"Great party Flo!"
The compliment made me smile.
"Thanks Sarah! Good to know!"
My friend smiled back and walked to the buffet. Buffet that was only composed of Cheese Fingers, Smarties (my personal favorite) and a plate of Apple pie.
For drinks : Applejuice (I crave that).
I walked back to the sofa and sat down, stretching myself and looking at the other people in the room.
We were about twenty boys and girls.
"Sick party!" the compliment came from a boy in my class. "Really outdid yourself this time!"
"Thanks."
I was used to this.
Me, Flo, the great party planner. I just love them.
And I love boys. DUH, sixteen year old girls are fans of that.
Except eggheads...
I blew some of my blond hair out of the way and blinked.
This was... weird...
Of course, being an awesome party planner and all, I just had to install spotlights. They were flashing all the colors of the Rainbow.
And I was pretty sure white wasn't part of the rainbow. I think...
I walked over to the closet where it was coming from.
That closet had been my whole childhood. It had a sweet hidden entrance that made it a little larger.
I crawled into it and the door immediately closed.
"Hey! What gives guys?! Open up!" I pounded on the doors but the music outside was too loud for anyone to hear.
I sighted and looked around... before screaming.
A giant winged horse with a horn was standing in the cramped space of my closet. It's mane was moving in beautiful swirls and it's cheeks were a deep red. On top of its head, was the horn.
I kinda freaked out and started to mutter stuff :
"A... A unicorn! A freaking unicorn with wings is in my closet!"
The horse looked down to me and smiled- yes smiled! -before making her horn glow and turning into... me.
That may or may not have freaked me out more and I may or may not have grabbed an umbrella to start bashing it on the thing's head. Big mistake.
That's when it shouted and its (my clone's) hands glowed to pick up a boot and send me into the dream land...
Luna turned around and around the table, feeling nervous.
"So..." she murmured after a while, "Where is she?"
"We told you Princess, she got drunk last night and teleported to the Human world... again..." muttered a guard.
"Not her!" yelled Luna, her stress getting the best of her. "I mean the one that's going to replace her!"
"Oh... Uh I believe she hasn't arrived yet..." said the guard, terrified by that sudden outburst.
The princess of the night growled in frustration and sat on the floor.
"I'll bring you a seat right away!" exclaimed the guard, exiting the throne room.
Luna didn't pay attention to him, lost in her thoughts.
My sister always goes to parties like that and always gets drunk... No matter how many times I tell her that if she's drunk, it's for a week she won't ever listen to me! And then what happens? I have to take care of everything! And she always sends some human to replace her... We were lucky that the previous three were all very wise and helped me lead the castle with great responsibility...
But I'm certain that our luck won't last... And I would like to know where that darn human is! The subjects are going to get worried!
As if to answer the alicorn, a flash of light captured her attention on the throne.
Princess Celestia popped up on it... screaming her head off.
"Miss! Miss! Please calm down!" yelled Luna to cover the noise.
The human alicorn set her gaze on her...
"AHHHHHHHHHOOOhhhhh you are just so cute!" she chirped, her fear disappearing.
She got up and calmly walked over to Princess Luna, wearing a weird expression on her face.
"Wait... How did you manage to walk over- "
The human grabbed her cheeks with her hooves and started moving them around, giving her the pouty face.
"Awwww! Wook at you! You are THE cutie-wootie-sweetie pie! Is the little winged horse hungry? Are you? Don't worry! Auntie Flo is gonna find you some yummy wittle apples to munch on! Yes she will! Yes, yes, yes!" she squeaked, scratching Luna under the neck.
The Princess was actually enjoying it when reality caught up to her. She retreated back, furiously blushing.
"How dare you!"
"Wow it talks!" The human apparently named Flo took a step back.
"Do you realize whats happening to you miss... Flo?" asked Luna.
"There was this big fat horse that appeared in my closet and took my form before sending me here... And now apparently I'm the horse" smiled Flo.
Luna winced. "Did you just call our Princess of Equestria big and fat?!"
"Maybe? But seriously girl, where am I? You better have a good explanation for this or the police is coming strait to your freak town in no time!" mumbled Flo, stretching.
"The...?? Oh never mind! I will explain everything to you don't worry. Just please calm down and follow me. And do not be surprised by the ponies we are going to meet. Just keep your head high and smile".
"Whatever" was the only answer she got before walking out the door.
They trotted through the huge corridors and Luna smiled to every pony she came upon, royally marching head high and shimmering eyes.
Luna had been walking in front for about two or three minutes now and she couldn't feel any sign of disturbance behind her.
Perhaps I was wrong about her... She did seem a little disturbing at the beginning but now... Now it's calm!
Then Luna's eyes opened wide.
Too calm!
She turned around and saw... nothing! The human had disappeared!
Luna gave a great big sigh to calm herself. Then :
"WHERE DID YOU GO YOU STUPID BRAT??!" Her scream echoed through the castle in her Canterlot voice, scaring the hell out of dozens of ponies.
Luna furiously marched around the castle, steam almost coming out of her ears and nuzzle. Oh now you did it you petty human! You'll see that the punishment is going to be-
The princess stopped in front of an open door.
Inside was the kitchens.
Inside the kitchens was a princess.
Accompanied by several terrified cooks.
Luna's right eye twitched as she saw Flo gobble up carrots one after the other.
The human turned and a moment went by.
A carrot was dangling from Flo's mouth.
Luna's right eye twitched again.
The carrot slowly fell to the floor and Flo blinked.
Luna snapped.
"Y... YOU! W... WHAT... I... HOW COULD YOU... JUST...." she uttered, shouting and not knowing what to say. Then her mind sent her the only possible thing : "I AM SERIOUSLY WEIRDED OUT OKAY?!"
The human just sat up and blinked again. "Hey I'm the one surrounded by magical horses!"
"PONIES! We are called freaking PONIES!" yelled Luna. "It's obvious that we're ponies right?!" She turned to a young cook "RIGHT?!"
The mare fainted.
"And... Why CARROTS?!"
The human was about to answer when Luna put a hoof up. "Actually, I don't wanna know! I'm going to have a nice bubble bath! And NOPONY is going to disturb me!"
She grabbed a donut and stuffed it in her mouth before taking a step... then turning back to the new princess and screaming "Stress eating okay?! Don't JUDGE ME!"
The sprinkle covered princess of the night stormed out just like that.
And I must admit that my mind was officially blown...
I mean, how do you stuff an entire donut in your mouth?! Truly amazing...
