I'm going home, no matter what!
Chapter 2: What have you done?!
Previous ChapterNext Chapter"Daaaaamit Daaaaash!", David's voice echo's through the unknown land, "Why do you have to make everything so difficult all of the sudden? I knew you would do this kind of thing, I knew it!"
"Uhhh... whoops?", said Rainbow.
"Whoops?! Is that the only thing you could think of? God bloody dammit. Now I have to take care of you two until I get my bottoms back where I came from."
"Hey! You don't have to take care of me. I can carry myself without your help. You can't treat me like a normal little filly who doesn't know anything, David. I'm a tough mare and you know that's true."
David opened his mouth to say something but nothing really came out. She was right.
"Can't argue with that, I guess.", David said and turned to find Twilight. But she was no where to be found, "Oh bugger. Where in the world did Twilight land?"
"Guys!", a voice came from above them. They looked up to see Twilight was dangling from a great height, "I'm up here. I think I'm stuck on some vines."
"Oh, there she is. How did she get up there anyways? And why did we end up in a forest again?", David turned back to Rainbow, "Go up there and get her and maybe, just MAYBE, her gibber-gabberish can explain everything."
Without further notice, Rainbow took off to Twilight's location, which was about twenty feet above the solid ground. Gently, Rainbow remove Twilight out of the tree she was hanged from and set her down onto the ground.
"You could have called us earlier. What makes you hold the phone?", David said while looking for a comfortable spot to sit down.
"I guess I smashed my head against something when we got here. Did anything bad happen when I was out?"
"Let me see,", David stood up, walk over to Rainbow, "she shoved us through the god damned portal! Is that bad enough? Or the fact that we are on a "What-kind-of-planet" it is and in the middle of the woods, again, and who knows what's out there that could possibly kill us. Now tell me that's not bad."
"Well, that is bad. But you can handle it like the last time you arrived in Equestria, right?", Twilight asked with a little bit of concern on her face.
"The last time I got through the forest was you, Twilight.", David said, "You killed the Timberwolf before I became its lunch. So basically, we can't get out of here like I did without anyone's help. We need to find someone or "something" that could help us in this bad situation, and we need them pronto."
"Yeah, you're right. We need help finding the things we need. But first, we need some place to stay for the night. Any ideas?"
"I got some", Rainbow jumped out of nowhere and decided to contribute some ideas, "How about we make a small, temporary house and sleep for a night, or we could go into that abandoned house over there."
"Wait, what abandoned house are you talking about? And how can you tell that it was abandoned in the first place?", David said confusingly.
"It's over by some thick trees and there are nobody inside. I mean, it looks super empty, so I'm gonna assume that it's abandoned. And relax, if there's anything in there that could hurt us, we'll hurt them back."
"That's a little bit savage, don't you think?", Twilight walked into the conversation, "I think we should knock the door before we hurt something on purpose. Or get us killed. I seriously don't want to get devoured by some weird looking creature in this planet."
"Don't we all? Come on, we'll ring the bell and let's see if there's anything inside. Maybe the creature will be friendly... or hungry.", David said as they walk towards the wooden house. The house design was easily recognized by David. He saw one these houses before in movies. Especially the ones that has to do with Japan.
"Why does this house looks so familiar...", David whispers to himself.
"Have you seen this house before, David?", Twilight asked.
"I think so, yeah. These house did exist in my planet before. But it was way back in the time. The question is, how in the heaven did it get here?"
"Let's check it out and ask the owner. Maybe they could help you."
David nodded as they walk to the old wooden house. It had a few little cracks on the outside of it, but it was still in shape for use. They slowly creep towards the house, making sure every step does not make a noise. They did not want to spook what ever was inside it. The three reaches the front porch of the house, or what seems to be like it. David figured that there has to be a slide door since he was familiar of how this house was structured. He easily found the entrance and slide the door open, peaking inside a little bit after that.
"It looks very empty in here. Let's get inside.", David whispered quietly, "Ladies first."
"Are you kidding me? You go first! I don't want to be the first one to die in this weird looking house.", Dash said.
"And I thought you were the tough one.", he said teasingly as he continues to sneak into the house. Inside the house were some candles, most of them were lit but some weren't. The candles barely produce enough light to lighten the whole room. It was a strange thing for David to see.
"Guys, check this out.", he called the mares in, "See those things over there, Twilight?"
"Lit candles? Are you thinking what's currently in my mind right now?", Twilight replied
"Something or someone was here.", David said as he stands up to take a clearer view of the house. He looked to his right and what he saw was unbelievable.
"No...bloody...way. I can't believe it! How in the living things did it get here?", David said while still being fairly shocked. These things can only be seen and made by humans.
"What? What's wrong?", Rainbow asked
"I think we're in a human's-", David was interrupted by a some footsteps coming towards them. It seems to be coming from the back of the house. The door infront of them slide open and what emerges from the room made David gasp in surprise.
A Human.
