershy..." his face was almost as priceless as hers. He could barely move he was so overtaken with sorrow and fear. The streams of tears that poured off of him and onto the yellow and pink corpse. The worst part was the eyes that had remained open, staring back at him in fear and confusion and some betrayal. He ran off to the Everfree Forest, soon finding an uninhabited cave and hiding away in it, not wanting anypony to see him like this...or to hurt anypony else. He just couldn't erase her face out of his mind. He just ended up crying himself to sleep. In his dream he had a flashback to the hive. All the bullies he had faced, and the one that was always there to help him, Killswitch. He was the only one who understood him. That was one thing Evergreen didn't tell you about his life in the hive. Understandable as he did try to forget what happened to him...the real reason he left the hive. Mother found out the two shared beliefs and killed him on behalf of treason. Clearly, you can see where I get my charm~. The nightmare kept referencing back to the look of him, his blind left eye and scarred cheek looking at Evergreen with tears as he hung from the noose. "Why didn't you save me, Pest?" Ohhhhhh it was possibly my best work yet! That sent him over the edge. The next day, Evergreen was the one locked back up in that prison he called a mind as I was in control. He seemed normal except for the fact his eyes were lacking irises and pupils as they merely glowed a blood red. I smirked and laughed maniacally
"FINALLY! Alright Equestria! Time for you to be formally introduced to the true PRINCE PESTICIDE!"
Chapter 2: Let the Genocide Begin!
I stepped out into the forest and took a deep breath "Ahh, the Everfree Forest surely is lovely this time of year." I smirked and began strolling through the forest, soon manifesting twin katanas out of magic as I examined and began getting a feel for the weapons "Perfect~ I'll have to get some real ones though. Not gonna wanna waste all my magic with these things. Plus blood never stays stained on them~ Oh well, It'll do for now~" I luckily picked up the use of the blades quite well. As before, my magic was as blood red as my glowing eyes, adding to the presence of pure evil that was me. I continued my walk, soon approaching the town and putting the blades away and shapeshifting to the form of Fluttershy, wandering through town and searching for the local blacksmith. I soon approached the shop as the clerk seemed baffled "F-f-fluttershy!? Didn't expect to see you in here"
"Well, looks like you just don't know ponies as well as you think you do. You wouldn't happen to have any katanas in here would you?"
"Why u-u-uhh...y-yes of course." he led me to the sword rack (Shut up, perverts!) as I noticed two at the top with Black hilts and red dragons designed into them as I smirked "Thank you so much for your services, but I'm afraid you'll be no longer necessary~" And with that I took my true form and used my magic to bring them down, slicing an "X" into the pony's skull as the pieces of head fell to the ground. I looked over my new blades "Oh these will do perfectly~ Now then. Let the fun begin! God I was kept in that cranium of Green's for far too long!" I smirked and soon stepped out of the shop as everypony gasped as they noticed me. I just chuckled.
Twilight walked over in fear "Evergreen?...I-i-is that you?..."
"Sorry Aunt Twi. Evergreen is unavailable at the moment. Please leave a message after the shink!"
"The...wha-" I cut her off with my katana literally cutting her off...or her head to be exact. It was sent flying as blood pooled all over the place. Her lifeless body fell to the ground as I licked the blood off my blade "Hmmm~ Who's next~?"
"C-c-c-celestia will hear about this one!"
"Oh Spike, How could I forget you?~" I smirked
"Good luck sticking that thing through my thick scales!"
"I don't need luck you foolish puny little dragon~" I opened his mouth with my magic "I have magic~" I stuck my blade through the roof of his mouth, swirling it around as his brain was churned into mush. I pulled it out only to feel a familiar tackle "Oh Rainbow. You never were that clever~ You act like you weren't expecting this~ all the time Green spent in torment before meeting you, it was only a matter of time before I could gain control~"
"You...You're not Evergreen!....You're a...a monster!"
"I prefer the name..." I sliced her wings off, pushing her off "Prince Pesticide!" I stood up and stabbed my katanas into her eye sockets, the blades poking out the back of her head. I then pulled them sideways, tearing her in half before pulling my blades out as guts, blood and heads lie on the ground now. "Oh c'mon! I'm just getting warmed up!"
"That's enough now, y'hear?!" Applejack stood, tears streaming down her face, her hat was on the ground
"I say, I rarely saw you with your hat off, AJ. I see you want to look proper at your funeral."
"Why are y'all even doing this?"
"Because it's fucking fun!" I say, as my eye twitched, showing my sheer insanity. I tossed my katana at her as it stuck through her chest and out her back. I then cut an apple shape out of her torso with the blade, smirking as I tossed it off the end of the blade "C'mon. Just two more of you out there. Just come on out~ Rarity, Pinkie Pie. I know you're there! Don't worry. I'm sure the blood will be an improvement to those designs of yours~"
"WHY YOU-ope!" she covered her muzzle as I smirked, walking towards her
"Oh Rarity, you always were quite predictable~" I cut her horn off as she screamed in pain, I then stabbed that through her chest and hit it with the hilt of my sword repeatedly until it went through and she fell to the ground in the pool of blood. I then felt the odd feeling of being hit in the head with high-powered confetti after a loud bang "Ah. Pinkie Pie! You think the Party Cannon will save you~" I turned to the direction I felt it hit me "You are so very wrong! Because I can never be stopped! I will take control of this world! Whether you like it or not!" I then stuck a blade through her throat and twisted it until the head popped off, with two strings of flesh connecting it to the body
I yawned at the sheer boredom of the display of power, or lack thereof, in Ponyville "I think that's about enough here. You ponies watch your backs! I WILL return!" I laughed maniacally before my horn glowed and I was teleported away. I smirked as I appeared in front of the Crystal Empire castle. I chuckled and walked inside "Ohhh Daddy!" I said as I headed to the throne room "Hello Dad. It is a great honor to humbly dismiss you and Cadence from your duties in the Crystal Empire!"
"Evergreen?"
"Oh, Aunt Twilight was just as naive before I dismissed her from her duties...permanently, just as I will do with you two!"
"You and what army?"
"I need no army. I have my most trusted allies, Fear..." I said, raising my left blade "And Terror..." I said, raising the other as I smirked. Shining growled and ran over, trying to trample me, but I tossed him onto his back and pinned him with my hoof "Surely you should've known the dark charm from mother would show up eventually~" I shashed his chest, not deep enough to kill him, but enough to mortally wound him. "You WILL die this day" I made another cut "So we can go about it the easy way or the hard way~" I made another slash "Not that it matters what your choice is~" my horn glowed as I gripped his skull in my magic, ripping it slowly and painfully out of his head as I cleaned it off and out, then filled it with wine and took a sip "Ah...that was quite possibly my best work yet"
"Not...so...fast!..." Cadence stood behind me. I looked and saw tears in her eyes> I could tell she was angered, sad, and fearful all at once. I chuckled
"Please! I can see the fear in your eyes! And I will make that fear a reality~" I took another sip "Care for some wine? Or would I prefer I fill your skull with it?"
"You're a monster!" she screamed
"And you're...unoriginal. Seriously, is monster the only name people have for me these days?"
"YOU SON OF A BITCH!"
"Well I'm your step-son, what's that make you~?" I chuckled and finally ran at her "I'm bored with this conversation!" I drove my blade through her chest, then pulled it out and decapitated her, all the while, the wine remained in my father's skull as I drank the rest from it and sighed in relief "I love this brand, I do dare say." I then dropped the skull on the ground and teleported once more. This time, I was going straight to the top as I appeared in front of the throne room of Canterlot Castle. I used a quick enhancement spell on my blades, making them glow with my blood red magic aura. This would allow me to parry spells with them. This was it, the battle that would surely end with me on the throne and the entire world in my hooves. It would be epic. It would be legendary. It would be...in the next chapter
Chapter 4: The Final Battle
I stepped into the throne room and smirked "Well well well, if it isn't the princess sisters. I've been waiting for this moment"
"Evergreen?...but no...that couldn't possibly be"
"Well...not at this moment in time, no! But soon, all the world shall be mine! As soon as I kill you two!"
"Many have tried, many have failed"
"Tirek managed to send you to Hell and I am much more...efficient than that oaf! If you'd like to just submit and hand over the throne, we could make this easier on you"
"Over our dead bodies"
"I thought as much" I said, smirking "Then what are we waiting for?~" I get my blades ready. They flew to either side of me, shooting magic at me as I blocked it. The sword glowed brighter as I blocked their magic. It seemed to absorb it. I yawned "Surely this isn't all you've got." They increased their power, hoping to shatter my swords, but this only made them stronger. I chuckled as they began shooting bolts of magic at me, which I quickly deflected with my blades I eventually deflected them back at the shooters as they were knocked prone. I walked over to Luna first, "Surely this is not all the power that can be mustered by the great Nightmare Moon. But alas, it appears that way. A shame. Nightmare Moon would've surely served as a good empress to rule by my side~ but it's too late now~" I stick my blade in right below her ribcage, pulling it to face up and drove it up parallel to her spine until it poked out her muzzle "Ahhh~" I pulled it out as I walked over to Celestia, who was weakly trying to get up "You're fighting so hard to gain control...should've known...you loved ruling so much you banished your own sister to the moon for trying to take it away from you!"
"No! I did it because she was out of control!"
"Yeah right. You and I both know she wouldn't have lost control if you weren't so selfish, basking in the light. At least I'm honest about my evil thoughts. At least I'm out in the open with my darkness!" I chuckled "But you don't have to worry about that anymore~. Now...you're mine~" I decided to go Mortal Kombat style with this one "Finish Her~" I lifted her up onto her hind legs as I first cut off her head, then sliced through her mid section, I then hit her chest with my hilt as her lower torso and head fell, I then sliced her head vertically down the middle "Pesticide wins~ Fatality~" I licked the blood off the blade once more as I laugh maniacally, before hearing yet another maniacal laugh "Ahhh, the King of Chaos himself~ I see you've finally shown yourself~"
"Oh, but what if it were all an illusion off your crazy mental state?"
"Then I'd just place my old crown on and assume control"
"But surely you're forgetting somepony else to eliminate to take complete control~"
"Well, I'll be happy to gut you like the pig you are if you'd show yourself~"
"No, you see, I meant your mother~"
"She poses no threat."
"Are you certain~?"
"Please! Evergreen could take her on! Surely I can take her on solo!" I chuckled "As long as you allow me to keep control to myself, I will let you have as much fun as you want~"
"Hmmmm...last time I took like a deal like that, it didn't end well"
"And I have already proven myself to be nothing like Tirek!"
"True...alright, I'll give it a shot, but you do need to kill your mother so you can assume control of the changeling hive too"
"Hmm...a fair point~...Alright. Keep watch over the place while I'm gone, my new royal advisor" I teleported off, ready to begin the true final battle. This would surely be the last battle before the entire world was mine. I was ready! I was prepared to become EMPORER PESTICIDE!
It had been about a year since the incident with Mother attacking Ponyville. And things have been pretty great for that little spoiled brat they called Evergreen. He had the perfect life. an amazing aunt, a great father, and Cadence, who he disgustingly calls "Mom" now. Twilight had been teaching Evergreen to harness magic after becoming the "Princess of Friendship". Oh god. All this goodness is gonna make me sick!...nevermind I think I got it...anyways, all the while nopony suspected I was festering in that pathetic little goody four-shoes mind of his. He managed to hold me back his entire life. But I knew he couldn't hold me back forever. The constant battling for control had to wear down on that pathetic willpower of his. Wasn't too long before ponies knew the real prince of the changelings! Soon, they would ALL know the REAL PRINCE PESTICIDE AHAHAHAHAHAHA!...and now...so will you. Just sit back and enjoy the little tale of how I almost took over everything and how that son-of-a-BITCH EVERGREEN!...managed to somehow save it from me...I suppose you're wondering how you're able to speak with me, but I'm not entirely in the mood to be explaining the complexities of split-personalities.
