(Ponyville, Equestria, Torian`s POV)

After the incident in Manehattan with my brother and Sombra, I couldnt shake the thoughts of how well trained my brother was, Ive been using my Grandfather`s techniques, but I believe he has been trained advanced and beyond of what I knew and by the condition of my obsidian sword, which becoming weak and not as effective to when I first used it, I believe it was time to step up my fighting skills.

I made my way back to the Blacksmith where I found the sword and saw Heavy Metal working on some armor.

"Hey Heavy Metal." I greeted and the stallion turned around and smiled.

"Hello, glad to see you again, what can I do for you? and let me thank you for booming my business since you became Equestria`s human hero like those Elements of Harmony and because of you, I hired 2 other ponies and you get 25% of the profit I make.

"Thanks I`m glad to hear that and I need to upgrade my blade and need more advanced swords training." I replied and revealing my battle-scarred obsidian blade.

Taking a look at it, he inspected the blade and balance and as I feared, It was becoming weak.

"Well, This blade is becoming weak and I can improve the durability and balance, but the ingredient I require lies within the Everfree, A small mushroom if you will, but this mushroom is unlike any other fungi, its like golds durability and can last forever like bronze it will look brown but the stem will be a gold texture, find me the mushroom, and I`ll fix up your blade free of charge."

I was elated at the news and nodded before heading into the woods with no need for weapons since the the threat within the forest seemed low.

Trekking through the forest was something I enjoyed doing in my spare time, now since the Timberwolves had moved on since their Alpha`s death. Based on the description, I began looking for the gold stemmed mushroom. I began my search at mossy logs or edges of swamps, For 2 hours I came up empty and decided to think outside the box.

"What about caves, it seems like it could be my best bet." I thought to myself as I found a cave and began spelunking. The cave`s stalagmites dripped with water as I ventured further and began getting darker. I then see the light at the end of the tunnel but came upon something an archaeologist or any treasure hunter would love to find, A Mountain of gems and genuine gold.

I was after one thing and that was the mushroom and it just so happens it was there on top of the pile of treasure, but not to get ahead of myself, I needed to take precaution, because treasure like this doesn`t pile up like this so I slowly descended into the pile of precious metals and climbed to grab the mushroom.

Once I got it within my grasp, it felt like the metals it was made of and put it in my pocket but then saw some other precious metals that would look really nice for jewelry and a blue diamond that would do perfectly for an engagement ring, Thats right, Im planning on purposing to Minuette, but I`m waiting for that perfect moment.

So I grabbed a blue diamond, some gold coins, and a bright green emerald and was about to leave when a series of loud thuds came from outside the cave and like every fairy tale, a big green dragon approaches and thanks to my quick reflexes, I ducked behind a large boulder before the dragon noticed me.

I peeked back to see the dragon curl up around his treasure, gave a loud yawn and passed out into his slumber. With this time I began to think of how to escape without disturbing the dragon that will kill me for entering his territory. Ideas raced in my mind when I finally had a plan.

"Lets hope those rock skipping on the pond improved my accuracy." I prayed silently as I threw a rock toward the entrance of the cave and like I hoped, the dragon woke and gave a snarl before leaving the gtreasure to see what was happening. I took the moment while he was distracted and quickly, but silently made my way up the way I came and out through the cave entrance I came through and booked it back to town.

"Woah what a rush and all this treasure I got will definitely suite me as well." I thought as I returned to the Blacksmith panting since I ran almost 3 miles from the Everfree Forest.

"Woah, your back and I assume you have the mushroom?" Heavy Metal said happily and surprised to see me after I was gone for almost 2 hours.
I tossed him the mushroom and he inspected it before replying. "Excellent, I`ll have your blade upgraded ASAP." Heavy Metal began to do his thing like breaking down the mushroom into a liquid substance that looked like bronze and gold mixed together. Then he got my blade and poured it onto the blade and the liquid seemed to be absorbed into the sword before a glow on the blade disappeared as it appeared.

With the process complete, my obsidian sword was as good as I bought it, but was now more durable and once I sharpen it daily, it could become the most powerful sword in Equestria.

"Thank you, Heavy Metal." I said happily as I placed it in the sheath.

"Oh it was my pleasure and I must thank you once more for helping my business boom." Heavy Metal said with gratitude.

"No problem, I`ll see you soon." I waved off my friend as I walked back home.

With my sword restored and better than before, I needed to begin training my swordsman skills to an advanced level and far beyond of what my Grandfather had taught me, it wont be easy, but I will have to face my brother once again in the future, but there is one thing I have my brother doesnt... A strong friendship like I have made in Equestria, Jaylen may only have Sombra, but he was more like a master to him than a friend, but one way or another, Let the training begin.

Hello ponies and bronies, Golden here and thanks to an idea by Mistthealicorn and I just had to write it and reintroduce Heavy Metal the blacksmith. Now earlier Ive been going through some things and school is the main drag, so I may not update as frequently as I may do on weekends so Im not going to quit, I just need to schedule out my hobbies.
