The Plan

It was all going to play exactly as me and my brothers of the Union wanted. Celestia was going to be at the Gala and to a plus so was her sister.

Ironhoof was the leader, he had a few scars on his face from the revolution in Moscows. He had a black mane, his eyes were Brown and his color of his coat was a light brown. His cutie-mark was a grey horseshoe.

Then there was Rustedsword, he was an ex-soldier from the revolution. He had a charming face, with his blue eyes and his light Brown mane styled back. His coat was a dark grey that helped his cutie-mark of a brownish sword stand out.

Then there was his older brother Arctic sea. He was a muscular stallion, who could pry open doors with his bear hooves. His coat was a cyan color, his mane was white as snow. His eyes were blood red showing his bloodlust, and much like his name his mark was of an Iceberg in water.

Then there was me, Steel clad. I was the young one out of the group. My eyes were sapphire like, with my coat a white ice like color. While my mane was a greyish-cyan that looked like silver in the sun light. My mark was a silver sickle covering a iron heart.

This mission will be my first and last for there is no returning home if we fail or accomplish this mission. Our mission is to assassinate Princess Celestia, and as a plus if possible Luna. We had to at least terminate one or critically injure one. The Diarch had to be terminated or severely injured if any other fellow brothers were to help spread communism to Equestria. In a way I'm glad that I don't have to go back to the Stallion Union of Soviet Roaming-Horses, or SUSR for short. Mainly because the of the weather and what's left of the war torn cities.

We were dressed in fine wool suits, sitting on the train on our way to Counterlot. We had four daggers, two cyanide pills and a experimental vest bomb. We had to pick our jobs for the plan, based on our the equipment we had. I choose the bedroom job, while Artic sea choose the vest. Rusted sword choose the surprise attack, and Ironhoof choose distraction attack.

We were in our booth on the train there in silence till, I heard a giddy pink colored pony talk in front of us. I started to listen on to the conversation, it bounced from the gala, to fun, and then something that really caught my attention. Apparently I was on the same train of Celestia's student and a princess known as Twilight-sparkle.

I leaned to my right to get a glimpse of this... princess, sure enough she was an Alicorn. It would be pleasing to eliminate her as well but that would effect the mission. For what I could tell the pink pony was named Pinkie-pie, and that was all the names I could get from them, for we had arrived. Sadly I was the most magically advance compared to the others so I had to use my magic to conjure up fake Gala tickets.

As we approach the castle entrance I noticed that there was about fifty Pegasus guards flying around the castle, not to mention the twenty five guards just standing around looking for danger. It was like they were expecting something to happen, so we had to take the information and stretch our plan a bit. A guard asked us for our tickets, which we happily handed them to him and with a nod he allowed us in. There were ten Pegasus guards flying in the corners of the ball room. About twenty guards at every entrance and five standing not to far from the royalties.

I started the mission by using my magic to locate the chambers of the Diarchy. Artic sea got halfway to the princess when he was ready for his part. Rustedsword came closer to me as Iron hoof got close to the princesses as possible without looking suspicious. Then Artic sea began.

He rushed to the two princesses bringing out the blade. Quickly the guards jumped him, it took ten to hold him and all of the Pegasus to restrain him with rope. Celestia asked that everyone stay calm. But it ended with an explosion, as Artic sea activated his vest.

With the explosion going off, Iron hoof trotted to the princesses and was able to cut Luna on the leg as the rest of the guard pinned him down and moved the princesses out of danger. Ironhoof gave out a chuckle as he bit down on the cyanide in his mouth, causing him to foam up. Quickly me and Rustedsword sneaked out as more guards bursting in.

We made it to Celestia's bedroom chamber. We entered and prepared for our attack. Rustedsword hid in her bath room, while I using my magic stood perfectly still over her bed. An hour had passed since the ball room attack, and I was beginning to get tired and feel that I shouldn't do this, but I was already committed to the mission and there was no way out of this.

The door leading in opened, and the sound of hoofs and clanking metal echoed throughout the room. "Thank you captain, but me and Princess Twilight would like to be alone to discuss events going on in Ponyvile" Celestia informed a guard. 'Great, now this might be difficult' I thought as the two talked about twilight 's learning's of friendship, then it led to the current event.

Twilightsparkle was informing Celestia, "that's right Princess Celestia, the ponies that attacked were on the train me and my friends. I noticed that there is two still missing" she said with a tone of worry. "Don't worry now, I am fine. Luna's wound will be healed by tomorrow" Celestia informed to her pupil. Twilight sighed" I think I should head home, I'll keep an eye out for the other two and alert the guards if I see them".

"Thank you", Celestia replied with warmly. I heard the door open and the door close shut. My heart started to beat, slowly matching her hooves as she walked ever so slowly. She was heading to her bed, which I stood ready to attack. Then she stopped. I could see her shadow. She looked to her left and sighed "Twilight left her book again, I'll worry about that later" she said turning her head back to the bed.

I got into my pounce position as I pulled out my blade, but then I noticed that I had lost my cyanide. She just stood there looking in the beds direction. "I know you're there, I could sense your magic. I started sensing it once you first arrived" she said swiftly. My heart skipped a beat or two. How could she sense my magic? To do that means that she is very skilled.

"Please come down and let us talk" Celestia said warmly and sweet. I lost complete control of my magic causing me to fall face first in front of her. Luckily her bed cushioned my fall. I looked up and it was then I had finally got to notice her appearance.

She was a tall, majestic being indeed. She had gorgeous magenta eyes that stared into my soul. Her Mane was like no other, it was bright and colorful. Her fur was a beautiful white. She had the cutie mark of a sun. No denying that she was a beautiful mare, but she was also my target. She gave a little chuckle, due to me falling.

I stood up, trying to find the courage to fight, but this is no Stalliongrad. Her smile only brought warmth. She was about to say something when, Rustedsword came charging in. He had his dagger out, heading towards the princess. Celestia shot at him with her magic, knocking him against the wall. The noise had alerted the guards outside, and the swarm in with their spears ready.

RustedSword bit down, and yelled as foam rushed from his mouth "Remember Stalliongrad....". I stood there in shock as it hit me. RustedSword took the cyanide from me. My attention turned back to the others in the room. There were five guards slowly approaching me and the princess. Then my 'Stalliongrad' instincts kicked in effect. I dashed to the window and ran head first into it. I didn't realize that I was so high up. I was plummeting to the ground that will kill me on impact. I cast a shield to soften the fall.
