I'm a unicorn mare, red mane and tail and glasses. One day I went to search for berries in the ever-free forest, It was quite dark...And spooky. I felt a drop of water land on my horn and drip off in front of my eyes. I looked up and saw the clouds that were turning grey, I felt a breeze threw my mane then it hit me. I've been through a tough day, I better get home before it begins to storm. I started to trot a little faster and when that happened I found myself running as fast as I could. "GAH!" I yelled out loud as I tripped over something...Soft. Great, my face was all covered in dirt and I dropped my basket full of apples. I was gonna just get up and move on home but, I got tempted to see what I tripped over...So then I got my face out of the wet dirt and picked myself up off the ground and then I took two step over towards...A black and white striped blanket?? "Huh?" I tilted omy head and I thought then it was pretty weird that there was a blanket I TRIPPED over in the middle of the forest...But, then again it is the ever-free forest. I started to trot over towards my basket and I heard something behind me. It sounded like a whimper.
I turned around and saw the blanket shaking, I walked over towards it slowly and pulled the blanket off a little and saw...A filly?!
A filly...A pegasus filly. Skin color orange and her mane was hot pink. She was shivering and crying, "H-hello?" I said quietly as I hovered over her, I knew that would make the rain pour on my face instead of hers. But sadly, No answer. Could she talk yet? I gave her a nudge on her back with my horn to see if she would get up...Was she sick? Alone? Abandoned? So many questions in my mind right now..But, That wasn't the problem. Stupid me! Always thinking about myself! I didn't know what to do I couldn't just leave her! She turned her head looking right into my eyes. Her eyes...I could tell she was saying "Help me" Her soundless voice..I heard thunder and it knocked down a tree right before my eyes, luckily it wasn't too close to us. I knew she would get hurt or even DIE out here if I left her, And I'm not. I'm lucky I actually have a heart. I nudged her side (basically picking her up with my head) And I ran over to my basket and placed her inside and covered her with my plaid picnic blanket.
Before I knew it I was running through the storm. Rescuing a baby filly. Heading towards my house.
