Count Blumiere and Lady Timpani's New Life

Chapter 1: Count and Lady's Discovery.

Count Bleck opened his dreary eyes to look at... TREES?? Just what was going on here? This wasn't the Underwhere. He looked over his shoulder to see his hat, his monocle, his staff, and... no. It couldn't be, it was!! The Dark Prognosticus. He grabbed his hat to find a rainbow winged butterfly curled up under it.

"Tippi? Oh Tippi? Wake up." He said to his beloved.

"Uugghh, what happened? This doesn't look like the Underwhere." She looked around to find her count by her side. She looked around some more to find the Count's monocle and staff and... The Dark Prognosticus! "Blumiere, why is The Dark Prognosticus here? I thought Dimentio took it with him as he was destroyed." She said.

"I thought the same thing." he said. He got up to grab his monocle, his staff, and The Dark Prognosticus off the ground. Both Tippi and The Dark Prognosticus floated around him.

"Come on Spike," the lavender alicorn said to her number one assistant,"The Princess needs to see us immediately!!" Twilight eventually gave up on pulling Sleepy Spike out of his basket and she made herself some oats. She was about to take her first bite when her door flew open.

"Princess Twilight!! You must come quick!" Mayor Mare shouted. Twilight quickly ran outside to see her friends. "Princess, we saw a large and loud flash atop that hill in the Everfree Forest! Can you and your friends please investigate?!" Twilight gave a reassuring nod and went inside to grab the Elements and gave them to their bearers.

"Alright girls, let's go!" she shouted, and they were galloping to the hill.

Blumiere and Timpani were wandering the forest they were in. The leaves on the trees were a black-ish green color. Blumiere was about to say something until he heard the sound of galloping.

"Apparently there is more life that lays beyond us." Timpani said. They turned to look in the direction of the galloping. Once they turned, they saw six small horses, so probably ponies? They were wearing beautiful jewelry.

The lavender one was the first to speak up. "Stand back girls and keep your Elements ready, we don't know what they could do."

"I am Count Blumiere, former villain, and this is my beloved Lady Timpani." Blumiere spoke up. Though you couldn't see it, Timpani was blushing.

The yellow one spoke up. "How could you marry a small beautiful insect like this? I-I mean, if you don't m-mind me asking."

"Well now, that's a very very long story. I'm afraid we'll have to tell you another time." Timpani said. "Now that we've introduced ourselves, why don't you introduce yourselves...  hhmm?"

"Well, ahm AppleJack." the orange one said with a southern accent.

"Well darlings, my name is Rarity." The white one said.

"I am Twilight Sparkle." The lavender one that spoke up first introduced.

"I'm Rainbow Dash, the fastest flyer in all of Equestria.

"I-I'm F-Fluttershy." the yellow one stammered.

"AND I'M PINKIE PIE!!!" The yellow one shouted, causing Timpani and Blumiere to jump back in surprise.

"Well," Blumiere said pushing his monocle back up to his face."That... was quite surprising."

Twilight was still worried after that Blumiere guy said "former villain". It reminded of somepony she knew. She then heard a familiar laughter coming from a tree. Speak of the devil!

"Ah, new guests in Equestria, I see. Hhmm."

"Discord," Fluttershy stated sternly "Don't get any ideas. Life isn't a game and citzens aren't your puppets or toys." Discord pouted when he heard Fluttershy say this.

When Blumiere heard what Fluttershy said about Discord he started a small chuckle. All the ponies looked at him.

"Something funny?" Discord asked.

"It's just, you remind me of a traitor back home. His name is Dimentio. He always took life as if it were a game." He said. Discord pondered a bit and thought of someone.

"Is this Dimentio of yours, was it, a small floating jester?" Discord asked.

"Why yes, he is. How did you know? Why DO you want to know?"

"Oh, it's because on day, I was in my own personal dimension when suddenly, there was a large flash. I looked out to expect the mailmare had come by, but then I saw him. I had to move out of MY OWN dimension. Just because he wanted to 'wreck havoc'. I thought that was MY job!" He said loudly. Blumiere and Timpani were utterly shocked. Dimentio, HERE? Of all places he had to be in the world they happened to be in.

"We need to keep The Dark Prognosticus safe. Or else, if it falls into the wrong hands, this world, along with others can be ripped apart!" Blumiere said.

The mane 6 were utterly shocked by the conversation they just had. More so of the last part Blumiere said.

"Okaaayyyy!" Twilight suddenly shouted so everypony could hear. Let's all head back home, that's a lot to take in."

"Uhm, not to be rude Mrs. Sparkle, but we don't really have a home here." Timpani said.

"Oh, hehe, right. You can stay at my place if you'd like."

"Thank you greatly Twilight Sparkle." Blumiere said.

They all said their goodbyes and split ways. Meanwhile, a certain jester was lurking in the shadows.

"Hhmm, Blumiere is here with his wife and The Dark Prognosticus. I will retrieve it with a swift strike like a cat to a mouse. Hehe. I will soon be the ruler of al worlds."

After Timpani and Blumiere told twilight about The Dark Prognosticus and Dimentio's chaotic powers, Twilight had the idea to put it in the case with the Elements. It floated in its case with the Elements. Twilight knew that not even the strongest of magic could get in the case. Twilight showed the two their bedroom. It was a spare bedroom with a 4 poster sized bed. They all slept happy with happy dreams. All but Blumiere.

"Dimentio! Show yourself!" He shouted. He was surrounded by a dark void. Then, a tall blue equine, similar to Twilight with the wings and the horn. "Who are you?" he asked.

I am Princess Luna. Walker of dreams. I may ask you the same question."

"I am Count Blumiere. Former villain and husband of my beloved Lady Timpani."

"I see. You are appearing to have a strange dream." Luna said.

"Hmm~ glad of you to join my dear Count, and your friend too." A voice said.

***Cue Super Paper Mario Charming Magician***

"Dimentio! Where are you?!" Blumiere yelled.

"Oh, I'm right here Count." Dementio suddenly appeared with a maniacal grin. "It's so good to see you again. Lucky for me, I wasn't completely obliterated when the pure hearts overpowered me. Ah, but alas, I have hardly any power left with me after the 'incident' we had." He made a gesture with his fingers and rolled his eyes. "But that Discord fellow should help me out. I can sense a great deal of magic in him. Once I get close enough I'll harvest the magic right from him to gain more power. Well, no time to stay and chat, I've gotta run. I go with the wind like a breeze blows a leaf across an Autumn field. Well, ~Ciao~" He said as he disappeared.

"Well, that was... interesting." Luna said. She sat flat on her rump in confusion.

"That's just Dimentio." Blumiere said.

"I must be going, you are waking up. Have a good day Lord Blumiere."

***Cut The Music Now***

Blumiere woke with a start. He looked at the clock. It read 10 o' clock. "Shoot," he thought.He flipped his way to the main room of the library. When he flipped, it was like teleporting. He would be surrounded in a black rectangle and be flipped to the area he chose. When he flipped into the main room, Tippi was telling Twilight the story of why she was a butterfly. The two girls turned around to see a very sleep deprived Blumiere.

"Blumy?" Tippi asked.

"I-I'm sorry. I had the strangest of dreams and a blue princess similar to you Twilight, but much taller. But worst of all, Dimentio told me what he was planning. He said once he got close enough friends with Discord, he drain the magic from HIM and gain his power back." Blumiere explained what his dream was like. Twilight gasped when she heard 'Blue Princess'.

"You met Princess Luna in your dreams?!" She asked enthusiastically.

"Well, yes. Strange how one can dream in others' dreams." He replied.

"Hey guys, I think we should warn that Discord about Dimentio." Timpani said. They all nodded in agreement and bolted out the door. They had to tell Discord about that jester!

"Hehehe. They didn't see it coming did they?" he said slyly, "I feel a lot of power coming from these so called 'Elements of Harmony' and that Twilight pony left it unguarded. How idiotic of her." He raised his hands slowly and grasped the case covering the Elements AND The Dark Prognosticus. He lifted, but to his dismay, it appeared locked. "Drat! I really thought it was that easy? Hmm, maybe I should try a different approach." He scratched his chin and came to a conclusion. "I'll just have to wait and think." And with that he teleported out of the Golden Oaks Library. Leaving it empty, all except a stunned baby dragon standing at the top of the stairs.
