This story takes place during the third chapter of The Chronicles of Moonshade; Part 3. It also takes place 2 weeks after Sphinx_Herald's Crimson Mare, Choices chapter

The story goes to describe what happened to Midnight that led to the fateful meeting of two mares whose pasts are very troubled. Knowing what Nova is going through Moonshade is eager to help her new aquiantence in dealing with her past butMoon still has her own demons to worry about. Can Moon help the suffering pegasus and what price will she have to pay?
