Girls Just Wanna Have Fun

With the sun finale creeping up over the horizon of the town, the girls all rose rubbing their eyes with tired movements. They got up and began to get dressed for the day ahead. As the girls were in the main room getting ready, and Bloom was in the bathroom (Because.) they all awaited the day ahead. With all the bases covered they all left the house for their cars, saying goodbye as rainbow went the way to the GameStop for her saturday shift, and the apples went the other way back to the farm.

As the engine stopped and the girls leaped down from the truck's running boards and onto the ground, they contemplated how to enter the house without being yelled at.

They decided to sneak in through the front door, making sure to be in bed by the time Granny awoke.

"Ok, I don't see anyone it should be safe." Jack told as she creaked the door open

'Well, well... It seems you weren't in bed last night." Granny exclaimed as both the apple girls turned around shivering in fear of the old girl.

"Um..." Bloom was cut off.

"Save it for the pigs youngin', You'll both be shoveling' the dung this saterdy', and as for you little one." granny ordered as a shiver went down Bloom's spine. She thought the manure would be all, but when Granny says "As for you." she knew she was in for something more, Jack knew this too.

"Jack, you best be gettin' to the cows, you try and make it so Bloom don't have to work in pain too much." Granny told as jack ran to the cow house. As for appleBloom, she went with Granny to the back room, her head down the whole way.

After about ten minutes, of muffled yelps and a cracking sound, AppleBloom came out of the back room rubbing her ass furiously as she walked out to the cow house. Jack greeted her with a tender hug.

"You ok, lil' sis?" she questioned of her sister.

"Yeah not like I care, the night was still worth it." She told.

After ward Jack handed her a shovel and they worked like their was no tomorrow, when they were done they went inside for a drink break.

"So, would you like ter' go with me and R.D. to the mall, I was hopin' to catch her when she was on her break today, you in?" Jack inquired.

"Oh wow, I'd love to that would be so AWESOME after that start of the day, let's go, big sis!" She yelled as they lept out the door.

As they entered the Canterlot mall with smiles on their faces, they ran through the mall trying to find the store Rainbow worked at. At Last they finally found it, the Canterlot mall Gamestop, where all things game Reside. At the front of the store was Rainbow closing up here register and leaving for lunch. All at once she saw the two Apples and her face lit up. Rainbow, wearing a low cut black above the belly button shirt that said GameStop (game in red, and stop in white), gave them both a hug.

"W-hell, I wasn't expecting you two to be here right about now, especially not you my little dude-ette, I thought for sure you'd be stuck in your room with an ice pack on your ass after last night." Rainbow told as she fist bumped AppleJack.

"Wait, how do you know about' Granny's punishments?" Bloom questioned the rainbow haired girl.

"Oh please, I was friend with old Jackie back in grade school, I know how your "Granny" does it." She answered.

"Ok, ok enough reminiscing, let's go Whinn-sulz Pretzels and get a twister, gotta be productive with your break." Jack blurted as they left the store front.

With their pretzels in hand they all sat down to enjoy its salty goodness. As the time went on, Rainbow realized that her break was almost over.

"Well, it seems I'm almost out of time, but before I go, Jackie... I'd like to give you something." Rainbow blurted as the Apples were still eating.

"Well, go... ahead... and say it then... R.D." She spoke through her mouth full of pretzel. Rainbow reached into her bag and pulled a game case, the name of which jack couldn't make out. Once Rainbow fully pulled it out Jack and Bloom sat in awe, their mouths at full extension.

"I-Is that what I think it is?" Jack said through her surprise.

"You bet, Guitar Hero Live..." she was cut off by Bloom.

"But those don't come until next week, how could you get a copy?" She yelled to the whole food court.

"Well you know, they came in a weak early and all the employees were given two copies of the game and two guitar and drum sets, so... I thought I'd give the other copy and instruments, since you were into that kinda thing." She explained as permanent smiles stretched across the Apples' faces.

"Wow, you are the best Rainbow Dash, this is so AWESOME!!" Bloom yelled again.

"Well I gotta get back to the store, the mid-day crowd will be here soon." Rainbow said leaving in the direction of the Gamestop.

"Yeah, be seein' ya' R.D. Come on Bloom, we gotta get back for egg harvesting, you don't want a repeat of this morning, do you?" Jackie teased.

"Oh gosh NO. Let's go!" she yelled yet again as they ran for the exit.

As they got home the day slightly past mid when they got to the chicken coop for the eggs. With all the chickens taken from they finally had time to play the new game they got, with Jack on drums, and Bloom on guitar, and a spare mic stand combined with the mic, allowed Bloom to also do vocals without her hands. They played many a rock band before they were done, Black Sabbath, Guns n Roses, NickelBack, and even Three Days Grace. After a while Jack's bass foot hurt, as did Bloom's voice and they decided to turn in as it was very late.

"Wow big sis' that was really fun, I'm glad you could take all those drum solos." Bloom congratulated Jack.

"Well I'm surprised you could keep up with Panic! at The Disco on vocals, Little sis'." Jack congratulated back.

With the final words spoken they both hugged each other goodnight and turned off the lights knowing this day had been a great day... well except for the morning.
