Chapter 9 The Legacy of Double Rainbow / My Children

Previous ChapterNext Chapter

The adopted children of Double Rainbow had chosen another pony to bring to justice. Without Double Rainbow, his murders would continue. The group had chosen a movie theater at night for their first spectacle alone, it was no more training wheels for them. The theater was in the ruins of Ponytopia, sometimes they played movies there, other times they had plays or shows, and even sometimes they let ponies play video games on the massive screens in the past when it was open.

The pony in front of them was named Heartbreaker. He was a red pony with orange and yellow mane, tail, and eyes. His cutie marks was a broken in half heart. He was an earth pony. He represented the element of fire.

The barbed wire was strung by hoof. There was an ornamental design securing all of his hooves, and the back hooves were the body parts he would have to sacrifice in order to learn the errors of his ways and to win his chance to freedom. Between Heartbreaker and Pawter Pony was Double Rainbow’s special rug. The other survivors and coconspirators took cover in the shadows encircling Pawter Pony and Heartbreaker. Some sat on the chairs eating popcorn and candy, while drinking soda pop as well.

The sleep spell wore off. Heartbreaker came to and found himself in the unusual situation. He tried to carefully get free but couldn’t.

“What the?” the trapped pony stated.

Pawter Pony said, “I know the past, the present, and the future. When it comes to you Heartbreaker, I know everything. You go through life womanizing mares. You convince them that they are loved, but once you have sex with them, you leave them and are never heard from again. When they don’t consent to your passes, you force yourself on them and rape them. However, mares are not your only victims, stallions have also been fooled by your trickery. This is payback for all the evil you have done. You are an evil pony. You need to learn how to become a good pony. It means that you have to suffer the consequences from your actions and that your punishment should reflect the wrongdoings you have done.”

“This is garbage!” Heartbreaker shouted.

Pawter Pony stepped forward using his horn to levitate Rainbow Heart’s Hunting Knife that Rainbow Heart had buried in Double Rainbow’s ashes in the Stones of Tears. Double Rainbow had retrieved it from his coffin and urn and gave it to the group to use. Pawter brought it to his back right leg hoof and rubbing it violently against it. Heartbreaker knew what was coming and prepared for it. Pawter sawed his hoof using the knife to Heartbreaker screaming in pain. The hoof fell to the ground, bloody. In doing so, the tension on the front right hoof was given slack and he could get it free now. Pawter dropped the knife in front of him, leaving a bloody knife impression on the ground and walked to the other side of the rug.

Heartbreaker got the hint. He used his front right hoof and picked the knife off of the ground. Against his will, he cut off his rear left hoof. Now with both the front hooves having no tension on the securing barbed wire, he was able to get free.

He stumbled forward with the knife in his right hoof and crossed the rug trying to attack Pawter. It activated the trap. A curtain drape with large razors embedded on the edging fell down from the ceiling and killed the pony by decapitation.

Pawter excitedly stated, “We did it!”

There were cheers, whistling, and applause by some of them clopping their front hooves together or by clopping their front hooves on the floor from his fellow chosen ponies. Pawter picked up Double Rainbow’s Rug and Rainbow Heart’s Hunting Knife.

The group then sat Heartbreaker’s headless body up in a sitting position like how a dog sits and then they placed his head in between the legs facing the genitals of the pony. They enjoyed the decorating aspect just as much as they did performing the act of justice. Double Rainbow would have been proud of them.
