Chapter 3: An unfamiliar apple
The next morning, Applejack, Big Mackintosh, and Applebloom all went outside to do their daily chores: Big Mackintosh (or Big Mac, as they always call him) was carrying a cart ready to place apples in, Applejack used her hind legs to kick the tree so hard, apples started falling from it. After all the apples fell into the bucket, she picked the bucket up and put it inside the cart her brother was pulling. Applebloom made sure one of the apples didn't fall from the cart, but she was called to go to school that very same time.
That is also the morning that Applejack saw a new farm family come in.
“I just don't understand, big brother,” A little white colored colt with pale yellow mane and tail said to his older brother, who had a lime green coat, and a golden mane and tail. “Why did we have move here? Shouldn't we have stayed home?” “No, Hearty,” said the young one’s brother, “Mama said in her last letter that there was a patch of land that hadn’t been touched in years, and that our apple trees would grow strong here.” “But, Heart Apple,” the young colt replied, “The farm was in your name, can't we just grow new trees there?” “Well, little feller,” replied an elder stallion with a brown coat and white mane and tail, “Remember when Mama Heart ran the orchard? She told me that when she dies, she'd give the orchard to her first born. And that happened to be him. He made this decision as the stallion of the orchard. And as the father, Ah agreed to his decision.”
As the new family moved in, Applejack, Big Mac, and Granny Smith, all looked over in confusion. “What in tarnations is goin’ on?” Applejack asked, confused. “Hmm… there seems to be a new family movin’ in…” Granny Smith replied. Big Mac agreed, as he usually would, with a simple “Eeyup!” Applejack looked at both of them, “Do ya think it would be wise to just go in there and say hello without even knowin’ their names? I sure don't think so…” “Nnope.” Big Mac said. “Ah would just wait until they settle in first, then then we'll meet ‘em.” Granny Smith said, agreeing with Big Mac.
Three days later, the family that just moved in started plowing through the field, while the young colt, whose name is Hearty Appleseed, started planting apple seeds that look like little white hearts. He planted them carefully, not the usual “Toss ‘em into the spot” thing, making sure that they are well placed where they will work their magical growth when they are watered. When the stallion of the new orchard, called Heart Apple, finished plowing through the new field, he hung up a sign with what looks like an apple in the shape of a heart. Then, all of the seeds were watered, and they started to grow in an instant. It starts as little flowers when they are seedlings. The next day came, the trees took the places of the little flowers. Then they started bearing the heart shaped fruit. And that is how the heart apples began.
One day, when Heart Apple was working on the Heart Apple Orchard, early, he saw Applejack and her family working on an apple orchard close to his. He went over to the farm and introduced himself and his family. “Howdy y'all.” he said. “Mah name’s Heart Apple. Ah’m the caretaker of Heart Apple Acres, and this,” Heart Apple pointed to the field with the heart apple trees “this is our family farm.” His family showed up just then. “Oh, let me introduce you to mah family.” Heart Apple goes to his dad first. “This here is my dad. We call him Papa Heart. He knows slot about things.” Papa Heart nodded in agreement. “Why, Ah could tell ya the foundin' of our very farm, and how we made our secret recipe cider.” All of the other Apple family were amazed at his knowledge, especially Granny Smith, who would like to know more. Then a light red mare, half his size, with a light pink mane and tail, walked beside him. “This is Leslie Heart, mah little sister. She may be a mare, but she is strong as a stallion. She doesn't talk much, so sometimes we speak for her, but she says she's pleased to meet ya. Right, Leslie?” Leslie agreed with a simple “Mmhm.” Big Mac was impressed. Save for Marble Pie, he's not alone when he's not talking much. Then the little colt came towards his big brother, jumping on his back. “And this here is mah littlest brother, Hearty Appleseed. He's a playful little fella, but he helps out too.” Hearty nods.
The Apple family have never seen apples like this before. Heart Apple shows them all of his orchard and the many wonders of it. The Apple Family couldn't imagine growing apples in the shape of a heart. Applejack and her family were so amazed at this. But the one who adored it the most was Applejack. She liked it more than anypony else. “Wow! Heart, Ah never known y'all had such glorious apples like these. Where did ya get the seeds?” Applejack asks, amazed at all the apple trees. Heart Apple hesitated for a second. “Well, my mama, Mama Heart as Ah called her, found the rare seeds in a magic cave and saw what it could become. In fact, back when Ah was a little colt, even littler than Hearty, Ah saw my mama sew the seeds into that perfect little patch of soil. She ran the farm before me, and Papa Heart helps her out by plowin the rich, fertile soil back in Appleoosa, where we moved from… but then, the unthinkable happened… Mama Heart died of an illness that would not go away…” Heart Apple sheds a tear… “Mama taught me everything Ah need to know about these apples, and the farm itself…”
Applejack felt sorry for him, having the same experience with the death of a family member. “I know how ya feel, Heart. Both my parents died too, and Applebloom, my little sister, was only a baby… It was hard not telling her about our parents to our younger siblings…” Heart Apple agreed to her. “Yeah, ah suppose so..” he looked into her eyes. “Ya know, you're the first pony that truly has something in common with me.” “Ah... Ah am?” Applejack asked. Heart Apple smiles. “You sure sugar are. Besides my mama, you truly have a way with honesty. I like that in ya.” Applejack blushed at this “Aww shucks, I know there is some honesty in you too.” Heart Apple blushes back.
Eventually, the two fell in love and started visiting each other daily, talking while helping each other out.
What they didn't know that there was a start on a new generation of the element of honesty.

Chapter 4: Faster than the Sonic Rainboom
Days after Heart Apple came to Ponyville, it was quite a normal day. The weather pegasi cleared some clouds away to make it a beautiful morning. Except for one cloud, which a rainbow-maned pegasus pony named Rainbow Dash was sleeping on. She woke up later and stretched for a bit, then took off to do some flying. She flew around so quickly, she didn't notice that something, or somepony, bumped into her. She was nearly crashing into the ground when that same pony who accidentally bumped into her actually saved her.
“Are you alright?” the pony said. She had a purple coat with golden hooves, orange and yellow streaked mane and tail, and a golden earring on one ear. “Yeah, I'm good.” Rainbow Dash said while brushing off the dust from her forelegs. “But, don't bump into me like that, that distracted me from flying.” “My bad, I was just heading into town.” the other pony said. Rainbow Dash nodded, “I get it, but next time, watch where you're going.” Then she looked at the pony with the golden earring. “Say, you flew pretty fast there.” “Uh… Thanks?” The Pony said with a hesitant expression. “No problem. My name's Rainbow Dash.” Rainbow Dash exclaimed proudly. “What's your name?” “My name is Wanona Isabel Zoomer, but everypony calls me W.I.Z.” the pony said with a normal expression. Rainbow Dash gasped in surprise. “Wow! That is a totally awesome name!” “Thanks,” W.I.Z. replied. “the name fits with my description” “What description?” Rainbow Dash asked.
W.I.Z. got ready, and a nanosecond, she took off. She flew even faster than Rainbow Dash’s speed when she flew. Rainbow Dash couldn't believe her eyes when she saw this unnatural speed of the unique pegasus pony. After W.I.Z. was done, he landed on the ground, not breaking a sweat. Rainbow Dash stood there in both shock and amazement. Never has she ever seen anypony else with that speed. “That… Was… totally… AWESOME!!!!!!” Rainbow Dash yelled, “Incredible, fantastic, absolutely amazing!!! I have never seen you with THAT much speed before!” W.I.Z lightly blushes “Oh it was nothing…” “No! I'm serious! That was the most amazing speed ever! Do you wanna hang out?” Rainbow Dash exclaimed in excitement. “Sure. I could use some company while I find a Cloud House to move into.” W.I.Z. said with the same excitement.
And with that, a beautiful friendship was formed.

Chapter 5: The More Fun, The Merrier
At Sugarcube Corner, A very bubbly Pinkie Pie is putting the finishing touches on the cupcakes she made. All 600 of them. When all of a sudden, another bubbly pony with a royal purple coat and royal pink mane and tail, as fluffy as hers, except longer and the mane covered her eye. Pinkie Pie sees the pony and smiles. “Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie! Welcome to Sugarcube Corner!” The Pony with the mane covering her eye smiles back and replies with a, slightly deeper voice than Pinkie’s, British voice “Oh how exciting, what fun it is to have another party pony around.” “Really?!” Pinkie exclaimed excitedly “That's Fantastic! Oop! I don't even know your name!” “My name is Lovie Loop! I'm a party Pony from Trottingham.” the pony said. Pinkie gasps at this and runs to the castle to get her supplies.
A few moments later, Lovie Loop went over to the castle to see where her new friend is, but the lights were all off. All of a sudden, the lights turned on and everypony yelled, “SURPRISE!!!!” Lovie Loop could not believe her eyes. It was a party designed for the Trottingham party pony herself. She was so excited, she bounced like a ball around the room. “EEE!! Oh thank you thank you thank you!!!! I can tell this is the best ‘Welcome to Ponyville’ party ever!” She yelled. “You know what that means?” Pinkie Pie asked. Then they both shouted “PARTY TIME!!!!!” and everyone partied down all night long.
After the party, Pinkie and Lovie went back to Sugarcube Corner. “By Saddlesby,” Lovie Loop said, “that was even more fun than any of my other parties I've ever thrown!” Pinkie Pie gasped at this, “Really? You think so?” Lovie nodded. “Absolutely! Although sometimes there's this one colt who never seems to smile no matter how much I try… This party has me thinking…” Then she gasps, and says “THAT'S IT!” she said with a cheerful cheer. “Maybe with our party expertise combined, it will surely be enough to make him smile!” “Hey! That's a great idea” Pinkie Pie said. “Oh, this is a Berry Bubble joy!” Lovie exclaimed.
Little did they know that this was the start of a beau- “Thank you, Mrs. Narrator.” Pinkie Pie said to the reader of the story, looking in the sky.

Chapter 1: The New Mane Six
On the dawn of a new day, Princess Twilight Sparkle welcomed Princess Celestia's warm daylight sun rays. She felt it was a beautiful morning, so she decided to take a stroll around Ponyville. “Finally! A day away from the castle, no distractions, no meetings, no worries... Just a peaceful-” Suddenly, she was cut off by a certain cyan Pony with rainbow hair flying around, as usual. Dashing through the air, she landed near Twilight, just inches away from her. “Hey Twilight!” Rainbow Dash said, “how's it hanging?” Twilight brushed the dirt off her coat and wings in frustration, “Well, I was having a good morning until SOMEPONY decided to skid right beside me! Other than that, I'm fine.” Rainbow Dash rubbed the back of her head in embarrassment, “Hehe… Sorry about that. Anyway, I was going to tell you that Pinkie Pie was making a special cake this morning, and I was wondering if you want to go see her make it.” Twilight smiled at this, “Sure. I'll meet you over at Sugarcube Corner.” “Great!” Rainbow Dash replied, “See you there!” And just like that, she flew off.
Meanwhile in Canterlot, Princess Celestia lands on the balcony of her castle, having finished raising the sun. She went inside the throne room and sat down, feeling glum because of a deep thought. Princess Luna walked in and saw her older sister’s face, “What is troubling you, my sister?” Luna asked. Princess Celestia turned to her sister with a very glum look, “Luna, I have been… thinking…” Celestia fell silent and turned to the window with Twilight and her friends defeating Nightmare Moon, having the Elements of Harmony. “Thinking about what, Sister?” Luna asked, confused. “Fantasia and I have been discussing something that has never been done before… “ Celestia said in deep sadness. Luna was even more confused, “What is it you mean, sister?” Celestia sighed and said, “The Elements of Harmony should have a new generation to pass on.” Luna, very confused, tilted her head, “Why should they give the Elements of Harmony to somepony else?” Celestia was afraid she would ask that question, but she had no answer. Luna was frightened by her sister’s current state, for she knew something was wrong.

Chapter 2: An Unforeseen Change
Later that day, The gang made it to Sugarcube Corner to witness Pinkie Pie making the special cake. “Almost… Got it!” The pink pony with the cotton candy mane said, putting the finishing touches on her latest cake. “I call it Rocky-Road-Filla-vanilla-ice-cream-chocolate cake!” That big name made it hard to understand, so Pinkie had to break it down, “Or for an easier way to say it, it's a choco-vanilla ice cream cake!” Now understanding what it is, the other five ponies all drooled at the sight of the delectable cake. After the Mane Six ate slices of the ice cream cake, they all go home. Pinkie Pie stored the remainder of the cake into the freezer (since it is an Ice Cream cake, it should keep cool) and went to clean up.
Meanwhile in the Canterlot Castle, a widely surprised Princess Luna has a shocked expression on her face. “WHAT???!! ART THOU INSANE, SISTER???!! WE CANNOT SPLIT THEM APART!! IT IS UNJUST!!!!” Luna shouted. Celestia turned to her sister, “I didn't say to split them apart from each other. I only said that there are the ones that Princess Fantasy Star, my dear niece, has chosen.” Luna frowned, “Well, what are we going to do?” she replied. “We cannot tell them this yet, they will figure it out sooner or later.” Celestia answered back.
Back in Ponyville, down at Sweet Apple Acres, Applejack was just finishing up her chores in the apple farm. Then, when the sun set, she and her family went straight back into the farm, when Applejack saw half of an un-owned land across from their field. “Hay, Granny Smith?” Applejack called. Granny Smith walked outside to see what her granddaughter wanted “Yes? Hmm! What’cha need, Applejack?” Granny Smith asked. Applejack pointed to the empty land near the barn “Ain't that land supposed ta’ be filled with apple trees?” Applejack asked back. Granny put a hoof under her chin, “Aw heck if ah know, that there land was never owned since the day Sweet Apple Acres founded… Ah don't know too much about it, but Ah don't know, Applejack.”
Applejack was confused, “Well, if this was never owned, how come th’ princesses never touch it?” she said with confusion. Granny Smith shrugged her shoulders, “Ah guess they were just waitn’ till sumpony got here.” then Granny motions her inside the barn. “Now c’mon, Applejack, b’fore it starts freezin’.” Applejack walked in, shortly after looking at that mysterious patch < land.

Chapter 6: A Brave Willed Encounter
Days have passed, and a beautiful, and unbelievable kingdom, called the Kingdom of Fantasy, was getting ready for an epic event, while the kingdom’s princess, a tall (the size of Princess Cadance), fair alicorn with a light brown coat and black mane and tail, longer than her body, was putting together a long list of supplies for the event. She looked up when she sees her mother, a pale yellow coated queen with a rainbow flowing mane and tail (Queen Fantasia), walking towards her. “My dear daughter,” Queen Fantasia said, “I have discussed the order of the new elements of harmony with your auntie Celestia. Are you certain you are ready for them to take this challenge?” Princess Fantasy Star nodded “Yes, Mother. I am truly positive that they are ready.” The queen nodded in approval, and walked to the balcony, where she will practice her announcement for the special event.
Meanwhile, near the entrance of the Everfree Forest, a bright yellow pegasus pony with a bright pink mane and tail named Fluttershy, was humming while feeding her little animals. Suddenly, the bushes rumbled, and the animals start backing up with fear. They know something was about to come out of hiding, and they, along with Fluttershy, were frightened. Then, all dark shadow of what looks to be a bear crossed with a huge dragon (twice as large as the average pony), slowly comes out of the darkness, growling at them as it goes closer to them. Fluttershy snaps out of her fright, and tries to back the dragon-bear away from them, but it just made it even worse. Even more frightened, she backs away and squeezes her eyes shut, fearing what is going to happen to her. All of a sudden, a blue-green pegasus with an indigo mane and tail, and ivory hooves, backs the dragon away. Fluttershy saw the creature being backed up by another pegasus pony and a dragon with a long, slender body like a snake. The creature ran away, and Fluttershy immediately gave her a hug. “Oh! Thank you so very much!” She said in her quiet, yet excited, voice. “You are very welcome.” the pony who saved Fluttershy replied. Fluttershy got up and introduced herself, “My name is Fluttershy. What is your name?” “My name is Dragon Soul, and this” the pegasus pony petted her dragon, “is Patriot, my dragon.” Fluttershy was surprised at this and exclaimed, “You actually tame dragons?! That's amazing!” Dragon Soul nodded and replied, “I know. At a very young age, the age I got my cutie mark, I actually stared down a really big dragon, and I wasn't eve… well I was scared, but I did it and that earned my cutie mark.” With an excited look, Fluttershy and Dragon Soul talked on and on about the story.

Chapter 7: A Beautiful Meeting
A few weeks after Dragon Soul’s visit, Rarity, owner of the Carousel Boutique, was making plans for yet another boutique in Saddle Arabia. She had already opened two boutiques in different places, one in Canterlot, and one in Manehattan. While she is doing this, she also has a layout of a beautiful new dress for an event that was mysteriously sent in without the date.
Just then, the door opened and the little bell rings. “Welcome to the Carousel Boutique,” Rarity started, “Where everything is sweet, cheque, and magnifique!” She saw the orange pony with a light pink mane and tail walked in with a beautiful, styling dress. “Oh darling! What a beautiful dress!” She said to her. “So sleek! So chique! So majestic and magnefique!” The pony that walked in smiled in reply, “Oh, thank you dear. I made this myself.” Rarity gasped in excitement, “You made this?! This beautiful and bright dress was made by you?!” The pony nodded, “Why yes, dear, I made this. My name is Beauty Betty, owner of Style and Beauty, the glam place of Canterlot.” Rarity squealed in elation. She just met the pony of the Glamour Ponies magazine. “It is so wonderful to meet you, Ms. Betty!! Oh how your dresses are styling!! Not to mention the mane styles, the glamorous makeup, and the oh so glorious themes of your unique collections!!” Beauty giggled in reply. “Why thank you, Rarity dear.” Rarity gasps, “You… You know my name?!” “Why of course I do, dear,” Beauty said, “you own two dress boutiques here in Equestria, One in Canterlot, where I'm moving from, and here in Ponyville. I hear that you are the proud designer of these fine dresses, as well as the main boutique itself. So I decided to set up shop here in Ponyville to help out.” Rarity was absolutely over the moon (no pun intended for Princess Luna) at her reply. She couldn't wait to see her styles and collections reviewed by the pony of the Glamour Ponies magazine. Beauty walked to see one of her sketches for a gorgeous dress that Rarity made. Rarity was extremely nervous, up until Beauty turned to her with a smile. “Absolutely fantastic, Rarity dear. Your style is incredible. Much like my style of dresses.” “You think so?” Rarity asked in excitement. “Of course, Rarity dear. Your skill is a true work of art!” Rarity was once again over the moon by this reply. And they went on and on about their interests in fashion.
