A teenaged wolf named Al Bennett decides to do something about the mysterious rise in criminal activity in the kingdom of Canterlot.

And so, after mutating a pig into his anthropomorphic sidekick and putting him through fierce training, he dons a transmogrification device and a costume in order to fight evil and crime under the alias of the shapeshifting hero named 'Kid Chameleon'.
