Costumed

Fluttershy slept with her arm around Silver Hawk, the latter still awake as he looked up at the ceiling. One thing floated through his mind at the moment… what could’ve caused Fluttershy to act the way she did earlier today? He asked her several times, but she honestly didn’t know beyond ‘simply feeling like acting that way’.

“...Silver-kun…” Fluttershy mumbled in her sleep, “...she’s beautiful… our child… our little… Snow Angel...”

“Hmm?” he blinked, ‘Snow Angel, huh? ...might as well remember that’ he thought.

The next morning was a nice and sunny day, but Fluttershy didn’t feel like getting up, her arm still wrapped around Silver’s chest.

“Come on, Fluttershy. It’s time to get up…”

“No… I want to stay in bed with you~” the pinkette whined as she held onto him.

“...even tenshis gotta wake up,” he responded, attempted to get free, “...wow, you’re kind of strong.”

“Onee-chan helped me pass my physicals in high school…”

Silver Hawk remembered Fluttershy’s ‘sister’. She was a bit of a tomboy, but she cared deeply for her friends and ‘sister’. She was married to another woman and they lived in a different city, so they did often travel to go and see her.

“Rainbow would want you to wake up you know,” he told her.

“...I wanna stay in bed with you…” Fluttershy insisted.

“Okay, what’s it gonna take to get you outta bed?” he asked.

“...us going for a walk. I want to spend time with you…”

“That’s it?”

“And we go to that new pizza place,” she added.

“Ahh… alright. I guess that wouldn’t hurt,” Silver replied.

At that, Fluttershy finally let go of him, giving him a small peck on the cheek before she got up and walked over to her closet. She took out a jacket, a shirt and a pair of sky blue shorts.

Silver Hawk was soon dressed and waiting for Fluttershy so they could go on their walk. He was currently wearing a pure snow white shirt with an image of a hawk imprinted on the front, a pair of black jeans, and a pair of white running shoes.

“Are you ready yet?” he asked.

“Just getting my purse,” she informed.

“Okay,” Silver nodded as he leaned into his seat.

Finally, his wife walked over, a brown purse around her shoulder, but he noticed something missing…

“Ano… where are your shoes and socks?” he inquired.

“...I wanna walk barefoot.”

“...Uh...are you sure that’s a good idea? You know people tend to leave trash on the ground,”

“...come on. Please~? You know you love to look at my feet...” She begged as she gave him the puppy dog eyes.

“...oh come on Shy... not the puppy dog e- aww~ now you got the lip quivering…” Silver groaned a bit, though deep inside, he had to admit it was cute, “...Mou… fine. You can walk barefoot.”

“Thank you… and don’t worry. My shoes are in my purse, in case I need to wear them while in the pizza place.”

“Ahh… clever,” Silver nodded as he got up and walked over to the door and opened it, “After you.”

“You’re such a gentleman…” she giggled.

Thus, the two left their apartment, Silver closing and locking the door behind them as they began to walk.

They strolled to the park, the two noting how calm and peaceful it was as they walked through.

“This feels so nice,” Fluttershy giggled, resting her head against Silver’s arm as she held onto his hand.

“Yeah… it does,” Silver smiled as they walked down the dirt path.

“Hold up one second…” she smiled. She wiggled her toes on the dirt path a bit, the pinkette giggled a bit as she felt the earth deep between her toes… so to speak, “One of my favorite things to do while walking barefoot…”

“Ahh..” Silver nodded in response.

“You know… when I was younger and lived with Onee-chan, she always dragged me out of bed to go on a run with her… only way she got me to go with her is if she let me run barefoot,” Fluttershy explained with a slight giggle, “...I miss her.”

“I miss my sister too. I know Timid’s doing fine, but I miss her,” Silver Hawk admitted as he sighed a bit, “...Maybe one of these days, we’ll go visit her and my parents in Japan.”

“...I’d like that,” Fluttershy admitted, “Hey Silver-kun… just curious, what’s your favorite animal?”

“...Hmm, hard to say… I have quite a few favorites. But if I could name one… I’d say… foxes,” Silver replied.

“Cool. You know I love animals… but if I had to pick a favorite… it’d be a bunny,” Fluttershy giggled, “But cat’s are a very close second…”

“Why’s that?”

“...when I lived in Japan, I helped raise this little kitty, and she loved to lick my feet. She was such a sweet little thing too,” Fluttershy smiled soft, “She looked… kind of pinkish, but she went missing when she was going to have her own kitties…we found her, but minus her babies…”

“Pinkish? …That kinda reminds me of Timid’s pet cat, Peach,” Silver noted, “...wait… were her eyes green?”

“Something like that…”

“...Peach and her sisters were found without their mother… you don’t think…”

“...That could be a possibility,” Fluttershy nodded.

“...mind my asking why it is you love to go barefoot? Is there a story to that?” Silver Hawk inquired, “...not that I mind, I mean, your feet are as cute as the rest as you… but is there a reason for it?”

“Oh. Well… when I was a little girl and I lived in Japan, I used to help my cousin tend to some flowers in the park, and we sometimes forget to put our shoes on… and it always felt super good, the way the earth felt between my toes, the way a stray grassblade would tickle my feet, how planting them felt… how animals seem almost hypnotized by them...it..it was great.”

“Ahh...soka,” Silver noted while giving a small nod.

“Ano… I know you said you think my feet are cute… and you do give them attention when I ask you to… but be honest with me… what do you think of my feet?” Fluttershy curiously asked.

“...Ano...well, they’re adorable for one thing… they’re really soft, and they look even nicer when you put nail polish on them… they always smell and taste really sweet…” Silver Hawk informed, “Well… uh…”

“...did I give you a foot fetish?” Fluttershy asked with a sly look on her face.

“...Uh…. ano… w-well…” Silver began nervously as he looked away, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly as he blushed a bit, “Y-yes.”

“...well, I think I fell in love with you all over again,” Fluttershy giggled.

“Eh?” Silver blinked before Fluttershy kissed him real quick, surprising him a bit.

“...I really like being barefoot… don’t you ever notice that, if we’re inside, I’m more than likely not wearing socks?”

“...That is true…”

“They’re adorable… ano… do you remember Rarity?” Fluttershy asked.

“...uh… she had the purple hair, right?” Silver Hawk checked.

“Yea. Whenever she made me outfits, she actually made sure they’d look nice while I’d be barefoot.” Fluttershy informed, “...In fact, I think I might give her a call after we get home.”

Silver Hawk simply nodded as they continued to walk. During their walk, Silver Hawk took occasional glances at Fluttershy’s feet, which were a bit dirty after the pinkette had them in the dirt, but they seemed to look even cuter like that…

“Silver-kun,” Fluttershy said, getting his attention, “Is something wrong?”

“Huh? Oh no… no. Just… my mind’s somewhere else at the moment, “Silver replied before his stomach began to grumble, “...Wh-why don’t we hurry up to the pizza place?”

“We’re right in front of it, silly,” Fluttershy informed.

“Eh?” Silver blinked before he looked up to see that they were at the place, “..Oh...I guess we are.”

A bit later, Fluttershy and Silver Hawk got seated and were currently eating breadsticks, the latter currently lost in thought as he slowly chewed his food.

“Ano… Silver-kun, you okay?” Fluttershy asked.

“Hmm?” Silver blinked a bit as he looked over at her, “Yeah… why do you ask?”

“Just seem a bit lost in thought. Would you mind telling me what’s on your mind?” Fluttershy asked, a bit of concern in her voice.

He briefly pondered if he should tell her what was really on his mind or not, “...what else do you wanna do today?” he asked.

“Hmm?”

“Like after this…”

“...I did wanna go shopping a bit… just… well, I really wanna get a Wii U… I know you said that they’re still expensive right now, but I think there’s a sale on a bundle pack today.”

“...sure,” he shrugged.

“Yes! I love you so much…” Fluttershy giggled, leaning over so she could give him a big hug.

Silver just smiled a bit as he returned the hug, This lasted for a few minutes before Fluttershy sat back down just as the waitress was coming over.

“Hello, and welcome to the grand opening of Pizza Your Way,” the waitress greeted the two “Here, you can order any kind of pizza, and add whatever toppings you want,”

“Suge…” Fluttershy giggled before she pondered for a bit, wondering what type of pizza to order, “Hmm...what do you want, Silver-kun?

“I’ll have a normal pizza, with some mushrooms, peppers, and some extra cheese I guess. You?”

“Hmm… I’d like mine to have that cheesy bread in it, a bit of extra sauce, some extra olives and some pineapple,” Fluttershy requested.

“Okay then,” the waitress nodded as she wrote that down, “And your drinks?”

“Hmm… I’ll take a diet coke,” Fluttershy replied.

“I guess Sprite for me...that is if you have any,” Silver said.

“Alright, I’ll be back with your drinks,” she smile.

“Hmm? Ms. Collins, is that you?” Fluttershy asked, recognizing her.

“...how do you know my name?” she asked Fluttershy.

“You work at MagiClothes, I met you a few days ago…”

“...I do work there, but I don’t remember ever meeting you…” Ms. Collins admitted as she walked off.

“...That was odd. Why didn’t she remember me?” Fluttershy pondered.

Silver Hawk watched as she left, some thoughts going through his head…

The two enjoyed their pizza upon its arrival, but Fluttershy was still confused as to why Ms. Collins didn’t recognize her. Before they left, Ms. Collins pulled Fluttershy back to speak with her a moment.

“...I don’t know how you recognize me… but you do look familiar…” she told her, “...I’m sorry, it’s just I work a lot of hours, so I don’t think I’ll always remember…”

“...oh, it’s okay Ms. Collins,” Fluttershy assured.

“...just be careful there if you do end up getting a job, I’m not the only one who works a lot of hours and as a result forgets things,” she warned.

Soon, Fluttershy and Silver Hawk arrived at a nearby Target, the store seemingly packed at the moment as the two walked inside.

“Man… this place looks packed,” Fluttershy noted.

“I’ll say,” Silver agreed as he saw various people waiting in line.

-Attention customers. The Amiibo for Shantae has arrived. But please keep in mind we do not have enough for everybody, so please scream in a wild panic and rampage.- somebody said in a megaphone and… everybody stayed in a line, -I’ve learned the skills of reverse psychology. That’s why I would never say ‘please wait in line in a calm and orderly fashion’. ...oh crud.-

Within a second, the crowd began to fight for a place in line, mainly upfront.

“...”

“Oi..” Fluttershy simply rolled her eyes at this.

“I thought people flipped out over the Spyro and Krystal Amiibos…” Silver Hawk sighed.

“Remember the jerk who bought 100 Rosalina amiibo just so fans couldn’t have her?” Fluttershy asked.

“I wish I didn’t,” Silver muttered, “Stupid jerk.”

“So… any character you’d hope to see in Smash 4 as DLC? This is the biggest Smash’s roster has ever gotten…”

“That is true,” Silver nodded before he pondered a bit, “Hmm… which characters were revealed as DLC again?”

“Well, there’s Mewtwo, Lucas, Roy, Ryu, Krystal, Prince Fluff, Lloyd, Spyro, K. Rool, and the recently announced Shantae. I think I heard the Inklings are coming soon… but I did hear a rumor of another WayForward and Capcom character coming...”

“Alright…why don’t we hurry up and see if that sale you mentioned is still on,” Silver suggested.

“...Good idea,” Fluttershy nodded as they hurried over to the electronics part of the store. They soon saw the Wii U had came bundled with Super Smash Bros, which included all DLC characters at the moment, New Super Mario Bros U bundled with New Super Luigi U, Sonic Lost World, Hyrule Warriors, Splatoon, Super Mario 3D World, Mario Kart 8, Yoshi’s Woolly World, Wind Waker HD, and Skylanders SuperChargers, “...ugh… the one thing that could ruin the deal…”

“...huh?” Silver Hawk blinked.

“It comes bundled with a Skylanders game…” Fluttershy groaned, “I don’t even have any of the figures from the past games.”

“...I thought you didn’t like those games…”

“Timid at least made me think it’s okay… still, I don’t like what they did with Spyro’s appearance.”

“I know,” Silver Hawk nodded as they picked it up and put the Wii U in the cart.

“I also hate how they made Drive a character in the Japanese version…” Fluttershy groaned louder, “Ugh...I really wish there was a Kamen Rider game I can buy outside of japan. But no~... they had to region lock the stupid thing!”

“...I heard the PS3 isn’t region lock.”

“...oh right,” Fluttershy nodded.

They soon passed by the scramble for the Amiibo, and one actually went flying in the air, Fluttershy successfully catching it.

“...should we?” Fluttershy asked, holding the Amiibo up to her husband.

“...Might as well,” Silver shrugged, “...In fact, let me grab one or two more for a small set.”

“Okay. Just be careful, Silver-kun.”

With that, Silver Hawk snuck past the angry mob demanding the Amiibo, grabbing a Sonic, Megaman, Splatoon set, and a Palutena Amiibo. He quickly hurried over to his wife and then they noticed something by the Amiibos, being the Skylander SuperCharger Turbo Charge Donkey Kong, Hammer Slam Bowser and the Spyro one that was both a Skylander and Amiibo, his vehicle included. Silver Hawk got them and they proceeded to slip past the angry mob and into the food section to wait it out a bit.

“That… was to close…” Fluttershy sighed.

“Yeah...it was,” Silver sighed, “...Shame that Lucario and Shulk are Toy R’ Us and GameStop exclusives.”

“...so, any characters you want to join the roster, anata?” Fluttershy asked.

“Hmm…I guess Shovel Knight for one, and Amaterasu from Okami for another,” Silver replied

“I think she may be the third Capcom character coming to Smash… I think… I don’t remember…” Fluttershy responded, “Anybody else?”

“Hmm… that’s pretty much it for right now,” Silver shrugged..

“I think there needs to be a new Legend of Zelda character, so Tetra… or maybe Lana-chan.”

“How’d you know who she is?”

“Watched some of a Hyrule Warriors LP, only went up to the third level where they introduced her in. Or… maybe Romani from Majora’s Mask… but outside of Zelda, hmm… I’d love to see Hoopa from Pokemon… Neptune from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series, Lilac from Freedom Planet…”

“Oh yea her. I loved that game,” Silver Hawk smiled.

“I know, and lastly, Patty Wagon from my personal favorite 3DS game, Mighty Switch Force,” Fluttershy concluded.

“Ahh… I’ve seen gameplay of that one. It looks pretty fun,” Silver commented.

“It’s good, but I wish you can change the button lay out. I’ve died more times than I care to admit to because I tried to hit A to jump and messed it up…” Fluttershy admitted sheepishly.

Silver Hawk couldn’t help but chuckle a tiny bit at this, “I can relate. There was this one game I liked playing, but I wished they could’ve allowed players to switch the button lay out.”

Fluttershy simply nodded as they continued to walk, when Fluttershy saw somebody doing their shopping and recognized her.

“Wait a second…” Fluttershy whispered as she looked at her for a moment.

“Hmm… let’s see..what should I get…” the person in question pondered as she looked around. She had fire red hair that reached down to her upper back with a few yellow highlights seen in it. She was currently wearing a black jacket, teal shirt, a pale yellow skirt, light blue jeans under said skirt with what looked like yellow flames imprinted on the sides, and a pair of black heels.

“It is… hey, Sunset!” Fluttershy called out.

“Hmm?” the woman blinked a bit as she looked over her shoulder to see the pinkette running up to her, “...Fluttershy? Fluttershy is that you?”

“Hai,” Fluttershy nodded, pulling the woman into a hug, “It’s so good to see you again Sunset-chan.”

“Heh… same here, Fluttershy,” Sunset chuckled a bit as she returned the hug, “So what you’ve been up to?”

“I’m a veterinarian,” Fluttershy smiled, “I’ve recently had a bit of time off of work… budget issues at the hospital I work at, I’m not fired, but they told me to stay at home for a little while, they’ll call me once everything is worked out.”

“I had a feeling you’d do something involving animals,” Sunset smiled a bit.

“Hai,” Fluttershy giggled as the two separated, “What about you? What have you been up to?”

“I went to police school and I’m a cop now,” Sunset smiled as she took out her badge to show it to Fluttershy, “One of the best in the business, my boss tells me. Wanna know who my partner is?”

“Who?”

“Sonata,” Sunset informed.

“Eh?!” Fluttershy gawked a that.

“She’s pretty smart too. Helped track down a few cyber criminals online.”

“...Ano, no offense Sunset, but are we talking about the same Sonata?” Fluttershy checked.

“Same girl who in high school ‘helped’ her ‘sisters’ to take said school over via the music competition.” Sunset responded.

“Whatever happened to those other two?” Fluttershy asked.

“We arrested them recently… they sent Sonata a threat letter…” Sunset informed, “She was happy to not have to deal with them anymore, but she did cry later, claiming that it’s hard to see people you know end up like that…”

“...I-I guess that’s true…” Fluttershy nodded slowly, “..Ano, is she here?”

“No. She’s having lunch at the moment,” Sunset replied.

“...Tacos?”

“Tacos.”

The two giggled a bit, Silver Hawk just watching the two talk and laugh.

“Sunset, nice to see you,” Silver Hawk smiled, getting Sunset’s attention.

“Silver Hawk, been a while,” Sunset smiled, “So how are you treating Fluttershy? Well I hope.”

“I have,” Silver replied as he walked over, “So, what brings you to town?”

“The police district of this town called me and Sonata to come down and help out. We’re looking into the recent kidnappings, but… we really haven’t gotten anywhere…” Sunset sighed, “I’m getting the impression that all of these kidnappings are connected somehow… no alarms were triggered, they’ve all been female, and what’s more, any loved one we’ve talked to said that they’ve been acting ‘strangely’ before their kidnapping, but we haven’t been able to get any sort of elaboration…”

“Oh… I see.” Silver Hawk nodded.

Fluttershy began to walk forward, simply wanting to look around, allowing Silver Hawk and Sunset Shimmer to talk a bit.

“Hey… how has Fluttershy been?” Sunset asked curiously.

“Oh? She’s been okay… though… something strange happened yesterday,” Silver admitted.

“...Strange how?”

“She just started to act like a succubus for no reason…”

“Hmm… strange. But she could’ve just been joking with you or something…”

“Are you sure? Because she really got into the role,” Silver stated.

Sunset shrugged a bit, “...you’re lucky you know that? I honestly liked Fluttershy, but I missed my chance. I’m just lucky she found someone like you.”

“I’m sure she would’ve been happy with you,” Silver smiled as they walked.

“...True, but still, I’m glad she found someone like you... just promise me one thing.”

“What’s that?”

“Keep her safe. With the recent kidnappings going on, I’m scared she’s going to be the next victim.”

“Don’t worry, I promise,” he assured.

After paying for their stuff, Fluttershy and Silver Hawk walked out, but saw the sun was beginning to set, coloring the sky a nice shade of red and orange.

“Hey, see you two around?” Sunset smiled at them.

“Sure,” Silver Hawk nodded.

“Hey… good luck,” Fluttershy smiled as she planted a little quick kiss on Sunset’s cheek.

“Thanks… you two be careful out there,” Sunset smiled as she headed off.

Silver Hawk and Fluttershy began their walk home, Silver carryings the bags holding the system and games.

“...ano, Silver-kun, can I tell you something?” Fluttershy asked.

“Sure. What is it?”

“...I had a crush on Sunset… if not for you, I think I would’ve ended up with her,” Fluttershy admitted, a small blush on her face, “And… some feelings for her… still kind of linger in my heart. Just kind of.”

“...I see…”

“...you’re not angry at me, are you?”

“No no… just… a bit taken back by it is all.”

“...Ano, hypothetically speaking… would you… share me with her? Just, hypothetically speaking.”

“...If it would make you happy, I would,” Silver nodded as he gave her a soft smile, “Your happiness is important to me after all, my shy angel.”

The two continued their walk, Fluttershy simply watching the sun set.

“Hey… we may wanna make it home soon-ish, otherwise when the moon rises, we may turn into monsters like a vampire or something,” Fluttershy joked.

“...please, never joke about you becoming a vampire, ever.” Silver Hawk told her.

“...why?”

“Remember that one Halloween when you were hypnotized into being a vampire because you wanted to dress like one?” Silver Hawk reminded.

“...Oh… right,” Fluttershy blushed in embarrassment, recalling the memory, “But… I did look cute right?”

“Yes… but you also tried to bite me,” Silver added, “Not to mention you terrorized your friends and stole apples from Applejack’s farm,”

“...yea. But I was snapped out of it, right?”

“...please, just don’t joke about that anymore… you scared me half to death that day,” he sighed.

The two soon returned home and it was late at night, Fluttershy simply getting ready to go to bed while Silver Hawk unpacked their purchases.

“...hmm… may as well take out the trash,” he muttered as he grabbed it and headed out with the empty box and packages.

Fluttershy was looking at her pajamas for a bit, pondering which one to put on when her eyes turned to the box.

“...maybe trying out one costume before bed won’t hurt,” the pinkette said as she picked up the vampiress outfit. She held it in front of the mirror, holding it against her body. It wasn’t as revealing as the succubus costume, but it was still a bit revealing, and even had little fake fangs.

“...he wouldn’t mind me just trying it on once,” she muttered as she began to slip the costume on. It was mainly black, and had a decent sized opening to show her assets. She then slid in a pair of long sleeved gloves while slipping on a medium-small black cape with the inside a pure red. Next came some leggings that were black, but had some holes to show her skin. Lastly, she put on a black choker around her neck before slipping the fake vampire fangs into her mouth They gave off a soft glow, due to being glow-in-the dark.

Fluttershy looked at her reflection, spinning around in place to get a full look at herself, her cape flapping a bit as she did so. She giggled a bit, a thought entered her mind.

“...okay,” she giggled, “The Blowing Wind Element! The Pink Mage, MagiPink!”

She then did the same pose as the pink Magiranger, the pinkette giggling a tiny bit after that. Fluttershy was set to take off the costume, when suddenly, just like with the succubus costume, a wave of pleasure flowed through her, the pinkette giving off a small gasp as she felt to her knees. She panted a bit, unaware that her hair was becoming a bit more wild while her eyes changed to a more bloody crimson red color. The fake teeth soon seemed to merge with her real teeth, completing the transformation.

“...hiss…” Fluttershy gave off a small, quiet hiss as she looked up, seeing that her reflection had disappeared.

Silver Hawk returned to the apartment and closed the door. He headed for the bedroom to get ready for bed, but saw Fluttershy wasn’t in sight.

“...Guess she must be in the shower,” Silver figured before the lights went out on him, “...”

“No lights…” he heard Fluttershy say, “They hurt my eyes.”

“...Shy-chan?” Silver blinked as he looked around the room, “Ano… where are you? Is… everything okay?”

“...hai,” she responded, her eyes appearing over the bed, “Why don’t you come to bed, my love?”

He just nodded and proceeded to head for their room, but bumped into a few things.

“Ite…” he winced as he bumped his foot a couple of times due to how dark it was. Silver Hawk finally found the door and opened it up, walking over to their bed and sitting down in it. He waited for a moment, pondering where Fluttershy was since he saw she was close by.

“How about you get out of those stuffy clothes, my love?” Fluttershy’s voice echoed throughout the room.

“...why?” he asked, his eyes finally starting to adjust to the lack of light. He was able to see Fluttershy’s hair, but she moved a bit too quickly for him to see her, “...Are you feeling okay?”

“Yes~” she purred.

“..Then why do you want the lights off? You don’t have a headache, do you?”

He felt Fluttershy’s hand on his back, but only her index and middle fingers, as they were seemingly walking up his back.

“...you’re kind of scaring me…” he admitted as he was finally able to get a good look at her, managing to see she was in the vampress attire, “...why are you dressed as a vampire?”

“I just wanted to try on one little outfit before bed…” she informed.

“...then stop trying to scare me. I thought we talked about you not joking about this earlier today,” he reminded.

Fluttershy giggled mischievously, “Can't I have a bit of fun before bed~?”

“Not like a vampire… seriously… please get out of the costume and-”

She hissed at him, startling him a bit before she pounced and pushed him onto the bed, the pinkette keeping him pinned down as she looked into his eyes.

“Fluttershy… my tenshi… uh… can you please stop? ...you’re starting to scare me…” Silver Hawk said nervously.

“No. Let me have my fun~” Fluttershy purred, licking her lips a bit as she gave him a rather sedutive look.

“...Why are you looking at me like that?”

“Look into my eyes,” she told him.

Silver Hawk attempted to look away, but Fluttershy moved his head towards hers, her eyes givings off a faint red glow.

“Look into my eyes… my love…” she whispered

Something about the tone Fluttershy used made Silver Hawk unable to resist doing what she asked him and he did so, his eyes starting to become a bit dull as he stared into his wife’s eyes.

“Good…now when I got off, you will do exactly what I say. Understand~?” She whispered to him.

“...I...understand…” Silver replied in a hypnotic tone.

With a near evil smirk coloring her face, Fluttershy stood up, brushing a bit of her hair out of her face as Silver slowly sat up.
