[Drabble 2] The Moon and Chaos
It had been a tiring night for the Mare of the Moon. Since the Tantabus, she hadn't got much sleep. What purpose was there for sleep, other than for wasting time dreaming?
She'd been checking everywhere, wanting to know if everyone got good dreams or perhaps nightmares. If anyone had a nightmare, duty called. Princess Luna had been helping a few guards with their dreams. Although, a smaller one, Flash Sentry, had been having worse nightmares since she had intervened. The Princess decided to leave him be. The territory of death wasn't hers to experience. More of Discord's forte, seeing as he had died twice (both on the outside and from being petrified).
Speaking of Discord, wasn't he supposed to be sleeping?
Luna teleported into the Spirit's room, only to discover it had been flooded with popcorn. "Discord, blast your manners." She growled, chewing through a few pieces. She wasn't going to ask how in Tartarus it tasted like chocolate. Chaos magic was not her domain either. Discord had given a chuckle.
"Oh, Lulu. Always such a feisty mare, aren't you?"
"Thy WHELP! Cease thy avalanche of the corn..."
"Why?"
"It's irritating."
"That's why I'm doing it, Lulu. I thought you knew me better than this."
"It's been over one thousand years, you twit."
"Rude. I'm surprised you don't like popcorn. Who would have thought?"
"Why that sarcastic tone?"
"Considering the state of your bedroom. I think Woona deserves some spanking."
"The state of my bedroom is private matters!"

[Drabble 1] Discoveries with Rainbows
Rainbow Dash couldn't help but gaze over the amount of unwritten books. Such a mess. Even Rarity would have had a fit at the state of this place, and cleaning was one of her favourite hobbies! Other than aligning gems on dresses and sewing, obviously.
The rainbow-maned mare looked over to the sleeping form of Daring Do. Her idol was currently sleeping after trying an all-nighter with something called 'writer's block'. Dash had never heard of this, as she preferred drawing to writing. Even then, she could see that the older mare needed rest.
"Mmnh..."
Oh, ballsacks! She couldn't be discovered, not now. This was only her bi-weekly visit! Nothing else, right?
Right?
After she trotted out of the dilapidated house, she noticed a parcel which had her name on it. Dash picked the box up. It wasn't too heavy, nor light either. Medium weight. Seemed about right for a big book, or perhaps a valuable box.
Rainbow Dash quickly walked home, a spring in her step.
After Daring had woken up, she trotted outside and smiled. She may have been getting weaker, but at least Rainbow would be a good successor. If all went to plan, she would die happily.
When Dash had managed to fly back to her house of clouds, it was mid-afternoon. She tore open the parcel. The mare was greeted with a note.
For Rainbow Dash, my biggest fan.
I'm sorry for having to write this, but I want you to have this family heirloom of mine. I'm unable to have kids now, since I'm getting on a bit in years. I'll be blunt here. I have cancer, and only have a few months left. It's impossible to perform surgery on the tumor, so, unless my body manages to fight off the symptoms for a while longer, I won't be able to spend as much time with you. If I die before the new book is finished, please. Finish it for me.
Signed, Daring Do.
