Chapters Twilight at Cadence's Education High
"TWILIGHT! WAKE UP!"
With a moan, Twilight woke up from her beauty sleep. She stared at the clock with disbelief.
"Oh shoot, it's already 9:40!? Why didn't you wake me up earlier, Shining?"
" I tried, but you kept going crazy. In your bed."
"Ok. My gosh."
Twilight went to go eat breakfast when she found a letter on the floor the first thing Twi saw when she walked in the dining room.
"OH MY GOSH. IT'S FROM CADENCE'S EDUCATION HIGH FOR KIDS! AM I ACCEPTED OR NOT, SHINING? AM I!?"
"Go see for yourself, sis." Shining Armor replied.
Twilight ran to the letter and opened it. She read the parchment and screamed,
"I GOT ACCEPTED!"
"Wow, that's great, Twilight! Now I don't have to deal with doing your homework for you."
"Uh, what?"
"Nothing, nothing."
"Let's get ready!"
Shining groaned, and said, "Twilight, that school starts tomorrow, ok?"
"Oh. Right." Twilight smiled sheepishly.

"Um, Twilight? It's the first day of school!"
Twilight moaned, and woke up.Was it all a dream? Twilight thought, until she saw Fluttershy staring at her from under her covers.
Okay, good. It wasn't a dream.
"Come on, we're gonna be late for first class!" Fluttershy exclaimed, running around to get the stuff ready for her.
"Okay okay. I can do it myself." Twilight moaned into her covers.
"I'll meet you in Art class! Here's a map to help you get there."
"Okay!"
While she was looking at the map, she bumped into a white Pegasus with a navy blue mane.
"Woah! You okay, miss?"
"Oh yeah, I'm fine."
The stallion shrugged and continued walking down the aisle.
"Hey you! What do you think you're doing talking to HIM? " a voice called out from behind her.
Twilight whipped around, just to see a cyan mare with a rainbow mane and magenta eyes.
"Um, who are you?" Twilight asked.
"YOU DON'T KNOW ME?"
"Ahem. I am BRAND NEW here. How am I supposed to know you?"
"I will remember this." The pony growled, and trotted off.
"Oh hi Twilight, class was about to begin!"
"Am I late?"
"No, you're not. But why so gloomy?"
"Some cyan mare came over and screamed at me." Twilight mumbled.
"Oh. That's the same old Rainbow Dash."
"You know her?"
"Yeah. She is part of the popularity group."
"WHAT."
"It's true."
"Oh." Twilight said, banging her head on the table.
On the way to lunch, she bumped into another stallion, but this time it is a Pegasus with a orange coat and a indigo-blueish mane.
"Woah! You okay?"
"Um, yeah. I'm fine."
"Ok then." The pony replied back and went to the lunchroom.
Twilight blushed and went into the lunchroom to find Fluttershy saving a seat and screaming, "OVER HERE, TWILIGHT!"

"Hey, Twilight! What's up?" Fluttershy asked when Twilight came over to her table.
"Nothing except I bumped into another stallion on the way here." Twilight answered.
"Who did you bump into first?"
"Some white pegasus with a navy blue mane."
"Oh. That's somepony you don't want to harass."
"Why?" Twilight asked.
"Rainbow Dash has a crush on him." Fluttershy said.
"Oh wow."
"I know, right?"
"Do you have a crush on somepony?" Twilight asked.
"Er, N-no! O-of course n-not." Fluttershy stammered, blushing.
"Oh, look who it is."
"Huh?" Twilight and Fluttershy whipped around to see five ponies staring at them.
"What do you want?" Twilight asked angrily.
"Oh, shut up." The cyan mare fired back.
"We are the popularity ponies in the popularity club." some unicorn with an indigo mane spitted out.
"And nopony is allowed to harass us. Rainbow Dash told us what happened in the hall." A pink mare with giant wings answered.
"Um..."
"Cat still got your tongue, Fluttershy?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Remember when we were still friends?"
"Um, yes?"
"We aren't anymore." she said, and kicked Fluttershy in the face.
"Fluttershy!"
Twilight turned around and stared at the five ponies angrily.
"You do not..."
"We do not what, new pony?" The white unicorn asked.
"You do not HURT MY FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Twilight screamed.
"Twilight, why did you do that?"
"They had to pay for what they did to you."
"But you didn't have to do that..."
"Fluttershy, Twilight, you have visitors."
The door opened, and two ponies walked in. One was a red orange-maned stallion, and the other was the pony that Twilight bumped into while going to the lunchroom.
"Um, hi, Macintosh..."
"Just call me Big Mac." the stallion said.
"Um, who is... oh! You're the mare that bumped into me while going to lunch, right?' the other stallion asked.
"Eh, yes. I'm Twilight Sparkle."
"I'm Flash Sentry." the stallion introduced.
"So, Fluttershy..."
"Hm?"
"Who were the popularity group ponies? "
"They're Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Ploomette, Sunset Shimmer and Plumsweet."
"I don't care what the big-winged pon-"
"Ploomette."
"I don't care what Ploomette says about harassing them. I'm gonna do it!"
"But-"
"No buts. Who's with me?"
"Me of course." Flash said, sticking his hoof in the middle.
"Ok." Fluttershy also replied, putting her hoof in the middle.
"If Fluttershy is doing it, I'm doing it too." Big Mac said, and did the same.
"YUS! We'll start tomorrow!"

In Music class, the Professor told everypony to think of a song they like and sing it to her. This was a big problem to Fluttershy, because she was very shy. When Professor Veranda Melody got to Fluttershy, she said very quietly, "Um, I... I like the Pony-tones song, 'Music In the Treetops."
"Alright then! Excellent choice, Fluttershy! I shall turn up the music, and you shall sing the song to us."
"Um, okay...."
"Wow, Fluttershy! Never learned you can sing like that!"
"How did you ace that song? I couldn't even do it!"
"Fluttershy, can you teach that song to me?"
Fluttershy has had become an instant celebrity after Music Class. The Musical Band was also gushing over her.
"ARGH! Stupid Fluttershy, I will get revenge on her!" Rarity fumed, stomping her hoof on the hall's tiles.
Rainbow Dash just stood there, stunned.
Ploomette said to Rarity, "We will get our revenge...."
But Rarity wasn't listening. She had her mind on another thought.
"What if, we put up a competition for them versus US! Like, do a contest and let us do what we are able to do! Like, me for singing, Ploomette for study, and Plumsweet for baking...."
"We could do that, but we need to have special permission from Principal Cadence after the next period of class."
"Ok, but make it quick!"
"Um, Principal?"
It was the end of Monday. The popularity group had arrived at Cadence's office.
"Yes, Rarity, Sunset, Rainbow, Ploomette, and Plumsweet?"
"We were thinking of putting up a contest-"
"It involved a few events-"
"We could set up booths—"
"One of us can decorate—"
"We could plaster the posters all over the school—"
Cadence silenced them with her hoof.
"I daresay I have no experience in event planning, you have to ask Celestia and Luna for special permission."
Celestia and Luna gave the permission to them, and the popularity group worked hard in their dorms after school everyday to make it perfect. By the fourth week into the school year, they had finished.
"We will be even more popular when we beat a new girl." Rarity said, and the other four sniggered in agreement.

Four days later, the gym field was covered in a bunch of colorful booths (four, to be exact). Rarity has officially outdid herself. The group were in hiding under one of the booths, sniggering about what they heard about Rainbow's crush on that light-blue Pegasus.
"Hey, it was a tiny crush, okay!?" Rainbow hissed as the others continued to giggle.
"More like a big crush," Rarity managed to state in between laughs. "Remember, you can't hide secrets from us, I can see what's up."
"So, what's Cluttershy's challenge on ya, Rainbow?" Ploomette asked that stopped everyone from laughing and it also softened Rainbow's blush.
"She told me that if I lose to Snowdrop, I have to befriend her." Her friends all gasped.
"And you ACCEPTED it? WHAT THE HAY IS WRONG WITH YOU!? "
"If I told her no, then she could've did the stare on me!" Rainbow shuddered at the thought.
"Oh man. She sure knows how to work us up...." Rarity muttered, staring at the sun.
"C'mon, we gotta get to class! The art professors are waiting for us!"
"Okay, Plumsweet, chill."

It was the day of the contest. Rarity was hollering into the microphone so that everypony would hear.
"COME ONE, COME ALL!! TO THE OUTSTANDING COMPETITION OF ALL TIME!!!! BEGINNING AT 4:10!!!!"
"Jeez, Rarity, if you holler more, you'll lose your voice for pony's sake," Rainbow Dash said who was covering her ears at the pitch of Rarity's voice. "Let the micro do all that work!"
"Well, if I don't holler, how would the whole school know!?"
"Walk around the school for once!" Sunset scowled at Rarity.
"Fine, fine." Rarity sighed, defeated.
"Woah, it had been a week since those booths were put up," Twilight said. "Plus, Flutters, what are those two guys on about?"
"Huh?" Fluttershy snapped back to attention. "Oh, probably talking about their crush."
"Wait what?"
"Nothing. C'mon, we have to wait till 3:30 until we can get back out here."

"....ok, you really had a crush on that 'Apple Honey'?" I asked Ploomette. Apple Honey was one of the the loner, Applejack's brothers.
"It wasn't a BIG crush!" Ploomette threw her hooves up in the air.
Then a white stallion came up to us. I just blushed lightly.
"Uh, Rarity? Do you know where Flash Sentry and Soarin' is?"
I glanced behind him to see two pegasi talking. There.
I looked at Rainbow Dash. She was blushing madly.
I chuckled slightly before Fancy repeated the question. I pointed behind him.
"Thanks Rarity..." And he was gone in a flash.
I yawned while Rainbow was going insane over Rarity as she taunted about her love life.
I was tired of her gawking over personal business. Just that. But I stick to her like hone— wait, like glue! Yeah! Glue...
"COME ON PONIES! WE GOTTA GET GOING TO HISTORY, MAGIC, AND FLYING! GET ON WITH IT!!!!!!!!
"Ok, ok, sheesh." Rarity said, while rolling her eyes.
I flinched as Plumsweet literally yelled in my ear. I was so busy talking to Rarity harshly I forgot we're almost late.
Thanks a lot, Plumsweet. Thanks a lot. For making me deaf...
I trotted towards Flying class, where I have to deal with Fluttershy. Plus when Soarin finishes his "conversation", I have to hide my blush from him.
PLUS HE'S MY WINGMATE FOR CLASS TODAY. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DEAL WITH THAT!? Dammit...

"Ok, so where is this place anyway?" Shining Armor asked.
"Well, I do know it's somewhere in Trottingham, so let's see which school in Trottingham Lane is the school where I'm going to. I am going to see Cadence, the principal, and Fluttershy, my old bff." Twilight said.
"Oh ok."
When the siblings got in the car, they drove for HOURS, until they found a pink pony with pink, yellow, and purple hair. Shining fell in love at the sight of Princess Cadence.
"Uh, Shining? UGH. BROTHER!"
"Oh, what?"
"Uh, Mr. Shining Armor, right?" Cadence asked.
"Er, yes. I'm here to send Twilight Sparkle to school."
"Of course. Ms.Twilight Sparkle. She's on the list. Only pupils on the list may come in to the school. I'm afraid this is the farthest you can go, Mr. Shining." Cadence replied.
"Oh, ok." Shining Armor said before he got back in the car and drove away.
"Well, Ms. Sparkle, here is your new home for 5 years."
The school was really big, one side for class, the other side for dormitories.
"Wow..." Twilight gasped, looking at the size of the school.
"I know right? My name is Princess Cadence." Cadence replied.
"Um, where's my dorm?"
"Oh yes, of course. Everypony gets bunked up with a roommate. Only 5 dorms are unoccupied with another pony, so you are going to the 4th unoccupied dorm, which has one pony called Fluttershy."
Twilight gasped, a huge grin spreading across her face.
As they walked in the room 444, Twilight immediately saw Fluttershy at her desk doing something .
"Fluttershy!" Twilight screamed, running over to the desk.
"Twilight!" Fluttershy replied, turning around with a happy smile on her face.
"Well, we got the acquaintances done. Classes start Monday, okay, Twilight?"
"Ok, Cadence."
After she left, Twilight said to Fluttershy, "Wanna help me unpack?"
"Ok!" Fluttershy replied, happy to see Twilight again.

After school for Thursday, a whole crowd was standing over a wall.
"Fluttershy, what's happening?" Twilight asked as she approached her.
"There's a contest going on in the park! Starring us!" Fluttershy exclaimed.
"Who else?" Twilight asked.
"Plus Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and... Snowdrop!?"
"Snowdrop is the most popular pony here!" Twilight gasped. She has found that out last week.
"Though she isn't in the popularity club, right?" Fluttershy pointed out.
"No, but why didn't they recruit her then? " Twilight asked, wanting to know everything.
"They were jealous of Snowdrop trying to overpower them in last year's party competition. They challenged her so much, but Snowdrop was too good at everything, so they gave up."
"Oh."
"So now they probably want to beat her at her most talented subject: weather-making."
"Sorry, WAT!?"
"Rainbow Dash is challenging her."
"Speaking of Rainbow, did you guys make up?"
"No, I'll tell you what happened, though."
What has happened in Math class
"So, Cluttershy, what do you want to talk about?"
"Um Rainbow Dash, I don't know if you'll accept this challenge, but..."
"But what?"
"If you lose to Snowdrop can we PLEASE make up and be friends?"
"WHY?"
"JUST PLEASE..."
"What if I say 'no'?"
"I will do.. THE STARE!!!!"
"OK,OK I'll do it, are you happy?"
"Now I am!"
Present
"So that's how I made her accept the challenge."
"Oh, I sure hope Snow wins..."
"Me too..."

I looked around the rest of the hall. Ok. Good.
One sec. I saw Twilight Sparkle just talking to Fluttershy. She Better not find out I have a crush on Twilight.
"...talking about their crush."
Ok...she clearly read our minds. Wait is she a mind reader!?
The two girls finally left the hall. I held it long enough and then revealed my blushing to myself. I can also feel it.
I was desperately looking around for my friends. They can't be too far...
Suddenly I spotted Rarity and her friends walking down the hallway. I ran towards them.
"Um, Rarity? Do you know where Flash Sentry and Soarin' is?"
Rainbow Dash's face turned pink at hearing the name 'Soarin'. All her friends giggled until I asked the question again and Rarity pointed the other way. I thanked her and dashed off in that other direction. In other words, teleported there.
I don't know about those two wanting me to pray tell about Fluttershy. I think I'm nipping at it too hard.
I saw Fancy talking to the popularity group. I did my best to ignore them, but I'm pretty sure Soarin' had a crush on that cyan mare.
I have to talk to those two about this.
I was talking to Flash about waiting.
"Dude, how much longer!?"I whined, clearly wanting this fantasy-like business over NOW.
"Dude, chillax. Save it for later!"
I couldn't wait. I didn't want my friends to know I have a crush on Rainbow Dash!
Dammit I have to keep cool.
What can I do?
I'm doomed.
