Chapters “And so it has been foretold. The Doctor with the box shall return on the thousandth day of the eight century to save Equestria”. Twilight finished the page with a satisfying sigh.
She closed her copy of Predictions and Prophecies and gently placed back onto the proper shelf. Though she wanted to find out more about this "Doctor", it was well past midnight and she couldn't make it across the street let alone the Canterlot Archives without passing out from exhaustion.
"Well, there's always tommorow" Twilight thought. "Always tommorow"

The sun arose and shined its light onto Twilight's forehead. She moaned as she slothfully awoke and packed her saddle bag.
She trotted to the train station and got a flimsy ticket to Canterlot.
She hopped in and plopped down onto the nearest seat. "All aboard that's comin' aboard!" The conductor yelled. The door slammed shut and the conductor walked through the aisle checking tickets.
Twilight stared outside of the window while the train departed, she felt bad about not telling her friends. Hopefully Spike will tell them, she thought to herself.
In the corner of her eye she caught something. It had two back-hoofs and stood straight up. It wore formal attire and had a slightly off mane with no coat.
She looked behind her and all that was there was the conductor. "May I see your ticket, Ma'm?" Twilight nodded and handed her ticket over. "Very good." The Conductor said, handing it back.
The conductor moved on, but when Twilight looked into her window, she saw a black cloaked pony with only its cutie mark visible- an hour glass.
Twilight turned around and, again, there was nothing there. "Man, staying up all night was a bad idea"
She slapped her cheek and slumped over, hoping to make up- not easy feat.
After an hour of the bumpy, half-awake, nap the train finally jerked to a stop, throwing Twilight out of her seat.
“Final stop, Canterlot!” The Conductor shouted, uncomfortably close to Twilight’s ears.
“Uhhh” Twilight moaned, shaking her head awake. “I gotta keep my game up…” she mumbled, heading out of the train station.
The Archives were conveniently less than two blocks away- and pretty empty.
With renewed vigor, Twilight got through the Archive's door and headed straight for the History Wing.
She must not have paid too much attention to where she was going, because she bumped into Princess Celestia herself. "Oh hello, Twilight. What are you doing here so early?" The princess asked.
"Oh, I'm just here to research somepony that goes by 'The Doctor'" Twilight replied.
Celestia's eyes went wide. "Did you say The Doctor?" Celestia yelled shockingly.
Twilight nodded and Celestia got a very serious look on her face.
"How did you find out about him?" Celestia shouted.
"There's a whole section about him in my copy of Predictions and Prophecies" Twilight said, pulling it out of her saddle bag.
"That's impossible! I wrote that book!" Celestia began standing defensively.
"When was the last time you read it?" Twilight replied in what was almost a whisper.
"When I revised it. And I know for one thing that I didn't include HIM! I’ll have his head for any trickery!"
Suddenly, the Archives echoed with a very loud noise that made the foundation shake. Suddenly, before Twilight Sparkle's very eyes, a blue box appeared.
"How did...?
A colt poked his head out and said:
"Did I hear my name?

Here it is, the prologue in its intended glory!
Episode Two: Lunch With A Punch
The Doctor and Rainbow Dash handed their menus back to the waitress at the resteraunt and almost immediately Dash began chatting. "So, 'ya new around here? I've never seen you before." The Doctor looked down at the table, trying to figure out what to say. "Well... Ahem... I was here before. A long, long, long time ago. But, let's not worry about that."
Rainbow just nodded slightly and said "Okayyy. Well then, may I ask why you want me.? It's obvious you don't wanna talk much but..." The Doctor just looked her in the eye and said "Look, you're in terrible danger. You specifically. The Dalek are after you. They have found a way into this world, and they know that you are the key. They will stop at NOTHING to get a hold of you. And, it is my duty to ensure that the Dalek never take another life. So, I am here to protect you." Dash just cocked her head quizzically. "The Dalek? What the heck...?" Dash began to trail off when she saw a shadow move behind the Doctor. "What? What is it, girl?" The Doctor shouted. "Tha-tha-That" Rainbow replied, pointing.
The Doctor turned his head and saw a bug creature, a creature that was pony-like in stature but had the wings of a moth and sharp fangs. "What is that?" He asked. Rainbow cleared her throat and said "A Changeling. they transform into somepony you love and feed off of your love for them." The Doctor continued staring in the Changelings face and said "Good. Because everyon- everyPONY, I loved is dead." The Doctor stared at the Changeling for another minute, and that's when it attacked. The Changeling delivered a powerful blow into The Doctor's chin, knocking him backwards. 'Doctor!" Rainbow shouted, Dashing up (Eh, Eh?). She apple-bucked the Changeling in the stomach and that was when everypony cleared the building.
The Changeling pinned Dash on the ground but she came back by pelvic thrusting it off. She rolled over onto her hooves and flew up, about to go in for a grand-slam. But, the Changeling flew up and kicked Rainbow Dash across the room, injuring her wing,
The Doctor got back onto his hooves and retrieved the Sonic Screwdriver that he had attached to the medallion that day. He aimed his Sonic Screwdriver right at the Changeling while Rainbow Dash was brawling it and he pushed the main button which fired a sonic pulse through the air and knocked-out the Changeling. "Alright, we gotta get a move on, it'll re-gain consciousness soon." The Doctor yelled while he ran towards the exit with Rainbow Dash. "If we can get to the TARDIS, we can escape and do our first task." The Doctor continued, running through the streets of Canterlot with Rainbow Dash.
"The archives are just up ahead!" Rainbow yelled. The Doctor was gasping for air as if he was physically exhausted. Rainbow Dash shot up and said "Hang on." She flew in front of him and he bit onto one of her back hooves and they flew back to the archives. Rainbow landed at the entrance and said "Gee, do you have an alien bite or something?" (Amy pond reference) . The Doctor ran in followed by Rainbow Dash. The Doctor opened the door to the TARDIS and said "Ladies first."
Rainbow Dash walked in and her jaw dropped. "Sweet Celestia. It's bigger on the inside." The Doctor just chuckled and said "I love it when they say that." He approached the console and said "Alright, just to get you acquainted with time travel, tell me whatever destination you would like to go to." Rainbow Dash just stood there, silent, thinking. "Alright... I know where I want to go..."
P.S. Guys, I will become a better writer, trust me. And also, this WILL get more exciting.
Episode Three: Fate Has Brought Us Part One
Rainbow Dash cleared her throat and said "I want to go to the first ever flying competition." The Doctor just stopped what he was doing and said "You're not very imaginative, are you?" . Rainbow Dash just rolled her eyes and said "Whatever. Just take me there." The Doctor chuckled and proceeded to pull odd levers and push weird buttons that Rainbow had never seen before.
The TARDIS began shaking slightly and Rainbow Dash braced herself against the railing. A very loud noise began shuddering throughout the halls and then it all stopped. The Doctor turned to face Rainbow Dash and said "Alright, here we are. Cloudsdale, 490 B.C." Rainbow Dash ran to the door and opened it up with much enthusiasm, but what she saw wasn't appealing.
Intro
"What? What is it?" The Doctor walked over to join Rainbow Dash. "Umm, I don't recall their ever being Changelings in our ancient history." The Doctor cocked his head and said "Let me take a look" The Doctor pushed Rainbow Dash over to the side and looked out. He saw at least fifty Changelings terrorizing the city. "Well then, looks like we're in for some fun", he said confidently.
The Doctor turned to Rainbow Dash and said "You DO like danger, right?" Rainbow Dash's eyes became wide and the grin on her face was slightly disturbing. "Hay yeah!" she shouted. "Well alright! Let's go save history!" The Doctor yelled.
The Doctor and Rainbow Dash slowly stepped out of the TARDIS, not knowing what to expect. The air in the city smelled of... honey. The Doctor made a "Hmmmm" noise and got his Sonic Screwdriver in his mouth. He began scanning back and forth until the Sonic beeped three times.
"What's that thing?" Rainbow Dash asked with amazement. The Doctor looked at her, smiled, and said "A Sonic Screwdriver. It's a VERY multi-purpose tool. I'll explain later because right now, we have an evolution to stop."
Rainbow Dash shrugged and then began following The Doctor, who seemed to be heading straight for the heart of the Changeling invasion. It was very hard to ignore the thousands of screams and dead bodies, but Dash could do it for a bit.
After about ten minutes of walking, Rainbow Dash finally spoke up and said "What do you mean 'evolution'?" The Doctor looked back at her and said "Once the Changelings absorb enough power, their bodies begin to grow and change into a large bee-type creature, which is why we are smelling honey. But, it is a very gradual process and this is just the beginning where very few of them have evolved".
Rainbow Dash cocked her head and said "What's a bee?" The Doctor chuckled and said "A very pesky insect creature, but that isn't important at the moment. Let' just keep walking".
"Why aren't the Changelings attacking us though?" Rainbow Dash asked. The Doctor grunted and said "Who would you like to eat? A creature beaming with love and compassion, or an old stallion with a heart with barely any love for anyone in this dimension?" Rainbow Dash just rolled her eyes and accepted the answer.
After about ten more minutes of walking, the pair had reached a large, green hive-looking building. "Alright. Here's the plan. You are going to go in and distract the guards while I try to find their leader. Once there, I can try to make some sort of agreement." Rainbow Dash nodded and bashed down the door, attracting a lot of attention.
"Well, this is going to be easy" The Doctor said with a smile
Episode Four: Fate Has Brought Us Part Two
The Doctor ran and shoved every Changeling that was in his way aside. One stepped in front of him and showed it’s fangs. “Look, buddy. I’ve seen vampires before. I am NOT afraid of a little pony” The Doctor said confidently, pushing it aside.
He ran down the corridor that was adjacent from the entrance and had at least twenty Changelings following him. Alright. Their queen’s chamber must be here somewhere, he thought. He turned a corner and said “Ahh hah!”. He ran into the large chamber ahead of him and slammed the doors behind him. “Now, just to call the royal pain.”
Intro
The Doctor ran to one of the twelve support columns around the room and began kicking it until it ripped, as it was made of a sort-of gelatinous substance.
The ceiling began sagging and he ran to another pillar and began chopping away at it. It fell and then the ceiling lowered again. “Christ, this is rough on the bones!” He shouted. Suddenly the door began shaking. They must be trying to break through, he thought. Perfect.
He ran up to the throne, sat down, and yelled “Come in!” The door broke and in stepped Chrysalis herself with at least thirty other Changelings. “Well, well, well… Doctor” Chrysalis said with a hiss. “I’m sorry. Have we met?” The Doctor said with a grin.
“Cut the chatter. So, I understand that you want to halt my plans, hmm?” Chrysalis began charging up some magic threateningly.
“What’s it look like?” The Doctor said playfully. Chrysalis smiled and shot her magic at The Doctor. He lunged to the side but the magic kept a track of him. It hit his side and knocked him over. His body began changing. Toes began breaking through the
back hooves and fingers through the front hooves. His spine began straightening and his coat began to go away. His snout reduced to his face and a nose appeared.
“Ah, The Doctor’s true form.” Chrysalis said with a chuckle. The Doctor looked down at himself, embarrassed by his nudity. “Okay, so you’ve still got some dirty tricks. But, my little companion will crush your tiny little army.” The Doctor said intimidatingly. Chrysalis looked back and nodded. “You mean this companion?” She said with a laugh as Rainbow Dash was carried in by two Changelings.
The Doctor sighed and pulled out his sonic screw driver. He looked at Rainbow Dash and yelled "Duck!". He pushed the button and sent a sonic pulse through the air that knocked the Changelings back. He walked over to Chrysalis who was laying on the ground and said "Alright. let's get started. Question one: Have these ponies done anything to your kind? Question two: Why do you remember me? Lastly, question three: Who is protecting this world?"
Chrysalis looked up, annoyed, and shouted "The Alliance has told me of your coming. I know your past, what you've done. And you will not stop me, Doctor." Three Changelings tackled the Doctor and pinned him down. "You know Doctor, we also can feed off of bodies". The Doctor was now pinned on the ground, face-to-face with a Changeling that sprayed it's terrible breath in his face. "Alright. Do your worst." The Doctor said, using his chin to push a button on his screw-driver.
Rainbow Dash regained consciousness, and what she saw shocked her. "Doctor? Is that you?" She said, squinting across the room at the human. A Changeling bit the Doctor's chest and it was shocked by a sonic pulse.
Chrysalis got up and laughed. "My, my. You are clever." The Doctor then head butted one of the Changelings and squirmed his way out of their hold. The Changeling he head-butted began having vision. Visions of Earth, humanity, planets, galaxies! The Changeling fell to its knees and began screeching.
The Doctor walked up to Chrysalis and said "Okay, think of my questions. What has this race done to YOURS?" Chrysalis looked down at him. "I've taken down many enemies more powerful than you will ever be. I have protected many species, humans and ponies alike. So, if you think that you can just march in and take control of Equestria... Think again. Ask yourself. Who defeated the Cyberponies that invaded four years ago? Who defeated the masses of the Omni-ponies? Who has defeated every enemy that has came against Equestria?"
The queen looked down at the floor, as did the Changelings. Rainbow Dash seized this opportunity t o break free of he Changeling's grasp. She bolted up and landed right smack onto Chrysalis's head. "Ah! You little pest!" Chrysalis began bucking. The Changelings began to attack, but one stopped them. The one that the Doctor head-butted.
The Changeling began speaking to the others in its own language. Chrysalis continued to jump around, trying to shake Rainbow Dash while this was going on. The Doctor got out his screw driver, aimed it at Chrysalis, and unleashed a sonic pulse that knocked her unconscious. "Well, thanks for the diversion Rainbow Dash." The Doctor said. The Changelings began to back off and the one that was head-butted shifted into The Doctor's pony form. It approached him and began speaking.
"We have realized what you. WHO you are. We have decided that you are not to be rifled with. We vow to assist you. Thank you, Doctor. Thank you for giving us the gift to freely think by spreading your ideas and taking out our queen."
The Doctor just smiled and said "Alright Rainbow Dash. Let's go." Rainbow Dash hopped off of Chrysalis's limp body and the two began walking out of the palace. "If we need you, we'll give you a call." The Doctor said, smiling.
On their way out, the head-butted Changeling, whose name was Xip , began another speech, All that the Doctor and Rainbow Dash heard of it was "The world will look different now without the queen's lies." Rainbow Dash looked up at the human Doctor and said "That was amazing! But what the heck are you?" The Doctor looked down and said "That's not important. I'll change back when we're in the TARDIS." Rainbow Dash smiled and said "Yeah, that danger was pretty fun. Especially when you told queenie off." The Doctor smiled and said "Oh, I know just where to go next". The Doctor intended to find out more about this "Alliance".
Episode Five: The Trouble With Humans + PSA
The Doctor stepped out of the changing room on the TARDIS and walked over to where Rainbow Dash was sitting in the adjacent room. "So, what do you think?" He asked, spinning around, happy to be a pony again. Rainbow Dash smiled and then sighed.
"What were you earlier though?" She asked. The Doctors' smile quickly disappeared. He sat next to her and said "Well, I was a humanoid mammal. That is my true form.. I honestly didn't want to tell you, I was afraid it would cause dis-trust." Rainbow Dash smiled mischievously.
"Say, can I see the home world of that being?" The Doctor cleared his throat and said "Are you sure? Things there can get a bit... Hasty". Rainbow Dash looked at The Doctor and simply replied "Danger's my middle name, Doc!". The Doctor smiled and said "Follow me" as he went into the TARDIS control room.
"I will need your help for inter-dimensional travel. You see that blue lever other there?" Rainbow Dash nodded and The Doctor proceeded giving instructions. "You will need to pull on that ONLY after you push that green button on your left... Other left" he said as Rainbow Dash looked to her right searching for the green button. "But, you only press the green button after I turn this knob, pull this chain, type on this keyboard, stomp on this hoof-pedal, and smack my head against this panel. Got it?"
Rainbow Dash cocked her head quizzically at The Doctor and then nodded. "Alright, shall we begin?" The Doctor began pushing and pulling on all sorts of things, which made it difficult for Rainbow Dash to keep up. Rainbow Dash took her best guess and pushed the green button after The Doctor stomped on the foot pedal and then pulled the blue blue lever.
The TARDIS engines began making a terrible ear-splitting noise and the main room filled with smoke. "That normally happens, no worries!" The Doctor assured Rainbow Dash. After about ten minutes of constant shaking, rocking, and rattling, the TARDIS finally calmed down. The Doctor ran to the door and opened it slowly.
"Now, you wanted to see humans? Well, this here is the fourth age of Reclamation, the height of human power!" The Doctor said while opening the door. But, when it was open, The Doctor's jaw dropped because of what he saw. "You pushed the buttons in the wrong order, didn't you?" he said turning to Rainbow Dash.
"Maybe..." Rainbow Dash said blushing, crossing her- Arms! Rainbow Dash looked down and almost leaped away from her own shadow.
Intro
"What the? What are these? And these? And why is mane so long?" Rainbow Dash was excitedly looking at her new body. The Doctor wanted to answer all of her questions, but she was asking so many at once! Well, also, he was admiring what stood before him.
In front of The Doctor stood a slim, beautiful women with seven colors in her hair. "Welcome to humanity" he said smiling. Rainbow Dash began pulling her shirt off and The Doctor had to stop her. "Alright, that's it young lady! There are some parts of that body that are considered private and inappropriate" Rainbow Dash pouted and pulled her shirt back down. "So, what went wrong, Doc?"
The Doctor turned back around and observed the planet before him. "There seems to be an intergalactic war..." Rainbow Dash's eyes got back. "Hey, sick! Let me see!" She said running to the door. "Nuh uh uh." He said, waving a finger at her.
"Cool! How do you do that?" Rainbow Dash yelled excitedly, looking at her hand, "Look, we're going to need in stealth and take a quick glance around, alright? We are NOT going to get into any trouble, correct?" Rainbow Dash saluted with a smile. "Good." The Doctor Said. "Good"
The Doctor gently glided the TARDIS down to the Earth's surface and landed her down . The doors swung open and the two walked out. "Alright, we need to stick together. I need to find out who is raging a war against the humans and how to stop them. This isn't supposed to happen" The Doctor said.
Rainbow Dash slowly nodded with her mouth open, not paying attention to anything The Doctor said. Rainbow Dash slowly scanned all of the surrounding buildings, machines, and devices. Then, she looked up. Thousands of space ships were at war with each other high in the air.
The Doctor stopped walking and said "You see that tent over there? That looks military, huh Dash?" The Doctor looked behind him... No trace of Rainbow Dash. "Rainbow? Rainbow?" The Doctor began frantically yelling and shouting. "Not good. NOT GOOD"
Rainbow Dash walked into an old building that said "J. Pen Y". The store smelled of rotten mold and fresh urine. She gawked at all of the clothing that surrounded her. "Rarity would be in heaven", she thought. Rainbow Dash walked up to a small perfume stand and pressed down on the top of one of the bottles. A fruity scent filled her nostrils and made her gag.
While Rainbow Dash was sampling all of the perfumes she would hear the occasional creak of the floor. Originally she thought it was somepony... Someone... behind her. But, when she turned around, there was nothing there so she shrugged it of and continued sniffing all of the alien aromas.
Suddenly, the floor creaked again and she could feel air hitting her back. Suddenly, a massive hand grabbed her face and whatever was behind her swooped her her off of the ground. She tried to scream as loud as she could, but the hand muffled it to where it was a whisper.
Rainbow kicked and squirmed in her assailants grasp and eventually managed to break free. "Run. I have to run." She thought looking at the door. Rainbow Dash inhaled deeply and began putting one foot in front of the other in a quick motion. She was almost to the door when she hit her ankle with her other foot and came crashing to the ground.
The mysterious being picked her up and walked outside. It aimed a light into the sky and then it vanished...
"Dash!" The Doctor was now running door to door hollering her name. "It's a lost cause. You'll never find her", thought like this kept on plaguing his mind. "No! I will find her! I swear to Celestia, God, Jesus, and any other immortal beings! I will find that girl!" The Doctor began shouting to himself. Suddenly, a massive alien hand covered his mouth from behind. The Doctor grabbed his Sonic Screwdriver which was still around his neck and aimed it behind him.
The Sonic blasted a pulse of energy into the alien's face and it dropped him. "That's more like it" The Doctor said, hitting the ground with a thud. The Doctor wan at least three meters away while the alien was grabbing it's face from the pain. "One more should do the trick" The Doctor said aiming his Sonic.
The Doctor fired and the alien doubled over. The Doctor slowly walked over to the body and examined. The creature had a squid shaped head, a human shaped body, and had the claws of a hyena. "Oh good Lord..." The Doctor said. "Good Lord...."
Rainbow Dash's eyes fluttered open. She was strapped into a bed in a dark room. Suddenly, a door opened far away and light seeped in. Rainbow Dash looked down and noticed that she was naked. "Oh, that's not good" She said silently. The door shut and three dim lights snapped on in the room, revealing a large suited figure approaching the bed.
The creature was pushing a small cart with many sharp objects on it towards her. Rainbow Dash began trying to squirm her way out, but didn't quite understand how her new body worked. The creature got to the bed and grabbed a sharp knife off of the table.
The creature aimed the knife between Rainbow Dash's legs, about to dissect her. "Hey, watch it bub. That is private!" Rainbow Dash yelled, mustering the strength to break a restraint and kick the creature in the face. The creature grabbed it's face in pain and proceeded to aim the knife at Rainbow Dash's stomach, about to stab her.
Suddenly, time began going slowly. Rainbow Dash felt an odd pulsing in her wrists and forehead that she had never felt before. She took advantage of this oppurtinity and began trying to work her other restraints off.
The knife was three inches away now... Left arm restraint off.
The knife was now two inches away... Right arm restraint off!
The knife was now as close as it good get before making contact with Dash's body and she was out of energy. Dash gave up and accepted fate when suddenly...
The Doctor searched the aliens pockets and found a small beacon device. It was a shiny silver with a red tip and a button on the bottom. The Doctor held it up high and pressed the button on the bottom. Suddenly, all of time and space stood still and The Doctor could feel his body being ripped apart- atom, by atom, by atom, until nothing remained.
The next thing The Doctor knew, he was being re-assembled right next to another alien in white clothing wearing a surgeons mask. The Doctor's last atom was re-installed and he uttered four words. "Did I miss anything?". The alien next to him was apparently wielding a knife, because it went right into the center of The Doctor's chest.
Rainbow Dash looked over to her right and saw a human that she presumed was The Doctor. Rainbow Dash was suddenly inspired and she forced her last restraint off, hooped up, and lunged at the creature standing beside her bed.
The Doctor looked down and noticed the shiny medal blade in the middle of his chest. "Sorry buddy. Missed both of my hearts!" he shouted. The Doctor pulled the knife out, which had went through his jacket and was stopped by his Sonic Screwdriver beneath his shirt, and punched the creature in the jaw.
Suddenly, a Rainbow blur whizzed by and tackled the creature. "Dashie!" The Doctor shouted happily. Rainbow Dash began beating the creature and stopped when a red liquid began seeping through it's thin white robe. Suddenly, the whole room lit up red and thirteen of the creatures rushed in wielding weapons, all pointed at The Doctor.
"Hey, hey boys! Can't we work this out? I mean, come on, this guy was probably costing you a lot of tax money!" The Doctor said, scanning the aliens over. "Okay, not impressed I see". The Doctor pulled out his damaged Sonic Screwdriver and aimed it at the company. But, when he pressed the button, it didn't injure the aliens, but destroyed their weapons.
"Even better!" The Doctor said. Rainbow Dash was not standing next to The Doctor fully nude with her hands up... Which was pretty distracting. "Alright fellas. Now that you're dis-armed, I think you should answer some questions." The alien creature standing in front of the group said in a deep auto-tuned voice "You have no rights here. You must surrender."
The Doctor stared it right in the eye and said "I'm afraid not. According to the inter-planetary peace agreement of 2897 states that every sentient being has rights regardless of their location in known space." The aliens all grunted and The Doctor began asking questions.
"Alright. One, where is this young ladies clothes?" An alien went into a dark corner of the room and came back holding Rainbow Dash's clothing. "Good. dash, put those on. Now, what have the humans done to you?" The aliens all looked at each other and then the leader spoke up, saying, "They have defiled our sacred planets and moons". The Doctor rubbed his chin and then said "Is this how first contact was made?"
The alien leader nodded. "Alright then. How were the humans supposed to know that those places were holy? They had never met your kind, let alone learned your religious practices." The aliens all began talking in small murmurs amongst them selves. "Now, I think you understand what I mean. So, just take this up with the Unites Star Systems and release us,. We'll never be a bother again."
The alien leader put his claw on The Doctor's shoulder and said "It is not over that quickly. The USS has stated that they will have no interaction with our kind." The Doctor grabbed the alien's arm and said "That's when you start a PEACEFUL demonstration, like a petition or meetup for justice." The Aliens began whispering among themselves again.
"How is that supposed to teach the humans a lesson?" The leader asked. The Doctor chuckled and said "That's pretty self explanatory. But, if you still want to wage war on the humans, remember they have THE DOCTOR on their side." The aliens all gasped and took a few steps back. The leader knelled down and said "Almighty Doctor, please forgive us. it is clear we have done wrong in your eyes."
The Doctor smiled and said "Just do what I said and drop me and my friend here off at the TARDIS, alright?" The aliens all got up and saluted then walked out of the room. After three minutes of waiting, a beam shot through Rainbow Dash and The Doctor, splitting every one of their atoms up and then transporting them to the ground in front of the TARDIS.
The Doctor and Rainbow Dash stepped in. "Say, that was pretty sick. But what did they mean by 'almighty' Doctor?" Rainbow Dash asked. The Doctor looked down at her and said "I have traveled through time and I have been involved with every civilization. I am revered in a lot of places." The two laughed a bit and the Rainbow Dash asked her last question for the day. "Is this form permanent?" "No. We'll change back when we're in Equestria. But for now, I need a new Screwdriver."

Episode One: The Doctor's Return
Celestia approached The Doctor with a very stern look. "You, what are you doing here?" She shouted. "Hey, hey ,hey. No need to be feisty. I'm here to save all of your sorry flanks... AGAIN . Now, I'm gonna need your strongest Pegasus." The Doctor replied, now out of the TARDIS. Celestia continued staring at The Doctor very angrily. The Doctor looked her in the eye and said, "Is this still about me taking you to Earth? Or is it about that time when you saw my human form?" Celestia narrowed her eyes and said "Both". The Doctor snarled and said, "Look, that was a thousand years ago. Can't we put that behind us?" Celestia's horn began glowing and she shouted "No".
"Man, she sure holds a grudge." The Doctor said, looking at Twilight Sparkle with a smile. Celestia was about to fire a pulse of magic at Doctor Whooves that was so powerful it could send him to the moon when Twilight suddenly said "But he's in the prophecy!" Celestia looked down at her student and said "Look, I didn't put that in there." Celestia stared at The Doctor and he eventually broke, saying, "Alright. I had to re-write a little bit of history. But that's beside the point. All that matters right now is that I need your strongest Pegasus." Celestia's face became curious and she said "Then why do I have the same memories?" The Doctor laughed and said "You're a time traveler. I thought we've been over this before!" Celestia then made her horn calm down and she said "Alright. I give up. Just tell me, why do you need our strongest pegasus?" The Doctor just looked at her in a quirky way and said "I don't know. i just like pegasi." Twilight Sparkle giggled and said "Well, my friend Rainbow Dash is the strongest there is in Ponyville." The Doctor said "Alright. Call her up and we can get started."
"Get started with what?" Celestia said nervously. "So we can start saving the world, of course. There's not much to explain." Celestia sighed and used her magic to teleport Rainbow Dash by her side. "Ahhh! Perfect! A beautiful mare!" The Doctor shouted. Rainbow Dash looked around- dumbstruck. "Calm down, Rainbow. This is The Doctor. He wants your help in saving the world." Celestia said. "And why? I've never seen him before!" The Doctor sat down and said "Let's just say... I know your past. you are over-qualified." with a smile. Rainbow Dash cocked her head and said "Let me get this straight. You want ME to go off with you on some sort of quest with you... A stranger?" The Doctor smiled and said "Yes. Yes I do." Rainbow looked him over another time and said "Well, a handsome cult like you can get lonely too, I suppose." Rainbow walked over to him and said "I accept. So, let's say you and me get to know each other over lunch?" "Sure thing." The Doctor replied.
