When a young unicorn colt one day stumbles across a unique magic, and finds out later to be a danger to his friends and family, he escapes from Canterlot and meets an older unicorn mare, one with another unfamiliar magic and also on the run for her own reasons.

Join these two ponies, as well as four of their closest friends, as they travel across Equestria to uncover the secrets to these mysterious powers, making new friends along the way and protecting the land from opposing forces planning to take over Equestria for their own schemes.
