Rainbow Heart 3
Chapter 15 Hidden Chapter
Previous ChapterIt was Heart and Hooves Day. I, Rainbow Heart, visited Double Rainbow’s grave at the Stones of Tears. I was with my new mate a pegasus. Night Wish introduced me to him, who apparently had a crush on me for a while. He was my new love. I have a thing for the pegasi. Night Wish knew it. I’ve known Night Wing, my new love, for a while before I got into a relationship with Double Rainbow, but it was nothing relationship wise, just friends. I would never forget Double Rainbow and what he taught me.
Ponytown still remained under my command but quarantined and secured by royal guards. Oh, yes. Equestria will become safe under my command. The moment was not right now, but will be soon. Princess Celestia had given me the Element of Tragedy, cause of all the chaos I had caused over the past few months. It was based on my sadness and depression of losing my lover, my tragedy that became other ponies’ problems. There were only two more shoes that need to be filled, hatred and selfishness. I would find two others to don those Elements of Disharmony.
The cremains of King Sombra, Queen Chrysalis, and Tirek were placed in magic sealed and magic repellent urns and buried in their graves that were located in a burial site elsewhere.
I could hear Double Rainbow’s voice in his head, “The magic of friendship will never die! One way or another I will return. We will be together again someday. I love you. Til death do us part and beyond. It’ll be sooner than you think.”
With Double Rainbow’s Knife in its sheath strapped onto the belt on the saddle I was wearing, I put my hoof on it. There will be more to come. I would be ready to deal with it. I had one ace still up my sleeve, one more card to play. Now I just had to wait and see how things played out. When the moment was right.
The lessons of life. Life was meant to live and to move on even though it is hard. In the end, we will all sit around a round table with a buffet of food, enough alcohol to feed a military, and custom music to tame a restless soul. All of us in love will be together and realize it’s not about how many lovers we have had in life but how we treated them. We will meet loved ones, family members, and strangers. We will talk about our feats in life, joke about our mistakes, and will cry about our wrongdoings, because of the harm we have caused others. Even after death. We will meet each other again after the DJ plays the final song. Only in the end will we realize what we did in life and the experiences we learned and the friendships we have gained. Indeed, “The magic of friendship will never die!”
