"So... we're on a train." I commented, sitting snugly in my seat as Rainbow Dash was leaning against me while the girls talked. At a last minute decision, we had decided to bring the Crusaders along with us. Rarity wanted to because her sister had wanted to go for the longest time, Apple Bloom came along so AJ could keep an eye on her, and Scoots, well, she wanted to see Rainbow fly past some of the crystal towers. So here we were, all gathered together on the train, awaiting the arrival to the Crystal Empire.

"You're a genius!" Scootaloo gasped, holding both hooves to her face in mock shock. "How did you figure that out?"

Little turd picked up my sarcasm tenfold, thief! "Cause I'm an all knowing badass with more swag then you can imagine." I poked Rainbow's nose, much to her annoyance. "I'm like, forty percent cooler then Rainbow is." That earned me a fake gasp from Scootaloo and an amused glare from Rainbow.

"Oh really?" Dashie asked me, her colorful eyes that I always got lost in locked on mine. I could see a sparkle of something in them, mischievousness. "Is that so?"

I glared back at her, the corners of my mouth stretching into a grin. "Oh yeah." We inched closer and closer until I could taste her breath, a hint of something spicy like always. And I was about to close the distance, but a hacking noise next to me made both of us turn, and I saw Scootaloo with her hoof in her mouth, trying to gag herself.

"Grooooooosssss!" She groaned, eyeing me with disgust.

I could only chuckle before I turned back around and surprised Dash by kissing her anyway, my tongue licking her lips before I pulled back and said, "You're one to talk, I've seen how you look at Rumble during recess Scoots whenever I'm asked to come pick you up, with that lovey dovey look in your eyes." I put both hands under my chin, making a kissy kissy face, then in a falsetto, I said. "Ooooh Rumble, come and sweep me off my dainty orange hooves~" I said, making a kissing noise as Scootaloo just looked at me like I was crazy... in her defense, I probably was.

But, I did manage to get a laugh from of Rarity, Applejack and Rainbow Dash, plus both of her friends as they laughed when she was blushing up a storm. I swear I think her whole body was turning red! "I don't even like Rumble!" Sscootaloo yelled, making some of us laugh harder. She huffed, crossing her arms and saying, "I lik-" Her eyes widened before she shut her mouth. Judging from the looks and laughs, I was the only one who caught that little snippet.

Oooooh, interesting, I wonder who she likes? Secrets on top of secrets~ I chuckled, leaning back as I looked out of the window at the snowy lands beyond. Welcome to the Crystal Empire. I mused, eyes drifting across the snowy landscape.

A Night With: Rainbow Dash 2

"So, anyone up for a game, or are we... IE, am I, going to have to sit here for... how long is this ride?" I asked, leaning back as Rainbow read her Daring Do book. "One, two hours?"

"Its only another hour, Lee." Twilight informed me, to which I made a humming noise. I heard Twilight rummaging around her bag and when i looked, I saw her pull out a book from her bag, and I recognized it as my Zombie Survival Guide. "You can have this back, I forgot to return it." She floated it over to me, and I noted it looked more worn then it usually was, making me raise an eyebrow.

I looked my book over, tilting my head at the purple aura surrounding it. "I take it you enjoyed it?" I asked, plucking it out of her magical grasp and opening it up. I saw several of the pages were also a bit worn, with the remnants of notes written with a pencil erased away. Did she write in my book? I wondered, eyeballing the notes.

Undead weak point - Head? Reason - for moving and functioning

Awww, that's so cute, Twilight's becoming a prepper. I chuckled.

Twilight shrugged, hiding a smile. "It was an interesting read, though, I don't know why your people need such a book." She told me, looking through her saddle bag for somethign else. "You told me zombies are not real, and yet there's a survival guide about it... why is that?"

"Well, some people - myself included - believe that there might be a zombie apocalypse at some point, so there's this book and about a hundred different other ones." I explained. "Heck, we have media for all kinds of apocalypse scenarios, this is just one of them. We can be a paranoid race Twi Twi." I admitted, remembering that World War III scare that had my family call me back from New York so I could go hide in their bunker... worst week of my life, no food, barely any toilet paper... and worst of all...

No fucking internet.

Twilight hummed in thought about that, her wings ruffling ever so slightly. "Odd..." I guess the conversation ended there because she went back to her bag, leaving me to look through my zombie book and refresh my memory on how to handle zombie apocalypses effectively. I knew how to kill one, but my memory isn't all that good sometimes and I tend to forget how to deal with some things.

A thud from the train car jolting to the left and the right made me look up from my book, the others seemed to have felt it as well. Everyone in the car started murmuring to themselves and I saw Rainbow give me a look. "What was that?" She asked me, looking out the window past me. I followed her line of sight and I saw the land moving by faster and faster, and I felt the G-Forces of the train car moving me back slightly.

"Uhhh... why is the train moving faster?" I asked, a hint of nervousness creeping into my voice. The train isn't supposed to go this fast, I'm all for speed but this wasn't my cup of tea right now. My cup of tea involved a cold ass pillow and my snuggle buddy, Dash.

Twilight got up from her seat and started towards the train engine while AJ got up and watched her. "Twilight?" She called out as Twilight left the train car, leaving all of us behind.

"I'll be right back, I'm going to see what's going on." Twilight called back to us, disappearing into the other car ahead of us.

I could only sit there for a few seconds, waiting. Everyone else just sat there, no longer buried in their conversations or books. The tracks below us shuddered and the car shook as we continued speeding down the metal railways through the snow outside. This was insane, why would we suddenly pick up speed? It was only another hour like Twilight said, now I would say, maybe she was wrong, but she's hardly ever wrong when it comes to numbers. That's like, one of her things.

Fuck it. I stood up and made my way over to the door, Rainbow trailing behind me. "We'll go and see whats up, you guys hang back." I informed the others. They all nodded and Rainbow and I left the train car, heading up the engine. The door was opened already and we quickly got into the connected car and to my shock I found it was empty, the seats devoid of passengers and luggage. It was odd, but maybe we were the only passengers? Wait, wasn't Fancy on this train with his wife? if so, where were they? Probably up ahead in the first class car?

I heard Rainbow make a tsk sound, clicking her teeth and saying, "something isn't right here Lee." Rainbow seemed to be uneasy as much as I was. The whole car was dark and the skies outside were quickly overshadowed by clouds, making the car even darker. "I don't like this." She said, standing taller as her eyes glanced around the cabin. No doubt looking for threats, I was likewise doing the same thing.

My instincts were telling me something was off... mostly because Twilight just came into this car, so where was she at? "Twilight?" I called out, in hopes of her answering... I got no such response. I got myself into a fighter's stance as I made my way forward Rainbow following behind me, her hooves silent against the carpeted floor. We both moved silently, keeping close to one another should something go wrong... which, if Murphy's Law is anything to go by, it most certainly will within a few minutes.

I spotted the door at the end of the car and moved towards it, trying to shake the feeling of whatever was going on. But not matter how much or how hard I tried I couldn't shake the feeling of the cold, it was like someone had gone and left the window open on a cold icy night and turned the ac on full blast. Rainbow seemed to have felt it to, her fur was standing on end, her ears standing at attention and pointed forward and her eyes set in a hard stare. It was almost comical, but right now I was in no laughing mood.

Once we reached the door, I put my hand on it, almost retracting it for how cold it felt. I felt fear well up in my gut, my body shaking and my eyes growing wide as everything seemed to get blurry.

"~Soooo... this is the one?~" I heard in the air around me, a dark air around me as the voice coolly said. "~I expected a challenge, this one is so scared he's about to faint!~"

"Lee!" I heard to my right, but I couldn't turn, or even move for that matter. So it was pointless to try.

Rainbow, help a nigga out would ya!

"~She cannot help you, my precious little human~"

Goes to show what you think asshole! Who are you?!

"~Why, I'm the one you were sent to this world to stop~" The voice chuckled darkly, making my body shiver in fear. "~Were you not told?~"

Told what you asshole?! How much of a massive flappy elephant dick you are? And you didn't answer my question!

Another bone chilling laugh. "~HAHAHAHAHAHA! She didn't tell you?~" The voice asked, suddenly I found my head looking up and at the window. There I saw the eyes, the red eyes staring into my own. "~I am surprised she did not tell you~"

Tell me what?!

Before I could even get an answer the vision went away and I found myself on the floor, Rainbow's arms wrapped around the back of my head and her lips planted again mine in a deep kiss. Her eyes were closed and a few tears were squeezing out and trailing down her cheeks, I returned the kiss and she pulled back, gasping in air and looking more relieved than I've ever seen her. "Lee, are you okay?!"

I rubbed my head, the feeling of the cold gone from my body as I looked into Rainbow's eyes. They were filled with worry and relief. "Y-yeah I'm okay... I'm okay." I then asked, "why'd you kiss me? While not unwelcome..."

She looked down at my chest before saying, "I kept yelling your name and you didn't move, blink, nothing!" She yelled, throwing up her hooves as she added, "you scared me... Lee..."

I pulled Rainbow close and held her, wiping the tears from her eyes. "I'm okay Dashie, don't worry bout me."

We sat there for a few seconds before she asked, "what happened to you, Lee?"

Looking up at the window, I recalled what that voice said to me. She didn't tell me... who didn't tell me what? You're going to have to be specific ghost guy, I know a lot of she's. I shook my head, standing up and saying, "Later, let's go find Twilight and figure out why this train is going faster than Oprah when she finds out there's an all you can eat cake buffet going on in upstate New York during Summer." I told her, getting a confused and amused look from her as I opened the door and went inside.

Inside I saw nothing, yet again. More empty seats, but at the end I saw Twilight standing stock still by the open door to the other car. I rose an eyebrow, why was she just standing there? Rainbow likewise looked confused, she trotted out ahead of me and flew over Twilight's head. "Hey Egghead, you alright?" She asked, waving a hoof in front of her as I came over. "Yoohoo~?"

I walked up to Twilight. "Twi Twi?" I asked, leaning down and poking her flank. "Sparkle butt?" Still nothing, I turned her towards me, her face stuck in perpetual shock. She looked like one of those weird dolls you'd find in an old lady's house.

"..."

"Starbutt?"

Nothing.

"Sparklebutt?"

Still nothing.

"Purplebutt?"

Nothing, yet.

"Buttbutt?"

A twitch.

"Shinybutt? Nah, that's Shining's nickname I think, or is it Shieldbutt?"

Another twitch and a laugh from Rainbow.

"Daintybutt? Believe me I can go on all day, I got like ten more to throw at ya."

Finally she looked at me and said three words that sucked all of the humor out of my system. "There's another human." She told me, pointing into the other car with her expression of shock still on her face.

I joined her look, along with Rainbow. Another human was... was here in Equestria?! My eyes widened, how could there be another human? Did he come here like I did, or did he appear on this train just now? Was he friendly? Where did he come from? Did he even speak my language? Was it a dude to begin with? I had too many damn questions. "A-another human... is here?" I asked her, Twilight nodded slowly.

I could barely breath, standing up I looked past Rainbow who also looked into the other car, and I saw him. He was standing in the middle of the empty car, the seats likewise devoid of ponies and other creatures. The other human wore dark clothes, a t-shirt colored dark brown, a pair of torn up jeans and... no shoes? Jeez what had this guy been through?

I walked into the car, suddenly feeling that cold sensation once again. I ignored it, walking over to the human as Twilight and Rainbow trailed behind me closely. Rainbow's wing flaps and Twilight's hooves blocked out by the sounds of my heart beating heavily against my chest. I couldn't believe it, I had nearly forgotten what another human looked like, and to see another one after nearly four years... I was weirdly happy right now. I walked up to the human and tapped him on the shoulder. "Dude! For reals, how did you get he-" I was stopped as the human turned around, my voice was gone in a flash and a pained squeak came out as I looked into his eye... his eyeball... the only one left in his skull... the one eyeball...

I was about to say what it was, but Twilight beat me to the punch.

"ZAMBIE!" She screamed.

Everything went silent, me, the zombie, and Rainbow all looked at her. The zombie actually looked perturbed that she messed up the word, I was too, considering she was such a perfectionist.

"Oh... uh... I mean... ZOMBIE!"

Okay... NOW WE CAN PANIC!

"Shit fuckity fuck!" I cursed as I kicked the zombie back, making it stumble back over a seat with a groan, it smashed into the other seat and laid still for a few seconds, twitching before it slowly got back up, a moan escaping its throat as the door behind us closed and locked shut. Looking back at the zombie, I could just barely make out a shirt that had a faded logo on it, what it was I had no clue but it looked familiar. His face was torn up, his left eye gone and the skin below it chewed off, blood and mucus flowed freely from his gaping mouth through jagged teeth. A raspy groan escaped him as he stumbled around the seat and back into the aisle, standing there with his eye glaring at me.

God I can smell him from here! I covered my nose, he smelled horrible.

"~Do you like? He was like you ya know.~" The voice returned, Twilight and Rainbow both heard him judging from their faces, one being confusion and the other rage. "~He's another one that was said to be the chosen one~"

"Sombra?!" Twilight yelled, flaring her magic as Rainbow got into a combat stance, standing beside me as I eyeballed the zombie. About a hundred different thought running through my head, the one being the most prominent, how do I kill it fast!? My first thought was the head, that was obviously the target, but he had some weird swirling blackness surrounding him...

Black magic?

"~Why, hello Twilight~ Hehehe, it has been a while since we last met, hasn't it? How is the dragon doing, the one who I plan on destroying the next time I see?~" He asked, his cackles in the air around us. The undead in front of us hadn't moved an inch, instead it's glowing orange eye was locked on my own, body twitching and shaking, as if he were struggling to function.

Twilight only growled under her breath, still trying to find him. "How are you back Sombra?! What are you doing here!?"

Another laugh, did this guy laugh all the time? Jeeeeesus. "~I am here, to exact my revenge upon you, your friends, that damnedable drake and the pathetic princess sitting on my throne!~" He yelled at us, the undead moving and twitching to match his anger. "~I think... I'll start with you three~ Especially the human, enjoy my little creation.~" He said, chuckling before vanishing from the air.

"Oh... balls..."

*ROAR*

The zombie roared, like something out of Black Ops Zombies and charged at us, he came at me and I instinctively blocked his beatdown, each hit was like being hit with a fleshy stick. His arms were stiff and his fingernails jagged as they swiped at me. I growled and punched back, throwing right hooks and haymakers, he took them like a champ, so I added in a uppercut, my fist connecting with his jaw and crushing his teeth further into his gums.

I then rose my leg up and quickly kicked him in the stomach with my heel, sending him back as Twilight blasted a spell at him. I recognized it as one she recently learned from a combat spell book she bought from a vendor, the rippling purple hues and the jagged outlines of the magical blast told me it was a blast force spell, one meant to sent a target staggering back. But this one was bigger and I could feel it raze my arm as it hit the undead, sending it flying back.

"Alright! Good going Twilight!" Rainbow cried, pumping her hooves into the air as the undead smacked into the back wall and slid down.

For a moment I thought that was it, his head had snapped to the side and his body was broken. Hell that would kill me if Twilight used it on me, so I had no doubts he was dead... at least, that was my hope. To my shock, he slowly got up, Twilight muttering something about how that wasn't possible, I only mouthed one thing.

"Undead."

I watched as the zombie grabbed his head and snapped it back into place with a bone crunching noise, his one eye locked on me as his mouth opened. He raised an arm, one broke finger pointing at me as a gurgle came out of his mouth. "~Lee~" he growled, his voice a cross between a hiss and a gurgle. "~Kill~"

Twilight stood by my side, flaring her magic once again and preparing a spell as Rainbow got into a fighting stance mid flight, one I had seen in a Pegasi combat book. I got into my own stance, my arms held outward and my right foot in front of the other with my body facing sideways. Llisten bub, zombie or no zombie, I'm still going to kick your ass!" I grinned toothily, cracking my knuckles.

"~You must die~" He replied, stumbling forward.

I scoffed, "Cliche statement, I say, you must suck my dick... wait, no... no no no..." I shook my head. "You must... suck a dick!" I yelled, running forward and jumping up. My leg spinning out in a jumpkick that I aimed towards his head. Yeah, I'm Asian and I know Jujitsu... stereotyping much? Maybe, but I needed ways to kick ass.

My kick made contact with his head, I quickly followed up with a leg sweep as Twilight sent another force blast the second my leg made contact and knocking him off his feet. The blast hitting him in the chest and sending him flying back, Rainbow flew forward and spun her body around before she kicked out her hind legs and smacked him in the head, a sickening crack sounding as he smashed into a window. Dash quickly flew back to us and I wondered, when did we suddenly get really good at team fighting?

The zombie wasn't through yet, he removed his head from the window, whipping winds and whistling air sounded as he grabbed a piece of glass, one that was conveniently shaped something like a knife and charged at me suddenly, faster then a zombie should be allowed to move. Great, it was a dungeon style zombie. I ducked under his hay-maker swipe, the glass nearly missing my hair as I tackled his chest, the smell of blood and gunk filling my nose and making me cough up my lungs.

Sweet buttery fucks it was horrid.

"Jesus Christ!" I gagged, staggering back as his gut opened up and spilled out his insides onto the floor before me. I could just picture Twilight's face going green and Rainbow staring in both awe and disgust. I stumbled back and mistimed my footing, this gave the undead the chance to move again. He dashed forward, grabbing my shoulder and plunging the glass into my shoulder, the piercing pain as it sliced open flesh. "AHHHHH FUCK!" I yelled, punching the zombie in the head and trying to hold him back as he grabbed onto me. Jagged teeth coming dangerously close to biting me.

"Lee!" Rainbow and Twilight screamed, running over to me and trying to get the undead off. The bastard proved to be tough, his nails were digging into my shoulders and his grip was made of iron it felt like. Coupled with the glass in my shoulder, I was hurting bad, and my strength was being sapped away. "Get off of him you bastard!" Rainbow yelled, punching him in the head and trying to yank him off but it was proving to be too much for her.

Twilight tried using her magic, but for some reason her grip was slipping. "I can't get a grip on him!" Twilight yelled, moving to my side and trying to push him off.

"~Kill~" He growled, his ghostly voice echoing in my ears as he inched closer and closer. I could feel his breath on my neck and I kept pushing back, but the bastard must have had super strength or something! I could feel the teeth grazing my neck, my fear, anger and pure strength keeping him from sinking his jagged teeth into my neck. If I didn't get him off of me...

Luckily, rescue came in the form of a cyan blue pegasus. "GET OFF OF MY HUMAN YOU UNDEAD FREAK!" Rainbow screamed, holding up a jagged piece of glass in her hooves before plunging it with all her might into the undead's head, she pulled it out and stabbed it multiple times, yelling at the top of her lungs as I saw both red blood and black goop fly high. She eventually buried the glass into his head, flying back.

She flew back a bit more, falling onto the floor as the undead stopped moving. His eye had stopped glowing, returning to a greenish color as he fell to his knees. A raspy death rattle escaped him as he fell back, the glass pushed deeper as the back of his head hit the floor making the glass go deeper into his head and out through the eye socket. I stepped over to him and quickly over to Dash as Twilight followed, I fell to my knees in front of her as she she held her hooves outward, both of her fetlocks were covered in deep scratches and blood pumped out, flowing down her fetlocks and onto the floor creating a pool of blood.

"Goddamn it! Twilight do you know any healing spells?!" I asked her, my fear returning as I took off my backpack and unzipped it.

She shook her head, to my growing horror. "No I don't!"

"Damn it," I muttered as I pulled out several bandages, I laid them out and gently took Rainbow's hooves making her wince. "Sorry sorry." I murmured as I picked up one of the bandages and wrapped them around her fetlocks to stop the bleeding. "When we get tot the Crystal Empire you're learning one." I told her, getting a shaky nod as the door behind us opened up.

I heard Applejack's country drawl sound out. "We heard yellin' and fussin' what in tarnation is go-" She stopped short, no doubt seeing the blood, body and both me and Twilight tending to Rainbow. "What in th'-"

"Oh good heavens!" Rarity gasped, seeing the body. "Is... is that another human?"

"It was." I nodded, still wrapping Rainbow's fetlocks. Rainbow winced every couple of seconds and it made me cringe, damn it all to hell.

The rest of the girls came into the room, every one of them avoiding the body save for Fluttershy who looked like she was about to cry. Rarity's normally white face was even more pale than usual, Pinkie Pie's mane had deflated a bit and she looked scared, and Applejack, while on the outside she looked stone faced, I could tell even she was disgusted and scared right now as she looked at Rainbow. "What happened in here?" Applejack asked me, trotting over to us.

Twilight turned away from the undead and said, "I was trying to find out why the train was moving faster than it should when I came into this car and I saw the other human, Lee and Rainbow came up behind me and..." She closed her eyes. "Sombra is back."

"What?!" the girls collectively yelled, well... except Fluttershy, she was quiet as a mouse.

"He's dead!" Applejack retoted, stomping a hoof onto the ground. "There's no way he could be back, Princess Cadance blasted him ta kingdom come!"

"Its true though, he's back and he wants revenge." I told them, finishing up with Rainbow's hooves and turning to face them. "He sent that thing after me, Twi and Dash." I told them, pointing to the body that Fluttershy was inspecting closely, much too closely for my tastes.

Fluttershy spoke up, "Um..." She started pointing to his shirt, what was left of the tattered thing anyway.

I rose an eyebrow, wondering why she was looking at him. Rarity spoke up, "what's wrong?" Rarity asked her, fighting her disgust to look herself. "Oh my."

"What is it?" I questioned the two of them, walking over and looking at the shirt. I kneeled down as the others came over, Rainbow hobbling until she ended up leaning on me for support. When I looked at the shirt earlier I couldn't make out the text, but Twilight fixed that by shining a light spell. What I saw, made me gasp.

On the shirt, I could make out the faded letters of F, L, U, T and T. The rest was blotted out by blood, and just below that, was a faded image of Fluttershy's face and the word Kindness.

Something Sombra said came back to me again. He was like me... I could only stare at the body of what was a fellow fan of this world and its characters. He was like me, a fanboy and a brony. Did he get sent here like me, and Sombra did something to him? Sombra also mentioned that, he was said to be the chosen one... I feel like someone's hiding something from me. I wondered who this guy was, he looked about my age. Steeling myself, I started going through his pockets, getting a look from Rarity.

"What are you doing?" She looked disgusted I would willingly stick my hand into a dead body's pocket, but I had to see if he had a wallet or something. After all I kept my own.

After rummaging through his pocket, I managed to pull out his wallet. "Wallet." I said, holding it up before opening it and looking inside. I found a twenty dollar bill, a credit card, a coupon for Wal-Mart mayo, and a driver's license from the state of Georgia. I pulled it out of its sleeve, holding it up to Twilight's light so we could all see it. He didn't look anything like this corpse, sandy blonde hair that was upswept, nice looking green eyes and a smile on his face as he looked into the camera. "Lucas Dunwoody... eighteen... he was just a kid..."

"He looks..." Twilight started, but Rarity finished.

"Very handsome," she said, eyeing the picture. I could only sigh sadly as Rarity remember the situation. "Oh..."

I looked at the body. "He was like me..." I muttered. "Just a normal guy pulled into this world, probably hoping he could have met one of you." I put the wallet down as the girls looked down sadly, and the driver's license. "Instead he was somehow fucked up by Sombra..." Looking at the license once again I put it back into the wallet and put it into my own pocket. I could do something with it maybe.

*THUD THUD THUD THUD*

We all looked up and behind as the cars started making a weird noise, oh yeah, this thing was still going full blast down the rails wasn't it? Standing up I started towards the engine followed by everyone else, Rainbow taking flight and hovering next to me. I made my way over to the door and tried the knob, it was unlocked. "Get ready guys, we don't know what might be waiting up there." I got some murmurs of agreement, and I opened the door.

I quickly made my way inside, finding the car before the engine to be empty, this was first class and yet... Fancy Pants and his wife were not on board. "Where are the other passengers?" Fluttershy asked, hiding behind her mane as always. That was a damn good question, where were they?

"I don't know." Twilight shook her head, making me nervous. Where the hell is everyone?!

I moved across the car, keeping my eyes trained for anything that may hop out at us. I hope he didn't have any more zombies, dealing with one was bad enough, having to deal with others won't be easy. Looking around, I saw the windows were frosted over with ice, and the snowfall outside was passing us by the faster we went. We needed to slow this thing down, or else. The door at the end of this car was shut, like the others but this time I saw a lock. "Damn it, there's a damn lock on the door!" I cursed, kicking the door and making it shudder.

Looking back, I saw Applejack tilt her hat forward. "Leave it ta me!" She cried, galloping forward and turning on her front hooves, smashed her hind legs into the wooden door... and to our surprise, it didn't budge. "Consarn it!" She bucked the door again, and I had to admit, I have a massive respect for AJ's leg power. She may not look muscular, but you just have to look hard enough and you'll see the toned muscles in her legs, from years of bucking trees~

As Applejack went to work on the door, I looked out window towards the snow, and what looked like the Empire coming in fast. It was still a massive bright glow on the horizon, but I could tell we were closing in on it... if we didn't slow this train down, it would probably end in a lot of hurt people, we had to stop it! Running over to the door, I kicked it with as much force as I could muster as AJ kicked it with me. It still held under our combined assault, which pissed me off a great deal.

"To fucking hell with this shit!" I yelled, running over to one of the windows. It was a big window, large and could easily be opened. I messed with the lock for it, finding it shut tight and locked. "Punk." I kicked the window, bashing it open and making cold air rush in like a wave of pinpricks.

"What are you doing?!" Twilight yelled over the gale force winds, putting up a minor shield spell to block out the cold air.

I grabbed kicked the remaining glass aside, shoving it off to the side before answering. "I'm going to the engine damn it! Maybe I can stop it!" I yelled back, climbing out of the window and onto the side railing. Holy fucking shit this was fucking scary! The railing was small, but there was one above me I could use to hold onto. Rainbow flew over to me and was about to come out but I put a hand on her chest, my fingers running through the chest fluff she had. "No, you stay here!"

She shook her head furiously. "No, I'm coming with you!"

"You're hurt Dash!" I yelled at her, my jacket flapping in the wind. "Stay here with Twilight while I try and get the door open from the other side!" I gave her a quick kiss on the lips before I gently pushed her back into the car, I saw her nodding to me before I started climbing to the right. Jeezus what was I thinking coming out here?! The wind was cold enough that my man nips started getting hard, probably hard enough to cut diamonds... where did that come from anyway, did someone actually cut diamonds with their nips once?

Focus Lee! Focus, no time to be thinking about nipples and the like.

I made my way to the right carefully, my feet struggling to gain traction and my hands having slight trouble hanging onto the railing above. Looking back into the car from the window I was in front of, I could see the girls, sans AJ giving, me worried looks. I only nodded sheepishly and gave em all a smile as I continued moving. The cold air was harsh and I kept getting pelted with snow, which may have been fun if I wasn't currently in a situation that, if I fucked up, meant absolute cold unforgiving death.

Squinting my eyes I could see the engine up ahead, chugging up a storm as it blasted through small snow piles that had accumulated on the tracks, the black smoke filled the skies from the pipe. I had to get the door open and stop this train! I moved several more feet across the railing until I came to the end at last, on the outside I could barely make out the sounds of AJ banging on the door with her hind hooves. Steeling myself, I counted to three before I had to jump, seeing how the railing was bent awkwardly and missing a length.

One. The snow had started coming down harder.

Two. My palms started getting sweaty.

Three, I jumped!

Rainbow's Perspective

I hovered above the ground, watching as Lee had jumped off of the rail and to the front. Disappearing from my sight, I couldn't stop my heart from pounding in my chest nor the gasp that escaped my mouth. My hooves ached and I could feel them throbbing from the cuts, and I felt lightheaded as I kept flight. Lee better be alright or I'll freaking kill him! I landed on the floor and tried my best not to put too much pressure on my front hooves, they hurt like all tartarus.

"He'll be alright Dash." Twilight told me, coming up to me and draping a wing over my back. "You'll see." She whispered to me, patting me on the back.

I nodded, I knew he would be, but that didn't stop me from worrying about that damned human. Suddenly I heard a thud from the other side of the door, AJ stopped hitting the door because she got tired, and a curse from the other side made me sigh in relief. He's okay, he's the only one I know of who curses up a storm like that.

"Ahhh!" Somepony screamed from behind us.

I heard next, Scootaloo? "What's going on?!"

Turning around I saw the crusaders standing at the end of the car, having passed by the body that Sweetie was staring at with fear in her eyes. Apple Bloom and Scootaloo having the same looks on their faces. Applejack ran over to me, rounding them up and bringing them over to us. "What are you three doing in here?! You were supposed to wait for us in the car back there!"

"There was something in the back car trying to get in!" Sweetie cried, tears threatening to leave her eyes. "It sounded really scary!"

Apple Bloom nodded fiercely. "T'was all loud and ornery sounding, Sis!" AB told us. "It kept trying ta break through th' door!"

*CRASH*

The door behind us broke down, and in came Lee, his shirt covered in snow and his face locked in what looked like a state of pure terror. "Guys, we got a big ass problem!" He yelled at us, just now I noticed a twisted level in his hand.

Twilight looked alarmed, as did the other girls, so I asked, "What is it?!"

He looked to me, an expression of fear on his face I had never seen before. "The breaks are gone, and the conductor is dead, and we're headed towards a rather sharp turn that may or may not derail this train sending it into a ravine nearby..." He said, his voice going from a low bass kind of sound to a high pitch squeak near the end.

...

*Mood Music*

...

"WE'RE GOING TO CRASH!" Everypony screamed, Lee stumbled back and I held my hooves over my ears.

"Yes!" Lee yelled back, holding onto the door frame. "We have to get off of this damn thing, now!"

*SKREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-CRASH THUD THUD THUD*

The rails screeched loudly as something in the far back broke down. Turning around I saw something stumble out of the car, it was... "Another zombie!" I yelled, flapping my wings and flying up and away. Rarity and AJ grabbed their sisters while I grabbed Scoots, ignoring the pain in my fetlocks as Lee got in front of us, wielding a broken lever.

The zombie wasn't alone, two more came out from behind him. All of them wearing tattered clothing and missing body parts, blood and ooze flowed out of them as their growls filled the car. The train shook and everypony had trouble staying up, the undead had no problems however as they moved towards us, arms outstretched and moans escaping their gaping maws.

This is bucking unbelievable! I cursed, keeping Scootaloo out of reach as Lee twirled the lever. It was a damn pain taking on that one, and now... now there's three of them! We won't be able to take them on if they're as strong as the other one. We all ended up outside as the undead moved towards us at a slow pace. I was trying to pllan out what to do, when suddenly the engine made a weird noise, followed by an explosion that sent me flying forward, smashing into a seat headfirst as Scootaloo flew from my arms, laning somewhere out of sight.

"AHHHHHHHHH!" I heard screams from behind me, along with Lee's cursing.

"Rarity!" Twilight yelled.

Lee screamed as well. "Fucking fuck!"

Everypony screamed, shaking my head and looking back I saw the engine had exploded and was moving faster then ever, flames quickly started spreading and I saw everypony had been blown off save for Twilight, Lee, Scootaloo and I. "Scootaloo!" I screamed turning back to see her dodging the undead, yelling for help. Suddenly I found myself being picked up by Lee. "Lee, Scootaloo!" I yelled at him, pointing to her.

He nodded, moving me outside quickly before going back into the car, yelling at one of the undead and smashing his lever into one of their heads. "Come at me you goddamn freaks and leave her alone! I'm tastier looking!"

I struggled to my hooves, every part of my body screaming out in pain. My body shook, I could feel blood running down the back of my head and my fetlocks, my breathing had become ragged and I couldn't see straight. The undead surrounded Lee as he picked up Scootaloo, holding her back while being forced further back into the car. He was going to get himself cornered! "Lee!" I yelled, trying to move before I felt Twilight grab me, pulling me back. What was she fucking doing!? "Let me go! Lee is still in there!"

I saw her shake her head. "The train is about to crash Rainbow! We have to get off!" She yelled, her magic starting to gather in her horn.

"Just go Dash! Get off now! GET THE FUCK OFF!" Lee screamed along with the sounds of Scootaloo crying. "GET OFF FUCKING RIGHT NOW!"

I tried fighting back, but it was useless against Twilight's magic. Everything was a blur from there, my vision started to go black, I heard Twilight flaring her magic and soon, we both teleported off of the train and I suddenly found myself falling through the air. I then hit something soft and cold, freezing before I looked up, blood trickled down my face as I looked towards the train as it barreled down the tracks towards the turn. I felt my blood run cold, coldler then it ever has before. I didn't see Lee jump off, he was still inside! No no no no no, Lee get off. I tried to get myself up and moving but my body was too weak, frozen from the cold and my injuries, I couldn't move. The train reached the turn, and I watched as it leaned to the side before it flew off the tracks. "LEE! NO!" I cried, watching in horror as the train flew off of the tracks and onto the snow.

It flew through the air before turning onto its side, the sound of metal screeching against metal sounding as the entire train twisted and turned in the air like a roller coaster. Glass borke and showered the ground below. More fires erupted from the engine, another explosion sounded, and it the first class car caught fire as it soared into the ravine Lee told us about, crashing into it and disappearing down below. It only took a few seconds before I heard the crash, and the explosion that followed.

I sat frozen on the ground... my eyes locked on where the train disappeared to... I saw the smoke rise up. I felt my heart stop, my body quivered, I felt sick to my stomach and I felt my eyes burn with fresh tears. My voice was lost, I couldn't move... Scootaloo... Lee... More tears flowed down my face, I felt sick to my stomach.

I heard hooves something coming up to me... along with Twilight's voice as she plopped down. "L-Lee?" She breathed, not believing what we just watched. My mouth hung open... "Scootaloo..." she breathed, tears brimming at the edges of her eyes.

Lee... Scootaloo... they... they were...

...

Gone...

I fell onto the ground, throwing my arms over my face as more tears poured out of my eyes. My breaths coming in shaky heaving drawls as I cried, he can't be gone! This wasn't supposed to happen, this was suppsoed to be a fun trip to the empire! Not a Celestia damned fight on a damned train! "LEEEEEEEEEE, SCOOTALOOOOO!" I cried, Twilight likewise crying softly. This was supposed to be a fun week for us all, this was supposed to be the week I gave Lee my gift to him...

This... this is all wrong.

Behind us I heard more hooves, no doubt the other girls coming over to us. I didn't pay any attention to them, I could only cry.

Everything was silent save for the sounds of us crying.

I couldn't believe it... I didn't want to believe it. My coltfriend, my baby sister, they were both gone! This can't be happening to me, this can't be happening to me, please tell me its all a dream and I'll wake up. I begged the gods and goddesses above, I got nothing except whistling winds and snowfall.

Silence passed over us, sniffling and crying before I heard Pinkie yell, "Wait, look!" She cried, I looked up and saw her pointing towards the ravine.

I looked back over, and I saw nothing at first... but then I heard a loud groan in the air and I almost broke out cursing. I saw a hand rise up and claw at the dirt, before along came a body, dragging itself up the hill and onto level ground. Another zombie... My coltfriend is gone, yet one of those damned things survived!? I was about to try getting up and kicking its flank once it got onto its knees, before I saw something in its arm, a small orange soot covered body... Scootaloo? I looked over the zombie and looked closely, the jacket, the shirt... those eyes...

"L-Lee?" I whimpered, praying it was him.

The human looked over at us before openign his mouth. "MY FUCKING ASS!" He yelled before falling onto his side, gently pulling Scootaloo out and putting her down next to him. "Also... HELP!" Lee cried... it was Lee.

I struggled to get up, pushing past the pain and hobbling over to him, my legs burned and my chest hurt, my eyes stung and I couldn't fight back the tears or the smile as I saw Lee still alive. My heart hurt and my vision swam as I made my way over to him. He was still alive! I ended up falling next to him, right in front of his chest where a beaten and slightly dirty Scootaloo lay unconscious. Everything hurt when I laid eyes on my human. "Lee." I cried, reaching out and placing my hoof on his chest.

He smiled and held my hoof. "I see you got off the train alright... lucky asshat."

I stared at him... before I laughed, my head falling into the snow as I felt my vision darken. "Buc...king... ass...hole..." Everything went black as I heard wings flapping in the air above, and Lee pulling me close to his body. He was still alive...

Still alive... Lee... was my last thought before I apssed out, darkness taking me into the void.

Hmm... I had some difficulty writing out this chapter, not because it was long or anything, but because I don't feel like my fight scenes are all that exciting. I tried though, bring on the pitchforks baby I have my cupcake machine right here
