With all Princesses, Fancy Pants and Prince Blueblood at the Equestria Games, somepony needs to pass the budget... Problem is, as Balanced Budget soon finds out, he might not be the most suitable for the job...
With everypony of authority off to the Crystal Empire for the Equestria Games, it is up to Balanced Budget to get the budget passed. The only problem is that he has to deal with Fancy Pants' brother - Metal Pants.
