Count Blumiere and Lady Timpani's New Life

Chapter 2: It's a Changeling Attack?

"Twilight! Twilight!" Spike yelled as Twilight, Blumiere, and Timpani walked in. "I saw this REALLY creepy clown guy trying to get his hands on the Elements and that book!"

Twilight gasped. She ran to the case where the Elements and The Dark Prognosticus were held. She sighed in relief that the Elements and the book were still where they should be. She trotted back to where the others were to find Blumiere talking to Spike about The Dark Prognosticus and his reformation.

"You see Spike," He said, pulling his hat rim over his eyes,"The Dark Prognosticus is a book that holds the future of many. But those futures should never be shown to the eyes of others, for it shall corrupt the very soul within them. Just like it did me when Timpani disappeared. But I was reformed to the power of the Pure Hearts. There are 9 hearts. The 8 Pure Hearts and one Chaos Heart."

Spike and Twilight thought about what he had just said.

"So, what you're saying is, the Pure Hearts are like the Elements of Harmony, but there is one singled out and is on the bad side?" Spike asked.

"Precisely." Blumiere said. "Where's Timpani?"

"I'm over here Blumiere!" The aforementioned butterfly said. Then, Blumiere sensed it. A large powerful magic surge. "Did you feel that?" he asked.

"I did, and it didn't feel like a good one!" Twilight replied.

Suddenly, a green streak flew into the library. It hissed loudly. Without notice, it trapped Spike and Timpani in a green bubble and flew off. Blumiere and Twilight looked outside to see the creature fly out of sight. They looked to their left to see a swarm of crowding the skies.

"It's a changeling attack!!!" a random pony screamed. Twilight gasped again and ran inside to grab the Elements but only to be stopped by Blumiere.

"I'll handle this. I have the power of the void to take out that entire swarm... hopefully. Also, Dimentio is still out there and after the Elements. So if you are to take them out of the case, please keep them protected." He said. He then flew out of the library in an instant. He flew into the air with the power of the void ready. He opened his cape and let the void unleash, sucking in any and all changelings in the vicinity. Twilight watched in amazement as Blumiere sucked in a quarter of the swarm, then half... then Twilight the flicker of red in his blue colored eye and mouth.

"Bleh hehehehehe!" He yelled. The 1/4 of the first swarm retreated. Then, Twilight remembered something that Timpani said. "When he was evil, he had a red glow in his eyes, but then after he was reformed, it was a light blue hue.

"Blumiere!!!!!" Twilight shouted, "STOP!!!!"

"Bleh hehehehehe!" There is no Blumiere! Only, COUNT BLECK!!!" He shouted.

Timpani felt something from Blumiere. Only, it wan't Blumiere, it was Bleck! She set an internal link in each of their minds in case this happened in the Underwhere. If he lashed out. "Blumiere, please... stop." she said into the mental link. "Not until I... Timpani" He said.

Blumiere suddenly came back to his senses and floated down.

"Woah, Blumiere, what happened out there."Twilight asked.

"It was the dark side of me being released. Just Princess Luna." Blumiere replied. Besides the sudden outrage by Bleck/Blumiere the relentlessly attacked. They weren't with Cadance and Shining Armor and the only way of getting to them quickly was by scroll.

"Come on Blumiere, we need to get to the Princesses." Twilight said.

"We must keep all of Canterlot safe from the Ch-" Celestia's sentence was interrupted by a sound of warping. She turned around to find a small floating jester.

"Ah yes, the Princess named 'Celestia I suppose, no?" the jester asked.

***Cue Super Paper Mario Charming Magician***

"Who are you?" Celestia demanded flaring her horn.

"Heh, trust me I am no changeling. I am a mere jester that sprouted a new life here in Equestria." He said with a faint and unnoticeable smirk. He floated closer to Celestia, her horn still flaring. Suddenly, she saw him raise his hand and quickly snapped his fingers. In a flash, Celestia was in a large endless green dimension.

"Where have you taken me fowl beast!" Celestia roared.

"Ooohh, ouch, that hurt, 'fowl beast', pulling that card are we? And to answer your question, we are in my personal, slightly tweaked, endless, and inescapable dimension. I call it Dimension D. Try as you may," He said with a slight smile, "You will never escape my Dimension D. So good luck on trying to find a way out. Do you have any questions... no? Good. I want to see the look on your precious little sister's face when she finds out where I took you. That goes the same for your so called 'student' too. Well~Ciao!~" He snapped his fingers and left a slightly dazed, confused and defeated Celestia to roam the endless corridor of Dimension D.

Twilight and Blumiere were running through the halls of Canterlot until they reached the throne room where Luna was pacing.

"Luna!" Twilight ran up to Luna and hugged her while Blumiere merely bowed.

Twilight Sparkle, we have terrible news, Celestia is missing. We have searched the entire castle, the grounds, even Ponyville!" Luna said with tears forming in her eyes. They all heard a faint chuckle.

"Oh, I wouldn't worry for your sister dear Luna, heh heh heh!" Dementio finally showed himself in person. She safe in my own little Dimension D!"

"Oh no, not Dimension D!" Blumiere said.

"That's right, she's in my endless dimension where she'll be spending the rest of her days walking an endless corridor. Ha ha ha ha!" Dimentio said.

"GIVE THOU THY SISTER!!!!!" Luna shouted in her royal Canterlot voice.

"Heh, if you wanted to see her so badly, why don't you join her!" Dementio said as he snapped his fingers and Luna was gone. "It's good to have your magic back aahh. I got it from a certain 'somepony' who got head over heels in her confidence. So I drained her of magic. So Count Bleck, or rather... Blumiere, shall we duel or shall you and your friend here going to chicken out?"

Twilight and Blumiere nodded in agreement and took their battle stances. "Hm, so I take it you want to dual? Let us dance."

***Cue Underchomp Battle Theme***

Dementio challenged you to a fight! Dementio took the first attack by firing a chaos beam. Twilight took 3 damage. Blumiere took the next turn by summoning the void from his cloak. Dementio took 10 damage. Twilight took the next turn by firing a beam of magic. Dementio took 10 damage. Dementio used his turn to duplicate himself to confuse Twilight and Blumiere. Blumiere took the next turn by shooting a void from his staff. Blumiere hit the decoy! It was Twilight's turn now. She flew up to Dimentio and bucked him in the face. Dementio took 7 damage. Dimentio fired a chaos ball. Blumiere took 10 damage. Blumiere decided to team up with Twiligt on his turn. Twilight shot a beam of magic while Blumiere shot another void from his staff. Dimentio took 50 damage! Dementio fired both a chaos ball and beam at Twilight. She took 60 damage! Twilight decided to work with Blumiere again. Blumiere summoned the void from his cloak and when Dimentio got sucked into the void, Twilight shot a magical beam in the void. Dimentio has been defeated! Blumiere gained 90 EXP! Twilight gained 90 EXP!

*** Cut the Music***

"You two have done well." Dimentio said in a shaky voice. "Here, have you 'princesses' back." he said. He snapped his fingers and a mane ruffled Celestia and Luna appeared. "Well, so long for now.~Ciao~!" He said and warped somewhere else.

"That was quite the interesting predicament that just happened." Luna said.

"Well," Twilight said, "We have bigger things on our hooves!" Twilight said pointing out the window.

***Cue Staff Credits Music***

Well, our new Equestrian heroes have freed the princesses from Dimension D. And had a battle with Dimentio and won. What will our new heroes do next? If you would like to know, stay tuned for the next chapter! ~Ciao~
