What is everypony's darkest fear?
Everypony thought it was finally over…oh no it was far from over. After the main six turned Discord into stone once more they did not noticed that far in the shadows was me and my younger sister Screwball. Screwball was sobbing quietly on in my arms as I look at them with hate and revenge. “Why did they turn Daddy into stone again, Misery? We didn’t get a chance to say goodbye.” I look at my sister as she continues crying. I look up at the six celebrating and softly whispers, “No…we didn’t get to say goodbye to Dad. But I know who will be saying goodbye soon.” I lowered myself so Screwball can climb on. I open my wings and fly off to the Ever free Forest.
Twilight and her friends where jumping happily as Ponyville turned back to normal, nopony was harmed except for a few scratches and bruises. “Twi we did it!!! Thanks to you and not giving up on Ponyville.” Applejack hugged Twilight Sparkle and laughed. Rarity and Rainbow Dash smiled and laughed alongside them. Fluttershy looked at them and smiled shyly, “hey guys…I have to check on the animals back at home. Let’s meet up at Sugercube Corner in an hour okay?” Everypony smiled and nodded and went off their separate ways. But Pinkie however just couldn’t shake off an eerie feeling. Her tail was slightly twitching and her ear flopped a tad bit. “Pinkie aren’t you going home?” Twilight said looking back at the pink pony. “Yes I just have to check something out first, I have to get ingredients for cupcakes.”
She galloped over to the Ever free forest and ran all the way to Zecora’s home. “Zecora I need your help!” The zebra turned around to see the pink pony sweating and panting. “Pinkie Pie! Come sit before of exhaustion you die.” Pinkie sat down and caught her breath, as Zecora gave her a glass of water. “Now tell me, What is bothering thee?” Pinkie gulped down the water and took a deep breath. “I keep on having a weird feeling that Something bad will happen but I just can’t put a hoof on it” Zecora looked Confused and a bit worried at the same time. “like what?” the pink pony shook her head and looked down “like something evil is coming. Is there any think in the forest that is more evil than Discord or Queen Crystalist? Whatever is coming is more powerful than both of them combined.” The zebra looked up in thought and opened her eyes, “the only thing that is more powerful than those two, is long gone and it had nothing to do with you.” Pinkie looked curious, “who or what are you talking about?” Zecora walked over to a bookshelf and pulled out a large dusty book with a red eye on the cover. It was titled “Dark Creatures of Ever Free forest” she opened it and turned to a picture of a large pony resembling a Friesian horse but with large black wings and dragon claws. The pony’s body looked torn and scarred with a black bundle of smoke surrounding her talons.
Pinkie looked into the book at began reading, “the daughter of Discord? Raised by the Changelings?” what is she?” Zecora put the book up in a box for pinkie to read later. “she is a Dark Creature similar to a draconalist but far more deadly. She’s a Shifter she can turn into any pony or creature she desires. But what makes her more deadly than her father is that she can go into the hearts of anypony and bring their darkest fears to life.” Pinkie looked scared for she never heard Zecora talk without a rhyme. “pinkie, promise me that you will not persue this pony.” Pinkie raised her roof and promised as she left the zebra’s house and went home.”
Back at home all Pinkie could think about was Misery. And what Zecora told her. She decided to make some cupcakes like she said she would. It did take her mind off of everything when she made cupcakes and didn’t even hear Twilight come inside. “pinkie pie those cupcakes look delicious, what flavor are they?” Pinkie looked up and blurted out “Misery---Oh I mean…Strawberry.” The lavender pony looked up at pinkie worried, “are you ok?” Pinkie smiled and jumped around the room, “yes I’m fine. Nothing’s wrong. “ that’s when the others came in. “howdy twilight, hi pinkie. What cha making?” the orange pony smiled her freckles shining over her cheeks. Pinkie handed everyone a cupcake and smiled, “strawberry cupcakes just came out of the oven” Everypony took a bite and smiled as the sweet fluffy cake slid down their throats. Rarity widened her eyes and squealed “Darling I must say these are your best cupcakes yet!” “the others nodded in agreement. Pinkie smiled and sighed in relief. “hey guys I’m off to sleep for now. It’s been a long day and besides we have to meet with the Princess tomorrow I want to be well rested.” Pinkie walked upstairs to her room and watched out the window as the others left home.
She closed her eyes as she drifted to sleep. Though it wouldn’t be long till Misery popped into her head. My claws scratch in her brain as I slowly crawled in her mind. There pinkie was asleep having a dream about making cupcakes and having a party, I decided to play a prank on her. I made her dream world dark and gloomy; all the ponies stopped moving and turned grey. The smiles on their faces turn into scolds and fowl looks as I passed them. Pinkie looks up scared and confused, “what’s going on? What’s wrong with Everypony?”
“What’s wrong pinkie? I thought you liked meeting new ponies?”
I opened my wings and landed in front of her. The pink pony fell on her flank and tears began to flow from her eyes “misery!!!” I smiled showing my fangs and leaned toward her. “How nice somepony who knows who I am…let me guess the zebra Zecora told you about me.” She nodded and crawled away, “yes and she gave me a book on how to defeat you!” I burst of laughter escaped my lips I then forced her down w my claw as my talons dug in her head. The pink pony screamed in pain as they dug deeper, “you can defeat me! That pathetic zebra couldn’t kill me the first time we’ve met. What makes you think you can beat me?” pinkie cowered under my claws, “I have the elements on my side! Me and the girls will join together and beat you.” With one swipe I took out her eye the liquid from her now nonexistent eye flowed over my claws. The pink pony screamed in agony as she tried to wiggle her way out of my grasp. I leaned over her ear and smiled, “now let’s see what makes you tick, let’s go into your heart.” Pinkie screamed as loud as her lungs could let her “NO!”
The pink pony woke up covered in sweat, her fur felt heavy as the cool air ran over her skin. She quickly ran to the bathroom to look in the mirror and saw her eye was still there but there was 4 claw marks in her fur. She went into her bed and tried to sleep but my voice echoed in her head. She just laid there waiting for the sun to rise.

Pinkie woke up to hooves banging on her door. The pink pony slowly trotted over to the door and opened it to see Rarity. The white pony smiled but quickly jumped back in horror, "OH MY DARLING! What happened to your pink coat?" Pinkie looked in the mirror and jumped back as well. The four scratches that Pinkie found earlier we're now red and bleeding a little. Dark bags hung from her eyes as if she hasn't slept for weeks. Rarity placed a hoof on the pink pony, "Is everything ok?" Pinkie smiled at the white mare and nodded, "just a bad dream thats all" Rarity nodded and began to walk towards the door, "C'mon Pinkie come to my Boutique I'll fix you up." Pinkie put on a hat to cover the scars and her eyes. At the boutique Rarity helped cover the scratches with ointment and makeup. The same under her eyes and helped with the swelling with ice and cucumbers which she let Pinkie eat afterward. Just as the pink pony looked like nothing happened, Twilight came in with the others. "Hey guys, is everypony ready for the meeting with the princess?" All the ponies jumped and cheered in excitement.
After Rarity fixed up everyone to go, the princess's Royal guards arrived to pick them up. The four white Pegasus awaited then as the girls entered the carriages. On the way there Rarity stuck by Pinkie to tak, though there wasnt much talking. At Canterlot, both Princess Celestia and Princess Luna awaited for them in the grand hall. They bowed to the princesses and were led into the ceremonial room where everypony in Ponyvile was cheering for them. On stage, Princess Luna opened a box containing six medals, the ribbons the same color as the hero's of Equestria. Princess Celestia silenced the crown with a gentle wave of her hoof. "Here in front of me are the six brave ponies who have saved Equestria from Discord. These ponies who against all odds found the Elements of Harmony and banished him once again. I here by present you with the Elements of Harmony." The Ponies cheered again their hooves hitting the ground in applause. Princess Luna then proceeded to hand out the medals. Handing them out to each pony, "Apple Jack, the Element of Honesty; Fluttershy, the Element of Kindness; Twilight Sparkle; The Element of Magic." She turned to Pinkie and as pinkie opened her eyes to meet Luna's a flash of Misery's face revealed in Luna's face. Instantly Pinkie Pie panicked and ran out of the room screaming, "Go away!! Please leave me alone!" Everypony in the room murmured in confusion and and shock. Both Princesses stood in shock not knowing what to do. Rarity was the first one to run after the terrified pink pony yelling after her, "Pinkie Pie come back!" Twilight and the others ran after her also.
They found Pinkie near a pond in the courtyard crying and burying her head in her hooves. Twilight held her close to comfort her, "whats wrong Pinkie? Talk to us please." Pinkie dug her head into Twilight's lavender chest, "everything is coming to an end. Misery shall come to Ponyvile and destroy us all." Rainbow Dash hoovered over them trying to think of whats going on, "Pinks, What are you talking about misery is coming to Ponyville? We beat Discord's ass! nothing is going to happen to Ponyville on my watch." Pinkie pushed Twilight Sparkle away and ran off again. Everypony was trying to catch up with her but is was no use she ran into the Everfree Forsest and hid in a bushel. She watched as the others ran by her and sat in her own darkness. "Awwww they dont belive you. Nopony will. Just give up already." Pinkie jumped up and ran into my wing as i blocked her, "what do you want from me! Why are you doing this?" I stomped my claws into the ground and lowered my head with a low growl. "Are you that fucking stupid? or are you just retarded.You and pathetic friends killed my father. Youz destroyed my little sister's childhood. youz will pay.Not today but soon..." And in a black mist I vanished, with Pinkie sitting in the middle of the forest again.
Fluttershy was flying above looking for Pinkie when she saw the pink pony on the ground passed out. Fluttershy gently landed next to her and nudged her head, "Pinkie Pie, are you ok?" Pinkie slowly opened her eyes, still terrified of her ordeal, just started to thrash at the defenseless yellow pony, her hooves cut and bruised the yellow fur. Fluttershy fell to the floor and screamed in pain trying to crawl away. Pinkie only grabbed her wing in her mouth and pulled, dislocating it. Fluttershy let out a ear splitting scream that alerted Rainbow Dash and the others. "Fluttershy's in danger!" in a cloud of smoke she took off into the air w a rainbow streaming behind her. the others ran Twilight, Rarity, and Apple Jack ran after her following the rainbow. The found Fluttershy on the ground all for legs were broken, bone stickng out at the joints. her eyes swollen and her wounds were deep and flowwing with blood. And standing over her was a red and pink pony that was once Pinkie Pie, her eyes were panic filled and her breathing was hoarse and slow, "go away, leave me alone! Leave Ponyville alone! Dont come any closer!" Pinkie kicked some dirt upand began to charge at the two unicorns and the orange earth pony. Rainbow Dash the tackled the rage filled pony to the ground, dodging her fury of hooves. And with a quick blow from the cyan Pegasus, Pinkie Pie fell to the ground out cold.

(Author's note: sorry I have not been posting chapters fast enough, I am currently pregnant and This little filly is a strong one. I'll be posting when I can)
The four ponies looked at the unconscious pink pony as Rainbow Dash flew off to gt help. Flutterfly still laid on the ground lifeless but slow breaths came from her swollen chest. Apple jack sat beside the pony that only yesterday was giggling and making cupcakes.They all wondered what happened to their friend, what made her attack Fluttershy? After a few minutes Rainbow Dash came back with a cart filled with white nurse ponies. and a cart followed them that was labeled IPA, Insane Pony Asylum. As the white ponies gently put Fluttershy on the cart, four grey ponies grabbed Pinkie and threw her in the back of their cart. Both carts headed back toward ponyville as the others looked onward. Rainbowdash flew behind the carts to make sure Fluttershy got seen. Applejack looked down at the blood and yellow feathers that scattered on the ground, "What in tarnation is going on here? Why did Pinkie attack Shy like she gone saw a timber wolf?" Twilight just looked on and shook her head, "I don't know AppleJack, but I'm sure we will find out, I'm going to talk to Pinkie and find out."
Twilight went over to the Pony Asylum to confront the mad pink pony, whatever made her attack Fluttershy had to be a reason behind it. The large grey building towered over the land casting a dark shadow over Twilight almost blocking the sun. The lavender pony entered the building and was confronted by the two large ponies from before, the tags on their jackets read, 'Strait jacket, and Ink blot'. They could've been mistaken for twins if it wasnt for their cutie marks. Strait jacket stepped toward her, "Name?" Twilight wasn't sure weither or not to say heres or Pinkies, "I'm here to see Pinkie Pie, my name is Twilight Sparkle." Ink Blot looked through the paper work on the desk and nodded, "Third floor, room 136." she walked up to elevator and pushed the 3. When the elevator stopped, the doors opened to reveal a darkened hallway lit by only a few lights on the ceiling. each door was both a number and a name on them, she passed a few blank doors and she found Pinkie's room next to a pony named Screwball, weird name for a pony. Twilight looked through what meant to be a peep hole in pinkie's cell, there was Pinkie Pie in the corner. Her hair was flat and her pink caot looked as grey and lifeless as the walls around her. "Pinkie? It's me Twilight." Pinkie slowly turned her head toward the unicorn then turned away, "Hello Twilight, what are you doing here."
"i want to know whats wrong, what made you attack Fluttershy like that?"
"That wasn't Fluttershy...."
"What do you mean that wasn't Fluttershy? of course it was, couldn't you hear her screams? she was begging you to stop."
"LIES! I should've known you wouldn't believe me....nopony will ever believe me."
Twilight stood there confuse and a bit angry with Pinkie Pie, she wasn't making any sense and she wasn't answering any of her questions. "Pinkie, this isn't like you, now tell me why did you attack Fluttershy!" Pinkie popped in frount of the peep hold, making the unicorn jump back, "Cause she's a monster." PInkie's eyes opened wide as she saw a black aura around Twilight, she hadn't noticed it before cause she was far from the peep hole, "YOU! get away from me!" PInkie battered at the door. Twilight became scared and ran off screaming and crying. Pinkie stop battering the door and looked through it, she was no shadow and silently cried to herself. A dark chuckle filled the room as I manifested myself into Pinkie's cell, "I told you nopony would believe you...I'm going to make your life a living hell...and so far it's worked...I made you turn into a monster in the eyes of your friends...its only a matter of time before that cute little Pegasus dies for what you did to her..." Pinkie's ears perked up and tears filled her eyes in shock, "you mean that really was Fluttershy!? I actualy attacked my friend?" The pink pony stood up, her bod shaking with rage as she lowered her head, "You Monster!" she darted toward me but only passed through my body, She turned around and saw the image of Fluttershy on the ground, blood flowing on the ground. Fluttershy's body twitching as she tries to flap her broken wings, bones tore through her flesh as she screamed in pain, "Why Pinkie? Why would you do this to me?" PInkie screamed and hid under her bead as my laugh filled the room. "I'll see you later, I have to oversee your friend's death for you...I'll fill you in with all the little details later." I passed through the door and disappeared into the shadows.
At the hospital, Applejack and Rarity were standing next to Fluttershy's hospital bed. The only sounds that could be heard were the sounds of the EKG beeping and the doctor's hooves on the floor. Fluttershy's breathing sounds hoarse and shallow as the doctors finish the last of the test. The Doctors took the out of the room and looked down. Rarity jumped infront of Applejack, "Hows our Fluttershy? Will she be ok?" The white pony took a few steps back from the concerned unicorn, "I'm sorry, if she manages to even survive the night, would be a miracle. You are free to stay be her side for the night." Rarity's eyes filled with tears as she ran to the bed. Applejack stood and asked the doctor, "Now Doc, ah know Pinkie may be a tad bit hyper and such, but she cant hurt anypony. What are Fluttershy's wounds?" The doctor handed the med chart to the orange mare, "As you see in her x-rays, Fluttershy has suffered multiple fractures to her ribs and spine. Both her wings are broken beyond repair, therefore she will never fly again. Her skull is fractured and is bleeding internally. In other words, it's going to be a miracle if she lives." Applejack looked at Fluttershy as Rarity gently blankets her comatose body. "Thank ya doc."
(Fluttershy's Mind)
Dark Swirls circled around her as she panicked to find a way out of the blackness. The frightened pegusus screamed and cried out for help but no one answered. Just taunting laughter. "Who are you!? What are you doing! Please stop it!" the swirls stopped moving and loud ticking exploded in the dark. Fluttershy screamed and hid under her hooves. "Stop? Now why on earth would I stop? This is too much fun! watching you ponies squirm in my talons is almost orgasmic." Fluttershy sniffled and shook in fear, "Why are you doing this!? What did we do to you?" I slapped the yellow pegusus as she screamed, "You and your friends took EVERYTHING from us! Our father whom I havent seen since I was young, and whom my sister never met! We were so happy when he was free, but now just because yous couldnt handle a litle bit of change and chocolate falling on your precious flanks; yous thought it'd be fine to just to get rid of him." Fluttershy looked up trying to find the source of the voice. "Discord? Your father?"
(Real World)
"Discord...?" Fluttershy whispered in her sleep. Applejack and Rarity both looked at each other in confusion. They turned around to see Twilight panting and sweating. Rarity ran over to her and helped her from falling over, "Darling, what happened?" Twilight caught her breath and shook her head, "I don't know...Pinkie was going crazy. Screaming about Fluttershy being a monster, and attacking the door the separated us. I'm worried about her. I have to talk to Zecora." Twilight turned to toward the door but Applejack quickly blacked her way. "Uh-huh Twi, you ain't going anywhere this late. you're just gunna haf'ta wait til morn'in. Now, me and Rarity are gunna stay the night here with Fluttershy. She's whisperin about Discord as if she's talkin to someone."
"That gives me even more reason to go to Zecora now!"
"Twilight I must say, I know you're worried about Fluttershy and Pinkie pie, but it is far to late to be heading into the Everfree forest this late."
"You're right...I'm sorry I'll wait till tomorrow to talk to her."
