Chapters Nopony Is Alone In The Apocalypse
It was a nice day at Ponyville and it was calm, I liked to take walks around Ponyville because it keeps me calm and think properly in life.Pegasus ponies were flying, birds were singing and earth ponies were working hard this year.I seen other ponies had problems before, conflict is the only thing I hate and always will.I grew up where ponies always fight to prove whose the strongest, but I change that with my specialty.This cutie mark of mine represents my life, it means I experience shit before when I was a kid.But lets forget about that now,
"Shit always happens...wonder where I'm going today"
"Hey Player!"
"Whose calling?"
"Its me, Twilight!"
This is Twilight Sparkle, she's a student of Princess Celestia.I met her at the library where she lives, we been friends for a week when I came to Ponyville.I came to her library looking for a cooking book, she then started a conversation with me and thats how we become friends.At the other hoof, she really like books.
"So? how was you're day?"
"Fine maybe"
"You can always come to the library if you want-"
"No thanks...just leave me in peace ok?"
"Oh sorry to bother you, well see ya"
I'm always depressed but at the same time calm, I always hated my life from the beginning.Nopony understands me and its better to be alone sometimes, staying out of trouble was the only thing I care about right now.My story never had happy endings, but I better be sure this doesn't happens to anypony else.
"Dammit!...I forgot my cap again!"
Sometimes I forgot something, but hey who gives a damn? I'm always busy with my life like everpony else in this world.I help others who needed, even if it means risking your life for it.So I thought maybe I can wear my cap by tomorrow morning, well it was my favourite cap.I continued walking and walking until I made it to a school, I heard school was a place where you can be safe and make friends but that was a fucking lie.I hate liars, there deserve to die in hell.The children then came out and play at the playground, they were laughing and smiling with joy just like old times.
"Blank flanks!"
"See you three losers later!" laughs.
"Shut up!"
Sometimes in school, bullies are always around in it.I'm not afraid of them anyway, bastards who doesn't understand feelings in life.
"Hey you two! leave those ponies alone"
"And who are you suppose to be?"
"Be careful who you messing with little one, now go home or nopony is gonna get hurt"
"I think its better we leave Diamond Tiara, come on"
Those bullies went home without a problem, but atleast those three ponies are safe for now.They came to me and said,
"Thank you mister, those two have been bullying us all day"
"You showed whose boss back there!"
"It was nothing, I'm always here to help"
"Whats your name?"

"Player? what kinda name is that?"
"Be nice to him scootaloo! he helped us!"
"Uh...nice name you got"
"Well...its best I get going, see you girls later"
So I walked away from the school, I was wandering the other two ponies name because I only knew Scootaloo's name.Well scratch that, I have some other business to attend.I walk and meet other ponies in Ponyville, I also met Zecora the zebra.Well technically she is the only around here, she was a friend of Applebloom.I don't who she is but maybe she was one of the ponies I met earlier at school, wonder things went well for them.
"Maybe I shouldn't left them, they seem desperate for help"
I could read those emotions with those looks on there faces, can't lie to me.Everytime those faces change means something bad or good happen to them, I wonder why.I don't why but I have to help them, this world needs help better then ever.It was already in the afternoon, I went home and start sharping my blades.I always liked blade weaponry, I kept it for safety measures in case somepony break into my house.
"Wonder if tomorrow is a better day, maybe I might meet up with those three fillies again"
So grab something in the fridge because right now I'm hungry, I use to be skinny back in my days and it suck badly.Wish those bastards get what there deserve in death, if the world wasn't so cruel maybe we never had bullies or anything else bad.Then again we need armies to defend our homelands, still we learn how to defend ourselves from conflicts.So I went to sleep on my bed, dreaming nightmares as always.I never had good dreams just nothing but nightmares to mess with me, shit happens all the time to us all.The next morning, I woke up and wash myself.My dad thought me to wake up early and I'm starting to get use to it, this is what my dad wanted me to learn.
"Wearing my jacket, some bits and my neck chain"
"Oh not forgetting my cap!"
I went out and walked, life was fine for a while don't know how long.I wished nothing bad happens, the only thing I needed now is some peace and quiet.But something wasn't right, I feel like there's something coming for us all.I have to see it with my own eyes, better be ready for this.
Nopony Is Alone In The Apocalypse
I walked for a while to see if there's anything else happen, after minutes of walking I see ponies running away from something.Then fire started to light up one of the houses, a pony came out from the house burning him or her to death.I ran towards it to check who was it, the pony's body was burnt and can't tell who was it.I heard screaming from far ahead, I went checking it and saw something that was unpleasant.A rotten pony was eating another pony, then came bunch of them towards me.
"Shit! what the hell is this?!"
I ran away from it, those things wanted to eat me.This went to shit, what in the world was happening around here.A pony then whispering at me,
"Psst! hey you! hide!"
"What do you mean hide?!"
"They can't see you if you're hiding idiot!"
So I hide with the pony in the house, thankfully she helped me.I asked her a question,
"What is going on?! why are there dead ponies eating other ponies?!"
"How the hay should I know?! ponies started to scream in terror after seeing those things!"
Its pointless to talk about it, better then being eaten to death.After a while the dead ponies were passing by, we kept quiet just to be safe.
"That rotten smell...what the hell"
"Be quiet! they might hear us!"
When they passed the house we figured to get to know each other, I told her my name and she said hers.
"My name is Viki"
"Nice to meet you"
"So...what are we suppose to do now? maybe we should look for other ponies"
"Yeah...its better to have somepony around"
So we went to the back door and started to look for any surviving ponies, we walked quietly for hours.We saw a lot of dead ponies laying on the ground, maybe this was an infection at the start.
"Maybe those bodies might come back as undead"
"Maybe you're right...they eat you whatever is left in you and you come back into one of them"
"We better look for some weapons around, we could defend ourselves from them"
We looked for some weapons we might use, but no luck nothing but trash around.But its better to stay close to each other, doing this alone is one way ticket to death.
"There's nothing here but trash! where do we suppose to find some?!"
"I have some at my home, been keeping them for a long time"
"Really?! well come on let's go!"
So we decided to go to my home and carry as many as we can, but we had a slight problem.
"What the buck...this can't be happening"
"That's a lot of them at my house, better find something to distract them"
"Distract them with what?!"
"Let me think about it ok?!"
I searched around and found a alarm clock, so I use it.
"What are you gonna do with that?"
"Maybe noise attracts them...let me just...ok!"
I threw the clock, it attracts all of them at it.
"Looks like we know how to distract them..."
"Loud noises, come on let's get inside quietly"
Se we made it in without making any noise, we went to the basement and grab all that we can carry.
"One question"
"Yeah? what is it?"
"Why do keep this many weapons for? its not like somepony is going to break in and kill you while you sleep"
"Its a habit, don't worry about me"
We went out safely, we also figured about making a underground safehouse.So we looked for shovels and we were lucky enough to find two, we dig and dig and dig even more until we reach our limit.After two days, we finished building the safehouse where we can be safe from the undead.
"Boy...that was hard work but we did it!"
"Yeah!...hey maybe we should look for some food, we ran out yesterday"
"Sure!"
Me and Viki went looking for food, we checked every store we can find until a group of ponies were gathering around us.There were about 5 or 6 ponies around, it was unpleasant of course.
"Give us you're stuff and nopony is gonna get hurt!"
"Why should we listen to you? do I look like I'm afraid of you all?!"
"I don't think we have a choice but to kill you two!"
"Viki!"
"Got your back!"
We fought them until one of us dies first, we slice and diced them limb from limb.After they were all dead, we search them if there's anything useful.I looked at Viki and she wasn't feeling comfortable, so I asked her.
"You alright Viki?"
"I-I'm fine Player...just"
"Don't lie to me Viki, now tell whats making you uncomfortable"
"Killing ponies...I could kill a zombie pony but not the living"
"I know but...they did try to kill us"
"Is this how you used to lived? like everyday you remembered those dead faces you killed"
"Best to live with it, because ponies can be cruel and evil and the only way is killing them"
"Guess you're right...sorry"
"Its ok Viki...I hated it"
We continued walking with the food we found from the dead ponies bag, didn't said anything much lately but this is now a apocalypse we lived in and there's nothing we can do but survive as long as we can.But most importantly was having somepony with you, friends can help each if there's anything bad happened to you or anypony else around.Living in the apocalypse wasn't easy and who ever said survival was fair?
Nopony Is Alone In The Apocalypse
We were in the safehouse eating some food we took from the dead ponies we killed, Viki was depressed after what she did to them.I know life gets hard if you killed somepony but this is all about survival, I don't if the princesses are still alive or what.I thought about cheering her up,
"Hey Viki...just try to let it go for a while, there's nothing we can do about that now"
"I know but this feels wrong...how am I suppose to get use to it?"
But it didn't help her.Killing ponies who tried to kill you is by defending yourself, its either live or die.So I tried reasoning with her,
"Viki...its either them or us, we had no choice but to do so"
"I...maybe...ugh whats the point, you're right"
"So you understand now? survival matters"
"I wish they could just join with us instead killing us, now lets go finding more supplies"
We went out looking for supplies as our mission, we scavenge each trash can, store and also dead bodies.We were lucky to find some but not enough, so we figured looking for a huge store that maybe stockpiled with food somewhere.We found a map laying on the ground and used it to locate which store has been stockpiled with food, so we headed to the to the hay burger store.We manage to head there without grabbing attention, we saw the store was barricaded recently.
"Somepony was prepared for this"
"Yeah...well prepared"
So we went to the back of the store and it was unlocked.
"Thought it might be locked"
"I figured that too..."
We entered the store and started to search for some supplies we need, in the store we found three dead bodies laying on the ground.One was a zombie and the two were survivors who died here, we saw bite marks on there hooves.
"They killed themselves...but why?"
"I don't know but maybe the bite has got to do with this, maybe they infected?"
"No...they didn't want to turn into one of them, if you get bit"
"You turned into them, better be careful for now"
"Yeah...shit"
We searched and found a few kitchen knives, few water of bottles and some food.Didn't get much but it was worth finding some,
"Well...better than nothing, let's go"
"Hold on, I think somepony is coming! lay low!"
"Shit!"
We hide ourselves under the counters, it was a survivor.It was a mare, maybe she is trying to find some food like us.But then she spoke out,
"I know you and your friend are hiding, now come out and show yourselves"
"How the fuck?!...dammit"
We revealed ourselves to the mare handling a...gun, don't know how but screw it.
"You think it was that easy to hide from me? now give me all your food and nopony gets hurt"
"What?! no way! we found it first!"
"I don't care just give it to me!"
"You don't have to do this! we trying to survive too!"
She pointed her gun at Viki, I was worried she might shoot her.
"Give it to me or I will make you"
"Don't do it Player! she's crazy!"
"Can you just join with us? maybe work together?"
"No...now give me the food!"
Viki charged towards her and hit her at the wall,
"Aargh! GET.OFF.OF.ME!"
She pushed Viki and shot her at the leg,
"Viki! why you son of bitch!"
I punched her multiple times and drop her at the floor, I kept beating her until she stopped breathing.I grab her gun and also her bag, I checked on Viki but it was too late for her.
"Dammit Viki!..breath!"
I tried but it was pointless to save her,
"Damn..."
So I carried her body at back, I tried to find a place to bury her.I found a peaceful area and also a shovel, I dug a grave and place her in.
"Rest in peace Viki...gonna miss ya"
After I buried her, I went back to the safehouse alone.I kept thinking about her as a friend and she was the best one I met, after that day happen I know she tried to save me.Hope I will do the same for anypony I met, but those thugs are going to pay.
After five months, things were getting hard.The water supply shut down and also the electricity, the zombies maybe got them.I was all alone surviving and wishing to meet another friendly survivor like Viki, I found a jacket about two days ago in a cottage.I went to sweet apple acres if there's any food left, I killed a few zombies on the way too.The barn looked like a ruin from a distance, I went inside and heard a noise.
"What was that? a zombie? a survivor?"
I didn't hesitate and checked the whole barn, after a while of searching I met a filly with a red mane.
"P-please don't hurt me!"
"Its ok! I'm not going to!"
"Wait a minute...that voice"
"Its me Player...whats your name?"
"It is you! thank Celestia it is you!"
She hugged me, I wasn't expecting that to happen.
"Oh sorry...names Applebloom!"
"Nice to meet you Applebloom....but wheres your friends?"
"They are in the treehouse right outside, I can show you"
I followed her to the treehouse, I don't how they manage to survive but I'm worried about them.
