Scootalo always knew that dating an older stallion would give her countless problems. For one, it wasn’t accepted widely. That was the biggest issue in general, but Scootalo worried more about her chances with a stallion to begin with. She had a small breast size and older mares usually mocked her for her immature body.
This obviously bothered her because when it came to flirting with older colts, they treated her like a younger relative. She was now 18, her birthday recent, but still they avoided response to her flirts.
One night Scootalo casually asked Rainbow Dash, “Am I cute?” Rainbow Dash looked up from her book and quickly snapped it shut. She squinted at Scootalo, sitting up in bed.
“Scootalo, I’d like it if we stayed friends—” she began to say awkwardly.
“No, that’s not why I’m asking you!” Scootalo grumbled. “Just be honest.” Her older friend looked relieved as she slumped against her bed frame.
“Seriously, Scoots, why are you asking me?” Dash asked. Scootalo explained her situation, her face flushing in embarrassment. “Jeez, why didn’t you just say so?” she snickered. “Alright, look, if you wanna hit home run with one of them you gotta show you’re serious, but remember to be yourself too…so they don’t fall in love with an alter ego.”
Scootalo left Rainbow Dash’s house satisfied with advice.

“Hey, Time Turner,” Scootalo greeted him with a small smile. Time Turner had turned a corner to see the teenage mare in his path.
“Ah, hello there, Scootalo,” he said with a tone of surprise. “What can I do for you?” Scootalo thought over her plans but decided to linger a little.
“Um…I…wanted to know how things are—with you,” she stammered, a nervous grin plastered on her face.
“Not too bad, I suppose,” Time Turner replied. He suddenly seemed to remember something. “Oh, I looked into the little problem you have with your wings. I’ve found in some recorded studies that if you exercise them enough, little by little, it doesn’t matter how small they are.”
“So, you could say size doesn’t matter,” Scootalo thought out loud.
“I don’t imagine that’s the problem in many cases,” he sighed. “Oh my, how rude of me! How are you, Scootalo?” She blushed and it took her a lot of effort to not look away from him.
Don’t be nervous, Scootalo! You’ve got this. Just remember what Rainbow Dash told you: “Be upfront and casual.” She threw her shoulders back and stood tall.
“I’m good, thanks for asking,” she said, “but there’s something else I wanted to ask you.” Time Turner’s eyebrows knitted together in question.
“Well…alright, go ahead,” he encouraged her.
“Would you consider going on a date with me?” Scootalo asked him quickly. He stared at her and then looked around. Nopony seemed to spare a glance their way.
“W-What do you mean, S-Scootalo?” he swallowed anxiously.
“Like, a night where we eat food together and talk about each other or see a movie…” she hesitated, “just you and me.”
He scanned their surroundings again and then slid into a small alley, Scootalo following him.
“How old are you, exactly?” he inquired, looking at her seriously.
“I turned 18 two week ago,” she said proudly.
“Scootalo, you really are an attractive and engaging mare, but a relationship with you would cause multiple dilemmas for the both of us!”
“I see where you’re coming from, but I really like you and I just want to get to know you more,” she insisted, blushing now at his flattering words. “…wait, you think I’m attractive? You don’t think I’m a small or anything?”

A small smile appeared on her face and she got unconsciously took a few steps towards him. Time Turner backed up against the wall of a large shop behind him, blushing and keeping his arms awkwardly to his side. He felt like he would melt as he caught a whiff of her. She smelled like caramel.
“Heh, is it just me or is it hot over here?” Scootalo murmured, her body pressing against his. Her wings unruffled and stroked Time Turner’s sides.
“No, no…” Time Turner laughed anxiously as a chill ran down his spine. “I thought you just wanted a date, Scootalo!”
“Well I don’t see why we can’t have a little fun,” Scootalo breathed. She pressed her lips against his, Time Turner enjoying her tender and warm skin. He reluctantly closed his eyes with her, his hands fidgeting and limbs trembling. She began to massage her lips with his, slowly slipping tongue inside of his mouth.
When he felt her tongue touch his he gave out a muffled moan. Scootalo’s wings twitched as she heard the sound of his enjoyment. Eventually, she could feel his enjoyment also, his erection pressing firmly against her.

“Let’s go back to your place,” Scootalo suggested, ignoring him.
“Hey—are you listening to me?” he hissed. “This is not okay!” Scootalo’s ears flattened.
“You think I don’t notice the way you look at me?” Scootalo mumbled. “There’s something between us and I’m not going to let my age ruin something like this.”
“What would Rainbow Dash think about this?” he reasoned. Scootalo took his hand, intertwining her fingers with his.
“It doesn’t matter what others think, you have my consent,” she insisted. “I want you to touch me, in more ways than one.”
Time Turner knew, in more ways than one, that she did feel intensely towards him—he just couldn’t figure out why. He was in his late twenties, lived by himself, and he mostly holed himself up in his house to dedicate himself to his studies and theories. Meanwhile, Scootalo was a young mare who still went to flight school.
“I’ll take you to my house and we can take it from there,” he cleared his throat. Suddenly Scootalo’s eyes lit up. “On one condition.”
“Anything!” she beamed.
“This has to be a onetime thing,” he demanded. “And we’ll see about a date or two.”
“But, I—!”
“We can do it again when we talk about with Rainbow Dash,” he added hastily. Scootalo looked at him intently but nodded finally.
“Lead the way.”
