Over The Moon

Pinkie blinked.She wasn´t alone in the room but her vision was still glitching from that punch she drank.Was it even punch? Maybe it had been alcohol and she had went on one of her rampages; if so, she´d have to apologize to Twilight later.Mental note.Anyway, in front of her she could see a large blur.That´s when she heard it.

"Miss Pie?" She heard the voice. A mare´s voice.Loud, bold but also nice sounding.She knew that voice, she knew she had heard it somewhere before.She was Pinkamina Diane Pie, of course she knew when a voice sounded familiar "Miss Pie? Are you quite alright?"

Her eyes became visible.They were very pretty.Pinkie could´ve looked at them for hours no end.She didn´t know what color they were.They could be green, blue or gray.What she did knew is that they shined.

"MISS PIE?! PLEASE RESPOND! You shouldn´t ignore the princess of the night!" Her vision cleared up, Finally! Now she knew the whole time she had been staring at Princess Luna! The thought had made her blush.

"Hey, Princess! What are you doing here? You look great today, but that's kind of a problem isn't it? You look great today. It's the middle of the day, shouldn't you be sleeping?"

"Well, somepony had to go get you" She answered, to any other pony she may have seemed angry but, to Pinkie Oblivious Pie,she simply looked like she really needed her morning... Oops! Sorry! Nightime coffee. "This is the forbidden wing of the Canterlot Castle, Miss Pie. It isn't safe for non-alicorns, I had to make sure you were alright. So, are you alright!?"

"Don´t you worry your pretty little head about lil old me, princess! I´ve never been better!"

"I'm hundreds of years older than you, Miss Pie."

She ignored the comment.It wasn´t the first time she heard one of her friends say that "Thought you might wanna do something about that punch I drank." She leaned in close to Luna's ear and whispered. "I think somepony spiced it."

The princess groaned "Probably my sister, no doubt."

The pink pony´s blush intensified and she laughed.Way too hard, Luna would say, it almost startled the princess.

"It wasn´t that funny.Anyway, let´s get you back with your friends. They´re probably worried sick. Not to mention we´re still in the middle of preparations for the Grand Galloping Gala"

"Okie dokie lokie!"

"AUNT LUNA! AUNT LUNA!" The pink alicorn shouted desperately.Flying throught Canterlot, looking for another princess

"At ease, Cadence, What do you need me for?"

"I feel a love emergency WHERE´S PINKIE PIE?!"

"Probably with Princess Twilight and her other friends preparing the Gala, I'm not too sure. Why?"

"What happened yesterday?"

"Oh, once they arrived, she accidentally stumbled upon the forbidden wing of the castle and...................."

"Luna, Cadence, I´m sorry to inform you." Celestia said "You were right. This is a love potion."

Twilight and Cadence gasped.Luna's breathing started to go unsteady.

"But not just any love potion.It´s way more powerful than the normal ones.It tries its best to copy real feelings."

"Is there a cure? PLEASE TELL ME THERE´S A CURE!" Luna begged, she was silenced by her niece wrapping a hoof around her.Silenced but not calmed down.

"There's always a cure," Cadence took the potion in her magic, sniffed it, but her lip and turned to Twilight. "Has... Pinkie Pie ever been in a relationship before?"

"I highly doubt it, why?"

"Well, one of the cures was real love." Cadence explained. "I guess we can go for the second option, it'll take longer though."

"How long?"

"About a month or two."

"I think you can avoid Pinkie Pie until then." Celestia smiled at her sister.

"I wouldn't recommend that," The pink alicorn replied. "To each their own I guess."

Luna sighed.Her wings stretching to touch the ground, her body feeling heavy and useless. The other princesses looked at her.Two of them were surprised and/or confused and one of them was worried.Twilight spoke up first:

"Pinkie is not that awful.Like Celestia said, you can just avoid her and........."

"IT´S NOT THAT!" She answered, closing her eyes

"Then what is it?"

"Miss Pie is not the problem.It´s me"

A big "Huh?" came out of the mouths of both the princess of the sun and the princess of friendship.

"Please, I just need to be alone right now"

She flew through the nearest window. Celestia attempted to follow her but Cadence stopped her.

"We better start working on the cure. The sooner we start, the quicker we'll have it ready."

The other two nodded.

"This is crazy" Luna muttered to herself.

She was sitting at the Canterlot Garden, rigth behind one of the largest trees, looking at her whooves in shame.The animals of the afformentioned garden had become more lively since Fluttershy started coming, and became static at the mere visit of a single pony yet, princess Luna had hidden herself away from the lovely critters.Like she had said, she needed to be alone right now.

But unfortuntely, she wasn´t.She didn´t hear it but something came down from the tree´s top and:

"What´s crazy?"

"AAAH!"

"AAAH! Yourself.But that doesn´t answer my question, princess"
