As Rainbow Dash walks Twilight home there was an awkward silence between the two. Before Rainbow says "Aren't you going to ask?"

"But Hutch said not to even try because he and Starsky have been trying to for three years?" Twilight said a little confused.

"Yeah but I meant aren't you gonna ask why I wanted to be a cop." Rainbow said correcting her friend.

"Oh, I didn't even think about that." Twilight said. "So why did you?"

"Well when I was a filly in elementary school we had a day where the police chief and the fire chief came in to my class and talked about their jobs, and well I thought that the police chief was kinda cool." Rainbow said as the two passed Raritys boutique.

"Wow I never knew that." Twilight said "So why did you stop?"

"Well like I said I twisted my hove on the obsitcal corse." Rainbow replied

"Yeah I know that but why didn't you finish after your hove was better?" Twilight asked

"To be honest i don't Know why I just never felt like i could do it after that." Rainbow said a little discomfort in her voice.

"Well do you ever think you would ever try again?" Twilight asked as they walked past Sugar cube corner.

"I don't know I still don't think i could make it I mean I'd have to take all the test again and I'd have to rerun the obstical course it just feels like too much trouble." Rainbow said a little disappointment at her self in her voice.

"Well i could always help you study for the test and I'm pretty sure you could nail the obstical course, I mean you are the fastest pony in all of ponyville if not equerista." Twilight said trying to give her friend a little confidence.

The two finally arrived at the golden oak library and Rainbow said, "Maybe I will!" a little more confidence in her voice.

"All right just come on over when ever you need any help with anything." Twilight said

"Yeah I will." Rainbow said "See you later Twi."

"Bye Rainbow." Twilight replied, as she walked into the library and Rainbow flew off and went back to her cloud home.

As twilight walked up the stairs to take a shower because she still smelled like a drunken slob. She thought to herself "Maybe i can ask shing if i could brow his police academy textbooks."
