"So how are you liking Ponyville Button?" Sweetie said as she caught up with Button.

"Well it seems fine and if everyone here is as nice as you then it will be great here." Button said "So do you have any friends?"

"Yeah, I have two friends Scootaloo and Applebloom, were like sisters."SweetieBell answered in enthusiasm "So have you made any friends yet?"

"Not including you no, but i plan to make some at school." Button said noticing a pink filly with a purple mane and a silver filly with a white mane.

"Cool then what school are . . ." Sweetie started to say as Diamond Tiara came up to them and said "Hey Silver look its Squeaky Wheel!" Diamond Tiara said sneering at SweetieBell.

"Oh and look she's with her blank flank colt-friend." Silver Spoon said looking straight at Button.

Button said angerly as he stepped closer to the fillies, "Who are you calling blank flanks."

Diamond, not noticing the black aura that was forming around him, said "You and you stupid mare-friend, obviously."

Seeing SweetieBell crying, Button snaped running up to the fillies grabbing their manes and said "LEAVE US ALONE!" as he pushed them on the ground going towards SweetieBell.

Without saying a word both of the fillies ran away as fast as they could.

Button still next to SweetieBell asked "Are you ok, I'm sorry if I scared you I just hate being picked on and hate it even more when other ponies are getting picked on."

SweetieBell backed away from Button with tears still in her eyes afraid of the fact that he might lash out again.

"SweetieBell please don't hate me please I was just trying to protect you." Button pleaded as he walked closer and tripped on a rock falling onto SweetieBell.

SweetieBell pushed Button off of her as she dtopped crying.

Button backed away from SweetieBell and said, " I hear my Mom calling I have to go bye." As he rushed off to where he heard his Mom.

"Hey SweetieBell what in tarnation did ah just see." Asked Applebloom as she walked over to SweetieBell.

"You saw that?" asked SweetieBell nervously.

"Yeah ah understand how it all happened but why didn't you thank him or anything I mean he did protect you and everything." Applebloom said before Sweetie could get a word in.

"One I was in shock and two I wasn't thinking straight." SweetieBell said as she got up and started walking home. "Hey Applebloom can we keep this to ourselves I don't want Scootaloo finding out or I will never hear the end of it."

"My lips are sealed." Applebloom said. "So how did you meet him?"

"Well, it all started after we got cleaned up. . . "

"Hi Mom, so where's our new house?" Button asked while he hugged his Mom.

"Oh it's a liight walk from that boutique that a mare named Rarity and her sister SweetieBell live in." Lovetap said as she pointed to the house.

"Oh really . . . that's cool." Button said as he thought about what happened a few minutes ago.

"So Button what do you want for dinner I invited Rarity and SweetieBell over as well as sort of a moving in party?" Lovetap said as she saw Button faint, all this excitement was really doing a number on the colt.

"Great now what happened, I guess I'll just make french toast." Lovetap said as she grabbed Button and put him on her back.

"Rarity I'm home what's for dinner." SweetieBell said as she entered the boutique.

"I don't know darling we were invited by Lovetap to come over to their house for a moving in party." Rarity said as she styled her mane.

"Really, wait who's Lovetap?" Sweetie said fearing she knew the answer.

"She's a wonderful mare who moved to Ponyville today with her two sons and her husband." said Rarity as she started to put makeup on.

"Does one of her colts happen to be named Button?" Sweetie asked hoping she said no.

"Why yes I believe that was her son's name and I heard that he did have quite a temper and was a very dedicated gamer I think you would like him." Rarity said as she pushed SweetieBell out the door, "Now let's go so were not late."

"But, but, but . . ." SweetieBell said as she was pushed out of the boutique.

"No buts now lets get going."Rarity said as she grabbed SweetieBell and forced her to follow her, "So it seems like you know this colt but how?"

"Well I met him when we finished Crusading and I cleanef up. Then I saw him we talked then we got a milkshake, and fter that we got bullied by Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon, but Button scared them off then he left and now this is happening." SweetieBell said skipping over the part where he fell on her and when she fell and 'kissed' him.

"So do you like him." Rarity said as she playfully shoved her sister.

"No! Unless you mean as a friend because he does seem nice." Sweetie said as she thought about how button protected her.

"Yeah sure." Rarity said as she rolled her eyes.

The rest of the walk  was silent except for the occasional "hello" from a pony until they reached Button's house.

"Um, hello is this the right house?" Rarity said as she knocked on the door.

"Oh hi you must be Rarity and SweetieBell come in come in." Said a brown stalion with a black and red  mane.

"Thank you and whats your name?"Rarity said as SweetieBell  walked in and she followed.

"Oh I'm Rage Quit and my wife's name is Lovetap and my two sons names are Cheat Code and Button Mash." He said as he closed the door and said "Boys come down here our guests are here."

"Im comming." said Cheat Code, a light brown Stalion with a white mane, as he walked down the stairs, "Don't bother calling button he's in his gaming mode we probably won't see him until he smells Mom's food."

"So this is your son I was expecting someone younger exactly how old is he?" Rarity said as she stared at Cheat Code.

"He is 22 if im not mistaken." Rage Quit said with a smile.

"How is that possible im only 20 yet he looks younger  then me?" Rarity said as he thought about how old she actually looked.

"Oh so you must be Rarity a plesure meeting you." Cheat Code said as he winked at Rarity making her blush slightly.

"Um excuse me Mr. Rage Quit can I go see Button?" SweetieBell asked while trying not to sound anxious.

"Sure but don't be mad if he ignores you he doesn't really pay attention anything but beating the bosses and trying not to die." Rage Quit said as he started to grab a Joyboy from the counter, "I have no idea where he gets it from."

"Sure you don’t." SweetieBell said chuckling as she went up the stairs.

"GAH, WHY CANT I BEAT THIS BOSS!" Button screemed as he respawned. "I know if i keep a fire power up i can burn Bowser alive but then i have to deal with his giant form and thats better with a helicopter but the helicopter doesn't work that well when im trying to wave peach, what to do what to do." (Bonus points if you can name the game)

"Hi Button."Sweetie said as she entered his room.

"Ok now I know what to do I'll use a mini mushroom to get a jump boost but I'll have to be carefull I don't get hit."

"Hello Button you there?" Sweetie said as she walked over to him.

"Oh hi." Button said not paying attention to who he was talking.

"So can I play with you?" Sweetie asked looking at the game.

"Sure grab a controller just don't try to troll me." Button said half-heartedly having all his focus on the game.

"So what do I do now?" Sweetie asked as she connected her controller and was put in the game.

"Wow you haven't played in a while have you fine I'll explain it again, press two to jump then you press one to use power ups and hold one to run then you just use the arrows to move now lets beat this boss." Button said as he entered the stage. "Ok, follow me."

"Um why are we fighting the final boss already?" Sweetie said nervously.

"What do you mean I have been trying to beat this level for days Cheat Code." Button said still not paying attention to who he was talking to.

"I'm not Cheat Code!" Sweetie yelled at Button.

"Huh . . . Oh hi SweetieBell whe did you get here." Button said just as he relized who he ws talking to.

"I've been here for a while now, wow your family wasn't kidding when they said you zone out when you play those games." Sweetie said as she grabbed Button's controller with here magic. "There we go know lets go eat."

Button just grabbed another controller and started playing again saying "Sure, I'll get to that after I beat this boss." As he went back to playing.

"Fine then I'll help you out." Sweetie said as she started to play.

They tried and tried and tried but they couldn't beat Bowser until Button went crazy and said "You will die today!" As he stated rapidly tapping the buttons and getting through the level without taking a hit. A Few moments later he screamed "I beat him!"

"Good, now can we eat, I'm starving." Sweetie said as she went down the stairs.

"Sure lets go."  Button said as he ran down the stairs leaving his Joyboy on.

"Button you left your, and he's gone, I might as well turn it off for him." Sweetie said as she walked closer to the device. "Megamare X I wonder what this is.?" Sweetie said as she started playing.

"So what’s for dinner?" Button asked as he ran to the table.

"We are having french toast, hey wait where's SweetieBell?" Lovetap said as she scanned the room.

"I don't know, she said she was comming down I wonder what taking her so long." Button said as he started to walk up the stairs.

"Just tell her dinner is ready and we won't start without her." Lovetap said as she started to plate the food.

"Ok I will, Oophf." Button said sa he ran up the stairs into SweetieBell and fell down the stairs.

"Sorry, Button are you ok!" Sweetie exclamed as she rushed down the stairs to where Button was on the floor.

"I'm ok." Button said as he got up before his forehoof buckled in pain, "No I'm not!" Button said as he fell to the floor.

"Button!" Everyone said as he fell to the floor as Lovetap rushed over.

"I'm ok just need some help walking." Button said as he leaned on the wall to keep from putting much pressure on his forehoof.

"I'll help you I'm the one who made you fall." SweetieBell said as she grabbed Button and put his forehoof on her back.

"Well this is embarrassing." Button said as he walked closer to SweetieBell for support.

"How so?" Sweetie rudely asked.

"I can keep you from getting bullied yet I can't take a fall down the stairs." Button said remembering what happened before.

"Life is ironic huh." Sweetie said with a giggle, "lets just eat."

The rest of the night was ineventfull with everyone eating chatting about what happened and then leaving.

"Bye Button." Sweetie said as she walked out the door.

"Bye."Button said as he waved goodbye while leaning on his mom for support.
