Hi my name is Kelly Goodwin, also known as Manager612. I started watching My Little Pony FIM/EG last year after watching StormFX3's My Little Dashie. No one dare tell me about it! I was just looking up random stuff on youtube and came across My Little Dashie, and that’s when I became a brony. But enough about me, and more on the story.

Have you ever thought of going to another world? I have. I went to the land of Equestria. I wanted to go back home, but I had found love, and it made me want to stay.

Story is told from narrator's POV.

Chapter 1
I’m in Equestria!?

One day I was walking around town in Okeechobee Florida, United State, when it started to rain down hard. I couldn’t see anything, until the rain finally stopped.

I looked around I saw I was in a forest, “Huh? I don’t remember a forest. Never mind the fact that there isn’t a forest near the city.” I started to walk, when I suddenly heard a loud whine for help.

I ran fast as I could towards the whining. I started to notice it sounded more like a certain animal’s whine, as I got closer to the sound.

I came around the corner and gasped at what I saw. A small female pony. Her body’s coat was pure white, her eyes were dark blue, and her mane and tail had sky blue highlights in it. And on her flank was what looked to be a small tattoo of a sky blue crystal, with a cursive h in the middle of it. She also had a similar pendant around her neck.

I marveled at the white mare I was seeing. Then I noticed that her tail was stuck under a big rock. It must have rolled onto her tail during the storm.

I gasped and went over to help her, "You poor thing. Let me help you."

The pony’s eyes went wide and started to yell, "AH! Monster get away from me!" She tried to kick me with her front legs.

I blinked when I heard the small pony talk, then I thought to myself, ‘Wait a minute. Random forest coming out of nowhere like magic. Talking ponies with small pictures on their flanks. This all seems very similar to that TV show I watch called...’ Then I gasped in realization, ‘I must be in the My Little Pony universe.’

Then I heard the white pony still whining as she tried to pull her tail out, only to squint in pain.

I reached out to her with my hand slowly, " I am not going to hurt you. I just help you get your tail out."

The pony tried to kick me again, but I kept my hand outstretched. She started to calm down and moved her muzzle into my hand.

I smiled and rubbed her nose, “There. See? I’m not dangerous to you. Now let’s get that rock off your tail.” I rolled the rock off her tail, and she pulled it out.

I smiled as I watched her prance around happily, "My name is Kelly Goodwin. What is your name?"

"My name is Hikari." The pony replied.

“Where am I?" I asked, even though I already knew, but I just want make sure I was right.

"You’re in Equestria. Home of earth ponies, unicorns, and Pegasi." Hikari said

"Who is in charge here?" I asked, knowing the answer once again.

"Princess Celestia and Princess Luna." She replied.

Just as I thought, “Where in Equestria are we?" I asked, not knowing the answer this time.

“We’re in the Everfree Forest." She replied.

I looked around and say, “Is it dangerous in here right now?"

“Only if you come across timberwolves." She said, looking around quickly.

“Okay then. How do we get out of the forest?" I asked.

She reply " I can take you to one of my friend’s house. She lives on the border of the forest.” Then Hikari up and down, scanning my body with curiosity, “By the way, what kind creature are you? I’ve never seen your kind before. What kind food do you eat?"

I reply " I am a human. As what kind food humans eat, they eat meats, fruits, and vegetables. But I’m a vegetarian, so don't you worry I am not going to eat you.” I said seeing the look of relief on Hikari’s face, “By the way, who is your friend?"

“Her name is Fluttershy." She said, “She loves taking care of wild animals, and learning about new ones too. I wonder if she’s ever heard of you, ‘Humans’, before.”

“Well, lead the way to Fluttershy’s place." I said.

And with that, we were on our way to Fluttershy’s cottage.

As we walked, a question struck me to ask Hikari, “Where your parents? Shouldn’t you be with them, and not in the Everfree Forest, by yourself?“ At that time I thought she would be scare without her parents.

Hikari look at the ground sadly, “I do not know live in this forest since I was a little girl. All I can remember about them is that they had been reported killed when I was just a filly. I ran away from my aunt and uncle’s, and I’ve been living in the forest with Fluttershy ever since.”

My heart broke. Her being without parents since she was really young was terrible. No one should be without parents at such a young age, “Why did you run away from your aunt and uncle?”

“Because I overheard them saying how they wouldn’t be able to afford to take care of me. They were going to either put me up for adoption, or they were going to send me to an orphanage.” Hikari said with tears in her eyes, "So I ran away in the middle of the night, so they wouldn't know until the morning."

While I was talking to Hikari, a bright light suddenly flashed brightly in front of us. I shielded my eyes until the light died down.

When I lowered my hand, I saw another mare, but this one was a unicorn, standing in front of us. She had moderate cyan eyes. Her body’s coat was light brilliant amber, and her mane and tail were a duo striped pattern of vivid crimson and brilliant yellow. She had a what looked to be a shimmering sun as her cutie mark.

I looked at this unicorn, but my head started to hurt when I made eye contact. I shook it off for now, but I could help but notice this unicorn looked familiar,“Who is this?” I asked Hikari.

“Her name is Sunset Shimmer.” Hikari said, “However she’s just here to visit for a bit. She has to go back home, but she won’t say where she lives.”

I say the name to myself over and over, thinking, ‘Where have I heard that name before?’ Then hit me! Sunset Shimmer was in the Equestria Girls movies.

My brony side wanted to run up to and hug her because she is my favorite pony, but another side of me wanted to see how would react to a human in Equestria.

Sunset Shimmer was looking at me, her mouth gawking to the ground, “What are you doing in Equestria? Better yet, how are you in Equestria? No, how are you still human, and in Equestria!?”

I told her how I got here.

“That storm doesn’t sound right. That couldn’t have been a coincidence either.” Sunset said.

I shrugged, “Hikari and I we were on our way to see Fluttershy to see if she could let me stay at her place, due to other ponies would probably freak out if they saw me. At least until I figure out how to get back home.”

Sunset nodded in understandment.

While I was talking to Sunset Shimmer and Hikari, another bright light flashed, this time two more mare unicorns stood in front of us.

One had a white coat, and curly purple mane and tail. The other was lavender, and her mane and tail were purple with pink stripes.

I looked the two new unicorns, “Who are these two?” I asked.

“The white unicorn her name is Rarity, and the lavender one is Twilight Sparkle.” Sunset said.

Then a cyan Pegasus with a rainbow mane and tail, came out of nowhere and kicked the wind of me, “Why? Are you a spy?”

I groaned and got back up. I glared at the cyan pegasus, “No. I was walking around my town when a big rain fall down I could not see for a few minutes. When it stopped, I was here. I started to walk around, when I heard Hikari yelling for help. I didn’t know her, but I had to help her out because she was stuck with a big rock on her tail. When I show up she freaks out and calls me a monster. I told her I just want to help her to get the rock off of her tail.” I said, “And now we’re heading for Fluttershy’s place. By the way, what is your name?”

"Who am I? I'm the fastest flier in all of Equestria, Rainbow Dash." The pegasus said.

"It's nice to meet you all. My name is Kelly Goodwin." I said to all the ponies.

And so we all began to walk to Fluttershy's cottage.
