I hate crowds. Jump in topic I know but keep up with me. I dont hate people but I hate crowds, make me feel suffocated by walls, an ever moving sea of flesh, thoughts and urges by all sides that never stand still. Then the noise! A background white noise that my mind tries to listen to it all at once. Found headphones helped.
I have a small group of friends with the same likes and loves as I do, few differences in opinion. Most of them solved by a heated debate and make up pizza but the main one was their love of ponies. My little pony. I dont hate it, I just dont watch it. I'll admit the community is good, some fics I read where dark and funny, got my blood pumping and my head thinking.
But dressing up as one and going to Bronycon? Not my thing. But they forced me, tried to get me to dress up as ‘Manly Fluttershy.” After that comment, I simply walked to my closet, put on a Minato Arisato cosplay, gave them the finger and went to sit in the car. I'm not escaping going to the Con, no they’re too sneaky and crafty for that. But I am not wearing boxers, just fucking boxers out to it. I can also be pouty and in a bad mood the whole time, maybe listen to music. Ruin it for them.
I watch them play into the car, each wearing some cosplay relating to My Little Pony. My friend Andre is wearing a Pinkie pie cosplay but her hair is flat, not puffy. She's also wearing an apron smeared with rainbow and red looking blood.
Her twin sister Anie is wearing a light blue, I mean almost unnoticeable lightly blue skin paint but she's also wearing a skin tight blue zombie shirt making it seem like a chunk of her sides were missing along with featherly stubs on her back. The driver of this wonderful four person team is Jack. Who is dressed up like a steampunk dragon. No, not a dragon made of gears and steam but a dragon dressed in over the top clothing that can ONLY be steampunk. I mean really? Its cool and all but he just can't stop smirking at me. I find it honestly slightly annoying but in his word,
“What doesn't annoy you Ivan-Kun ?”
I watch as we drive into the city proper, to the convention building. I use my blue wig, with the VERY long bangs, and headphones to try to ignore the chaos of people around me filling this place to the tippy top. I let out a prolonged sigh sliding my hands into my pocket and slouching over slightly. Oh by the way, I’m definitely not a short person. Easily over six feet tall and a good body earned by daily bike rides and bi-daily swims. They say I have the body for it, and I do. But Minato Arisato equals the most badass silent protagonist. The pimp of the Persona series.
I chuckle slightly looking around. No little girls. No little boys. Just men. Lifeless men. I laugh out loud drawing the attention of my friends who look at me as if I've been replaced by a double but it forgot to study my emotions. I shrug at them sighting a table which everyone avoided saying something about “displaced merchant.”
I break form the group walking to the table to browse its wares, the man behind the counter smiles darkly, “Anything catches your eye sir?”
I bob my head listening to the Icon for Hire song that came on.

I scan the selection of his wares eyeing reference after reference to many different games and fandoms. Out of place as only one of two My Little Pony items are on the table but ultimately two items catch my eye, an Evoker and Lucifer's Sword based after the in game model, “I see two. Name your price for the Evoker and the sword.” I keep my voice calm and low even though the music blast and drown out everything from the world around me. But I can read lips and body language. So you know, never have to turn off my music. Yee pe.
The figure smiles holding up 5 followed by a 0. 50? Huh, cheap. I take out my wallet sliding the man a nice looking 50 dollar bill, not a cheap, dirty, and/or crumpled one. A bill someone can be proud of, “Thank you for the business.” The man chuckles and hands me the Evoker and a nice leather belt that goes along with it that also can carry the single handed blade.
I put them in their rightful pleasure chuckling as I began to wonder what my Persona is. Something I associate myself with strongly. Death, maybe knowledge? Giving of knowledge. Prometheus maybe? I take out the Evoker out of its leather case upon my hip, the metal of it feeling nice and comfy in my hands, natural and comforting. Like a item of comfort born from times of strife and pain.
I should explain how it works. Its not a real gun, doesnt shoot a bullet, more...simulates death, creates that rush and panic to bring out your inner well...You. Your Persona, your Shadow after its gained an ego. After it gained personality, thought, knowledge. Your Shadow on the other hand is you, saying all those things you think and push to the bottom and try not to think about it. It’s you, forcing you to face the self you do not wish to accept. An evoker is sort of way around some the normal restrictions.
I jokingly put in to my temple and calm my breath, “Persona.” I pull the trigger and feel something give in the gun, it kicks back, a bang, a tearing pain forcing its way through my mind and manifesting itself in the sound of breaking glass and screams of the crowd behind me. I close my eyes and open them looking behind me to see Minato Arisato’s Persona, Orpheus, floating behind me in blue tinted air. It stares into my eyes, it's glowing red eyes. I know were the same, we are one.
We speak at once, “I agree to this contract, to face the consequences of my choices, their riches and pains.” I watch as an army is born over the crowd, born my heart, my mind, my soul. They are gone and so is my grip on reality as I fall into a deep sleep, falling into a portal.
Celestia stared down the demon called Discord, the master of chaos, the god of disorder, the creator of disharmony, “You. Will. Not. WIN!” She slams her hoof to the ground causing the black and white tiles around her to break into smaller checkerboard patterns.
The draconequus sitting on his slowly spinning throne while drinking a glass filled with chocolate milk. Drinking the glass, not the milk. The milk does form into a pretty little tiara that fits perfectly on his head, never moving as he slowly spins upon his throne of thorns, “Tch, tch, tch. Poor Celestia! This is the third try this month! You even tried poisoning my beloved chocolate milk! My hallmark of my chaos surprise!” He pulls out a gift wrapped box and opens it which sprays the alabaster Alicorn with blue dye matching her coat to her sisters which slowly leached to the same white color of her sisters.
Luna puts her hoof to her lips to try to contain the chuckles trying to force their way out, “Discord your chaos and harm will stop here!” Her voice cracks halfway through her tiny speech as she stares at her sisters now dark blue coat.
Discord stares at the two and laughs harder as the throne stops upside down. He steps off as his horns gain the ability to move and become his ‘legs’ laughing harder, “You? Beat me!? Now that is truly chaotic!” He laughs harder, “I'll make you two a deal, if, in the next few moments a being falls from a portal and death himself is carrying him! Ill let you have two a free shot on little old me!”
I awake to falling over a checkered landscape, the mountains, the plains, the desert. It all looked like a massive checker or chess board for gods to play how they wish. I see the ground approaching me where energy is radiating form like the sun, a bomb waiting to be let off. I put my evoker to my temple in a trance and whisper the words as if speaking an old friend's name, “Thanatos.”
I feel the ultimate rush, the thrill that god's seek when bored, I feel myself die but I don’t. I did something much more scary and unknown, I tore my mind and soul into two. I hear the glass that was my mind breaking and flowing out of me, flowing into a figure of a black cloak creating a hole into blue sky where only three things existed. A brutal looking metal skull slightly prolonged snout hosing the sharpest teeth to tear life away from a body and white gloves to gently carry the soul away from the body and guide it kindly and privately.
I feel him grab me in a bridal style slowly stopping our fall as a line of coffins linked by chains flare behind him, I can feel them, I can move them, if needed I can move him. I can make him fight, I can ask him to fight, I can command him to fight. I can command him to do so much, my grin widens at the possibilities.
We look to the incoming ground. Three creatures stood there, two alicorns, one strange mismatched creature a voice is telling me to call him “Discord.” A being of chaos. A being of not harm, nor malice but simple chaos. Chaos knows not evil or good, just itself. I feel my- Thanatos legs hit the ground standing in between the three beings. He lets me down and bows slightly saying two words, two humbling words. Not a threat, but a promise,
“ Memento mori.”
I ask him to return to me, becoming one, but two. I smile watching as he shatters into blue glass flowing back to me rebuilding my mind, refilling the sea that is my soul. I bite my lip trying not to let out a moan as it felt so right, yet so wrong.
I watch in slight confusion as the being known as Discord looks down muttering, “Damn Murphy’s law.”
The two alicorns fire off a spell turning the dragon to stone, he takes the time to pose looking like he's victorious, nor defeated. I chuckle knowing he would of been a fun guy to know and joke with, maybe also to pull pranks with, and maybe on. I look to the two ponies smiling slightly hoping to the deepest of mind that they speak the same as I do, “Hello.”
Honestly it was funny watching them jump. There ears back, there pupils dilated, muscles in their legs tightened ready to run, in a noteworthy action their wings flared and horns grew slightly. I remember a video of a guy calming a spooked horse on youtube one day during summer so I decided to follow in his footsteps.
I reached out, slowly, and stroked its muzzle. I slowly walked up to her till I was at her sides stroking down the midnight blue horses body, I slowly kept stroking as I watch the blue replaced by alabaster
I smile, making sure not to reveal my teeth this time as I slowly settle its wings, and calmed its body. Some instinct in me told me to mount it but it would be mean as I think they can think, “Better?”
The now calm and submissive horse nuzzles my hand as I stroke its pink mane, honestly its strange i'm not panicking. But it feels like a light chorus is helping me, making me go on.

I chuckle, boom social link. Apparently I'll see more of this horse later on. I look to the now blue horse, same size as its companion. Its looking at me with curiosity in its eyes, bright with wonder and alight with an inner scholar. I walk to it, taking slow steps, offering it my hand once close enough.
I make sure to spread my fingers and chuckle in a kind manner. I nearly jump when I see its horn glow and I feel static cover my hand making the small hairs stand on end as I feel it twist and move without my command or even me asking. Rude but I’ll allow it. “May I ask who you are sir?”
I look at the blue mare in surprise, jumping to the point I almost dislocated my wrist as she's holding onto it in a iron grip. Stronger than iron but that's how the expression goes, “Minato. I'm not a threat but I am a treat.” I rise my other hand in the typical “Hands up” move.
She giggles letting go of my other hand smiling as the other mare, judging by similar body and facial structure, moves beside her smiling in the same kind and happy way, “Well Minato, you will be welcomed to Equestria as a hero!”
First reaction on my part, “That seems hasty.” To see their shocked reactions was funny, I instally denied there offer of heroship and acceptance, “I could be planning to destroy the fledgling kingdom, I could poison your feed, I could be the worst force in the upcoming history. I could be here to corrupt you, to make the sky black, no stars, no moon, no sun.” I laugh throwing my head back looking them in their eyes.
My new blue gray eyes looking cold and dead. Uncaring and unfeeling. But deep in them is an blue sea, “But I could be planning even now to nurture and care for fledgling kingdom. I could bring a great bounty by an unknown power to you, I could be the best instrument of peace you have ever seen. I could be a great purifier and uniter, I could brighten the sun, make the stars twinkle, make the moon dance across the sky in an alluring dance for all to see, to gaze, and think of it as a wonder. So many things I could be. Choice. Now. Hero? Or Villain not yet proven.”
The blue mare is looking at me with a mix of emotions. I can see them in her eyes, I can see her sea in turmoil over a choice, “C-could you make our moon that wonderful?...” Ah, she's insecure about her night sky already. I hope I could curve that.
I smile and bow slightly, “I could make it the center of art, music, and love.” I peek through my bangs to see almost all doubt erased from her face and her eye. I smile as the other one looks at me with care, maybe she noticed it also.
The white one clears her throat, “W-we Celestia and Luna, we declare you the hero of the war of Chaos. Rise, take your spot besides us as an adviser.” I rise slowly as my eyes glow blue, the color shatters revealing again dead gray eyes.

The walk to the Everfree Forest castle over all was uneventful. The most noteworthy things were Luna, the blue pony hopeful glances and wonder. Celestia, the alabaster pony, lightly suspicious glances, muttering, and them trying to ask me questions. I did anything the quiet, hero type would do. I put on my headphones turning up the volume to drown out their voices. I once felt , for lack of a better word, Celestia try to invade my mind. Most likely to commune with me but...on a basic instinct I directed her to the sea, not to the land. I smiled at her as I put her on the calm seas, not harming, but impressing her.
Ever since she has her eyes on the ground in shame. Seems like they have the same taboos about the mind and soul as humans do. They seem to have many honestly similar taboos. Just as messing with minds as with how many times she quietly apologized. I nod to her and we simply progressed in silence, passing through a meadow I considered beautiful. I could hear a faint song seemingly coming from the trees themself. The thicker the tree the louder the song. I'll call it the song of genesis for the time being.
I get lost in the song of joy.
I hear the shatter of glass break me from my revelry. The quiet and somber feeling at the back of my mind was replaced by one of luck and life. It whispers its name to me lowly, ‘My name is Fortuna, the goddess of fortune and fertility.’
I smile as I respond to her, out loud by accident, “Have you came to enjoy the song of the trees?”
‘I have.’
“Minato, who are you talking to?” I look over to Luna who is staring at me curiously, “And how do you hear the song life? I thought only powerful Earth ponies could hear it.” I shrug to her smiling slightly.
“It's a pretty song. I love music, how would I not notice it?”
Luna chuckles softly soon joined in by the brooding Celestia till there laughing fits, “Minato thee are such a delight!” There legs collapse buckling under them, the elegant ponies now looking like children who heard a funny joke.
I tilt my head looking at them. wondering what's so funny, “Umm?...”
There laughter continues for a few minutes before slowly dying down and they get up letting out the occasional giggles. Celestia gloom forgotten, and Luna’s obsessive stare forgotten as she grins at Celestia with a cheerful and fun grin, “Dear Minato, you are special aren't you?”
I simply nod as we began to walk once more. A stone castle barely visible on the horizon through the treetops. I watch as Celestia and Luna go through a thick part of foliage, so I follow to see a long, slightly winding cobblestone road leading all the way to the castle.
There stood a massive castle or stone and marble. Not the elegant almost swan like towers of Canterlot but the tough stone walls and a massive farming rural area around it. Efficiently, that's what is shown in front of me. Ponies, all working together. Normality has already been established and cheers fill the air as ponies in armour keep the street clear, “Thank you princesses! Thank you for saving us!”
I look at them with a bewildered glance, princesses? Both of them? Fucking damnit I petted a Princess. No wonder they were so cocky. I watch as a guard and a overall brown pony with a curly pepper and salt mane walk to us. Or more Celestia and Luna, I’m simply hoping not to be noticed, “My dear ponies!”
“Quiet Celestia, I can't hear myself speak when you yell.”
She stares at me, her mouth slightly open as the crowds and guards mouths hang open in shock, “Minato, let it go.” Her voice goes to a whisper trying to talk to me, “It's expected of me!”
I feel my hand shift to my evoker on a small instinct, I can feel adrenaline pour through my body as my mind goes into combat mode. Running down list of Spells and what Persona’s can use what. What Fusion spells I can pull off with the Persona’s I have in my mind. I feel my heart pound faster as I go down spell and physical nulls as Luna nuzzle my hand, the hand closest to the evoker.
“We, the Princess of Equestria grant the Hero of Battle of Discord the honor of three wishes. They can be anything. mares, stallions, weapons, wealth, land, honor, nobility. anything your mind can conceive. We shall do our best to make to fulfil that wish.” Luna bows to me, a shocked gasp rippling through the crowds. I feel a few try to enter my mind once how Celestia tried but those who tried did not looked ashamed. I was nice enough to redirect them away from the more harsh areas.
“Anything?” She nods looking down as I can see a faint red glow from below her coat.
“Anything, dear Hero.” She looks down farther trying to hide her face. Strange reaction.
“Prince hood. Unlimited access to the treasury, and all politics, foreign and domestic.”
Luna looks up tilting her head, “Are you sure dear Hero?”
I nod.
She looks at me as does Celestia, “Minato? Thats a lot of responsibility?”
“Might as well as keep busy, judging by the shamed silence of Persona’s i'm both ageless and immortal.” Luna and Celestia gasp, a small surprised gasp.
“Were you mortal before?...” Luna look at me with confusion as ponies shout out.
“You can’t do that!”
“Princess! Banish it Please!”
“It should be put to death for trying to be the same as our Princesses!”
I feel a bit of anger over the shouts that are directed at the Princesses, I hear the shattering of glass once more but choice to ignore it. I hear gasp and cries of outrage, fear and panic. Luna backs up wildly as the smell of death hits me and I look around me. Everything has died, the grass, a butterfly flying around me, “Prince Minato are you ok?!?”
I see a bright golden shield covers me. the grass that died never left a meter in front of me but once I step away from the spot I was standing I notice the soil simply turned in sand, “I-I'm fine. Just not use to this yet…” I can't look away from the spot I was standing. By standing I made the very soil and grass, I stood upon, die.
That, there, is proof of my impact on the world just by standing and wishing death upon someone. Not in an active way but death to a idea. Death to life and all its negatives as in that moment it outweighed the positives. Of course the golden shield drops and ponies are evacuated off the streets by the confused guards in a controlled chaos situation.
“Princess Celestia! What do we do with him?...” His voice trails off, his. Ponies deep voice immediately keyed it off.
“He’s a Prince, by our own laws and traditions we must fulfil those wishes. Get him some water, also a blanket.” She leans to whisper to the guard pony, “Look at him. He's in shock, please.” Her voice having a slightly pleading tone.
The guard nods calling out for the requested supplies. There handed to a private who immediately without fear throws the wool blanket over my shoulders and hands me a wooden boy. Glass shatters once more. He forces me to look away from the spot as a minor case of sensory overload kicks in. I feel an angel's embrace. I'm not sure what else to call it but that's how it feels. I can also see, hear, just know everything around me. I try my best to cause a change beginning in my mind for it to stop.
Glass once more shatters as a calm pluck of strings help my mind, I listen to a great song made by Orpheus. It calms me almost instantly making the pony in front of me smile, “Are you ok Prince Minato?”
I give him a quick nod.
“My name is Desperate Shield, do you wanna get inside?”
I nod once again still feeling the aftereffects or the limited omnipotence. Limited in range but I knew everything inside it. Too much information for me to handle at the moment
I see he's a winged pony, pegasus. I look at him and he simply smiles cheerful walking to the main castle leaving the spot of tarma, through the guards which bow simply saying, “Long live Prince Minato.”
Desperate speaks up making me look at him, “Normally before this you should show a feat or a large spell of power before being willed in. But that's amazing display of the spell ‘Aura of decay’ was so powerful and high leveled I’m not sure anyone could pull it off!” I stare at this strangely oppstamic pony, “I mean you even made Almighty Lunar Princess Luna back away!”
“Almighty Lunar?”
“Of course! Haven’t you heard of the Refuge of Sun and Moon?”
I shake my head hoping he’ll speak more. Of course he does, “It's the official religion of the world, Celestia brought sun and warmth that melted the snow from the newly freed land. Letting cops grow big and warm, let foals and ponies enjoy their new land that they occupied in harmony. Luna brought the moon, the guide of dreams and assurer of peaceful slumber!”
I smile at him faintly as I reach out to stroke his pony head just like I did Celestia hours ago. Apparently he enjoys it as he leans into my finger stretches, getting under his golden helmet and stroking his white fur. A few minute of the pony petting we are at a gate, “Were entering the upper wealth area, watch what you say or do around here as they would try to use your every word to climb higher in rank and prestige. Most are unicorns and can cast spells as the racial divide is still sadly unofficially in effect.”

I was about to comment before he once butted in once more, “Celestia is trying to fix that! In fact a Earth pony was deemed royalty right before the discorian rule!”
“How long did he have control?”
“Two years. The Goddess tried so many times to stand up against him but they couldn't get a clear shot with the Elements of Harmony that this very city was built around. It took a year for them to get the elements out and six months to learn how to use them properly.” He sighs, “Dark days for Pony kind. I actually joined the guard trying to help keep peace and calm.”
I pet him again as he walk down a street leading closer to the castle. Strangely the closer we get to it the more expensive looking the shops. ‘Mane street.’ Nice pun self.
‘Mane street’ seemed to host the best and most powerful shops and one or two homes. More like mini estates. This central street was the street to be. I take a deep breath noticing that the front gate was only a few more metres away.
A line of almost stone like soldiers stood in front of the gate. Gate guards. I walk past them as they remain stoned face. But Desperate Shield is stopped, “Private you know you are not allowed in the castle!”
“He’s allowed,” They look to me.
One, the more experienced guard steps to me. Agation clearly written on his face, “Listen here ‘Prince’ Minato. You are not in charge till coronation. So kindly buck off.”
I look down to the pony below me. I can feel anger rise, the cause was most likely the insult and the implied meaning. I hear the shatter of glass and flames of my anger explode. Outwards the emotions on my face change only slightly. I stare down at him, my voice accidentally being a much darker and thicker tone. How a person’s voice gets when he wants to let the other party know they fucked up.
I grab him by his neck and lift him off the ground. His hooves wiggling wildly, “I know cultures where insorbation means instant death. And the way you just insulted me would hurt any man's, or stations pride. Prison rule’s bitch.” I smell burning flesh as I notice an Agi spell, a low level fire spell is formed and burning the ponies throat but my tight grip keeps him from screaming, “Understand this. I am not Celestia OR Luna I will put you in your place like how you want so bad, Force.” I drop him.
His screams make the guard ponies back up as Depestre Shield runs to my side looking a bit horror stroke. But he keeps to my side like a loyal pony would, “Understand this. Your rank will be striped and you will be dishonorably discharged. Pack your stuff, you aren't welcomed here.” .I hear the shattering of glass as a song plays making my anger began to fall and lull.
I turn around and walk into castle noting all those that looked down when I past. Either in shame, anger, or fear.
“Shield?”
“Y-yes sir?”
“Congrats, you're the Captain of my Personal guard.” I don't hear the regular clip-clop of my pony companion beside me anymore.

I mutter, “Looks like it was a right choice.” I glance back at him seeing he frozen in midstep. I think I broke him, “Sheild? “
“YES SIR! I WOULD LOVE TO SIR!” I take a deep breath looking at him. I put a hand on his muzzle making sure it's closed.
“That means following my orders to the T. Most of them will be about making sure I don't kill anyone while i'm learning the ins and outs to being a Fool.”
He nods excitedly smiling and I swear I even heard an adorable squee come from him, “Yus sur!” His voice is muffled slightly by the fact i'm still holding his muzzle shut.
“Good boy, now I know it'll take a while to make a room for me so...Lead me to a suite.” He nods, his large smile never leaving his face.
“I can't wait to tell my wife about the promotion!”
“Wife? Do you have kids?”
He tilts his head looking at me in confusion. He has a very simplistic mind, “What’s a kid?”
“A child.”
“Ohhh! A foal!”
I nod, “A foal.”
“We have one! We're kinda worried as he was borning during the era ruled. They already call those children ‘Chaos ones.’ I’m not sure she’ll be available to live a normal life…”
He opens a random door showing a very lexiours bedroom. Seemingly made for tall beings that need more legroom than ponies, “Here’s your room for now Prince Minato. If you need anything I’ll be right outside the door, o other guards are nearby and its rules that royalty bedrooms shall be guarded at all times.”
I sigh as I walk in, closing the door behind me, and crawling into bed without taking anything. I feel myself almost instantly fall asleep.
I awaken to the sounds of yelling outside my door. Desparate Shield sounds like he is trying to keep his calm and live up to his new position. I glance at my watch to see it’s around 20:00. “Let them in Shield.”
I sit up in the bed watching as one door is covered in a gold aura and the other in a dark blue aura, and they swing open. “Pince Minato!” Celestia walks in, frustration written all over her face. “I heard and saw what you did to that guard, the pro-”
“I understand there might have been a ‘proper’ protocol. He insulted me, disobeyed a direct order, and didn't allow a superior officer through the gate.” I stretch.
Luna speaks up, “We aren't military, Prince Minato…”
“Captain Desperate Shield is though.” I look them in their eyes and continue. “As a prince I have right to a personal guard. You saw how effective he was at ignoring the dogma surrounding you two and doing his job, so I want him as captain. I’ll let him handle picking any if he needs help. Also that soldier that insulted me? He’s to be discharged, royal orders.” Celestia’s mouth opens but Luna nuzzles her before she can speak.
“He... is right, Tia… Even in the other reports Sergeant Iron Wall was the one being hostile, outright insulting him. Hes also a devout follower of that accursed religion.” I lay back in my bed knowing I win, one of the two Princesses almost instantly agreed with me. But one thing bothers me most.
“If you agree with me, Luna, why did you also barge into my room?” I look up at the ceiling, waiting for her answer, my previous exhaustion gone.
“I came to see if you would wish to help with the night court... It’s basically where civilians come during appointed times of the day, or night and ask for favors of the crown. He would wish to include you. To prove your kindness, to prove you’re not a malevolent force!” I sit up and look at both of them. Celestia is looking down knowing that the guard was in the wrong but trying to come up with a way not to harm my brand new reception. Luna on the other hand is fidgeting and looking at me with a sheepish smile.
“Sure, I don't think I can fall back asleep in a while after being awakened like that.” I slide my body off the bed, standing up and stretching. I make sure my Evoker is within easy reach of my right hand. I take a moment to notice the sword on my side, the best one in the game, Lucifer’s Blade. I think for a moment what to do with it but then I notice it disappeared. Celestia and Luna jump at the vanishing weapon. I shrug, “Let's go, Luna. Shield, go home.”
“Yes sir!” He honestly sounds a bit tired, to the point of yawning slightly. Loyal pony to a fault. I pass Luna, my hand going down her mane, stroking her quite soft fur.
“Come on Luna, I guess you have to teach me.” I feel her lean into the pet slightly. No matter what, things love pets.
We walk through a set of doors to show a long thorne room, fabulous banners hang denoting the sun and moon. Stained glass denoting, I guess, major historic events. What looks like each race of pony divided by the land, sky, and mountains, each looking upset at the others as heavy snow falls, sprinkling the lands with white snow. “Ponies were not once united. Only twenty years ago did they look at the other race with hate and spite. The only reason they did not wage war or kill each other was their reliance on the others. The Unicorns to bring advancements, the Earth Ponies to grow and tend the land and the Pegasi to keep the weather in check, to make sure the land gets the water and sun it needs. It wasn’t long before ponies of each race seemed to grow apathetic of the world around them. The doctors of each race tried so much to tell what was wrong, but they didn't even care to feed themselves.”
We walk by, staring at the ponies in the stained glass windows, their eyes seemingly soulless, lacking the drive to do anything. “We couldn’t do anything for them... W-we had to put them down... Dark days in pony history. But as friendship bloomed, brought on by our court advisers, those cases died down. Ponies call it now Disharmony Syndrome, as it rose once more during Discord's reign.”
She looks down and her head hangs in shame. I see a few tears fall. “I know what’s wrong with them.” She immediately stops and looks up. Her eyes wide open, she stares at me, with even a brighter hope.
“C-can you tell us?...”
No easy way to put this. Band-aid’s coming off fast. “They had their soul and mind consumed by their manifested alter egos, their hidden thoughts and feelings. They had their very will ripped out of them by their Shadows... They're better off dead then their loved ones being forced to watch them starve and the bits of food they consume wasted... Because I can’t fix it. ” I reach down, only slightly hugging Luna’s neck, stroking her mane as her body shook in a combination of rage, fear, and sorrow.
“They only appear in times of strife, well mostly. Any Lost that show up and need help, I’ll take care of them ok?” She nods. “It will be quick and painless. Their souls and minds freed as the tie holding them together dies.” I feel her shake worse. I make sure the hallway is clear form others, “I was harsh wasn’t I?”
“N-no..Y-you solved o-one the w-worst m-mysteries about the pony m-mind. N-not your f-fault it’s s-so grim…”
“Take the night off. Do want you want, I’ll cover for you.”
She nods, her emotional state completely unstable and unpredictable as she learned the truth about the ponies she vowed to protect. I hear and see a flash of light as she teleports away, to her quiet spot, her corner or piece of garden where she feels safe.

Wow, that’s fast. “Thank you Prince Minato.” I jump and let out a short yelp. I suddenly turn to where a trio of pitch black ponies stand, slitted eyes seeming to glow with reflected light and leathery wings on the ones that have them. As the head one speaks I see sharp, meat tearing teeth. “Thank you for comforting our beloved Princess. This... has been a matter she dedicated most her free time to. I know we shouldn't be telling you this but you are obviously a creature of night, a hunter. How easily you spoke of taking a life for our Moon. We, the Night Guard welcome you. If you wish, Private Nirvana Oasis could accompany you to night court.”
I nod and beckon to the private.
The small pitch black mare with a horn on her head walks to me and bows. I turn and continue down the hall. “From where I was born, we are called human. I hope your shadows are not like ours.”
Private Nirvana runs to catch up with me as we enter the central throne room. Two chairs stand on top a short staircase, putting the already impressive princess even higher. I see a unicorn sitting at the bottom of the stairs, writing in a book. She drops her pen. “Princess Lun-” She looks up and jumps, “I-I mean, Prince Minato!”
“I'm covering for Luna.”
“Princess Luna is her informal title. Please refe-”
“I'm covering for Luna.” I walk up the stairs, to sit in what I assume is Luna’s throne. “Let them in.”
“Yes sir. ” The snobby unicorn will be a problem in the future. I then hear the private’s voice in my ear.
“That is, or was Princess Platinum. Easily the closet with nobility. Clover the Clever, though, is best with the science community. You will be formally introduced at a later date. “ I look to both my sides, even behind the throne. I see no one. I look to the staircase where I thought I left the private. And there she stands, her horn glowing slightly. “I am sorry if I startled you. I have a rare gift for the telepathic spell along with a natural divining skill. Just speak out loud until you learn to speak in your mind. ”
I nod to her, smiling a bit. “Thank you Oasis.”
She returns the smile as the doors to the main hall open, showing a line of around 20 to 30 ponies, each completely different from the next in race, coat color and social status on the ladder.
First, from the look of his dirty hooves and unkempt yet clean mane, is a farmer. He eyes me nervously, walking the stairs slowly before bowing. His eyes on the floor.
“Ki -Prince Minato, please stop looking so scary, sir.” I see the image through her eyes, sort of in my mind’s eye, and I look so badass.
“Speak, Farmer, what do you wish from this royal family?”
“I seek help... help rebuilding my farm. Please... spare any guards you have your majesty, I’ll do anything!” I can see the pony’s body quiver with barely contained tears. “The rule of Discord drove me out of home, destroyed it, but my land is still fertile. Please… One or two strong or smart guards would be enough to raise a barn.”
“Go ahead, a general rural reconstruction project should be formed for events like this. I mean, it’s a shame Celestia and Luna don’t have one. Take a group of 20 guards, each should be strong and intelligent to build farm homes and barns, get the food growing faster. If you need more help, simply ask.” I smile, not to them but myself. Mostly a thing of pride that I just made a charity that would help in the long run.
“T-thank you! Thank you so much…” The farmer got up then runs up the steps before anyone can react and hugs me in a tight embrace. I simply get my fingers to do what they do best. I stroke the farmer ponies mane, holding my other hand up to the advancing guards to stop them.
I let the pony cry himself out, while he mutters thank yous over and over. He then realizes what he has done and passes out. “Someone take him to a trauma center,” I order. A random guard nods, picking up the earth pony in a magical aura while the next one walks in.
This pony is different from the rest simply by his coat, obsidian black with a dark purple mane. His eyes are a dark, almost murky, blue. He walks to the throne and bows with a strange grace. “My name is Somber Obsidian, I am from the crystal Empire and we beg for your help!” His voice rises to a shaky shout, the ponies in line and the guards back away from the small black colored magic that he let off in a shockwave, the strangest purple tint to it.
“Why should we?”
“There is civil war! The farms have been burned, homes destroyed, families broken…” The stallion starts to tear up.
“Prince Minato... He has access to dark magics... I recommend immediate detention.”
“Somber, which side are you on?” This seems to have caught the ponies, especially the black pony in front of me, off guard.
“The rebels... Sir.” He looks down, his voice leaning towards defeat and depression.
“Why are the rebels fighting?”
He stands up quickly, a fire alight in his eyes, “They’re too kind! They give out our limited land like presents! They gave away the farm land I and so many others were born on and promised it to those damned ELKS!” Another wave of purple tinted magic throws some guards off their feet, or is it hooves?
“I agree with you Somber, you can not give out land to others just because they ask, especially if you have little. Better if the war ended quickly, but I cannot just say things like that. Or can I?” I glance to Oasis who is violently shaking her head no. “Is it a voting type thing?” She nods. “I guess you got my vote, then. Put him in an ambassador's suite, get Luna and wake up Celestia, preferably with the smell of chocolate milk.”
A chorus of “Yes Sir” meets my ears as I get out of Luna's throne. I rub my back slightly as the chair wasn’t built for humans at all. As I get up to escort the ponies out while giving them tickets, I am led to a room where Luna is already waiting. “Minato…”
“Yes, Princess Luna?”
“Why do you support this rebellion? I have known the Crystal Empire’s ruling family for years! We should be helping them!”
“What they're doing is wrong.” I shrug. “Taking limited land form peo- ponies. They should help find the Elk their own land, not give away theirs.”
“There is no land on which the Elk can live!” Luna stomps her hoof down slightly. “All this hate makes the Crystal heart power wane… They should befri-”
“That's not realistic.” I walk to the chair in the middle of the two thrones while Somber walks in also, sitting on the ground in front of me and Luna. “Give the Elk food and water, then direct them to Equestria’s north border where they can live in peace.”
Luna sighs, looking down, ”T-that seems the most agreeable…” she mutters. “But what if they refuse to leave?”
“Then we drop the hammer, or whatever ponies use as hard hitting weapons. Sure the ones not use to violence may protest, but in the long run it's best to be feared than loved.”
A loud pop and flash of light singles that Celestia arrived, “That’s a dark, grim belief Minato. Now why is that better than being loved?”
Before I could speak Somber immediately responds, “The logic behind it is, even though beloved, they could still overthrow you. But being feared assures you the chances are much slimmer, as they be too scared to oppose you, the nobles would be too scared to ask you for more and more.”
I nod to him, “But the third option is best, the one I am choosing and have been reinforcing. To be feared and loved.” I smile quickly, something that looks unnatural on this face as the sharp teeth that denote the action of tearing meat from flesh. The small glint of them off candle light makes every pony flinch in a primal fear response, “Luna, Celestia. I believe that this pony has the right to try to sway us? Best two out of three now? Or is there more?”
Celestia nods, “We leave it to a vote to the nobles and the other royalty, but...It ultimately it is our decision…” I look her in the eyes, she looks down biting her lip. Most likely catching the very thinly veiled threat and statement. I’m here for the long run, and I won't be stopped. I feel a faint echo of laughter at the back of my mind as a vile aura radiates for it. I think...I know how this power influes my thoughts.
I try my best to imagine the clear notes of Orpheus lyre.
The shattering of glass alerts me to the fact I have him, for a lack of a better word, equipped. The subtle thought of centrifuge and taking over the throne vanish, “Good Celestia. We shall talk in a day's time, is that ok with you Somber?”
“A day means nothing to this long plight Prince Minato.” He nods getting out of his chair. I see a colored mark on his flank showing what looks like liquid obsidian falling to the mold of a gem, then I remember the Sun and Moon on Celestia and Luna’s flanks.

I take a deep breath, getting up from my seat. I walk to my room and lay down to rest till morning.
Multidimensional war. Sounds fun.
I wake to the soft light of the morning sun, the ray of light landing directly over my eyelids, waking me farther by the natural response to heighten blood pressure to awaken myself. I try to roll over to face the other way but I find the light in the room is omnipresence. No escape from the brutal, soft morning light. I open my eyes looking at my new room, finding a simple silk garb laying on what looks like a dresser, “They most of guessed.”
I slide out of bed, walking to the garb. I carefully take off the school uniform, setting it aside to get washed at a latter date.
After putting on the the silk pant and shirt, I find a note was hidden underneath.
“Dear Minato, I understand you yield from a different culture, so I am not sure if it is taboo for you to walk around unclothed. I ordered the royal to take measurments of you in your sleep and to quickly make a garment for you to wear till a better sition is established. Thank you for your understanding, Almighty Princess Celestia.”
“I feel slightly violated.” I sigh as I take the evoker and belt. I put my belt on and the evoker in its holder and walking outside of my door.
“Sir!” I look to my side seeing a wide awake and alert Desperate Shield. He is in a salute but the perky grin on his face never left from yesterday, no, it got bigger, “How are you this morning sir?!”
“Tired.” I wave my hand for him to follow. He nods and falls in line behind me.
“Sir?”
“Yes Sheild?”
“Where are you going?”
“Hopefully the dining hall.”
“Sir it's the other way.”
“...Thank you Sheild.” I turn around, heading toward the other hallway. I quietly, and mentally, thank him and whatever gods that exist that he took the lead. We walk in a comfortable silence, the steady sound of his hooves clip-clopping on the marble floor while my silent walk a stark comparison.
“FOR THE HOLY SUN AND MOON!”
I turn around, my Evoker already in hand as my vision is tinted a light blue as the flap of wings come from behind. I watch as Desperate lets out a cry tackling the would be assailant to the ground, taking the knife to the shoulder and lets out a cry. My heart pumps in my chest and my thoughts immediately go dark, “PERSONA!” I point to my Evoker to my temple and pull the trigger. The thoughts manifest themselves, the part of me that is him began to colless into a physical form. I need to call out his name, it's a urge, “Thanatos.”
It responds to his name by letting out a bone chilling roar followed by a blast of energy, only to be visible by the dust collected on the blast. He then grabs the attempted assassin by the throat and begins to squeeze, “Why did you try to kill me?”
The assassin simply spits in my face. I wipe it off slowly mentally asking Thanatos to squeeze harder . The assassin lets out a loud squeak as the giant gloved white hands squeezed harder, slowly crushing him and surely breaking bones, “Tell me and you might live.”
“The order deemed you as blampous! You must die monster!” I smile as i wave my finger to Thanatos, he lowers his head. The metal resting on my on the top of my head.
“Let him go. We will follow the rules for now.”
“Yes, master.” The thick, gravelly, yet quiet voice. The very voice of death itself echos through the halls as the sound of shattering glass follows.. That sound denotes the meaning he has departed for this world, and returned to the sea of my soul.
The pony drops around 12 feet hitting the ground panting and coughing. I walk past the coughing assassin to Shield, “Hey are you alight?”
He nods trying to keep up his smile, “I have a story now don’t I?” I nod to him.
“Do you think it was poisoned?” He nods.
I fish around my seemingly infinite thinking of the anti-poison from the game. My hand hits a small vial. I pull it out and slide it in his lips, “Drink.” He immediately obeys, chugging the small vile quickly as I quickly pull out the knife. I then use it to cut off a part of the silk on my sleeve and put it around it as a makeshift bandage as day guards filed into the hallway, weapons at ready.
They immediately pin down the assassin with magic and hooves, “It's another extremist. How did you not get stabbed Prince Minato?”
I ignore that pony and focus on Desperate, “I'm ok Prince Minato. I am ok.” He smiles more as I motion for medics to get him. They somehow hoist him up on a companion of wings and magic, interlocking in just the way it creates a gunnery. Desperate waves to me and is escorted out of the area, most likely to medical wing.

“Why sir? Your soldier just got stabbed!”
“And starving would do no good for both of us.” The soldier nods, pointing down a passage slightly bitterly, “If you were wounded defending Celestia, would you want her to visit you all the way, not allowing her to eat, or would you bare it so she could let herself care for herself?”
“The holy ruler of the sun does not need nourishment like mortals do!” The guard cries out taking a step forward.
I simply ignore him, going through the seemingly empty hall.
Somewhere near, a vortex opened and out popped a woman with blue pigtails, a weird anime school uniform that’d been accessorized, and had a red tattooed 01 on her shoulder. Her sky blue eyes observed her surroundings as a grey pegasus with a cybernetic right eye and a dark purple Alicorn stepped in behind her.
“This seems like a good place to locate a Displaced,” Said the woman in a synthetic voice, “I bet we’ll find one here.”
The Alicorn glared at the floor, “That’s what you said the last three times…”
It was then that the three saw a slightly short blue haired japanese teenager, one eye hidden behind his dark blue hair that screams unnatural but is perfectly coupled with, almost dead like, gray eyes, “Displaced?”
The woman gestured to him with a smile, “See? I told you we’d find one! He seems cool too!”
“Yes, we were bound to find a Displaced just going from here to there, random world to random world…” The Alicon grumbled under her breath.
The blue haired teen takes out a pistol and puts it to his temple, “Who are you?”
The woman pointed a thumb towards herself, “I am the great Hatsune Miku, champion of the interwubs and pop star to the ponies of Equestria!”
“Pardon her, she’s an absolute idiot.” The Alicorn said, rolling her eyes.
The blue haired teen, points to himself with his free hand, “Minato Arisato. Fool, Persona summoner with the wild card. And you, Miku, are a liar. The all accepted and loved champion of the interwubs is the Great Nyan cat.
“Tell that to Japan! Most people hate Nyan Cat! And let me tell you, that cat isn’t nearly as funny as people think.” Miku protested.
Minato siles deciding to end with his finisher, “You were invented to sell leaks.”
Miku’s face turned red, “You jerk! How could you be so mean to someone you've barely met!?”
“To top it all off, you come and think you're a pop ideal. But truly you are Just a puppet for tone deaf singers to sound good.”
Miku was vibrating in rage, “You… Bastard! You don’t even know me! And I can safely say that you’d fall into the bad OC category.”
Minato puts down the pistol smiling, a very creepy one, “Says the typical standard tsunade, recolored, one that seems to have developed an undeserved ego.”
Miku’s right arm turned into a sub machine gun. Her eyes were pure red, and small turrets appeared on either shoulder, “I came here to be nice , but all you care about is insulting my music!”
The purple Alicorn glared, “Wow, that must’ve been a low blow… She used to be a musician before turning into Miku.”
“And my friend just got stabbed protecting me from an assassin attempt. The only reason I'm not in the room with him is I need to eat and you all are stopping me from eating and visiting him.”
“Well I used to be a guy, and my girlfriend was murdered, plus I haven’t eaten in three days. Quite bitching about food and your insignificant problems, we could have gone there and told you why we’re here but you want to make this as hard as possible.” The purple Alicorn shot back.
“Actually, I was just having fun with a verbal dance of quips. You know, there are no other humans here and then here comes a pretty girl that seems quirky and fun. My fault if my words insulted you so, just on edge and wanting a bit of release where I can find it.”
“You think insulting my musical talent by calling me a puppet. That’s crossing the line.” Miku growled as her turrets disappeared.
Minato shrugs, “I’ve been only me for two days, still figuring out my powers and how to use them. The only Persona’s I can seem to summon with ease are three. But what is a displaced?”
The three newcomers sighed. The grey pegasus stepped forward, “A Displaced are like you, Miku, Brutalight and myself. People turned into something from the media and sent to Equestria or something of the like. I’m Derpigun by the way.”
Minato smiles a bit, “Most of my memories of media from a fandom were wiped. So better question, why are you looking for displaced?”
“There’s been a dispute…” The Alicorn, or Brutalight, said, “Two of these Displaced we’re talking about are trying to murder each other.”
He tilts his head wanting them to continue.
“They were Displaced as Venom, and Darth Revan. Lee Connors and Darth Folteren they call themselves. These two men have formed a rivalry-” Brutalight was interrupted by Hatsune.
“Lee injured the daughter of Folteren by amputating her wing off, so Folteren returned the favor by amputating Lee’s girlfriend.” Miku said, “Now the two started a war and all Displaced are invited to aid either.”
Minato sighs rubbing his head, “I have to side with Lee, Folteren sounds like an ass.”
“Ass for what? Attacking someone for hurting his daughter?” Brutalight asked, “I think Lee’s the ass!”
“But Folteren’s an evil psychopath who conquered Equestria in his dimension.” Miku countered, “I’m not siding with either, they were both assholes.”
“To each their own.” Derpigun shrugged.
“How long should I be gone?” Minato tilts his head.
“You can come and go as you please, you will not be killed, but if you are mortally wounded, you’ll be sent home for a few weeks.” Miku statted.
Minato shrugs, “With how much Death loves me, I'm not sure I can die. But all of this sounds fun.”
“I’ll be joining Folteren’s side,” Brutalight commented, “I prefer him. If you participate, you’ll receive a Sanity Shard, and if you with, Lee’s token…”
Minato rises his hand about to ask but is rudely interrupted.
“Token’s are a way of summoning other Displaced from other dimensions. You can make one by taking an object that represents you and placing a message describing yourself. You then drop it, and the void will do the rest.” Miku explained, “You can collect them easily, as they pop out of nowhere.”
Minato reaches in his pokcet, pulling out a tarot deck. He takes out the Fool and cites, “To those whose fate, luck, or some cosmic force willed this card to your hands. Hold it close to you and think of friends, lovers, parents, and children. Think of the bonds that make you up. Do this and I shall appear.”
Minato drops the now slightly glowing card and watches as it disappears, “Huh.”
“Boom.” Said Miku, “Now you’ll have tons of people who will most likely spam you with summons.”
“I’m hungry. Do you have any muffins?” Derpigun asked innocently.
“Muffins don't exist here.”
Tears brim the edges of Derpigun’s eyes as her bottom lip quivers. Little whimpers escaped her mouth, and Brutalight cringes.
“They might never exist here. Let's go see if we can bake our own though.”
Immediately, Derpigun brightened up(almost like Fluffle Puff) and made to follow. Brutalight leaned close to Miku and whispered.
“I’m glad I won’t have to fight with him.” Which received a nod.
Minato and Derpy walked through the door to the kitchen, the chefs immediately bowed, “Sir! Why are yo-”
“Can you make muffins?”
“We just made a fresh batch over there sir!” He points to where a tray of still hot muffins lay.
“Go on Derpy, go get the muffins.”
The mare skipped over and pulled a plate out of nowhere, proceeding to place several on it and said her thanks.
“Thank you!” She smiled.
Minato piled up his plate, over four platefuls of food. He sits beside Derpy and begins to eat, going through the food at breakneck speeds.
Brutalight trotted into the kitchen, glaring daggers at anypony who came near her. Miku seemed kind of out there.
“Don’t worry ponies. They’re friends.” Minato pats the table, already a plat gone.
Brutalight sat with a ‘hmph’, crossing her hooves across her chest, still glaring.
Minato sighs, “Why are you *hiccup* staring at people?” A pony passes and bows muttering ‘princess’.
Brutalight was startled at that, “What!? P-princess!? M-me!?”
Miku sat down, “She’s always in a bad mood. She has to deal with an evil ruler, and she has some personality traits she never used to have.”
Minato shrugs, “Go get some food. I don’t think they would refuse you.” He is now down to his laste plate as small hiccups are heard in between bites.
“Uh… Make me a cake?” Brutalight said questioningly. “Not literally though.”
Minato sighs as he finishes his last plate, “When first meeting the Princess here, I petted them like they were common horses. Do not expect me to obey.”
“I didn’t mean you.” Brutalight snarled. “I would like some hayburgers, please.” She asked a servant politely.
“What are “hayburgers”?” The station tilts his head looking confused, “Do you mean hay bread?”
Brutalight’s eye twitched, “I mean put two buns on top of fried hay, with large quantity of tomato sauce and pickles.”
“But tomatoes are poisonous! Princess we cannot serve you such unhealthy food!” He begins to panic as a plate of cooked hay with pasta noodles s brought out, “We are sorry…”
Groaning, Brutalight thought of an alternative to that. “Then, um… Put flora sauce on it. Some kind of sauce, I don’t really care as long as you tell me what it is.”
“We are sorry...This is what royalty must at to remain healthy.”
“Fine, give me something tasty.”
“This is tasty Princess.” He bows once more.
Brutal muttered a “Thank you.” and started using her magic to lift her utensil and started eating.
Minato smiles, “See, dull and easily scared.”
Brutal rolled her eyes, “Yes, I get it.”
Miku elbowed Brutal, “Well, I guess they finally recognise your Princesshood.”
“I have wings and a horn, and they call me Princess even if they know nothing about me.” Brutalight grumbled.
Minato shrugs piling up his plates which is taken by an magical aura, “All Princess have them. You must be princess of the goth.”
Brutalight glared, “Shut up. I’m not goth, I’m just depressed.”
“So emo?” Miku shrugged.
“I'm still thinking goth, she just basically said ‘they don't understand me.”
“I’m not always like this!” Yelled Brutalight, “I’m usually more cheery.”
“Sure.” Minato smiles petting her, focusing on her ears. She purred into it, causing Miku to laugh.
Minato continues to pet her ears, then his other hand goes to Derpigun’s ears. Both were purring, and Miku took a photo while pointing it out to the servants. Brutalight seemed like she was trying to fight it, but all was in vain.
He continues to work on there ears getting in a relaxed state.
“Yo, what’s up with the staff?” Miku blurted out, seeing them blush.
Minato shrugs not knowing the fact that ear rubs are considered intimate, so he continues rubbing their ears, “So is there anything else you girls need?”
“Well, the war was pretty much the main thing. The food for Brute and Derp was a bonus. Do you have any questions about it?” Miku asked.
Minato shrugs, “One, will you summon me during it?”
“We’ll warn you beforehand. So if you’re available, you’ll be summoned… So yes. Anything else?”
“Nothing, expect can I keep the muffin eater?”
Brutalight snapped out of her trance and pulled Derpigun into a hug, “No! She’s mine!”
“But she's adorable!”
“She’s my adorable muffin eating clutz!” Brutalight held Derpigun closer.
Minato growls, showing of his canines, “I have fingers, I can please her better.”
“No. And that’s final.”
Minato pouts, “Fine.” He lets go of her.
“Maybe we can visit?” Miku suggested. “I mean, Brutalight seems to be a Princess here unlike other places, and Derpigun loves your muffins…”
Minato shrugs, “Sure, be hard to explain the whole displaced situation as I don't fully understand it myself.”
“There’s a simple explanation. Ever heard of the Multiverse theory?” Brutalight asked.
“I know it.”
“That’s pretty much not a theory. Across the multiverse, there are people who dressed up as a character from something they liked, I see Miku as a prime example, and get sent to Equestria turned into what they dressed as.” Brutalight explained, “What else is there to explain?”
“Nothing. I believe I can figure the rest out myself while dealing with politics and most likely war soon.”
“It won’t hurt…” Miku started, “And anyways, you’ll really be getting something. A Sanity Shard.”
Minato looks at her, tilting his head as he scratches the two ponies ears once more. His thin frame was much stronger than it looks.
“It’s a magical artifact that can be used to amplify your powers, power up just about anything, and if studied, could revolutionize your Equestria.” Miku stated, “I think that’d be good for anypony.”
Minato looks at her then his evoker then begins to laugh, laugh to the point of tears, “T-the last thing I Need is a power up! Once I figure out fusion spells I could turn every living object on this world to sand.”
“And if you piss off Freddy, Metal Sonic, Time Spinner, Jason Hughes or any Displaced that are high on the power charts you’ll wish you could turn yourself into sand. Freddy has the power of every version of himself throughout the Multiverse, Metal can copy any power you have, I think Jason has control over death I barely paid attention, Time can go back to before you were born and kill your mother twice. It never hurts to be prepared for pissed Displaced.”
Minato calms down as me smiles a bit creepy, “Do you know what a Persona is?”
Miku shook her head. “No,”
“Peronsa’s are… Manifestations for lack of a better word, of yourself. I have the rare ability to summon many different ones, they will take form of how I envisioned them but with the power form their legends. King Frost, for example, can cover an world in a blizzard. They also remember what they know from their legends and can influence me to the points of making my thoughts change slightly. They each have strengths and weakness but I have the rare power to switch. Of course, catch me off guard and, I’m still human.”
He makes a wet sound with his mouth meaning being squashed, “But there are things existing in worlds that match this power and make is necessary for me to be so powerful. Be glad you have never met them. To sum it up, I'm a duality. I’m god yet mortal, I am all powerful yet so very weak.”
Miku raised an eyebrow, “So how is a short term power up not welcomed? What am I saying!? If you don’t want a Sanity Shard, then fine, you don’t have to accept it.” A wormhole appeared behind Miku as she stood up. “Wika that be all your godship?”
“That is all you lowly mortal.” He stands up and shoos her off with a wave of his hand.
Rolling her eyes, Miku pointed to the vortex. “C’mon guys, Rainbine’s probably still pissed we left her with Cupcake and Apple Pills.”
Derpigun flew into the portal screaming, “What have we done!?”
Brutalight gave a bow, “Thank you for your service, I am most pleased.” She turned to Miku, “I need to visit somewhere like this. I could get used to being royalty.”
“Yeah, and then you’d become a tyrant featherbrain .” Miku smirked, “Or do I need to get a bird here?”
She was met with a slap, “Bitch, I don’t fear birds.”
“Have a fun time, I can already see something weird is about to happen.” Minato waves while seeing ponies slowly walk backwards.
Miku backflipped into the portal. Brutalight seemed reluctant to leave.
“I think I’ll stay for just a tinsy tin-” Before she could finish, two grey hoof came out and latched onto her neck. “I DON’T WANNA GO BACK!!!” And she was finally pulled through.
Minato watches as time around him reverses and rewinds to the time of their arrival, “This place is weird.” He shrugs going to get more breakfest.
