Strong's Love Life

Sup guys, the names Strong, Strong The Werehog if you didn't already know that, I'm the last of my kind..........I think. The reason behind it is I've never seen another werehog since my parent's death, which happen when I was a few months old. As I said I was only a werehoglete when it happened, you think anyone at the at age wouldn't remember anything right? Wrong. To this day their deaths still bring me to tears just thinking about it, and what makes it worse is what happened in the first place. My dad and I were in the family room playing fetch, our house was small but we didn't care, just as long as we had one. So anyways back to the story, my mom was in the kitchen making dinner, until we heard a loud scream.

My dad immediately ran in there to help......but he was too late, I walked in on all fours with fear in my eyes, scared if my mom was hurt, of course I was right, she was dead. Laying in a pool of her own blood was my mother, my eyes went wide at the horrific sight in front of me, my dad turned to the killer in rage screaming, "YOU SON OF A BITCH!!!" He lunged at him, bearing his fangs and lashing his claws, but he never got the chance to attack, if it weren't for that blade in his chest he'd still be alive. With one final breath, he rasped out, "R-run Strong.....", then the demon turned to me, with an evil grin he spoke with words that would scare any child no matter the age.

"So you're Strong, well it looks like this will be easy." He retracted from my dad's chest and began floating towards me, laughing like a maniac from insane asylum. I backed up from the monster as far as I could but the kitchen door stopped me, tears began to form in my eyes from the fear of being taken by this demonic killer. But when I looked towards the corpses of my now dead parents, something inside of me cracked, and completely shattered, my happiness. Once it was gone something began taking it's place, a certain item that made my blood boil to a temperature that would fry eggs if cracked on me. I bared my fangs, growling as I began taking steps towards him, this new feeling was giving me courage, destroying any fear I had. This, was anger.

Seeing this only made him laugh even harder, which filled my tank of anger to the point it was overflowing, I lunged at him with full force knocked him to the floor. I clamped my jaws around his ankle and began smashing him around like a rag doll, he yelled out in pain as I continued to slam him around the kitchen. After a few more swings I threw him at the door, causing him to go through it, kinda like the koolaid man except a little more realistic. Stepping over pieces of broken wood, I slowly made my way towards him, foam forming at my lips and a taste for blood. "St-stay back!" I ignored his demand and lunged at him with my claws, only to slash the couch, confused as to where he could have gone I searched behind the couch. "You are very tough, for a weakling like you," I turned around to find him in a shadow of the room, the only thing I saw were his eyes. "But know this, one day you will succumb to my darkness, and you and I will cover this world with it."

He disappeared into his little portal, I hoped I would never see him again, my anger had died down as I slowly walked back to the kitchen. Staring down at them as tears formed in my eyes as I howled in pain and sorrow, this would surely haunt me for the rest of my life.

So that's why I'm the way I am, but later on I'll explain more, as for now enjoy the story.

"Alright guys I think I got it working, let's hope this works."

"Just pray that it doesn't blow up like the last time," I said hiding behind a flipped table, fearing that Tails' machine would explode again.

"Okay guys*gulp*here goes nothing." Tails flipped the switch to the power box, causing the machine to start sparking, eventually turning on the generator. The lights started going nuts from the power, I always wondered how much Tails uses for his entire house, I mean the fox has crazy experiments in the basement. The ground began vibrating as if an earthquake was happening, meanwhile, I was clutching onto Camo and Night in fear if this blows up the whole house. Tails hid behind the table with us as the machine began lighting up, shaking like a hardcore washing machine on steroids and cocaine.

"Uh T-Tails, I think it's overloading!" Camo yelled as he pointed to the contraption, then the door to the basement opened.

"Hey Tails, what's with all the shaking? I can feel it all the way from my house." We turned to see Sonic, who was very unlucky as the machine exploded, sending him flying into a pile of junk. A thick cloud of dust and smoke filled the room for a few seconds, Sonic slowly rose from the pile coughing as held his back from the pain. "God Tails, next time you should warn me if you're working on some dangerous experiments." All of a sudden a beam of light shined from the machine, turning his head to the source Tails' eyes went wide.

"I-It worked, IT WORKED!!!" he exclaimed jumping over the table and standing in front of his creation. We slowly looked up to see what he was so excited about and shocked to find a portal, to another world, had opened.

"Well at least the house is in one piece, so that's what it's supposed to do?" I said standing up when I saw this thing in action, I will admit I was amazed at the sight. The portal seemed to open up to a starry night sky with a few clouds floating on by, it looked peaceful......very peaceful. I stood beside Tails and placed a paw on his shoulder with a smile, proud of his work.

"So what do you guys think?"

"It's amazing Tails, what do you think is on the other side?" Tails just shrugged, sure it was revealing a nice scenery but the question is where this amazing sight taking place? Camo and Night stood beside us as Max ran downstairs intrigued by the event, Tails walked over to his computer monitor to check the location.

"Hm that's weird, I've never even heard of this place? What the heck is--" before Tails could reveal the location, winds began picking up from the other side slowly sucking us in. "Uh oh, guys I can't shut it off!" Sonic ran over to the machine and started running the opposite direction, that only made things worse and the winds stronger. Camo and Night flew through but I grabbed them just in the nick of time until I went with them. Grabbing onto the portal's rim with a free paw I tried pulling us back, Tails and Sonic tried pulling me but were failing miserably. Then I spotted Max flying towards me, I had only a few seconds to react before my little bro would get thrown into the air. At that point everything went slow motion, my friends flapping in the wind while the other two try to help, I let go of the portal and grabbed Max.

The once my decision was made time went back to normal and we ended up being separated from our home. I held onto Max as we began to fall through a.........rainbow? The four of us were slowly hurdling towards the ground, turning to Camo with a quick answer and hope that he'd be able to stop us from crashing. "Camo! F-fly us oughta here!!!

"On it-wait......WHERES MY TAILS!?" He screamed frantically while searching for his tails, which had mysteriously disappeared along with his.......everything!? Night was freaking out too, confused as hell what happened to him and barely for our appending doom.

"Uh guys, I get that the both of you are scared shitless about your looks, but I think we should be more afraid of our soon to be graves!!!" They looked down one last time before screaming in terror, in about 10 seconds we crashed into the ground creating a huge crater before blacking out.

"Uuuuuh god my head.......", slowly getting my vision back I awoke to find people staring down at us, the only thing I found weird was the purple girl with pony ears a horn, and wings.

"Wait, your not Sunset, who are you?"

"Who's Sunset?" A woman's cry answered my question making my eyes go wide, "Please tell me I didn't land on her." I turned to the girl and sighed in relief that she was fine.....sorta. She was in tears with patches of grass and dirt crying her heart out, I felt bad and a tad awkward so I climbed out dusting myself off. "Man, we really did a number on your front lawn, sorry about the mess." I rubbed my neck awkwardly, then remembering about my friends and Sunset. "Here let me help you out," I tried stretching my arm out but I couldn't use my stretch ability. "Ok that's weird, I'll worry about it later."

Lending a hand to Sunset she hesitated, "W-why would you help me? I'm nothing but a bully..." I merely shrugged with a friendly smile.

"I don't know what was happening here before we arrived, but it won't change my nature to be kind." She rubbed her eyes and smiled, slowly taking my hand and climbing out of the hole. I saw Camo, Night and......Max!? They transformed into humans! Sliding down and tossing them out of the hole, I climbed out to hear them groaning in pain.

"Strong the next time we go through a portal, remind me to bring parachutes." I rolled my eyes and grinned, even though Camo can't handle a fall like that but he'll still be in a good mood.

"I agree with him, but I'm more concerned about our forms," I looked myself over, I lost all my fur except on my head and chest. I no longer felt my tail behind me or the spines on my back, I had been given a leather jacket with shredded sleeves making me look like I had fur.

I checked the guys out, camo still had his clothes but lost all his Fox features, Night had shredded gray shorts and a black tank top. Finally, Max intrigued me the most, my lil bro had gray skin, eyes, hair, a green shirt, brown cargo shorts and socks n' sandals.

People gave us weird looks when I looked around, sighing as I looked up to see just a starry night sky.

"It's gonna be awhile till they can find us......"
