Two years ago, Derek Kelso had found himself in a rut; day after day of doing the same thing. So much so that if he kept it up, without some sort of excitement in his life, he would go crazy.

But when he is chosen to become the 'Royal Bartender' to the Princesses who rule over Equestria, he chooses to accept the challenges of becoming a servant to them.

And now, after two years of being the drink-slinger for his royal employers, the excitement in his new job is just enough to keep him from dying of boredom while making absolutely sure that they are completely satisfied with his work.

And when four Princesses show up at his workplace on a certain night, he is put to the test. Not only will he have to keep them reasonably buzzed, but he will also do his best to keep them from having a worse night than what they had experienced before.

But as he does his work, he realizes that the royal women have a plan to help him out with some of his…. personal problems. And it's not with the workload that he holds every day and night.

Oh, boy….
