Power Heroes Adventures II: Age of Lightning

In the base Spike was fixing up the jet but the damage was bad seeing that Dust put a mammoth sized hole in the interior and engine. This was going to be his biggest challenge ever, grabbing his tools Spike began his work on the damaged jet.

"Dash I can't believe you fought her and managed to survive," said Shy in surprise.

"I still can't believe she's here in Metropolis," said Dash pondering her thoughts.

The thought came from Twilight to say the same thing but never spoke, danger to cause an argument between her friends. After what just happened with Dust, how Rainbow showed her powers but not the full extent of them.

"Rainbow the ship wasn't able to handle all that damage Dust did," said Fluttershy with a concerned look.

Dash didn't say anything but left in a huff to her room where a picture of her and Lightning Dust when they were in flight training together. The picture sent a heartache that went up her spine all the way back to her heart, Dust wanted to be the best but fell short in front of Rainbow Dash.

"Dash are you alright?" asked Fluttershy who broke Dash's concentration.

"No not really, I remembered something that I wish would leave my mind...but it won't unless I finish this once and for all," said Dash determined, setting the picture down.

Fluttershy embraced her friend tightly which gave Dash a reason to cry a little then realized that killing Lightning Dust will be the only way her mind will be at ease but this wasn't going to be a easy turn.

"Shy I need you to start up the training room, I'm about to go to war," said Dash as she walked out of her room.

"O-Okay, any special preferences I should know about?" asked Shy concerned.

"Would you mind playing my favorite song from Five Finger Death Punch?" asked Dash.

They both stepped in the training room which was a empty white room with an observing tower with all sorts of fighting simulations for anyone for any kind of training. Dash put on her costume as Shy played the requested song.

"Start off strong ok?" said Dash.

Fluttershy played a clone simulation that had clones of Lightning Dust, Dash flew up and fired shots of lightning balls at them causing them to fizzle to nothingness and Spike along with the others watched as well and were impressed with every move.

"She's gradually getting stronger with each attack," said Applejack.

"Yep," said Pinkie as the song ended.

Dash came out ready to fight Dust, not even looking at her friends but continued to walk in the street and in the distance they're laid Lightning Dust standing there face to face with Rainbow Dash.

"Rainbow you ready to lose or die?" asked Dust with a devious smirk.

"It ends now," said Dash with no emotion on her face.

"I know it does," responded Dust.

Dash flew toward her, grabbing her and tearing through buildings until they landed on one and began hitting each other with powerful moves, even though Dash tried to hit her with a light strike Dust countered with an earth shattering energy blast sending Rainbow flying into the cold hard ground hard enough to cause a crater.

"THIS IS MY WORLD NOW RAINBOW!" shouted Dust as she fired a ball of energy at Dash.

Dash got up and ran as fast as she could, trying to avoid the giant ball of energy but the more time she ran the more it grew in size until Pinkie picked her up and ran fast.

"Pinkie! Boy am I glad to see you!" said Dash with a sigh of relief.

"No time to talk, come on I have an idea that's crazy but it just might work," said Pinkie as she ran to the base.

Pinkie set her down and began typing in a code which made Dash even more confused but whatever Pinkie was planning it'd better work.

"Alright I got something for you that should work," said Pinkie as she handed her a piece of candy.

"Pinkie this is no time for candy," retorted Dash but Pinkie shoved the candy down her throat.

The candy gave Rainbow power beyond anyone comprehension and her eyes turned white as lightning.

"Let's do this!" said Dash as she flew out.

The energy ball was about the size of the sun and closing in on Rainbow fast so Dash created a tornado spin to send it flying then caused an extreme thunderstorm to vaporize it completely.

"How? No! Impossible!" shouted Dust as she charged full speed at Rainbow.

Dash moved out of the way and into traffic with Dust not too far behind, cars and trucks saw the two going at a very high speed of 120 mph or more since they were on a busy highway causing more of a ruckus, beside them was Spike's fully repaired jet trailing beside Dash.

"Dash stay down!" shouted Rarity as she used her bracelets to sprout out a rocket launcher and blasted Dust off the highway into the street, skidding hard on the ground.

"Nice shot Rarity," said Twilight.

Dash gave her a thumbs up and went down on the street and Lightning caused an energy shockwave that sent her flying and almost hitting a car but landed on her feet.
