For the next five years, Twilight & Rainbow Dash looked for their friends. 10% of the population went missing, including their friends.

After the first year, Celestia sent half guards to search for the missing ponies, they searched everywhere, questioned everypony, but didn’t come up with anything.

After two years, a rumor spread throughout the town, ponies go missing even from their home. Twilight asked Rainbow Dash to live with her, until the missing ponies were found.

On that night, Princess Celestia thought she knew where the missing ponies went. When Twilight woke up, she looked out the window to see that it was still night, then she checked the clock, right next to her bed. The clock read 7:28, she knew she & Rainbow Dash went to bed around 9. She walked to Rainbow Dash, & said, while gently pushing her, “Dash, awake up there is a small problem.

Rainbow Dash woke up, let out a big yawn, before saying, “Twilight, what’s wrong? What time is it?”

Twilight said, “It’s almost eight in the morning, but the sun’s not up.”

Rainbow Dash looked out the window, then turned to Twilight & said, “Lets go say what’’s wrong.”

As they walked, they saw ponies looking at the sky & murmuring to each other.

Luna was hovering, in the middle of the town, she said, using her royal canterlot voice, “I hate to bring you this terrible news, My sister, Princess Celestia has gone missing. Until she is found,there is going to be a curfew at 7 pm.”

There was a collective gasping from the crowd, someone said, "Who's going to raise the sun?" Another pony said, "With Celestia gone, it's going to be forever night."

Luna said, over everypony, "Listen, we will find her, as we speak, guards are searching for Celestia and the missing ponies."
Rainbow Dash whispered, into Twilight’s ear, “Come, follow me.”

Twilight followed Rainbow Dash away from the other ponies. Once They were far away, so no one would overhear them, Twilight said, “So, Dash, why did you want to follow you?”

Rainbow Dash said, “Tonight, lets look for the Celestia & the other ponies.”

Twilight said, “What about the curfew?”

Rainbow Dash said, as if it was obvious, “Just don’t get caught by the guards.”

Twilight sighed, seeing there was no way to argue with Rainbow Dash, then said, “Fine, you take east side of town, I will take the west side of town, and we’ll me at home at midnight.”

Rainbow Dash said, “Okay, lets head somewhere to get something to eat, I’m starving.”

What they didn’t know was that someone listened to their plan. He tweaked the plan a little, then he smiled and walked away.

That night, Rainbow Dash walked around the east part of town, listening to her own steps, feeling the cold air on her body & looking for clues. She was too busy, looking for clues, to notice a shadow following her. A voice whispered in her ear, "Turn around, & head back home, you will never find the princess, the missing ponies, & your friends."

Rainbow Dash spun around to see no one there. she said, to herself, "Calm down, It was probably the wind." When she turned back around, a pony was standing right in front of her.
