(Stock Market Exchange, New York City, 1929)

At the final age of American history after World War 1, We enter toward the Great Depression, where Americans are jobless, broke, and starving. It all starts at the Stock Exchange in New York when everything began to go downhill and many people made a mad dash to banks to try and reclaim their money.

"So this is how America`s depression began?" Celestia asked with sadness as I only nodded solemnly.

"And there was no way of getting the money back?" Lyra chimed in.

"Once the money in the bank was gone businesses closed, workers lost their jobs, homes were sold, and people begged for food." I replied as images of the depressed Americans flashed by to show the hardships of the depression.

As we entered the 1930s, America was in devastated further as the Great Dust Bowl came in and killed acres of crops from North Dakota to Texas, including my family`s farm.

"So what did America do for food?" Fluttershy asked sadly as the produced died off.

"Honestly, We had one more food option and that was meat since humans are omnivores and we could not resort to cannibalism, but we do what we had to do to survive." I lowered my head in shame as the ponies felt bad.

As the years progressed, Americas new President Franklin Delano Roosevelt began to take action to get America out of its depression by issuing 'The New Deal'.

"Now here, Franklin D. Roosevelt is issuing the New Deal to help the U.S out of the depression." I announced as the president signed the documents.

"What was the New Deal?" Vinyl popped out the question.

"And what results come out?" Applejack added.

"Well to answer both questions it went like this, The New Deal was suppose to define 'The 3 R`s.' Relief, Recover, and Reform. We bring the relief to workers and poor with work, Recover our economy, and Reform the financial system to prevent another depression." I explained and they seemed to catch on quickly since it was the simplest way to explain this.

"So after the New Deal was in effect, how quickly did it take for the U.S to recover?" Rarity asked.

"Well, by the start of the Second World War and when we enter is when we officially got out of our depression since the war efforts open up jobs." I replied as I gave them a look on how the depression helped set the stage for World War 2.

(Berlin, Germany, 1939)

"Welcome to Germany, where we will witness the Earth`s most powerful army of the 20th century." I emphasized the Nazis standing at attention to the powerful dictator and the most cold-blooded murderer in history, Adolf Hitler.

"So what does this place have to do with anything?" Lyra asked with a little fear.

"Our depression helped Hitler rise to power in order for him to begin World War 2 by invading neighboring countries like France, Poland, and bombing raids on England. This also allowed him to build up his Nazi party to become a powerful army." I replied as we looked on the army of German soldiers and saluting to their leader.

We then concluded our American history adventure and with a flash of light we were back in the sunny town of Ponyville and Equestria.

"It feels great to be back." Vinyl said in joy.

"I agree, I do miss my world, but this is my home here." I agreed as the princesses walked up to me.

"Thank you for sharing your history with us, it was quite fond of you to let us experience how your country began." Celestia said.

"No problem, I`d like to see how Equestria was founded some time too." I smiled and shook their hooves.

"Yes, we shall at some time, but now we must return to Canterlot for more royal duties to fulfil, we shall see you again soon." Luna replied as they both teleported to Canterlot. I turned around to see my friends smiling.

"So what will happen to the U.S now that the war was over?" Twilight looked up in curiosity.

I could only imagine what the world will become, Maybe a new organization will form to prevent another world war, New discoveries to better our lives, or even go above and beyond and try to make our way to the moon. The possibilities seemed endless, but to answer Twlight`s question, I simply replied.

"I`m not sure Twilight, but what I do know is that science and technology will probably lead the U.S and my world to a better future."

The ponies smiled at the response and I turned around to see 4 familiar faces; Discord, Big Mac, Doctor Whooves, and Thunderlane. My guy crew arrived and I had completely forgot that tonight was going to be Guys Night.

"Torian, you ready for Guys Night?" Thunderlane said with excitement.

"Yes, it would not be as much fun if you were not there." Discord implied as I smiled.

"Yeah dudes, just wait a moment and Ill join you in a minute." I told them as I turned my attention to the mares in front of me. "Alright I hope you all had an amazing time looking at American history, but I totally forgot about my plans for tonight and I have Guys Night planned."

"Don`t fret sugarcube, we understand that even stallions need alone time so just go on and have a nice time." Applejack said with an understanding tone.

"Yeah dude, go out, party, and I`ll see you at work tomorrow." Vinyl implied.

"I`ll wait for you back at your house." Minuette finished as I waved them good bye and went to begin our night of fun with my guy friends. Time ticked on by as the evening came around and the 5 of us were about to begin our Guys Night and we will do it right.

"Alright Gentlecolts, How shall we spend this night in the best guy-way possible?" I asked in a gentlemen like voice. The guys had the looks that told me they caught on to what I was thinking and the best way t kick off the night was... watching the Hoofball game and cheering on the Ponyville team.

I got into watching hoofball with Discord on our days we hang out since I`ve been in Equestria for almost 5 months and for one of the best entertainment is hoofball, the Wonderbolts, and the Equestria games. We all head over to the Ponyville bar, grabbed a drink, and watched the game, but before it began I wanted to make a toast.

"Friends, I want to make a toast not only for Guys Night, but for the best guy friendships I have ever had!" We all said 'cheers' and clashed our drinks and took our shot, but since Equestria did not have alcohol, I dont have to worry about being drunk. Even back on Earth I was not much of a drinker, but we watched the game and let the night take us on our awesome time.
