Just A Typical Day

I look around the well kept room of Twilight Sparkle, full of pony memorabilia, and items from the show. Tons and tons of items to gaze upon and put my hands all over...My favorite being the framed Princess Celestia picture on the dresser by her bed. The moment I sit down on her bed I feel a strange familiar memory, as if I've been here before.

"Of course you idiot, it's where you woke up this morning!"

The voice from my dream returns to me again, an uncanny resemblance to a ghost or some sort of spirit...It's a female voice that echoes in my head, the squeaky mare known as Screwball! Why do I know that name, and her voice...? Has all this happened before?

"Screwball...If you're listening...Tell me why I'm here!"

I question out loud, as if I'm dealing with some sort of demon, or evil spirit...Soon enough I feel like an idiot for attempting to talk to the voices in my head...But oddly enough, as I lie on Twilight's bed, I began to hear a response.

"Come on, Orion! Can't you figure it all out? Why you're here, and how you met these mares? My favorite backstory is Twilight's...She practically took advantage of you! Think back, Orion...think back to when that purple pony was by your side...Can you recall your introduction?"

I remember waking up with Twilight next to my side, drinking a concoction she made...and I remember the first things we said...

"My name is Twilight Sparkle! I'm the star pupil of Princess Celestia and I make it my job to solve any and all friendship problems that arise, who might you be?"

"The name is Orion, I love a good book, making new friends, and...you...Twilight Sparkle. I'm twenty one years old and willing to do anything for my friends."

...

"I-I didn't quite catch that last thing you said... Did you say-? You love...-"

"Mghmm..."

Slltch!

"Hehe! Looks like that truth serum had a little side effect of a Love Spell...Just as I hoped! I've got a little friendship problem that needs solving, Orion...Let's solve it on my bed!"

"Holy shit!? Was I...? I wouldn't call it rape, if I enjoyed it! I do think it's weird that she didn't ask for my consent, though...and that she had to give me a truth serum...as if I couldn't be trusted..."

"Who knows, Orion...Maybe you could've been a threat. Not a lot of ponies ever meet a human, and by the looks of what's going outside right now, they might never meet one again..."

"W-what do you mean, Screwball?"

"Well maybe if you weren't talking to the voices in your head, you'd know that there's danger coming for you...You'd better go downstairs and open that door!"

THUNK! THUNK! THUNK!

I nearly hit the floor as somepony knocks at the main entrance to the castle, as if Screwball knew the timing was correct. I run down from Twilight's room, all the way down to the main dining room, ready to open the door...I then hear the nervous antics of a certain British pony.

"Quick, you have to open up! Orion...We have to discuss some of the events that are occurring right now! It may or may not be your fault..."

"Alright girls, let's try this one more time, before all of Ponyville is transformed into crystal! This has to work..."

Twilight Sparkle says from afar, the mane six standing their ground and charging up their blast...Bright lights and shimmering colors, a rainbow blast rising up into the sky and bending down toward the crystal beast.

SHHHNNNG!!

In one loud thrust, the power of friendship had been reflected shifted towards the mares...A quick purple shield protecting these mares, provided by Twilight.

"This won't work like I planned, and even worse, everything we use will just get blasted back at us...We have to come up with a plan!"

"Orion...Your existence in this world is causing a field of chaos to rip constant portals in Equestria...and believe it or not, all of this is because of you!"

Doctor Whooves said while slamming a strange motherboard down to the Crystal Table with haste. The beeping, humming machine had six different light bulbs, each marked with a Cutie Mark of the Mane Six.

"W-What can I do to fix this, Doc? I know these mares are involved in some way, but how?"

WOOSH!

Just as I asked Doctor Whooves, Twilight and her friends had teleported in a bright purple flash of light.

"Glad you mares could make it, for I had discovered that the only way to defeat Lavan is with a crystal itself...Neigh, a Crystal Heart!"

"Wait...Like the one in the Crystal Empire? If so, I could just fly-"

Doctor Whooves stops Rainbow Dash from her idea of a quick fix with the machines on switch. A loud hum and a bright light signifying it's start up...

"Not exactly, for we have to make this Crystal Heart from scratch. Quick! I need all of you to express your feelings for Orion...It's the only way to forge a true crystal, with true emotion! Just say something, anything!"

The room grows quiet as we all attempt to wrap our heads around the Doctors order, the more time wasted the closer we were all to dying from a crystal monster. Within time, Fluttershy began to murmur something...

"I-...I like the way he doesn't attack us, and the way he's...soft to cuddle He's much funner to hug than any of the other animals I know."

The yellow mare says while looking away from me, a bright blush spread across her face while the machine beeped loudly. One light out of six was illuminated, the machine sputtering loudly as crystal fragments floated above it. I then think about it, and I remember spending a day with this kind yellow mare...All day was just tea, conversations, and plenty of hugs!

"More! We need each of you to say something positive about Orion! It should help our human friend recover his mild amnesia."

The Doctor shouted while the ground shook, the impending doom coming ever so closer while we all sat at the Crystal table...The next mare ready to speak being good old Pinkie Pie.

"I like the way he laughs! I thought I had a cute laugh, but my chuckle is nothing compared to his...Or his hugs!"

Pinkie Pie says with a bright blush and a wide smile, her locked eye contact making me feel so awkward...As I don't remember laughing with her, but apparently it was a genuine statement...In fact, I didn't recall much of the past with these mares, so I just sat there trying to recall all these events. The moment the pink mare trotted up to hug me, I immediately get a fuzzy flashback...Something about the two of us, working together at Sugar Cube Corner...She paid me in hugs and kisses! Why only now do I know this..?

The second light bulb sparks and now we're just waiting on four other mares...A quick chuckle and smirk emitting from Rainbow Dash as she trots up to me, hoof on my shoulder.

"Lemme tell you, Orion can really turn me on! I don't think there's any colt out there for me, but I know a human who's perfect for me...I love this guy."

DING!

The first idea that comes to mind when Dash says this is a recent memory I have...Possibly even from last night! I ensure that it's true while I put my hands on Rainbow Dash. My memory being accurate while I rubbed Dash's favorite spot behind her soft ear, a messy kiss resulting in this rub. I remember the warm sticky sensation of this mare's tongue, more and more memories flooding back to me while I savored her saliva. I had spent the most time sexually pleasing this mare, Rainbow Dash! A cute giggle is emitted while Dash moves head back away from me, a cute smile reminding me how she feels about me.

"Good! I can see my idea is correct...Orion's memories are slowly returning with every genuine statement. Keep it coming, mares!"

"I sure do like the way he can lug around barrels on the farm, sorta competes with my big brother! Ah, what the hay? He's better than Big Mac for one reason...I think ya'll know why that is, heh. "

DING!

I nervously blush as I think about Applejacks statement...and how true that was! I did remember helping her with chores on the farm, but I certainly did not remember...Wait!

It then hits me like a ton of bricks, all the time I spent with that orange mare; all the apple bucking and...intimate times we spent lying in the barn...I then look away towards Rarity, who struggles to think of something positive to say.

"Oh! I absolutely admire the free foalsitting he did for my Sweetiebelle. I could always count on him to make sure the Carousel Boutique didn't burn down."

The moment I heard that, I immediately remember sitting for little Sweetiebelle. Such a cute philly, maybe...a little too cute! I nervously cough as the machine beeps, for I remember what I did with Sweetiebelle while Rarity was away...Something I really wish I hadn't have done!

I turn towards Twilight for one final statement; something to finish up the spinning crystal fragments. I then think back to what the mysterious mare in my mind had told me...That when we first spoke, she basically roofied me...

"Well, I admire the way he didn't hold a grudge...Because when we first spoke...I sort of drugged him with a truth spell mixed with a love potion...Heh, but he forgave me...Isn't that right, Orion?"

DING!

I gulp and awkwardly nod as Twilight puts a hoof on me, and her horn coming in contact with my forehead. It is with this final gesture, a bright pink heart appears from the Doctor's wonderful machine. All the light bulbs illuminate to the strange harmonic hum, a bolt of lightning arising from mid-air. This cartoon shaped heart then hardens into a solid, glistening Crystal Heart, in which Doctor Whooves assumed I should hold. We all then walk down towards the crystallized ground floor together, all the mares standing behind me.

"Now, this should be pretty simple, Orion...As long as these mares stand aside you, every hit you take shall be ricocheted back twice as powerful! Therefore the power of friendship should now harm him...Good luck!"

Doctor Whooves said with an assured voice, his hoof pointing toward the crystal beast. I nervously hug the Crystal Heart and walk toward the now crystallized floor of Ponyville. There was no explanation on how to use this crystal weapon, and yet I still remain walking toward the growling beast.

"Hehe...Six ponies could not defeat me before, and now this one foolish human thinks he can stop me? Don't make me laugh"

The crystal figure bellowed out, standing tall on hind legs while he gazed down at me. Instead of doing the sane thing, and running away...I decide not to retreat, but to face this bully, regardless if I didn't understand the power of the Crystal Heart...I had to respond with something!

"Yeah, well the joke is on you, asshole! I may not look it, but I'm just as powerful as you, ya shiny piece of shit..."

...

My loud bantering soon leaves the creature mad, almost as if he knew what those curse words meant; In fact I think he did understand my vulgarity, as his first reaction was to throw a fist toward me...In which I did nothing, but stand my ground, the sudden hit backfiring and shattering the fist of this beast.

SHHHNG!

It had happened so fast, it left everypony present shocked, mouths hanging open as I remain untouched.

"Impossible...I AM INVINCIBLE!"

Without reason, another fist flies toward me, a barrier made by the Crystal Heart protecting me and shattering his left fist, two hands lost in under five minutes. The monster was now armless, and angrier than ever...In which he knew that attacking me would not end with my destruction...Leaving me to turn my hand towards the ponies watching the fight.

"Twilight, now!"

I call back to the mares behind me, their Elemental Powers charging up for one last finishing strike. The mares light up the whole sky with this charged rainbow blast, the powerful force of friendship knocking the crystal foe back. We all huddle together as the rainbow blast is reflected back towards us, the Crystal Heart lighting up and reflecting the beam back twice as powerful...

The Crystal Heart breaks to pieces as it reflects out, through the now shattered villain and up to the sky...Ending the dark clouds that lured over Ponyville. In an instance, it was all over, the happy ponies of Ponyville rushing up to the other mares and I. This situation was dealt with easily, thanks to the input of everypony here.

"You did it, Orion! You saved us!"

Twilight shouts while the crystal ground cracks beneath us, reformed back into rich dirt and grass thanks to the bright sunshine. It was a short lived victory though, as I remember what the Doctor had said...

I am doomed to bring more problems and monsters to Ponyville the longer I stay here...Yet I'm required to be here if we want to vanquish these beasts back to where they came from...What should I do? Just off myself...?

"Orion, what's wrong? We won! Ponyville is saved, all thanks to you!"

...I ignore Twilights claim and her hug, as I stare back toward Dr. Whooves...The real hero here! I quickly walk up to the British brown pony, who remains humble and nervous as hell. Soon enough, a celebration breaks out back at the castle, in which Doctor Whooves begins to talk to me.

"Orion, I may have overestimated the tension here...With my inventions and your confidence, I'm sure we could defeat any evil that shows up! I was over analyzing all of this and apologize if I put all the blame on you, earlier..."

"It's all fine! But...Doctor, do you know why I am here? Why can I only remember so much? Thanks to these caring mares, I'm alive...but why?"

"Believe it or not... I don't have an answer for you! My lab was ruined last night, every invention fried except for the Crystal Heart generator! I believe there are darker forces at hoof, and only time will tell us the answers...I do have a solution that might fix your temporary amnesia, but you might not like it..."

...Might not like it? What could it be? I doubt it's worse than anything I've already done...
