Tony was in his bathroom, simply dressed in black cargo pants, boots and his lower ODST body armour as he shaved and gave himself a buzz cut, his herd were all sleeping together, Sweet Heart had arrived later due to a diplomatic problem. As Tony finished clean himself up, he inspected himself in the mirror, thanks to his Changeling part, a lot of his scars had healed making him appear untouched from a decade of war save from his replacement arm, the thought of going against the Covenant to stop them from destroying his home again made his sigh and tilt his head down at the sink which was filled his water , Ginger and aqua hair. Tony was broken from his train of thought when a pair of dark green arms wrapped around his frame and pulled him against a warm body while a muzzle rested itself on his shoulder.

"Hey Chrys" He said looking up at the mirror to see her holding him tightly with his nose buried into him. "You know I realized that I may cause most of my soldiers awkward when I rock up smelling like nearly a dozen women" Tony chuckled causing Chrys to squeeze him tighter "C-Chrys..... it's getting a b-bit tight" Tony groaned as she stood up straight, picking up the human.

"Why do you have to go?" She asked as she sat him on the bathroom counter facing her.

"Because a good leader leads from the front, Leads by example and protects those who look to him for support" Tony said making the Changeling Queen frown before placing her forehead against his, her horn vanishing from sight as her arm wrapped around her ODST.

"But I have a bad feeling about this, what if you never comeback to me?" She asked him making him freeze up before he broke eye contact and look down to his lap. "Anthony?" She asked.

"You know, i have never really had to worry about that before, never had a family to go back to or surviving friends, not even a pet" he said as he chuckled slightly at the last part before taking a deep breath "you have no Idea how scared I was to have a family, to have little ones on the way and to be a literal hero..... I was and still am so scared of fucking up that every once and awhile I miss being a expendable grunt. " he paused to think about the next part of what he would say as he took another deep breath. "I Love you, all of you even though it was a weird fucked up relationship to begin with where half of you lot simply wanted more than the other, to prove that who was the strongest for some weird reason, i don't know but these last two years I wouldn't change for anything, Yea first time I met Luna, she tried to arrest me, Celestia cut off my arm, i had to save both the orcs and the Elves and Cadence I fucking sexually harassed on accident when I first met her.... and yet it has all clicked together where you all rarely fight against each other.... save for when Celestia sent you all to the moon for making jokes about her planet sized ass" Tony said seconds before a pillow smacked him in the side of the head "Love you Tia" he said as the pillow was surrounded in a midnight blue aura and floated back into the bedroom causing Tony and Chrys to chuckle.

"So what are you getting at Anthony?" She asked.

"That I am grateful of the past two years and that I will come home" he smiled to her.

"Promise?" She asked as he used his finger to draw an X over his heart.

"Cross my heart and.... hope to die" he said with a chuckle as she punched him.

"Smart ass" she grumbled as he chuckled before she kissed him and returned to the large bed and purposefully laid on Amber and Moon, making them groan in annoyance while Tony shook his head before he left the bathroom and went to his chest of draws, but in doing so he received a few whistles which he replied by giving them the finger and chuckling as he pulled out a black top and pulled it on also receiving a few boos.

"Go back to bed you lot" he said as he walked to his personal armoury.

"We are already in bed" Luna replied as he shook his head with a smile before shutting the door and taking a huge sigh. Tony walked over to a large locker and opened it to retrieve the rest of his armour save for his helmet as he got ready, once ready Tony went to a weapon locker and retrieved a pair of Magnums, a Silenced Smg, Shotgun and his Sniper Rifle along with plenty of ammunition. He slotted the Magnums into hip holsters, slung the Shotgun and Sniper Rifle and placed the SMG on the large table in the centre of the room as he retrieved his Jackal shield and stealth unit and attached them to opposing wrists before grabbing grenades along with his helmet and Smg before exiting the armoury to encounter all of his herd sitting on the bed facing him.

"What?" He asked looking at them.

"Eliza, Lucy and Amanda have just informed the rest of us that you have forbidden them to go fight" Tia said.

"I don't need the distraction" Tony said as he walked to the door to leave, "and besides, if I fail, Armonia needs someone to protect it from the Dominion and Covenant" he said as he pulled on his helmet and nodded to them, making the visor come down before he exited the room and left the house to be greeted by a pelican containing Black Heart, Uric, Inferno, Smitty, Elise, Black Beak and a Bipedal Umbra. Tony smiled softly as he boarded the Pelican and sat next to Umbra as she leant against him making him wrap his arm around her as the Pelican took flight which gave Tony the chance to inspect his fellow commanders and friends gear, Black Heart was in a attire that resembled a loose black skirt which his her armour legs, her chest was protected by a studded purple leather vest while her arms had red and blue plate protecting them and to top it off, she had a red velvet cloak over her shoulders while on her hands were taloned gloves holding a black and gold bow and a Katana was on her back next to her quiver.

Next to her sat Elise in a white howl that appeared to cover her silver chain mail, she also had a mask that was the face of the Elven Goddess of Battle and in her hands was a long staff which had a 8 inch hooked blade at its base and head resemble a pair of wings with a white gem in the middle, the entire weapon had a soft golden aura around it as gently sparks occasionally appeared on the staff.

Across from her sat Black Beak who was in a strange mixture of cloth and plate armour, the silver plate covered his upper legs, groin, shoulder, upper arms, head and belly with a small piece of metal over his heart while the rest was covered in a golden cloth. In his hands were a unique weapon, his talons had serrated bladed gloves on them while his left arm had a strange repeating crossbow mounted on it.

To his flank sat Inferno in the Heaviest armour out of them, his entire body save for the webbing of his wings was spiked black, gold and emerald armour, his helmet interesting as it was split in two parts as the part under his jaw was attached to his lower jaw while the rest sat on top which allowed him to bite and breath fire, his weapon of choice was a massive great Sword which, its blade was glowing blue.

Smitty, who was opposite Inferno was in a coat with heavy chainmail underneath and plate arm and leg armour with a chimera fur trim, he wielded a double barrel cannon and his Forge hammer.

Next to Smitty was Uric in dark green spiked plate fully covering his body with a large sadist looking Battle Axe as a weapon.

Lastly was Umbra, who was in black spiked plate armour save for her head, which sat a Onyx crown, she had a crimson cape and cloth around her waist as she had a large Dark crystal and Dragon Sword and Shield.

"Black Heart, how do your agents fair at evacuating the populace?" Tony asked.

"We have successfully extracted 87%, that is the percentage of the willing" She stated as Tony nodded.

"Alright, are your agents extracted?" He asked.

"Yes they are" She replied.

"Smitty, how long until our fireworks are in place?" Tony asked.

"From what I saw before we came to pick you up, 30 minutes" Smitty said as the group felt the Pelican land and the bay door opened to reveal the Plague Doctor's hangar filled with soldiers doing different tasks.

"Okay, everyone go to your designated positions and wait for my go" Tony said as the group nodded and Smitty, Tony and Umbra went to the bridge. Upon arriving, they were greeted by the ship's AI who was busy looking over the statistics before she noticed Tony.

"Ah Captain, i have some bad new" she said.

"The Covenant are here" Tony said walking over to her as Umbra looked around.

"Yes.... How did you know?" She asked him.

"They attacked yesterday" He said as she nodded.

"Alright well I have detected a Covenant Corvette and briefly a Stealth Cruiser"she said tapping a screen making two large purple shapes appear. "This was the Stealth Cruiser's last location" she said pointing to the smaller blob. "And this is the Corvette" she said pointing to the large one.

Tony looked to the screen and removed his helmet and placed it on a console as he rubbed his chin. "So if we don't eliminate the Cruiser then we lose the element of surprise?" He asked as Abigail nodded. "Okay that settles it someone will take the Broadsword in the hangar bay and nuke the stealth cruiser " he said.

"Good plan, just the only problem is that you are the only one that can fly it" Abigal said as Tony nodded.

"Okay, i want the attack to begin as soon as I launch" Tony said as Abigail nodded and began to rise the Cruiser to high altitude.

"My Boy, ya our commander, we can't risk ya dying up there at the start if this battle" Smitty said as Tony smiled and placed his hand on his Earthen friend's shoulder.

"Smitty, if I don't then we will be at a massive disadvantage as they are able to tap out communications with that cruiser so if it isn't wiped out then we will be fucked. " Tony said as Smitty took sighed and nodded before the two shook hands.

"Give 'em hell Ranger" Smitty said as Tony nodded and took his helmet before leaving the bridge and moved towards the Hanger with Umbra next to him.

"This is really stupid of you" She said to him as he shrugged.

"I get that a lot but it doesn't matter, this is what I have to do to help us" he said as they reached the hanger and moved to the Broadsword and checked its weapons.

"And if you die?" She asked him crossing her arms.

"Then I'll punch the Devil in the throat and call him a fucker" he said as he checked that the Heavy fighter had a Shiva Nuclear warhead on it before climbing a small ladder and into the cockpit. "Look, I'm going to drop off the payload which has a twenty second delay before detonating and I'll return to the Plague Doctor and join you before we head into the fray together" he said, lying about the timer as she nodded and stepped back as the cockpit sealed.

"Plague Doctor to Ranger 1, Over" Tony heard Abigail's voice ask over the Radio.

"Yes Plague Doctor?, Over" Tony responded.

"Thirty seconds to launch, Over" she said as the Broadsword was lifted off the deck by a crane and placed in a large airlock as Tony got everything ready to launch as a small red timer appeared on a console. "Good Luck Ranger 1, Over" She said just before the airlock opened and Tony felt his stomach sink as gravity pulled the ship down quickly before the engines engaged and Tony sped towards the last known location of the Stealth Cruiser, as he did, dozens of pelicans dropped from the Starship and headed towards the Caribou.

The Flight itself was nerve racking as Tony flew, his target soon coming into view. The large purple vessel orbiting the planet as Tony approached to destroy it, as he approached he was engaged by several Seraphs which were protecting the ship, forcing Tony to change his attacking angle as he combated the Covenant fighters.

After several minutes of skillful flying and some damage, Tony had dealt with a squad of Seraphs so he began his approach by slowing himself down and entered the shield, as he did he armed the warhead and fired it at the open hangar bay before he changed his course, upon changing his course, he increased his speed to its maximum and flew towards Equis, seconds later the nuke detonated. Unfortunately as the Broadsword was speeding towards the Planet, it was clipped by the EMP from the warhead, Shutting down its systems and making the craft free fall from high altitude.

Caribou
Location - Ionosphere, Plague Doctor's Bridge (5 minutes earlier)

Umbra and Smitty were watching Tony on the radar as he combated the Cruiser's protection in silence, a smile grow on the pair's face as the small shapes quickly vanished only leaving Tony and the vessel, which soon vanished moments later but something caught Umbra's attention when Tony flew past the Plague Doctor at high speed. This caused her to become concerned and went to see Abigail.

"Abigail, Tony isn't slowing down" She said gaining the AI's attention as she checked a data stream.

"Damn, i believe he has been hit by an EMP" she said.

"Ah What?" Smitty asked walking over.

"An Electromagnetic Pulse, it fries tech, but our fighters usually have a backup system which is immune to them so after a few moments the Broadsword should regain power" Abigail explained as they saw the Broadsword on the radar begin to slow and start to curve up only to slam into a building. "Oh no" the AI said covering her mouth just as Umbra and Smitty ran out of the Bridge to the Hanger.

Caribou
Location - 1 mile north of Daine's palace
Status - Severely injured.
ODST's Orders - Survive, Kill King Daine.

The sound of blaring noises and seering pain was what greeted Tony back into consciousness, the first thing he saw was his shattered visor, he found it incredibly to open his left eye so he stopped trying as he turned his head from left to right to see that a large chunk of metal was on his right arm along with a piece of the cockpit window in his left leg. Grunting, Tony pulled his prosthetic arm free, tearing his armour and replacement skin from it before he opened the cockpit and pulled himself free and falling two metres onto a metal desk causing him to groan in pain more before looking up to see the Broadsword begin to tilt and slide towards him so he pulled himself off the desk and moved away just as the fighter fell and smashed through the floor causing the rest of the floor to tilt steeply at the window making him slide down as he tried to grab onto a hand hold but failed as fell from the window and landed on a Phantom that was going past causing him to bounce off and through the window of a building on the opposite side of the narrow street where Tony simply laid on the ground panting as his heart raced a hundred miles an hour before pulling himself agonisingly to his feet and drew his pistol which was the only weapon the managed to stay with him.

“Well that has g-got to be my most interesting landing” he muttered to himself as he made his way to street level and checked his Datapad to get his position before he started his slow and cautious journey to Daine’s palace, doing his best to avoid Covenant and Dominion forces. As he passed by a window, he took the time to look in the reflection to see his bloodied form and noticed that a piece of his visor was sticking out from above his left eye so he removed his helmet and discarded it before pushing on towards the palace. After walking a few more blocks, Tony ducked inside an abandoned store as a swarm of drones flew past, after they were out of sight Tony ripped the chuck of bullet proof glass from his leg and retrieved a BioFoam from his pack and filled his wound before dressing it. Once don't he removed the piece of visor from his face crudely only to discover he had lost sight in it so he bandaged over the wound and dead eye before injecting himself with morphine and picking himself off the blood stained floorboards and continued faster along his way to his target.

(Umbra and Smitty, 5 minutes later)

Upon entering the building which had nearly an entire side destroyed by the crash, Umbra and Smitty along with half a dozen marines made their way to the crash site while eliminating any hostiles they encountered to discover the flaming wreckage which Smitty investigated only to discovered the ruined firearms and chunks of Dragon skin before he returns to the squad.

“Okay ah have good news and bad news” he said to Umbra.

“Good news?” she asked

“Ah didn't find a corpse so ah’m pretty certain he didn't die from the crash” he explained.

“And the bad news?” she asked nervous.

“he is most likely unarmed and from the amount of blood, badly wounded.” he said as Umbra frowned and nodded.

“Alright, let's search for him” Umbra said as they team exited the building.

Caribou
Location - Daine’s Palace

Tony grunted as he climbed the stairs of a small servant entrance while keeping an eye and ear out for hostiles, which he managed to do so he navigated his way through until he discovered Covenant fighting Dominion forces which caught his interest as he hid and watched them fight until only a couple Grunts remained and a Jackal. The Human moved up and quickly dispatched the aliens before grabbing a couple plasma grenades and a Carbine from a dead Elite along with some ammunition, once stocked up, he entered the Throne room to find a silver Elite battling Daine but for some weird reason, it's energy sword didn't pierce his flesh or even burn it as he overpowered the Elite but before he got the final blow, he saw Tony and smirked at his condition.

“Ahhh just the man I wanted to see” he said as suddenly Tony was pulled towards him and was smacked in the ribcage by Daine’s warhammer, causing Tony to fall to the ground winded and in pain as several ribs cracked under the force of the attack. “Oh was I a little rough with you?” he asked as Tony shot him several times but the bullets simply stunned him. “Fool, nothing can pierce my skin” Daine roared as he grabbed Tony by the neck and lifted him off the ground.

Tony was trying to break free from Daine’s grip as he laughed sadisticly “You have tried so hard and come so far but in the end it doesn't even matter” Daine laughed as Tony got an idea, as Daine laughed, Tony forced a plasma grenade into his open maw and down his throat before activating it, he was then dropped by Daine, who was choking on the explosive moments before an explosion was heard and Daine expanse comically before deflating as a goo of bone, organ, muscle, teeth and blood ooze from the undamaged flesh.

“F….. Fuck you” Tony coughed as he regained his breath and smiling slightly at defeating Daine until a loud slow clap was heard.

“Bravo, Bravo I give you a eight for ingenuity but four for the landing” a deep echoed voice said causing Tony to look up and see Baixao sitting on Daine’s throne, the Elite that was stunned by Daine was now a decayed corpse at Baixao’s feet. “Now then since you have achieved three amazing feats, i shall give you two wishes” the Entity stated as Tony pushed himself to his feet.

“Two free Wishes?” Tony asked.

“Lets not get too hasty now” Baixao said chuckling as he rose to his feet also. “Each Wish has its price but i promise they won't harm you or your loved ones physically” He said using his finger to make a Glow X I've his heart.

“Okay, first…. I want the Covenant gone from this world for good” Tony said as Baixao nodded and clicked his fingers causing all the Covenant to suddenly teleport away. “Secondly, i want you to leave and never return or interact with this world” Tony demanded.

“Fair enough and now the costs are, your starship and you are being sent back to your own Dimension” He said clapping his hands.

“Wait! No” Tony said raising his hand to stop him before he was surrounded in a bright light and vanished along with Baixao and the Plague Doctor leaving behind the Armonia Soldiers on board on the ground below.

Outer Rim
Location - Unknown, Plague Doctor

Tony materialised in the same position he was in before he was teleported to find himself alone in a Cryo Bay. “Hello?” Tony asked.

“Anthony? Your alive” Abigail’s voice asked she appeared on a small nearby console only to see his condition and winced.

“Yes, I'm alive and…. I managed to save Equis at the cost of us returning to our own dimension” Tony sighed before coughing.

“I'm sorry…. But I think you better get into a Cryo pod while I send out a distress call” She suggested as Tony nodded as he approached a Cryo pod just after it opened and climbs in, as he turned and looked at Abigail she waved before the pod closed and Tony was frozen. “Sleep well” She said quietly before leaving the bay.

Several years later.

Outer Rim
Location - Distress Signal, Reach’s Redemption

“Captain Walker, UNSC Vessel Detected” a communication officer reported to Captain Walker as she looked to him from her Commander's seat.

“Is it the Signal we have been tracking?” She asked him as he nodded. “Alright, I want the Ship on Red alert in case of an ambush and alert the Spartans about our discovery” She ordered as several crewmen acknowledged as Walker looked out the main Bridge window to see the heavily battle damaged Marathon Class Cruiser named ‘Plague Doctor’ slowly drifting closer.
