Chapters Resurrection and Damnation
As Princess Luna got up to do her royal duties, she look at the calendar and what day it was. It was the Anniversary of the Death of her fiancé Sir Rex Umbra. It had been thirteen years since his death, and a lot had happen since then, eight years after she found out that she and her sister had a new cousin, and two years after that two sisters found the Elements of Harmony, and use them to seal away Discord. A year later the Purity Believers were banish from the newly rebuilt City of Canterlot, the Purity were then report to be hiding in the Crystal Empire which had seceded itself from Equestria the same year.
Indeed a lot had change, four months after the Purity were banished, that Princess Celestia passed a law that allowed any two creatures that was truly in love to be married no matter how different of species the two were.

Princess Luna walk outside and Sun was not up yet again, it was post be morning. But there was no sign of the Sun, then Luna walk over to the royal bathroom, and stated,
“Tia are you having morning sickness again,”
Princess Celestia was hiding in the bathroom,
“Go away Luna,”
“Sister, I curtain that everything will be okay,”
“Go away Luna,”
“Sister, you have to realize that it wasn’t a mistake,”
“That what happen between you and SunFire a month ago was not wrong,”
“I know that he truly does love you, and he deserves to know that he is the Father of your soon to be born foal,”
“Go away Luna!!!!”
“Sister, I sure he will make excellent Father,” Luna stated as she walk away, to raise the Sun herself.
Meanwhile a message had arrived, from Crystal Empire. The Sisters had been trying reestablish contact with the Crystal Empire for ten months now. And finally a message had arrived.
Princess Luna, walked into the Throne Room, once there her student Snowdrop, walked in carrying the message, Snowdrop was a blind White Pegasus, with an ice flower cutie mark, she had been Luna’s student for four years now.
“Snowdrop what are you carrying there,”
“It’s a letter from the Crystal Empire, it addressed to you,”
“Okay I shell read the letter,” Luna stated she use her magic to pull the letter toward herself. After she was done reading the letter, she place it down and then stated,
“Well it seem this is an invitation to go to the Crystal Empire meet the newly elected King, but who, it does not say what his name is,”
“Are you going?”
“Yes, but I need you to stay here to help my sister while I’m gone in case she need something,”
“Don’t worry Princess Luna I will keep an ear open for her,”
“Alright then I shell grab something from my room, and then go,”

Once Princess Luna had everything that she needed. Princess Luna then left the Castle and made her way to the Crystal Empire.
Once there Luna notice how different the Crystal Empire looked. It was more beautiful than it ever was before, the Crystal towers were shinier then they ever were, they shined like stars. And the Crystal Ponies were much nicer now, then they were before. It was as if the whole place had change for the better.
A group of Crystal Guards covered in cloaks walked toward the Princess Luna as she arrived,
“Princess Luna, our new King will glad to see that you excepted the invitation,”
“Look, I just here to find who the new King is, okay,”
“But you must attend the Great Ball, we are having tonight in his Honor,”
“He would be very disappointed if you did not attend,”
“Well we wouldn't want that, I will attend but I will need a place the change into a proper dress,”
“You can use the royal dressing room,”
That Night she attend the Great Ball that being held in The Royal Castle. She wore a beautiful black and purple dress, as well she was wearing the ring that Rex gave her. The Ballroom look gorgeous, the walls were cover in beautiful Art, all done by her favorite artists, the table was covered with all favorite food, and wine, the ponies dancing beautifully, the dance style look familiar, but she could not place where she had seen it before.
Luna went over and grabbed some food and wine, and then she sat down to eat. Just then a trumpet sounded, as the new King of Crystal Empire step into the Ballroom, Princess Luna look see him. He was a tall unicorn about same height as Princess Luna, he had a black mane that floated like fire, a dark gray coat, and he was wearing a red cloak, and he was also wearing armor like he was always ready for battle. His crown had a blade like design to it, and his horn was blood red.
He walked through the Ballroom all the ponies began to bow to him, as made his way to Princess Luna,
“Princess Luna would do me the great honor of having a dance with the most Beautiful Princess in land,”
“Why, King you flatter me,”
“Is that a yes or a no?”
“Fine then, one dance, that it, and don’t try anything”
“It is okay I wouldn’t dare harm you,”
So they began their dance, and it was an incredible dance. In fact the most fun she had dancing since Rex was alive. They danced for a whole hour. Then Luna finally sat back down, as the King walk over to the balcony.
Then Luna decide to go, but she felt like that she should at least nice enough to say goodbye to him, so she headed to the balcony. As she walked out to the balcony, she notice the Moon was covered in some clouds. Luna saw him looking down at long chain hanging from the balcony, but she could not see the bottom of the chain. As she walked closer she didn’t the cloud clearing as Moon shine hitting his face revealed how his face shine like Crystal,
“No it can’t be……….. But then all the stuff in the Ballroom………… Stuff that only one stallion would know all my favorite things…….”
“I knew you love it Luna,”
“But it can’t be you…………………Rex!!”
“Yes I have come back life my beloved, and I have establish a new Kingdom of Love and Harmony,”
“But Rex why the Crystal Empire,”
“Because the your Uncle needed to be stop,”
“Rex did you do,”
“I ended him,” Rex stated as pull the chain up and reveal at the bottom was the severed head of King Emerald,
“Rex!!!! What have you become,”
“I am a Shadow of my former self, and the ponies of this world think I am long dead, so I have token up a new name, privately you can still call me Rex, but in public you shell call me by my new name King Sombra,”

Princess Luna ran out there and back to the royal dressing room. Tears running down her face, as she hid herself in the royal dressing room. She did not know what to. Was this some sort nightmare, or was real, could Rex had change so much, and if so, what was she to do.
Would she go tell her sister, Celestia what happen, “No Celestia would have him executed, what should I do,”
“Indeed, what should you do,” a mysterious voice stated,
“What do you mean?”
“You Love him, you adore him, he love you, he adore you,”
“Wait who are you, step out of the Shadows”
“Who am I, I am the one resurrected your fiancé, but your probably wanting to know my name,” the dark blue goat stated as walk out of the Shadows,
“What is your name then?”
“My name is Grogar, the First,”
“As in the First Dark Alicorn,”
“Indeed,”
“I thought you were just a legend,”
“I am a legend, but I am indeed very real,”
“Then why are you here,”
“I am here to convince you that he is Rex, and he still loves you,”
“He did this all for you Princess Luna, conquering the Empire, over throwing your uncle, all for you,”
“He did this all for me,” Luna stated as she cleared her tears,
“Yes,” Grogar stated as he left the room.

As King “Rex” Sombra, sat on his throne he started to talk to himself, as he stared at his Trophies,
“I wonder did push too hard, will she stay, or does she still even love me,”
“Oh, so this is where you ran off to, to admire your Trophies,”
“Yes…….. How is Princess Luna, is she still here,”
“Do not worry my King, she is still here,”
“Good, but does she still love me,”
“You have to find that out for yourself, my loyal descendant,”
“But, I do have good news,”

“Yes, you will soon be able to add “him” to your bloody Trophies,”
“Oh, so Blood Diamond has finally returned, I thought for sure he would be too scared to return, after how he abandoned his own father to die,”
“Yes, and it seem that he has bought himself an Army, of mercenaries and thugs,”
"How pointless, he just sending them to their own doom,"
"Yes their will be here shortly,"
"Good, now leave and prepare the soldiers, while prepare my Trophies for battle,"
As Grogar left, King Sombra use his Dark Alicorn Magic to reanimate his Bloody Trophies, as bloody corpses of his fall enemies "the Trophies" began to move forward out of the Castle all of them wear the same cloaks that hid their dead forms completely. they were his royal guards the same ones that Luna herself had met before. Only Sombra and Grogar, could see them as they truly were, Zombies.

Princess Luna heard noise outside so she look though a window, only to a Massive Army in the crystal Courtyard, getting ready for battle, as she several other ponies taking cover. Princess Luna then heard an explosion in the sky, as she look up, she saw massive fire rocks falling from the sky. they were being launch from the several catapults that were standing outside the Crystal Empire. Indeed someponies had start an attack on the Crystal Empire.
Just then a surge of magic surround the Empire, as gem pillars impaled each of the catapults, destroying them instantly. The magic was coming from Rex, as he was standing on the highest balcony, of the Castle.
Luna looked out the window as she look up, to see Rex as he gave a speech to his soldiers,
"My Loyal Soldiers, the one what we have been wait for is finally here. Blood Diamond is leading an army to retake the throne, to destroy everything we trying to achieve, I want my Empire to be fill with Love and Peace, but with Blood Diamond still alive this is impossible, Because he is last of the Purity Believes, we have killed all but him, once he is dead, a time of Love and Harmony shall fill this land, and there will be no more war! No more hate!! No more racism!!! And NO MORE CORRUPTION!!!!"
Rex then jump off the balcony,
"Rex!!"
Then out of Rex's red cloak, were massive Dark Alicorn wings, they were as big as dragon wings. Rex then land in front of his army ready to lead them to battle. Princess Luna then quickly change into her battle armor. Once done, she then flew out the window to go join him.
"Re-- I mean King Sombra,"
"Luna, you stayed,"
"Yes Sombra I am here, I will fight by your side,"
"You will, thank you Luna,"
"I lost you once I am not going to lose you again,"
"Alright then, lets get moving,"

The Battle was fierce, loses on both, but most loses were on the enemy's side, as most of them were falling to Sombra and Luna. They were taking down enemies left and right, Luna wielding swords, and Sombra wielding a scythe. They were still the best and showed perfectly as they were both fought together flawlessly, even taking down the biggest enemies with ease. It was an incredible sight.

The Battle lasted for five hours and then it was over. King Sombra stood on a small hill, look to see how many were dead, as Princess Luna was standing beside him,
"So how many of our forces did we lose in this victory,"
"One third, of the Army, Sombra,"
"And what of Blood Diamond has his body been found,"
"No sign of him,"
"Damn it, I was so close to ending this War, that I have been have with him,"
"King Sombra your army did well, all the enemies are dead,"
"Luna now that the battle is over, I want you to head back to the Castle, and get yourself clean up, and in a few hours, I would like you to meet me in tower of the Crystal Hearts, there is something I want to do for you,"

Princess Luna, went back to Castle and got herself clean up, as she put back on the dress, but when she went to look for the ring it was gone. Luna tried her best to find the ring but it was gone, so she headed up to the tower hoping Rex would not notice. As she entered the room of the Crystal Heart, she found that Rex had set up a dinner date for her, just like they use to have. The dinner date lasted a full hour. After the dinner they dance for what seem like hours, and they sat back down.
"Well that was fun,"
Then they got up and walked over to the balcony, their hoofs wrapped around each other, as look down at the Empire,
"The Empire look lovely, doesn't it Rex,"
"Yes as but not lovely as you, Luna,"
"I can rule this Empire alone, but I want to rule it with somepony, so Luna I want you to rule by my side as the New Queen of the Crystal Empire, and as my Wife," Rex stated as he pull out the ring Luna had lost, and waited for an answer,

"YES!!!! I will be your Wife,"
They pull each other in for a very long passionate kiss.

Later King "Rex" Sombra was call to dungeon by Grogar,
"What do you want Grogar, what is the reason you called me down here?"
"Because I found who you have been looking, Blood Diamond,"
"Good, is he alive,"
"You could say he's alive,"
"Well then, I can finally find out where Redsting Blacklist remains are,"

“Wake up Blood, now” Sombra demanded,
“What do you want, you monster………Ahh!!!” Blood Diamond screamed in agony,
“You know this torture will stop once you tell me where Redsting’s Remains are,”
“Never! ............Ahh!!!!!!”
“I admire your devotion to your false deity, but it will not save you, now where is his remains,”
“Never!! I will never talk, even if you kill me …………Ahh!!!!!!!”
“KILL YOU…… oh your death will happen soon enough, but I still need to know where Redsting’s Remains are, so he will stay dead,”
“Never!!! Now kill me …………..Ahh!!!!!!!!!!!”
“You are so devoted to that you die for him, even after how you abandon you own father to die,”
“Why are you so devoted to Redsting, do you really want to die for him,”
“What do you think when I kill you, that you are going to see him at the Pearly Gates, after how many hybrids you beaten to near death, do you really think that you will be going up,”
“You will be going down straight to Tartarus, for all evil you have done, now talk,”

Princess Luna send a message to her sister,
“Dear Tia, I want you to come and meet with me in Crystal Empire and bring my children and Snowdrop, I want them to meet someone, it is important that you get quickly, Your Loving sister, Luna”
Back in the Dungeon,
“You still won’t tell me, will you Blood Diamond,”
“No—Ahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
“hmm I decided to change up tactics, bring in other prisoner,”
“Yes your Majesty,” the zombie zebra stated,
“What are you talk about,” Blood ask,
“I mean Razar, your most loyal personnel guard, the one who help you burn down those ruins with me hiding in them”
The zombie zebras bought in the other prisoner, he was a yellow crystal pony with a green mane,
“So Razar, your boss here won’t tell me what need to know, so are you going to help me out,” Sombra demanded,
Then prisoner yell to Blood, “Don’t worry boss I won’t tell him anything,”
“Oh really, well I don’t need you to talk, I need you to scream,”
Four zombie zebras then started pull on each the leg chain,
“AHHH!!!!!!!!”
“Stop it now,” Blood begged,
“Not until you tell me where Redsting Remains are,”
“No,”
“Fine then, continue,”

“You know what I want hear,”

“Because HE took everything away from me, my life, my love, my family”
“Because of him I wasn’t able to see my fiancé for thirteen years, I wasn’t able to see my children, see them being born, see their first steps,”
“My Beloved had to raise the children alone, and why because what you master killed me, and then my master brought me back, now continue,”

“I will not betray Redsting!” Blood yelled,

The sound of bone shattering echoed through the Dungeon, as all four legs were ripped off,

As Sombra left the Dungeon, he made sure to get back to the Castle before Luna wake up and notice him not in the Castle. As he got in, he notice that she was already up, and walking about.
"Rex, why are you always so busy, that you can't spend time with me”
“Lovely Luna, you must understand that with Blood Diamond still out there. I need all the Info I can get,”
“Why can’t I help you find this info” Luna ask,
“You can’t”
“Why can’t I is it because I am not a Dark Alicorn, because I there are places a Dark Alicorn can go that Alicorn cannot,”
“When did you realize that I was Dark Alicorn?”
“I saw your Dark Alicorn abilities, during the battle with Blood Diamond’s Army,”
“But the truth is I have always had my suspicion about the way your shadows, I originally thought it part of your talent, but the true is our children have same abilities,”
“They do that incredible, so that is what you wanted to tell me that day. You know that you never told me their names,”
“You are right, you died, before I could tell you, their names, are Bold Umbra and Twililly Moonlight, here I have a picture of them,” Luna said as she floated the picture to him,
“They look lovely Luna, our daughter looks as beautiful as you, and our looks like he as tough as me,”
“Yeah your daughter is a bit of an egghead, always has her head in a book, and your son is always so protective of his sister and me, he like a little knight in shining armor,”
“Protective of his mother huh…………………………….. That’s it,”

“Thank you Luna, you just help me out big time, I got go talk to Grogar about something,” Rex stated as he kiss her and ran off,

“No just need tell Grogar to go do something for me, then we will spend time together, Luna”

Chapter 4: The Wedding Prepations
Celestia, Snowdrop, and the children arrive at the Crystal Empire, once there, they were greeted by Princess Luna,
“Mom, we heard you met the new King, so what he like,” Twlilly ask
“Well Twililly, you all going to meet him right now for Dinner, his name King Sombra, or at least that’s what crystal ponies call him,”
As they walked toward, Celestia ask her sister, “Luna what going on here, a new King, I thought Blood Diamond would be the new King, I mean heard how Emerald Teal was overthrow, but I thought his eldest son take over,”
“No sister, Blood Diamond went missing when Emerald Teal was overthrow, and the ponies chose to elect a new king, but don’t worry, Sombra is a good King, I mean look how beautiful this place is now,”
“But, we don’t know this King,”
“But you and I do know him, his true name is—“
“Mom we are here,” Bold stated as they reach the Castle,
Once there, they walk inside, they went up to the reserved area of the Crystal Castle, in there they met King Sombra,
“Princess Celestia I hope your train ride was okay, Luna has told me about how she will soon be an aunt,”
“Luna why would you tell the new King such private news, I have not even told SunFire still, and you told the new King,”
“Oh calm down, Tia I had tell him all that he missed since he died,”
“Died, what do you mean?”
“Can I tell them please?” Luna asked Sombra
“Of course Luna she is your sister, just make sure that she does not sped info like wildfire,”
“Tia, the crystal ponies know him as Sombra, but his true name we both know as Rex Umbra,”
Princess Celestia jaw dropped as if it hit the ground, “How can he be Rex,”
“Walk with me Tia, and Snowdrop, I will explain what I can, and meanwhile I think Twililly and Bold have waited a long time to finally meet their Father,”
As soon as Twililly and Bold heard that, they instantly ran and tackle their Father, Rex was glad to finally meet his children, and they were glad to finally meet him. It was glorious day for everypony, they played, they had dinner, and they all talked about all Rex had missed.
As it got the end of the day, Princess Celestia stated, “Well this has been, unusual to say a the least, but we must get going,”
“Tia, me and Children are staying with Rex,”
“Luna you can’t be serious, you got duties to complete back at Canterlot,”
“Tia the truth is…… Me and Rex are getting married!” Luna yelled,
“Luna when did this happen,”
“Shortly after the War with Blood Diamond, Rex proposed to me, we are to wed on the third week of this month,”
“That the week of the Winter Moon Ceremony,”
“Yes, I know won’t it be glorious,” Rex stated,
Then Snowdrop said “If what you truly want then we will help in any way we can, right Princess Celestia,”

Throughout the two weeks until the wedding, were spent on get it prepared, and finally it was ready. Two days before wedding, Luna woke up to raise the Moon for the night, she notice Rex gone again, “Where has he gone off to now,” Luna said as she to look for him. As she walk through the castle she heard swords clashing outside, so ran out to the Courtyard, then she saw Rex and Bold, training.
“That good son, keep it up, that it Bold,”
“Come on, Dad let see if I can beat you this time,”
“What is going on here?”
They stop training and noticed Luna was up,
“Luna, you’re up, I was just teach our son some new fighting styles,”
“Okay is Twililly up too,” Luna asked,
“Well yes mom, she at the Library again,” Bold stated,
“Well okay, you two be careful and I will go check on Twililly,”
“Okay, mom,”
Luna let them be went to go raise the Moon, and then check on her daughter, while Rex and his son, continued their little battle, not noticing that somepony else was watching. As their training finally ended, Rex the pointed his weapon at the Shadows and stated, “Okay I know you are watching now get out here,”
“Dad what is it,” Bold asked,
“Well I did not mean to interrupt the battle, my King,” Grogar stated as he walked out of the Shadows,
“I just wanted to see your son’s power, I see that he is quite powerful,”
“That can’t be the only reason you are here,”
“Yes very true, I have finally found the info you were looking for my King,”
“Bold I must leave you now to go deal with something, while I’m gone go I want to you to go try talking to Snowdrop again,”
“But dad, I can’t go talk to her, beside she three years older than me,” Bold said as he blushed,
“Son, I seen the way you look at her, you clearly care for her, and only way that you clear things up for you to talk to her, now I must go son,”
Rex knew his son Bold had a massive crush on Snowdrop, so he would bug his son often to go talk to her.

Later in the dungeon, King “Rex” Sombra walk over where Blood Diamond was still being beaten for info,
“Enough,” Sombra stated while he holding a file of papers,
Blood Diamond cough up some more blood, and said, “What do you want, are you here to finish me off, told you that I will not betray Redsting,”
“Yes I know that now but I also know why you left your father to die, these files that Grogar found hidden deep in the achieves, have shown a lot, about your hidden past you with Father…… and your Missing Mother,”
“No! You didn’t,”
“Oh yes I did find out, and know it strange that your mother, the Original Queen of the Crystal Empire, Queen Chrystal Laysalis, went missing shortly after the CalaVoss Wars ended over a millennium ago,”
“Many Alicorns died in that war, what of it,”
“What I am saying is her disappears wasn’t because of the war, she disappears from the records, happen the same time as Changelings were banished, that when it hit me, your father must have change her original name in records, so nopony would find out, that your mother true name was Chrysalis, Queen Chrysalis,”
“No!!” Blood Diamond yelled out,
“You know it make a lot sense now, why you have always beaten hybrids to near death and not killed, and why so loyal to Redsting, Because you fear that deep down in your blood, that you are just as much hybrid as I was,”
“So what with your father great fear of the Hybrids, what did he do when he realize that his wife was a Changeling, what did he take his fear fueled angered out on your mother or was it on you,”
“These old records also say that when you were young you were sent to the hospital quite often, with bloody wounds, so how many times did you father beat you,”
Blood Diamond hang his head in defeat, and said, “Till I was old enough to fight back,”

Chapter 5: The Wedding Day
Finally the Morning of the Day of Wedding had arrived, Princess Luna and King Sombra were going though wedding rehearsal. Meanwhile in the breakfast area Bold was still trying to get the strength talk to Snowdrop who look like she getting ready to go somewhere, as he walked to her, she noticed him instantly,
"Oh hey Bold,"
"How....you....know....it...was...me,"
"Because your hoofsteps always chatter,"
"Oh...I am....ssorry"
"Its okay,"
"Soo...my parent's wedding is today, do you anypony to.....go with,"
"No, because I cannot attend,"
"What...why"
"Because this day may be the day of Winter Moon Ceremony, is also first day of winter so I need to be up in the clouds helping the pegasi get ready to send down the first snowflake of winter,"
"Oh...I...forgot,"
"It okay I'll be back for the After party, though," Snowdrop stated as she walk outside, and flew off
Meanwhile Bold sat down at the breakfast table depressed, "How a colt like me ever going to impress a mare like her,"
"Hey Bold," Twililly said as she was reading a book,
"Ah!! How long have you been sitting there,"
"The whole time, bro, when you are around her, you can be about as blind as she is,"

"The whole thing, and I think it’s funny that the most bravest colt I know is too scare to even talk properly to the mare of his dreams,"

As they continued to argue, Princess Celestia walk in and said to herself "I certainly hope I don't have twins," as she made herself some more Breakfast, she had just got over her morning sickness, so she was hungry again, when there was a knock at front door, the guards let in the guest, Celestia walk out of the breakfast area to see who it was. Her eyes widen as she saw SunFire.
"SunFire what are you doing here,"
"Luna invited me, and she said there was something you and I needed to talk about?"
"What.....LUNA!!!" Celestia stated as she ran toward the Rehearsal Hall, where Rex and Luna rehearsing their vows,
"Luna can I talk to you for moment NOW,"
"Sombra it look like I need to go have a talk Tia,"
"It is okay take all time you can, it look like I need to go check on something anyway," Rex stated as he noticed a Strange Shadow at the other end of the Rehearsal Hall,

As Celestia and Luna walk down the hallway, Celestia asks,
“Why is SunFire here?”
“Well you needed somepony to go to wedding with, so I figured SunFire would be the perfect choice, and I figured it would also be best time tell the important news to him,”
“He doesn’t need to know,”
“Tia you can’t hide this forever it has been two months now, he is going to start noticing soon,”

Later it was time for the Wedding, and Wedding looked gorgeous the place was covered in Blue Roses, and Moon Lilies. Sombra was wearing his best suit of armor, and Luna was wearing a long beautiful blue and purple wedding dress, they look beautiful together as they walked to the end of the wedding hall
Then the priest spoke, "We are gathered here today, to unite this King and this Princess in holy union, if there is anypony that has a reason that these two should not be wed, please speak now or forever hold your peace,"
Background music
Suddenly the front doors flew wide open, and in walk an unexpected guest, Blood Diamond.
"I many reasons against this cursed unholy union,"
"Blood Diamond, what are doing here,"
"Shut up, Celestia I am here stop this abomination, I am here to kill Sombra,"
Blood Diamond charge forward with his blade drawn, Sombra then stated, "Guards surround him,"
As the guards surround, Sombra then stated, "Bold I want you to get your sister and yourself out here, NOW,"
"Right Dad,"
Sombra and Luna’s children got out of there, while the guard held back Blood Diamond. Meanwhile SunFire had drawn his own blade ready to fight, as Blood Diamond broke through the guards. He charged forward again, but this time, his path was block by SunFire,
"Stop this now, Blood Diamond you are covered in wounds and bleeding all over the place, you keep this up you will die,"
"Fine then if I am going to die, if I am going to Tartarus, then I am dragging down Sombra down with me!" Blood Diamond yelled as he threw his blade right at Sombra,
Sombra ready himself to stop the blade, but before he could, Luna jumped in the way of the blade. The blade impaled her right though her heart, killing her instantly.

As Luna fell into Sombra’s hooves, his mind was filled with utter shock, that he fell down to while still hold her, Celestia ran over to Luna, with tears running down her face,
“LUNA!”

But, Sombra heard nothing, but the sound of his own heart, it slowly stopping as a snap happen in his brain, and then,
“THIS MY COMMAND EVERYPONY OUT NOW!!”
Just then as if by instant control, all the crystal ponies got up and left, including the guards and priest, the only ones left were Princess Celestia, SunFire, Blood Diamond, King “Rex” Sombra and Princess Luna’s dead body.
As Sombra walked towards Blood Diamond, he said, “Move SunFire now,”
“What,”
Next thing SunFire knew he was threw by Sombra’s magic crashing into Celestia, knocking them both out. Then Sombra got to Blood Diamond, as Blood Diamond said,
“What, are you going kill me, you have already so much to me, what is there left to try,”
“You screaming in fear,” Sombra said as his eyes began to glow green, then Blood Diamond eyes began to glow as well.
Then Blood Diamond let out the most blood curding screams, as he saw his greatest fears being played over and over in his head.
“NO, NO, MAKE IT STOP, MAKE IT STOP, NO PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!!!”
“No you will keep suffering till this is over,” Sombra stated as his Shadows creeped into Blood Diamond’s open wounds, funneling the blood out of his body, and out around Princess Luna, creating a bloody circle around her.
Then Sombra lifted Blood Diamond up with his magic, he spoke the most evil spells, as Blood Diamond own flesh started to contort as if his own flesh was aging a hundred years as sec. It kept going till his flesh stated falling off his bone.
Finally Luna stated to breathe again. Luna had been brought back to life. Then Sombra drop what was left of Blood Diamond, as soon as it hit the ground it turn to dust.

Months later, Luna woke up in the Hospital, as she look around she could see Rex laying his head beside her, asleep.
“Sombra what is going on,” Luna said as she woke him up,
“Luna you’re finally awake,”
“Look like you are too, sleepy head, what happen?”
“You don’t remember…. Good maybe thats best,”
“What do you mean?”
“There was an incident during the wedding and you got hurt so we took you to the Hospital,”
“Where is everypony else,”
“They are probably with Celestia right now,”
“What do you mean?”
“Luna, you have been in a coma for seven months, in fact Celestia delivered her foal just yesterday,”
“What I missed it,”
“Yes, it is female name New Dawn,”
“What else did I miss?”
“Well lets see, you missed Bold finally asking Snowdrop out, and SunFire’s proposal to Celestia, their get married in the fall,”
“And what about our wedding,”
“I will have it redone once you are well enough, oh I got to go find a doctor, be right back,”
As Rex ran down the hall find a doctor, he felt an unknown force pulling him to an empty room, as he stepped in, he closed the curtains, and then out of the Shadows walk forth Grogar,
“So my King, how is Luna,”
“You should know because I use the same spell you use on me when I first died,”
“And because of that you must now fulfill your end to both deals, you made with me when I first brought you back from the dead, and then me helping you bring her back from the dead,”
“First Deal was to establish a New Empire of Darkness, but what is the second deal,”
“But don’t worry, you won’t be able to complete that one just yet, but I will return in fifty years’ time and then you should be ready,”
“For what, tell me what the other half of the deal is,”
“If I told you, then you would dare commit to it,”
Then Grogar walked into the Shadows and Disappeared.

Chapter 6: The New Crystal Empire
As soon as Luna was well enough, Luna and Rex were finally married. Then Luna was crowned as the new Queen of the Crystal Empire. King "Rex" Sombra and Queen Luna, ruled the Empire justly for many years. There was peace and harmony throughout the land, and indeed, it was a good reign. But Rex was still worried about Grogar eventual return. What was Grogar plan for Rex and Luna? Rex never told Luna what happen at the original wedding all those years ago, and nor Luna does remember much from that day.
Thirty years have past and Rex was determined to make sure nothing disturb the loving life that he and Luna have together. And throughout the years they seen their now many children grow up and met loves of their own, and even got to see their many grandchildren being born. Indeed the family that Rex had wanted had gotten very big.
The Crystal Empire had gain many allies, from Kingdoms like Saddle Arabia, Griffinstone, and Yakyakistan, even allies with Hippogriff tribes of the north-west, and there was still no sign of Grogar, Rex began to think how big did Grogar want the Empire to be. Rex was worried, what did Grogar want, what was he after.

"Wake up"
King "Rex" Sombra woke up in a worried sweat, while siting up he look around and there was nothing else in the room except for him and Luna, who was still asleep in bed beside him,
"You are letting your worries get the best of you," Rex whispered to himself, as he got up while trying to not wake up Luna,
King "Rex" Sombra walked out to the balcony, he looked out on his Empire, speaking to himself, "I have created an Empire of Darkness and Love and all for Luna, and yet he still haunts me?"
Meanwhile Queen Luna turn to her side and noticing her husband not there she woke up, "Rex, my Love, where are you?" she stated as she got up. Luna walked to through the room then finally noticing her husband by the balcony.
Luna had remember how when she first time saw him by a balcony. It was the day she found out the he had killed her uncle, and had his head hanging from a balcony, she had told Rex to take it down days later so that it would not scare the children, and so Celestia would have him arrested. Luna had told her sister that their uncle had died, but not how. She had kept many secrets about her husband from Celestia. Luna loved Rex so much that she was willing to forgive his grizzly rise to power. but Luna was still unaware of the more brutal ways that Sombra was ruling the Empire with.
As Queen Luna walked over to her husband King "Rex" Sombra, "What worries you my Beloved King," she said as she wrapped her wings around him,
"Nothing my Beloved Queen," Rex stated as he turn toward her,
"Then why does it feel like your lying to me,"
"No Luna I just have a lot on my mind,"
"Well then let me empty that mind of your," Luna said as she pulled him for a kiss, then as she pulled him away, and back to room for a passion fill night.

As morning arrived Queen Luna got to set the Moon, while still giggling from another passionate night she'd had with her beloved husband. After setting the Moon, Luna when to go check on the mail. There would often be a lot mail from her several children they had. She took the mail and went to sit on her throne, is was a beautiful night sky blue colored throne that Rex had forge for her out of crystal,
"Well, look like General Bold have establish a new Cloud Tower, now he can go back and see his wife Snowdrop and his children," she said to herself, many of her sons had become powerful soldiers for either Canterlot or Griffinstone. While many of her daughters had become either nurses or teachers.
As Queen Luna read the letters, two guards walked up, it was her son Captain Dark Dusk, and his wife Lieutenant Crimson Rose, her son said, "Queen Luna, mother you have a guest,"
Luna then look away from the letters toward her son. He was her second oldest son and captain of her batpony guards, he was black Half Breed Alicorn, with a short purple mane, and a cutie mark of a Shield with a rising Moon in the center and was always wearing his bat-like armor. Meanwhile his wife was a dark red batpony, with a blue mane hanging up in a ponytail, she had a blood rose cutie mark and was always wearing her batpony armor. Luna put down the letters and said, "Who is it, Captain Dark Dusk,"
"It is Princess Celestia, of Canterlot, she is here to talk to about something,"
"Fine then let her in Captain Dark Dusk, she probably here to complain, about the way your father is running the Crystal Empire"

Princess Celestia walked in and said, "Luna I am not here to complain again,"
"Well, this is different,"
"Luna I need help,"
"The Great Princess Celestia need my help,"
"No, more I need the help of your Husband King Sombra,"
"Why do you need my husband help,"
"I need access to his vast network of assassins,"
"I don't know what your talking about,"
"Look I know that he has a vast network of assassins, that take down any threat to his Empire,"
"What of it, it keep the haters from spreading, I mean haven't you noticed that racism is almost nonexistent now,"
"I know but that does not justify murders of so many,"
"HOW DARE YOU!! I thought you weren't here to complain, sister,"
"I am NOT, I need their help to find somepony,"
"NO, now leave,"

After Celestia left the Empire, Luna went back to reading her letters,
"Queen Luna, mother shouldn't we help her,"
"If you want do this mission so badly then go bug your father about having you assigned to it, but leave me out of it,"
"How dare she come complain about how my Beloved runs thing," Luna said to herself, while her son walked to go talk with his Father.

Chapter 7: The Hollow Truth
"Who is there, answer me," King "Rex" Sombra said, as he walked through the blizzard,
"I have a warning for you, my King," a voice from nowhere stated,
"What is it, TELL ME!!!!" the King demanded,
"You have been betrayed, my King,"
"By who,"
"She will betray you, she will abandon you, leave you to rot, in your Darkness,"

As King "Rex" Sombra woke up from the another nightmarish dream. He looked around, his wife Luna was out of the room, so he got up to look for her. Luna was in the other room checking up on their new addition to their family, their nine year old, daughter. she was a pale white unicorn with a long purple mane, and her name was Rarea Jewel. Over the forty years that Rex and Luna together, they had many children. but this one was different, born sick, she always had a fever, and often Luna, would be up taking care of the filly. Luna was original worried that Rarea wasn't going to survive. Especially since nine years ago when Luna giving birth, Crystal Empire was under an attack by a giant Crystal Dragon. But that was nine years ago, and now on Rarea's birthday. Rarea was always still sick.

Rex let Luna be to take care of their child, while he decided to go flying. The King stretched out his massive Dark Alicorn wings and flew away from the Castle. Out into the frozen north he flew till he reach what he was looking for. The Frozen Blood Lake, where he had been reborn as a Dark Alicorn.
Once there Rex began to ponder if what he had done all those years was right. He had murder King Emerald Teal, he had slaughter the entire Cult of Purity Believers, and although he originally planned to let Blood Diamond live after hearing from Grogar how Blood Diamond escape before the wedding, Sombra had brutally kill Blood Diamond after his fail attempt to kill Sombra resulted in Luna's death, and her subsequent resurrection.
"I have to find him now, it is getting closer to the 50th year, I need to know what second deal is, and now, ANSWER ME!!!!" Sombra yelled out at Frozen Blood Lake,
"What can I do........What should I do...........What will I do to save Luna,"
Then the voice from the dream returned, "She will betray you, she will abandon you, leave you to rot, in your Darkness,"
"No she won't,"
"Do you really think she truly care for you,"
"NO ENOUGH LIES, SHOW YOURSELF, GROGAR,"
Sombra's demands fell on def ears, for there was no one there at all, but Sombra. Grogar was not there but somewhere else,
"Sombra I have led you here because I saw something of value, a killer instinct, it just need to be awaken, and it was use by you commit some much murder,"
"And now all your enemies are dead, now rule an Empire so vast that it rivals Equestria,"
"Yet after all these years you've gotten soft,"
"ENOUGH SHOW YOURSELF,"
"But in the end, what do expected, you have nopony left to threaten you empire, so left is there to do,"
"ENOUGH SHOW YOURSELF, I DEMAND TO KNOW, WHY IS IT YOU CALL ME OUT HERE, WHAT IS THE SECOND DEAL,"
"Oh fine, you two produced the last one you will for a very long time, anyway"
"What did you say,"
"I was just talking about the second deal,"
"You know I surprise you did not figure it out sooner,"
"The First deal was to create an empire, which you done flawlessly"
"And Second is to produce an Army,"
"What do you mean,"
"I mean produce quite literally, or should I say reproduction of an Army,"
"WHAT ARE YOU SAYING,"
"Are you def, in exchange for you wife's life, you shall give me all of yours and Luna's offspring, that why I wait fifty years, I could not force you two into producing an Army, so I left, to let nature take its course, I mean how many children, have you and Luna produced,"
"You sick twisted Monster, why would I dare let have my children,"
"Well if you don't like that plan, then I will place another deal on the table instead, Kill Princess Celestia, and I will let your children and Luna go,"
"NO, if I did that, then Luna would turn against me,"
"That the only other deal left,"
"NO!!!!"

"Fine then, how about I take something from you instead,"

Just then King "Rex" Sombra heard bloodcurdling scream from the Castle, "NO, Luna," Rex said as he heard the scream. The King flew back to his castle as quickly as possible. But when he got there he notice Luna was not dead, and as he walked into the room that Luna was in, his worry turn to happiness that she was okay. But as he got closer to her, he heard tears, and then he saw Luna holding their daughter. Then his happiness turn straight to terror, as he realized the filly had no heart beat at all.
"What happen Luna,"
"I left the room for only a minute and then when I returned.......she wasn't breathing........I tried my best.........but she was already gone, Rarea Jewel is dead,"

After the Funeral, Sombra told Luna everything. Her reaction was instant as she slap him, then took her stuff, gave up her title as Queen, and left. After Princess Luna left, the remaining children and their own family left as well. King Sombra was utterly alone. So he hard his heart, and look ahead to the deal, he had to complete. In order to save Luna and his Children from Grogar wrath he had to Kill Princess Celestia.

Chapter 8: The Final Fall From Grace
King Sombra knew that he had build back up his Armies, especially since Luna took the assassins with when she left. He build a new Army that would be able to match Princess Celestia's armies and Princess Luna's Assassins. So he call forth the Leaders of other countries that he was still in Alliance with.
Calling forth the leaders of other Countries to arrive in Crystal Empire, for special meeting. As they enter the meeting area they sit down, all leaders from from places like Saddle Arabia, Yakyakistan. King Taronos Hissoda of Saddle Arabia, Chieftain Gryphord Mustang of Hippogriff tribes, and King Tibakin Shinos of Yakyakistan. They all sat around the crystal line table, as King Sombra walked in and sat down,
"King Taronos Hissoda would you care for a drink, I know you like a good wine,"
"Yes I would mind a drink, but King Sombra why is it that you have call us here for can't you see my kingdom is in a crisis, we were just attack," said King Taronos Hissoda of Saddle Arabia, after he had took drink of the wine, King Sombra always had wine ready for King Taronos Hissoda do to the fact they both enjoyed the same kind.
"You horses not be the only ones under crisis, we Yaks are under our own crisis, with Assassins gone, we also been attack," said King Tibakin Shinos of Yakyakistan,
"Enough you two, we have been attack as well, so we need all need help, these Zebras need to stop," said Chieftain Gryphord Mustang of Hippogriff tribes,
"That is why I have called you all here for, you see the Zebras are working for me," King Sombra stated,
Instantly the room went silent as all were in shock in what King Sombra had just said,
"Did you not here me, I am the one who has been attacking your outposts,"
"Why King Sombra, Why would dare violate the treaties you have with us," said King Taronos Hissoda,
"I was testing your defenses,"
"What," they all said in unison
"I also did it to get all you in the same place,"
"So you could sign your Armies over to me,"
"We will never willingly do such a thing," said Chieftain Gryphord Mustang as he got up drawled his blade, and aiming it at the King Sombra,
"Who said anything willingly"
Just then a Shadows rose up and slice off Chieftain Gryphord Mustang's Arm,
"Ahh!!!!" Chieftain Gryphord Mustang screamed in agony,
Just then King Tibakin Shinos charged at King Sombra, with his battle ax, only to be impaled by a gem spire that King Sombra summoned,
"You.... won't......win......king......horse......got.....away," stated King Tibakin Shinos as he slowly died,
Just then King Sombra notice that King Taronos Hissoda was gone,
"Well he won't get far,"
"What!" stated Chieftain Gryphord Mustang
"I laced his drink with a delayed explosive spell, now will you be signing Chieftain Gryphord Mustang or shall I cut off your other arm,"

King Sombra had what need now an Army, and now led an invasion on Canterlot. Battle was fierce loses on both sides. King Sombra was always a fierce leader in the battle field, but this was different he seem more brutal and determined, as he conquer the entire city in under an hour. Princess Luna did her best to fight off the hippogriffs, but she was unable to stop them from kidnapping Princess Celestia, and taking her to the Crystal Empire. It was a hard battle even though the Princesses got help from their cousin Golden William, who unfortunately was killed by King Sombra near the end of the battle.

King Sombra had Princess Celestia placed in his Dungeon, as he wait for Grogar's return. Meanwhile Princess Luna had secretly break into the Crystal Castle, to rescue Princess Celestia, but with no back up. Luckily she knew the Castle inside and out. Luna snick pass the Zombie Zebras, to find Celestia. But as she got to the cell the Celestia was in, and still unconscious. But as she broke the cell down and grab her sister. She was confronted by King Sombra. Once Celestia was out, Luna face off against Sombra. Their battle went on long as they fought through every area in the Castle till they finally reach the Tower of Crystal Heart.
As they fought, Sombra’s scythe and Luna’s blades, kept missing lethal area. Sure Princess Luna wanted to stop her beloved husband reign of terror but she did not want kill him, and nor did King Sombra want kill her. They still loved each other even though they were now enemies. Princess Luna was forced to fight her beloved, to save the Crystal Empire, and her sister Princess Celestia. Meanwhile King Sombra was force to fight for Grogar or have Grogar take the lives of all the Children.
“There has to be another way Rex,”
“There isn’t one”
“But we loved each other, what about the life we had together, the Marriage, the Children, the Grandchildren, and what about the Crystal Empire, does none it matter to anymore,”
“Luna I will always love you, but I have to fight,”
“NO!!” Luna said as she entrapped him in her blades.
“What are you doing Luna,” Sombra said as Luna’s blades began to glow with magic,
“This spell is the unfinished Alicorn ascension spell that Starswirl made long ago, do you not remember it,”
“Yes I was there when he wrote it,”
“Well I plan to use it to turn you into an Alicorn, like me”
“What, but Celestia couldn’t even get it to work, what make you think you can,”
“Love, that’s what, why do you think that I chose to fight you here, in the Tower of the Crystal Heart, the Crystal Heart is the Element of Love, and I plan to use it power to super charge the spell, and use it to undo the Curse, Grogar has over you,”
“Why Luna,”
“Because I will always love you, Rex,”
“Luna I….I…..I……I……..” Sombra said as his head began to fall,
“Rex!!” Luna shouted in fear,
“Foolish Alicorn,” another voice started to spoke from Sombra’s muzzle
“Rex?”
Just then the blades that entrapped Sombra were blasted across the room. The blast wave knocking Luna across the room, landing her back to the wall.
“Dark Alicorns are perfect, and flawless, I could not dare to consider us weak as an Alicorn,” the voice stated as Sombra pick a blade and charge at Luna.
“Stop this Rex this isn’t you,” Luna said as one of blade that was holding Sombra were landing beside her,
“But this is me Luna, it is always been me,”
“No, Rex you have to fight him, you can’t let Grogar win,”
“I don’t think I can hear you Luna, maybe if you scream,” voice stated as Sombra ran with blade aimed ready to kill. Luna just closed her eyes ready to except her death.
Next thing Luna saw was the Dreamscape, and Rex. They were both floating in the Dreamscape, “This is what I wanted to show you, but I just never found the time,” Rex said
“You learned to access the Dreamscape,”
“All for you…Luna,”
“Oh Rex,” Luna said as they floated toward each other, wrapping their hooves around each other, pulling each other in for a kiss.
“Luna…we.....understood.……and…..….loved.….……each……..….other…..………didn’t…..we?” Rex said as his voice began to slow,
“Of course we did,” Luna replied,
“Then………why…………..did…………….you……………..kill………………..me?”
Luna was the snapped out of the Dreamscape, by blood the hit her face, as she open her eyes in horror when she saw that she was holding the blade that was now impale into Sombra’s chest. Luna had indeed stop Sombra’s attack by killing him, she didn’t even remember grabbing the blade.
“WHAT HAVE I DONE, REX!!!!!!!!!!”
“How could you do this Luna,” Sombra stated as he back away with the blade still impaled in his chest.
Just the the the entire Crystal Empire began to shake, as King Sombra let out as insidious laugh,
"What have you done Rex,"
"Just little insurance policy in case you actually did kill me, you see the entire empire will soon vanish, but don't worry about your sister and yourself, you two shall be fine, but rest of the citizens shall vanish,"
"No stop this Rex now, you can't do this, Rex,"
"REX IS DEAD, I AM KING SOMBRA!!!!" King Sombra Shouted as he and the entire empire vanished.

I had returned from the Crystal Empire two weeks ago. And wish know more about the Crystal Heart. As you know the Crystal Ponies and Cadence use it destroy King Sombra. But I was wondering if you could tell me more about it. I tried sending a letter a to Princess Celestia, but she sent a letter that told me to go to send a letter to you. I want to know any Truths about the Crystal Heart.

Princess Luna put down letter. she thought to her that this was the first letter that her sister student Twilight Sparkle had sent Luna. And She did not know how to answer, what Twilight was asking. Luna had remember the day she first met Twilight. On that day that Princess Luna had been set free from Nightmare Moon, she knew instantly who Twilight was, and what her appearance meant. That maybe Luna could make things right before he reappear, but in the end. Twilight could not save him like she did Luna.
Princess Luna felt tears going down her face as she remembered the day that King Sombra return. Luna's sister Princess Celestia forbid Luna from leave the castle. Celestia told Luna that Twilight was ready. That if anypony could save Rex from the Madness of being King Sombra, it would Twilight. But in the end Twilight had failed to save Rex, and instead Princess Cadence, and Crystal Ponies use the Crystal Heart the destroy him.

Princess Celestia never told Twilight, her true reason for being there. Celestia felt that Twilight was not ready to know the truth. Princess Luna agreed with her sister choice, and in the end did not hate Twilight in failing to save Rex. For even though Twilight failed, she still succeed in doing right thing. Even if meant that Princess Luna losing her husband for possible ever. Luna knew deep down that his love would always be with her. Then Luna look up a special blue gem that had writing on it. It was unreadable, the writing had been wore down by time. But Luna remembered the day that she found it. It the Night after the day the Crystal Empire first vanished.
Princess Luna had just witnessed the banishment of an entire empire. Tears were rolling her face Luna did not know what to put in word, horror that she saw. Crystal Ponies screaming as they were unable to escape, as they all finally vanished.
Princess Celestia finally woke up. As she looked around noticing that there was nothing left. Celestia then saw her sister and ran over to her. As Princess Celestia ran to her sister, she ask,
"Luna what happen to the Crystal Empire,"
But Luna stood there silently.
"Luna please tell what happen, what did Sombr--" Celestia stop talking once got she got close enough to notice her sister face covered in tears, as Luna finally responded,
"I.....I.....I.....tried...to....stop....him...but...he..charging towards me with a blade.....I....I...didn't...want....to....kill...him....I just, I just, I just,"
Luna couldn't say anymore as she threw herself into Celestia hooves and began massively cry for lose of her beloved husband. Celestia simply just wrapped her wings around her sister and began tear up as well, Although Celestia had long hated Sombra, she couldn't help feel sad for what her sister had to do.
