Sharp Wits and Prince Bluebloods marriage

The next morning Sharp Wits woke a terrible hangover. "Damn. What did I do last night?" Wits groaned sitting up in the bed. As she looked around the room she saw Blueblood sleeping in a recliner. "He does look pretty cute while he sleeps." Wits said using her magic to grab the blanket from her and draped it over Blueblood. This caused him to rollover at the same time a small black box dropped to the floor. "Huh. What's this?" Wits muttered using her magic to pick up the box and open it. "Oh. My. Sweet. Holy. Stars." Wits gasped at the ring.

"What are you gasping at?" Blueblood asked groggily rubbing his eyes. Wits didn't answer with words, instead she closed the box and gave it back to Blueblood. "Ah. Your gasping at the ring. So, Sharp Wits, will you marry me?" Blueblood asked opening the box to show the Sterling Silver band, embedded with diamonds, was topped off with a a large diamond.

"Yes. Yes. ETERNITIES OF YES." Wits squealed from not knowing what to do. This was happening all too fast for her.

"What's going on down here?" Twilight, Shining Armor, and Cadence asked as they came down the steps.

"Sharp Wits and I are getting married." Blueblood exclaimed showing them the ring as he slid it on Wits' hoof.

"Wits, we need to talk. Girl to girl." Cadence said grabbing her arm and leading her to a different room.

"Yeah, what?" Wits asked as they walked into the kitchen.

"Are you ready for this, Wits?" Cadence asked shutting the door.

"Well, to be completely honest with you, it's happening just so fast. I mean I like Blueblood, I think he's cute." Wits said blushing while thinking about Blueblood. "And he's fun to be around. But we only had two dates."

"Do you love him?" Cadence asked before Wits could continue.

"Well, I like-" Wits started.

"No, do you love him." Cadence cut her off by putting a hoof to Wits mouth.

"Yes. I do. But I didn't think he would propose so soo-" Wits was cut off again by Cadences hoof.

"If you love him, then it doesn't matter when he proposes. From the time he met you, he fell head over hooves for you." Cadence said looking Wits in the eyes. "Remember, I'm the Princess of Love. I can tell these things. Also it so obvious, I mean Twilight and Shiny saw it from the start."

"But what do I do now. I've never been in this situation before. I had a code to never develop feelings for anyone. But this, I couldn't help myself. In every dimension I've been to after I left here. Every creature feared me so much that when they saw me walking down the street, they would run and hide. No one even talked to me after I slayed a spirit. This is the first and only dimension where the natives don't fear me and where I have friends." Wits said sitting down. "This goes against the most sacred of codes."

"Wits, just forget the code, as long as you are happy, who gives a shit about some code or something." Cadence said surprising Wits.

"Where did you learn to talk like that?" Wits said looking up at Cadence with a smirk on her face.

"You. But back to the matter at hand. I'm telling you, as a friend, go out there and marry that stallion."

"Okay. I'll do it. Thanks for the talk." Wits said standing up and hugging Cadence.
