Darkened Souls and Shattered Moons

Soul woke as the train had reached the station. He climbed out of his bed and stretched, yawning as he did. He grabbed his gear and put it all back on, heading to the exit of the car. Shattered and Majik were already waiting for him." Well, we're here." Majik said as he looked around. Soul nodded and lead the group up the road to the center of Canterlot." I haven't been here since ten years ago, it's changed a lot." Soul said." let stop and get something to eat, that train food wasn't the best." Shattered said. Soul and Majik nodded in agreement and started to look for a restaurant.

Lucky one was down the block from them. As they made their way over, Soul started to wonder, why did the princesses need the three of them to go and find this threat and defeat it. Couldn't the elements do that. After all, they had traveled to other places beyond Equestria already, why was it different now? The though exited his head as he smelled the food. He went over and order food for the three of them, then they sat down at a table and waited for it to be ready.

After stuffing themselves to the brim with food, the three continued onward to the castle. Soul looked up at the large building on the side of the mountain. He had never been this close to it before." Wow, it's amazing!" he said. They entered the front gates and made their way through the garden towards the main doors of the castle. Inside, the halls of the castle shined bright, and banners and carpet of bright colors covered them. Soul lead his group to the throne room, where Celestia and Luna waited on their thrones." Welcome," Celestia said." We have much to talk about."
