Fall Of Helghan

The skies burned over Pyrrhus the once great capital of the Helghast people, the greatest accomplishment of Emperor Visari and his people had been reduced to dust. The ISA had not only left the Helghast capital in dust and ruin but they also went as far as to kill Visari in cold blood like savage animals. As the Helghast forces tried to push the ISA out they realized that they had no choice but retreat to their ships and escape what was left even though they didn't want to. Most children of Helghan wanted to stay and fight but if they did they would be slaughtered and the ISA would have privilege of victory.

"All units retreat to extraction point we must leave Helghan so that it's legacy may survive" Syth, a capture trooper and the personal apprentice of colonel Mael Radec gave the order on all secure Helghast comm channels. He was not only Radec's apprentice but his adopted son he took him in after he found him with his dead parents. Apparently an ISA soldier killed his parents and Syth killed him with his bare hands Radec was impressed by the boy and he took him in as his son and apprentice. Throughout his life Radec trained him and he became a captain in the Helghast army after his graduation at the academy with the highest test scores. He went with his father on many missions such as when they boarded Templar's cruiser and Radec killed him to get the nuclear codes however the woman that was with him deleted the codes before she died.

Syth was one of the best of the Helghast soldiers and many thought that he would be his father's successor but in truth he only wanted to follow in his footsteps not replace him. He had not heard from Radec since the dead Helghast that fought and died. Syth feared to find his fathers corpse but he found him unconscious Syth dropped his weapon and ran to his father "father! father!! wake up!!" he said shaking his father and mentor.

Radec slowly opened his eyes as he heard Syth yelling, Wait, Syth!! he jolted up and drew his pistol looking to see if the ISA were still around but he didn't see any only Syth looking at him.

"Syth! are you alright? are you hurt? where's the ISA? " Radec asked he was glad that his son was safe but where were the ISA?

"Father I'm fine but what about you? what happened?"

"Me and my men tried to defend Lord Visari but we were beaten and I was knocked unconscious" Radec explained.

"Where is Visari?' he asked but Syth looked down Radec feared the answer, did the ISA capture him?

"I'm sorry father Lord Visari was killed by the ISA savages in cold blood."

This angered Radec beyond belief the fact that they killed Visari proved that they are the evil ones yet they they keep trying to make the Helghast look like the aggressors. Radec realized that he failed not only his people but his Emperor and friend. "Father all surviving Helghast are moving to an extraction point we have no choice but to leave Helghan" Syth said with sorrow and irritation. This shocked Radec they had no choice? did the ISA have so much ground that they didn't have any chance to reclaim their home? Radec realized it was the only hope for the Helghast and he hated it and he knew that Syth didn't like it either.

"Very well where is the extraction point located?"

"Its the MAWLR Graveyard the ISA would never think a ship would be hidden there but we must hurry our flight window is clear but not for long." Syth and Radec then made their way to the extraction point as they did they looked at was left of their city this was their home and they were forced to abandon it. Even though it wasn't the best planet what with the radiation storms and other problems but it was the home of the Helghast nonetheless Syth vowed he would come back to retake his home no matter what it took.

"BloodPact team whats the status on the ship and its passengers over" Syth asked over the comm, his team should have gotten the ship ready for take off.

"Status is green captain we're ready take off over" a soldier said over the comms Syth had an amused face as he heard the voice.

"Its sure good to hear your voice Razer hows everyone on the ship doing."

"Everyone is fine but get back here our window is open but not for long the ISA are being restless trying to find us."

"Roger that me and Colonel Radec are heading to the extraction point over."

"Copy that, tell the colonel that the people have chosen him to lead the empire" Syth looked at his adopted father even though his face was covered he could tell that he was surprised that they wanted him to lead them. Syth was just glad there were no civilian casualties they had evacuated all the civilians before the city was nuked, they wouldn't let all those people die.

Syth and Radec were able to reach the ship as they did all troopers that saw Radec gave him a salute as they entered. When they got to the bridge of the ship Radec took seat on a control throne in the center of the room"set course out of Helghan's orbit and past Earth space, hopefully we can out run the ISA." The ship made a hum about to make a jump through hyper space before an explosion shook the ship "sir ISA warships are attacking us and they hit the hyper drive its malfunctioning" a pilot said in distress.

The ship then went into hyper space away from the ISA thank god. Syth then looked at the Shipmaster who was in charge of most of the ship
"what happened, where is the ship going?" he asked clearly aggravated by the change of events.

"I don't know the hyper drive core was hit and as a result its sending us to an unknown planet I can't give direct coordinates until we are out of hyper space." Syth just became more infuriated by this as he went to leave for the hanger.

"Where are you going Syth?" asked Radec as he noticed that Syth was getting his signature StA-52 Assault Rifle which had the Helghast symbol engraved on it as he was leaving.

"If his planet is habitable then me and some soldiers will go down and do some reconnaissance and maybe find some locals or the ruins of a city" Syth had already gotten a few ships ready just in case they found any habitable planets before they left Helghan.

"Be patient we need to see this planet before we can make any rash decisions I don't want to lose any soldiers or you because you want to go and do recon on an uncharted planet" Radec was trying to be strategic and wanted to make sure that Syth wasn't going to do something that would kill him. Syth had a lot of patience but Radec could understand him needing to blow off some steam after all they had just gone through.

Several hours went by and they left hyper space once they did they saw a luscious, and clean planet. The crew used what they called 'The Oculus' a machine that could let them see a planets terrain to make sure they could be colonized or to see if enemy camps or bases were on the surface. The machine only had so much range and power so only a small area could be scanned at a time as the crew was scanning one of the operators found something.

"I got something!!" he said as he put a visual on the main screen of the bridge. When the image appeared all of the bridge crew were surprised at what they saw. A castle like structure, probably 16th century build, it was built into the side of the mountain and had an entire city around it but that wasn't all the Helghast were staring at. Inside the city were humanoid ponies being rounded up and cocooned by what a race of insect people.

All the soldiers were shocked that they found a whole new planet with a native race that was never discovered, but what surprised and angered them the most was that they were being under invasion much like the Helghast. There was a sign in front of the main gate of the city that said 'Welcome to Canterlot'

"My queen, we have secured the city and rounded up most of the population soon we will have full control of the city"

"Well done general continue your sweep and make sure that if you find any other ponies to capture them"

"It will be done my queen" the changeling general then walked out of the throne room. On top of the throne was queen Chrysalis, ruler of the changelings, as she sat on the throne she felt empowered and confident in her invasion soon she would have all the ponies imprisoned and nothing could stop her.

She even had beaten the princess and had the Elements of Harmony as prisoners now all she needed was to find the last few remaining ponies and imprison them for food. Once she is successful her and her changelings will be able to have an unlimited source of love it was only a matter of time.

Told you I would write this I wrote this because I'm a huge killzone/Helghast fan and there has been a huge shortage of Killzone fanfics WTF so I'm going to let you guys pick who gets paired with who since I'm not good at pairings and such
