Nopony else knew. Nopony else truly knew of the weight on her shoulders. Not Luna, not Cadence, not Twilight. Celestia shuddered, and extended her white wings to their full length. She flicked them, as if to take flight, but remained grounded. She sighed, lit a fire in the empty hearth, and opened one of the many scrolls she kept. She laid down on a large cushion, and started reading,

          "Dear Princess Celestia,

My friend Applejack is the best friend a pony could ever have. And she's always there to help any pony. The only trouble is, when she needs help...."

Celestia was cut off by a flash of light. Discord appeared with his eagle claw was in a, snapping position. He crouched down so that he was eye-level to Celestia.

"Oh what's wrong Celestia?" Discord made a pouty face and flicked her lower lip causing her somber expression to become a pout similar to his. She managed a giggle and made room for him on the cushion. He obliged and settled his long body next to hers.

Celestia thought about the many nights they spent in the caves and meadows outside the borders of Equestria, talking, laughing, and enjoying their young lives.

"Tell Uncle Discord what's wrong and he'll fix it," Discord teased.

"Even Uncle Discord can't fix this," Celestia murmured sadly. Discord was speechless. He tried again and again to cheer her up but a cloud of gloom hung over the white alicorn's head. As more and more of Discord's atemps to make her smile failed, he soon became angry and hurt.

"Well fine then, Celestia! If you can't appreciate me using my chaotic powers for GOOD, (And for you none the less!) I guess I'll be going then!" He snapped, made a door appear, walked through, and teleported into nothingness, slamming the door behind him.

Celestia's tears formed a small puddle on the floor.
