A thousand years ago I was the sole protector of Equestria. Many of the prisoners locked away in Tartarus are there on my doing. When Celestia or Luna needed someone who could do what they could not, they called me, but I failed my duty. I didn't protect Equestria from Nightmare Moon. Now I'm back, and I'll make things right this time.
