FALLOUT EQUESTRIA: THE BALLOD OF HEART SHOT

CH 1 ESCAPE FROM NOR.A.D.

A tall pink allicorn and I round the corner of a grimy hallway. I groan and say “Man I hate patrol sis…. Why do we have to do this again?”

The pink one sighs “Because we are the only two that don’t need rad away to go through here goof. Besides don’t you want to spend more time with your big sister heart shot?” she grins evilly and says in a teasing tone “Maybe you want to spend time with that supply unicorn instead… what was her name? Smooth acquisitions?”

I give her a cheeky grin and say “oh we all know you would rather spend more time with Snuffy Tuffy.”

She goes wide eyed and says “b-but how did you…?”

I role my eyes and say “please the whole base could here you two last night... by the way you should cut down your dirty talk Heart Strike… you were laying it on a bit too thick.”

Heart strike groans “dear Faust I hate it when this shit h-" the sound of a gunshot can be heard down the hallway behind us. Heart strikes ears swivel to the sound and she takes out her combat knife and 10 mm pistol “what the buck?”

I pull out my varmint rifle with night scope floating it in front of me as I turn around “we should head back.”

She nods and starts running back the way we came, me following close behind. The sounds of gun fire becoming more and more frequent as we approach the hallway we think it is coming from she shouts back to me “Left” and starts to round the left corner pausing just shy of it so I can get next to her.

I respond as I get on her right side and respond “right” we both round the corners casting our strongest shields as we do while we shout in the royal canterlot whiny “WHAT IS THE MEENING OF THIS!!!”

The gun fire stops and in front of me is about a quarter of the base dug in using overturned desks as cover, general Quick Draw leading them. In front of my sister is about half the base not using any cover and led by my mother.

She and quick draw walk to the shields and my sister looks at my mother and says “What the hay happened?”

Mom looks at her with pleading eyes “Shot, Strike please come over to mommy I promise you won’t regret it”

I look back just in time to see privet snuffy tuffy and specialist Smooth acquisitions walking towards us in unison saying in unison while giving us bedroom eyes “yes, join with us.”

General quick draw sighs and I look at him he looks down cast and says “we have a fallen star situation, sergeants”

I look back at mom and she looks to snuffy “dearest snuffy can you tell me what a fallen star situation is?”

He smiles gleefully and says “oh yes goddess it would be my pleasure. A fallen star is what we call the situation we find ourselves in… specifically you are turned nightmare goddess. Dose my answer please you goddess?”

I drop my shield and turn around looking at my mo-…. No what was my mother “night mare… release them” I throw up my shield to reinforce my sisters.

Nightmare cadence looks at me and sighs dejectedly and says “my name is queen nightmare lust. Snuffy you and acquisitions failed me…. Kill your self’s”

They both smile widely and put there fire arms against each other’s temples and say “for goddess we obey” they then both pull the trigger at the same time blowing each other’s brains out.

My shield flickers out of existence as I just stare at their bodies in shock. My sister’s shield shines brighter and her horn crackles with power “shot… grab all the bags and get out of here… I will meet you at the door…” I just stand there in shock looking at the bodies my rifle shaking in my grasp she then continues “general by royal decree I am taking command of the situation now escort my brother too the end of the hallway me and mother are going to have a chat.” She and the night mare start walking towards her line.

As they get to the first door night mare lust looks at me and grins wickedly at me and says “I am going to have so much fun breaking you personally sun.”

She rounds the corner and strike pushes her shield past the door and looks at me “go… I will meet you there… don’t forget the challenge though” she then walks in.

The general pulls my tail and says “come on prince do as your sister says”

I blankly nod and follow him to the end of the hallway I then trudge to me my sister and my mother’s room and grab all three of our saddle bags. I then walk to the gate grabbing the dead ponies switch and sit with my rifle pointing to the air lock door… after a few minutes I here gun fire again, it continues for a minute before the base goes deathly silent. I chamber a round as I hear someone approach as they get to the air lock door I hear the generals voice say weakly ”thunder”

I clap my hoofs together and wait for him to enter… when he dose he is a bloody mess multiple gunshot wounds to the limbs and one high caliber wound to the chest. He collapses on the ground before I can get to him he coughs up blood as I rush over and flip him over in my magic. “S-shot… the password is… nightingale… get out and blow this entrance to hell…” he has a small coughing fit coughing up blood all over me “now…”

I start going through my supplies and only manage to find a piece of gauze. I press it to his wound “no… stay with me general… you still need to yell at me for abandoning my patrol sir… come on sir stay with me.”

He coughs up more blood and pushes away the soaked gauze “no… it’s too late… just go… and never turn…” his lifeless eyes stare up at me.

Heart strike comes storming into the room firing rounds around the door way as she shouts “are you okay brother… shit… did he give you the password we need to get out of here now… give me the detonator shot”

I look up at her and float the detonator half way to her I stop suddenly as I remember what she said. I then level my rifle at her and say “thunder…”

She looks back at me and says “we don’t have time for this shot… lets go…”

I float the detonator back towards me and aim down my scope at her head as I start crying “T-thunder”

She stops shooting down the hallway and sighs she looks down the hallway and says “I’m sorry goddess”

My mother walks in walking strait past strike sighing “strike you have greatly disappointed me… for punishment no mating for a year”

Strike bows and says “yes goddess thank you for being so lenient with me”

My rifle darts between them both as I say “w-why?”

They start advancing on me driving me back to a corner as I shiver and they speak one after another taunting me and trying to seduce me

“Come on son… don’t tell me you don’t want to see a future race of pure blood allicorns”

“Yes brother it is most likely the reason you were born was to mate with us and breed more allicorns…”

“All you have to do is power down the detonator and your wildest fantasies will come true”

My flanks hit the corner as I back up as far as I can and they get uncomfortably close.

“Give in little brother”

“Submit son”

They both start liking up my horn I jerk away and dip around them towards the door as I pull the pin on the shaky detonator and it starts beeping “S-STAY BACK” I start pointing the detonator at them both as my magic starts fumbling with the password putting it in after the second try. The door clicks and creeks open just enough for me to slip through.

“Son I will get out eventually you do know that rite?”

I throw the three saddle bags out the doorway as I back through it I gulp and say “I will fix this… you two will be better... I will be back” I close the big door and it clicks with a finality leaving me alone in the darkness. I break down crying against the door…
