My Little Warriors: Dawn with fire

"Prophecy?" Twilight Sparkle asked.

"Yes... Would you, like to hear it?" Blue Star asked ever so softly.

"Yes, please".

"Well... The Star clan sent Spotted leaf a prophecy many moons ago. It said, colored cats will meet the clan then second shall unfold." Blue Star sighed.

"Okay then. Well, we were, in truth, part of another prophecy once, in Equestria" Twilight responded.

"Yes? what was it?" Blue Star seemed a little up beat.

"On the longest day of the thousandth year, the stars will aid in her escape, and she will bring about night time eternal" Twilight answered, but then added, "She`s now reformed and living with her sister. They are the princesses of the moon and sun".

Blue Star looked at Twilight like she was crazy.

"Oh, um... About your prophecy?!" She moved the subject quickly.

"Right, I shall gather a meeting for this. We can not accept you now, but you may stay in the apprentices den until we find something for you to do", Blue Star confirmed before jumping swiftly onto the High rock.

"All cats old enough to catch their own prey, please join me here at the High rock".

Many cats came prowling forward, meowing curiously.

"Today, as many of you know, six strange smelling cats came with Lion Heart into this clan. Spotted leaf had a prophecy that I feel is tied to these cats," she paused and looked at Twilight and her friends, "come forth".

The six prowled onto the high rock, behind Blue Star, crowded on the thin rock. Blue Star muttered something, and all but two got off and came to the front. Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash stayed.

"These, colorful cats, were found in the forest, and seem to be young enough to be apprentices. I know we just added another member, and we have many mouths to feed. That is why if they are to join us, so that this prophecy may unfold, they must prove themselves loyal to our clan".

There were many whoops, hushed whispers, and even loud boos.

With a loud cry, Blue Star quieted them, and added, "Tomorrow, one will show herself loyal. Or will attempt to. Each day ,one will go through one of a few tests. That is all I have to say, goodbye" Blue Star turned and climbed down the High rock.

Two cats began padding up to the six, an orange tom and a gray tom.

The orange one looked super happy, and he began to speak to Blue Star.

"Hey, uh, since these cats are new here, can I show them around please?" He asked. Blue Star nodded and sighed one of relief.

"Hey, guys! Wanna see around the place?" The gray one asked, holding out a paw to Fluttershy. She shyly took hold of it, and felt herself blushing, thankfully hidden behind her pink patterns.

"This large bush indented cave thing right here is the warriors den!" the gray one pointed to a large bush, the entrance a small hole. When the bush ended, a small over hang covered the rest, and from what the six could see, moss and grass worked as the lounging area.

"And that natural creation is the medical den!" the orange one pawed to a small tunnel in a bush, that led into a dark space, also under an over hang, but almost as big as a cave, with enough room for half the clan. Or it seemed that way, but only Twilight could tell. Rarity and Apple Jack were having a hard time describing the inside, and the rest could see moderately, but still had trouble.

"Then we have the apprentice`s den!" The gray cat showed the cats a large bush, covered from rain, but fluttering with light.

"Thats where youll stay here until your tested! And if you pass, well, youll be here again!" He added, " By the way, im Gray Paw. And this is Fire Paw!" he pointed to the orange tom.

"Oh, so your the one Lion Heart told us about!" Rainbow Dash spat jokingly, purring.

Fire Paw chuckled purrs of amusement but continued the tour.

"Here`s the kits den, where all Queens stay until they have there kits" Fire Paw said.

"Queens?" Twilight Sparkle asked.

Fluttershy broke in and answered her, but suddenly shrunk back into the crowd of colorful kitties.

"Here`s the fresh kill pile!" Gray Paw informed them as they passed it, earning a shriek from Fluttershy.

The cats all stopped at a large tree, where a few elderly cats were licking and talking to each other.

"This is where the elders stay. There`s a hollowed out area in the trunk. No need to look at this place though!" Gray Paw smiled as he began to leave.

"Bye! see you soon!" Fire Paw waved his tail, leaving the six cats to themselves.

The night hung heavily with dew, foggy wisps surrounding the bush den.

Twilight Sparkle looked out of the bushy den that made up their temporary home. She glanced around, looking for something to do while she waited for tomorrow.

Most cats had gone to sleep, but the six were just lying around, bored, and confused. So much happened in one day!

out of the corner of her eye, Twilight could see a familiar grey cat walk outside of her lichen draped den.

She signaled for Twilight to come, flicking her tail and twitching her whiskers.

Twilight turned behind and whispered to her friends, "Come one. Blue Star wants to see us".

"I would like to talk about tomorrow, and the set up for the trial" Blue Star calmly stated, before continuing.

"I have arranged which of you will go in which order. But first... I, need your names" She smiled slightly, "I never got to that. Green-leaf is approaching, but we have lost much prey".

Twilight answered, as she had been many times already.

"Thats okay! Im Twilight Sparkle".

"Ahm Apple Jack".

"F-fluttershy...".

"I`m Rainbow Dash!". Blue Star chuckled.

"Lion Heart told me about your speed, Dash" Blue Star purred.

"I, am Rarity".

"And i`m... Pinkie Pie!" Pinkie yelled, but low enough to keep the den from waking up.

"Well... Twilight. Your going to go and prove yourself tomorrow. Then you Rainbow Dash" Blue Star said in a smooth, silky tone.

"Then you, Fluttershy, and you Apple Jack".

"Pinkie Pie will go next, and lastly, you, ms. Rarity".

"The set up will go according to this, you will either be able to show your loyalty to this clan- " She was cut off.

"Um... Sorry to bother you... But you never asked our opinion. What if we don`t want to stay here, in Thunder Clan?" Fluttershy asked shyly.

"I... Sorry. Once I saw you six, I only thought of the prophecy. But I must warn you... Outside this clan, it is dangerous. The other three would probably cut you open alive and use you as colorful banners, and to say the least about your... Pet, bunny. Oh... But there must be a reason you were sent here, please, stay. Or, try... At least" Blue Star sighed.

Twilight nodded, along with the others, mostly Fluttershy though.

"Of course, this is just like the map. That shows our cutie marks..." Twilight stared at her blank purple hip, " Or shown our marks...".

With a frowning Twilight, Rarity finished her sentence, "We have almost always been sent somewhere for a reason, and with those that weren`t, another world was no where in that measly list".

"I see... As I was saying, " Blue Star said, more joy in her meow, "You can either show your loyalty to this clan by hunting, healing, or finding another way of helping us. And- you may choose whichever time of day. Be it sunhigh, or when silver pelt has bound up into the sky".

Twilight took silver pelt to be the moon.

"Well, girls. I must be getting to sleep. Tomorrow, you Twilight- will show us your talent in this world".

The other five left, but Twilight found herself staying.

"Blue Star?" She asked.

"Yes, Twilight Sparkle?".

"Do you believe in... Well, this may seem silly, but- other worlds?".

"That is not silly. Actually, I do. Well, mostly. Mainly worlds of up most difference from ours, NOT the- i`m living another life in the same situation, but... Differently".

Twilight understood. And in a way, that helped her cause, mostly.

"Do you believe in... Crossing worlds?", she asked.

"Maybe. It depends".

"Well... Being colorful, and all. Would you believe me if I said, that we came from another world?".

"Actually, I don`t know. But probably. Can you tell about it?".

"Sure! We were, ponies, if you can go that far into my info. I knew complex magic. Well, I still do. But, with no horn... Yeah." Twilight paused.

"In our world, the sun and moon are controlled by two princesses, possessing both horns and wings. The sun princess, Celestia, was- is, my mentor. I`m her pupil. Luna, the princess of the night, was once Nightmare Moon, possessed by evil. But we reformed her, as to the prophecy".

"I see" Blue Star said.

"Every pony in Equestria had a mark on their flank, their personality. Its called a cutie mark, and it appears their whenever they find out what their special talent is. Mine represented magic. Raritys her knowledge and design creativity with gems, Pinkie Pie her party spirit, Apple Jack her... Well, she lives on an apple farm, so I guess her way with farming, Fluttershy her animal friendly posture- and her ability to understand animals, and lastly Rainbow Dash. Hers represents her lightning speed, and her firing passion for flying and going- REALLY fast. She got hers when she performed a sonic rainboom, as a foal" Twilight finished.

"But that troubles me" the pink socked cat sighed, her head held low.

"In what way?" Blue Star asked, slightly worried.

"My talent... Its no use in this world, is it? I cant sense any, at least not to my senses. My special talent...".

"I have a feeling, that in any world, talents are- warped. Made differently".

"So... Mine is just, different?" Twilight perked up.

"Of course!" Blue Star smiled.

"Thank you, Blue Star".

"Your welcome, dear Twilight. But I must get to bed though, Twilight. Goodnight, and best of luck", she said as she left to lay down on a mossy nest.

Twilight nodded and left, purring at the success at getting a believer of her colored friends. Silver pelt hung at the top of the sky, clouded by nothing.

It didn`t take long for Twilight to fall asleep either, and she dreamt of nicer things, like Celestia, and ponies, rainbows and ponds... Mice and hunting...
