Elysium is a world governed by Harmony. In all things it is the final arbiter, but it does not judge puny rocks, nor deadly landslides. It is a system with human-shaped loopholes.

Author's Note: I started developing this concept after Magical Mystery Cure. I used some later canon ideas to flesh it out, like the Tree of Harmony, which was exactly what I needed to build large parts of this world, but for practical purposes nothing past the S3 finale is canon with this story.
