Princess Luna, without the permission of her sister, has invited all potential suitors from around the world to approach Princess Twilight and ask for her hoof in marriage. It just so happens that she didn't bother to consult the list of suitors to be presented, and didn't notice that a certain Breezie had accepted her invitation.
