Magicites

In the forest, pinkie pie was jumping around being excited as usual. Its been about a week since any of them have gone to canterlot for a reunion with the princesses. This will not be a political arrangement, instead it was a get together for fun.
The all could have gone through the train, but Fluttershy insisnted on walking throuhg the newly acknowledge reservation for exotic animals. The forest was larger than ever and the tress were closely packed together that made flying impossible. this irrated rainbow dash alot.
"Was this really necessary. I mean, come on, its nice to see this place have animals but i can't spread my wings."

"well," started Fluttershy, " If appreacited to take your time, maybe you will not be complaining this much. Besides its nice to see all of these new critters. I do hope we meet one of those Black tail spiders. Large but oh so cuddly"

"Well, i for one don't mind this at all," said pinkie pie, " all these trees close together makes you feel that you are in a rainforest. minus the rain, tropical tress, niosy animals, mucky land, and-"

"We get it," Twilight silence her," Besides, i heard that Professor Maple was goin in this forest serveying some newly found poison joke. It will be nice to see him and learn something new."

"Thats alright and all, suger cube. But we all agreed to visit Princess Celestia and Luna, not mossy over our own adventure." Stated Applejack.

"She's right, you know. i would really like to meet them again. Its been a while since we meet them for something not princess related." rarity said.

The mares continue on thorugh the forest, until they heard a moan. they all stop but pinkie continue jumping until she saw Maple on the ground.

"I found him!"

"Would you kindly not shout, i don't feel good" maple replied.

The friends hurried over to see him barely being able to stand.

"What happened?"

"I don't rememeber much. I was standing here taking notes on my reaserch, then i heard a hiss. Next thing i kenw i was laying on the ground with a severe headache."

"Maybe you shoudl go the Doctor," offerd Fluttershy.

"No. I just need an aspirin."

"Here you go" pinkie said as she held out a tin of aspirin

"Um thanks" he took the tinm and swallowed two. "So what brings you all in the the Second Canterlot reservation?"

"Well we-" Twilight started.

"We were goin to meet the Princesses. But then Fluttershy decided that we go walking becasue she wanted a to see the new animals being held here in the reserve. Then we walked and walked until we met you" Smiled Pinkie.

"well you should best be going." he said, "I Still need to finish my reaserch."

"No problem, come on girls." said twilight..

About 5 hours later, maple was almost out of aspirin. he did not know why but this headache continue to annoy him. He kept on with his reaserch until he notice something on the ground. He got closer and saw the spider crrature dead. He did not rememebr swatting it. Nor was he aware that it cam near him. But he kep the body in his petridish for axamination.
the creauture was abnormally large and it appears to have a form of proboscis. Like that of a butterfly only this one was cuh larger and it seem it could be enlarged.
He was ready to dissect it when he sneezed on it. He was ready cursed himself, until he notice that his spit was black. This caught his eye, he spit out on to a different tray to confirmerd that he had some stange black goo in him. He labaled "his spit".
He tried to used his magic to get his phone but it somehow felt much difficult to do. He was more tired than ever and fell on the ground. Maple saw the world blurry and closed his eyes for the last time.
His body remained motionless for a while until his left side chest started to move. something was moving inside of him. there was a creature swiming inside of his body. Soon a small head poked out of the ribcage. face appeared to bee a mixed of a pony and dragon. Onlt his one had no eyes, a smooth head and a small mout on the tip of the head. The creature slitther out and move to the forest.
But the body proved to had another one of this thing and slither along side with it.

One week had past and no pony was able to find maple at all. His meeting with other scienctist had come and pass. Even strange was that more and more ponies who visitied the new reserve never came back. Canterlot was starting to have full bulliten filled with missing posters.
Celestia had enough, and decided to send some soldiers into the forest. To ensure she was inform, they brought built in camera and the new tracker.
They enter the forest with thier horn lit, as the day was cloudy enough to make the forest darka s night. AS they enter, there was silence.
"So do yoy guys hear that?"

"No, i hear nothing"

"Exactly. The last few times that i went in here, there was noise by many different animals. Now there is nothing. Makes me feel worry about what happened."

"Hey if you are so worry about this, then why not ask the princess to bring in the wielders of the elements harmony, they can handle this."

~"Smart idea, i want to go"~ the radio let out.

"Wait, who is this?" ask the leader.

~"Me, Pinkie pie the one who wields Laugther. Princess Celestia allowed me and my to watch your mission. ARe you going to catch the crooks? Or Are they making a suprise party?"

"Would you get off this frequency, We will be needing to talk with the princess."

~"I can still hear you all." Replied the Princess.~"Just inform me when you find them."~

The group now felt a tad bit irritated, not only do they have to behave better, they have to listen to the side converstaion of the princess and the Wielder.
Tread through th forest and started to notice strange gunk on some fo the trees. The trees were coverd with some hard material that made it appear to look like some cave. AS they apporach the center of the forest, the gunk started to appear much more and create mounds around the trees. Some even started to form small caves. The team of 8 stopped dead in their track as they saw a large mound that towered over them. the Mound appeard to made out of the same gunk on this was much harder and smoother.

"Princess are you looking at this?"

~"yes i am.What is that?"

"i have no idea. It appears to be some form of nest. But i have no knowledge of any creature that can do that kind of nest. Could any of the exotic animals do that?"

~"No, none of them."~ the radio replied that sounded like Fluttershy.~" Maybe there is a new creature there."~ she sounded a tad bit excited.

"Well, for one think that it is better for us to investigate. May be the missing are being held there?"

~"I will permit this. Just leave some one outside to gaurd."~

"Sure thing, princess. Alright you heard her, you two will stay outside, the rest of you come inside with me. Lets make this quick."

The captain entered with his soldiers, into the nest. Ouside, the two unicors male waited patiently.
