After a summer holiday visit to a friend in another dimension---a world with a country called America populated by humans----Twilight and Spike come up with ideas for Equestrian parody songs based on American anthems. They decide to organize a recital at Canterlot Castle to debut these songs at the next Summer Sun Celebration----and the results are, well... mixed, to say the least. Each chapter of this story features an Equestrian parody of a familiar American patriotic tune. (It was to have debuted on the 4th of July weekend, but a 'failed moderation' has pushed it back a month or two. Here's hoping this new version will pass, and be completed by Labor Day weekend.
